| 1 | 中德系统式家庭治疗督导师培训效果显示文摘目的:探索中德高级系统式家庭治疗督导师连续培训(简称督导班)的效果,分析讨论起效因素。方法:根据kirkpatrick培训效果4层次培训效果模型(反应、学习、行为、效果)和培训起效因素3分类方法 (学员特征因素、组织因素、培训系统因素)自编督导现状调查问卷、培训效果评价问卷和督导培训带来的改变访谈提纲。选取参加督导班的学员51名,首次培训前填写自编督导现状调查问卷,末次培训结束填写自编督导现状调查问卷和自编培训效果评价问卷。培训结束后1年,选取其中12名学员,使用自编督导培训带来的改变访谈提纲定性访谈。结果:培训后,学员对培训理论、实践、教师、难度、实用性认为满意的人数达到92. 2%~98. 0%;学员自评知识、技能、自信得分及提供督导小时数均较培训前提升(均P <0. 001)。培训结束后1年的深入随访显示,经过督导班培训,12名学员中9名学员在学术活动的参与度,督导实践的意愿、效果、频率,心理咨询与治疗实践的工作效率上均有提升和成长。理论与实践相结合侧重实践、恰到好处使用学员资源、充分利用教师资源的授课模式是重要的起效因素。结论:经过本培训,学员对学习过程的满意度和效果、学习后参与实践及实践效果方面显著提升,理论与实践相结合、使用学员资源和教师资源是本培训的起效因素。 | 林红 钱英 王冲 钟颖 FRYSZER Andreas FRYSZER Inge Lebel 唐登华 刘丹 | 2019 | 中国心理卫生杂志2019，33，1： | 3 |
