2Research and Evaluation on Key Technological Indicators for Airborne and Shipborne Gravimetry显示文摘Gravimetry technical guides are the scientific basis for air-sea gravimetry. However, the existing technical guides in China are behind the application requirements. This study analyzed the most important indicators of air-sea gravimetry, including the density of survey lines, gravimetry accuracy and space resolution, stability and reliability of the air-sea gravimeter, and proposed a gravimetry accuracy assessment system consisting of gravity RMS of error, systematic error and mean error, and an assessment system for the gravimeter stability consisting of the relative accuracy of the scale value, monthly zero-drift, RMS of the monthly nonlinear zero-drift variation and the threshold of the monthly nonlinear zero-drift variation. The mathematic models for the measurement point determination in shipborne gravimetry, E tv s correction for airborne gravimetry, platform tilt correction and evaluation air-sea gravimetry were also analyzed and modified. 3The changes on synchronizing ability of coupled networks from ring networks to chain networks显示文摘In this paper, two different ring networks with unidirectional couplings and with bidirectional couplings were discussed by theoretical analysis. It was found that the effects on synchronizing ability of the two different structures by cutting a link are completely opposite. The synchronizing ability will decrease if the change is from bidirectional ring to bidirectional chain. Moreover, the change on synchro- nizing ability will be four times if the number of N is large enough. However, it will increase obviously from unidirectional ring to unidirectional chain. It will be N 2/(2π2) times if the number of N is large enough. The numerical simulations confirm the conclusion in quality. This paper also discusses the effects on synchronization by adding one link with different length d to these two different structures. It can be seen that the effects are different. Theoretical results are accordant to numerical simulations. Synchronization is an essential physics problem. 4Development of DArT markers for a linkage map of flue-cured tobacco显示文摘Tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum) is one of the most economically important nonfood crops,and flue-cured tobacco accounts for approximately 80% of world tobacco production.An extremely narrow genetic diversity in the tobacco pool has led to a low efficiency of PCR-based molecular markers(such as AFLP and SSR).Diversity Arrays Technology(DArT) is a high-throughput hybridisation-based marker system that has been developed in many plants including wheat,which,like tobacco,has a complex genome.In this study,we developed a tobacco DArT chip that included 7680 representative sequence tags based on typical tobacco accessions.The 1076 DArT markers of flue-cured tobacco were identified and most(82.1%) of their polymorphism information contents(PICs) were greater than 0.4.An integrated linkage map that included 851 markers(238 DArT and 613 SSR),which is the highest density map of flue-cured tobacco to date,was constructed.This chip-based DArT system provides an alternative in high-throughput marker genotyping for tobacco.LU XiuPing GUI YiJie XIAO BingGuang LI YongPing TONG ZhiJun LIU Yun BAI XueFei WU WeiRen XIA Ling HUTTNER Eric KILIAN Adrzej FAN LongJiang 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,6:4
5Influence of amplified spontaneous emission and fluorescence of β-carotene on stimulated Raman scattering of carbon disulfide显示文摘β-carotene with double fluorescence characteristics and large third-order optical nonlinearities,which is dissolved in the carbon disulfide(CS2) as the core medium of a liquid core optical fiber(LCOF),is applied in the study of the CS2 stimulated Raman scattering(SRS). The results of this study show that when the concentrations of solution are more than 3.72×10-7 mol/L,the amplified spontaneous emis-sion(ASE) of β-carotene is the main factor influencing the threshold and intensity of Stokes lines; when the concentrations of solution are lower than 3.72×10-7 mol/L,the ASE disappears and the fluorescence plays the key role:The high-order Stokes lines may be observed at very low input-laser power,and the Stokes thresholds decrease as the solution concentration increases. 6Dandelion-Like Bi_(2)S_(3)/rGO hierarchical microspheres as high-performance anodes for potassium-ion and half/full sodium-ion batteries显示文摘Sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) and potassium-ion batteries (PIBs) have been considered as attractive alternatives for next-generation battery systems, which have promising application potential due to their earth abundance of potassium and sodium, high capacity and suitable working potential, however, the design and application of bi-functional high-performance anode still remain a great challenge up to date. Bismuth sulfide is suitable as anode owing to its unique laminar structure with relatively large interlayer distance to accommodate larger radius ions, high theoretical capacity and high volumetric capacity etc. In this study, dandelion-like Bi_(2)S_(3)/rGO hierarchical microspheres as anode material for PIBs displayed reversible capacity, and 206.91 mAh·g^(−1) could be remained after 1,200 cycles at a current density of 100 mA·g^(−1). When applied as anode materials for SIBs, 300 mAh·g^(−1) could be retained after 300 cycles at 2 A·g^(−1) and its initial Coulombic efficiency is as high as 97.43%. Even at high current density of 10 A·g^(−1), 120.3 mAh·g^(−1) could be preserved after 3,400 cycles. The Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)@rGO//Bi_(2)S_(3)/rGO sodium ion full cells were successfully assembled which displays stable performance after 60 cycles at 100 mA·g^(−1). 13c-MYC-mediated TRIB3/P62^(+) aggresomes accumulation triggers paraptosis upon the combination of everolimus and ginsenoside Rh2显示文摘The mammalian target of rapamycin(m TOR) pathway is abnormally activated in lung cancer.However, the anti-lung cancer effect of m TOR inhibitors as monotherapy is modest. Here, we identified that ginsenoside Rh2, an active component of Panax ginseng C. A. Mey., enhanced the anti-cancer effect of the m TOR inhibitor everolimus both in vitro and in vivo. Moreover, ginsenoside Rh2 alleviated the hepatic fat accumulation caused by everolimus in xenograft nude mice models. The combination of everolimus and ginsenoside Rh2(labeled Eve-Rh2) induced caspase-independent cell death and cytoplasmic vacuolation in lung cancer cells, indicating that Eve-Rh2 prevented tumor progression by triggering paraptosis. EveRh2 up-regulated the expression of c-MYC in cancer cells as well as tumor tissues. The increased cMYC mediated the accumulation of tribbles homolog 3(TRIB3)/P62+ aggresomes and consequently triggered paraptosis, bypassing the classical c-MYC/MAX pathway. Our study offers a potential effective and safe strategy for the treatment of lung cancer. 17JUNB mediates oxaliplatin resistance via the MAPK signaling pathway in gastric cancer by chromatin accessibility and transcriptomic analysis显示文摘tients,and chemotherapy resistance is one of the main reasons for treatment failure.Thus,it is important to reveal the mechanism of oxaliplatin resistance and to seek effective intervention strategies to improve chemotherapy sensitivity,thereby improving the survival and prognosis of gastric cancer patients.To understand the molecular mechanisms of oxaliplatin resistance,we generate an oxaliplatin-resistant gastric cancer cell line and conduct assay for transposase-accessible chromatin sequencing(ATAC-seq)and RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)for both parental and oxaliplatin-resistant AGS cells.A total of 3232 genomic regions are identified to have higher accessibility in ox-aliplatin-resistant cells,and DNA-binding motif analysis identifies JUNB as the core transcription factor in the regulatory network.JUNB is overexpressed in oxaliplatin-resistant gastric cancer cells,and its upregulation is associated with poor prognosis in gastric cancer patients,which is validated by our tissue microarray data.Moreover,chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing(ChIP-seq)analysis reveals that JUNB binds to the tran-scriptional start site of key genes involved in the MAPK signaling pathway.Knockdown of JUNB inhibits the MAPK signaling pathway and restores sensitivity to oxaliplatin.Combined treatment with the ERK inhibitor piperlongu-mine or MEK inhibitor trametinib effectively overcomes oxaliplatin resistance.This study provides evidence that JUNB mediates oxaliplatin resistance in gastric cancer by activating the MAPK pathway.The combination of MAPK inhibitors with oxaliplatin overcomes resistance to oxaliplatin,providing a promising treatment opportunity for oxaliplatin-resistant gastric cancer patients.Suyao Li Yichou Wei Xun Sun Mengling Liu Mengxuan Zhu Yitao Yuan Jiayu Zhang Yu Dong Keshu Hu Sining Ma Xiuping Zhang Bei Xu Hesheng Jiang Lu Gan Tianshu Liu 2023Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,11:0
18Insight into the influence of ether and ester electrolytes on the sodium-ion transportation kinetics for hard carbon显示文摘The electrochemical performance of hard carbon(HC)materials is closely related to the electrolyte used in the sodium ion batteries(SIBs).Conventional electrolytes carbonate(EC)demonstrates low initial Columbic efficiency(ICE)and poor rate performance,which is one of the main bottlenecks that limits the practical application of HCs.Ether electrolyte(diglyme)was reported to improve the rate performance of HCs.Nevertheless,the underlying mechanism for the excellent rate capability is still lack of in-depth study.In this work,the differences of sodium-ion diffusion between ether and carbonate-base electrolytes in HCs are analyzed layer by layer.Firstly,when sodium-ions are diffused in electrolyte,the diffusion coefficient of sodium-ion in ether electrolyte is about 2.5 times higher than that in ester electrolytes by molecular dynamics(MD)simulation and experimental characterization.Furthermore,when the solvated sodium-ions are diffused into the solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)interface and the HCs material,the enhanced charge transfer kinetics(thin SEI layer(4.6 vs.12 nm)and low RSEI(1.5 vs.24Ω))at the SEI combined with low desolvation energy(0.248 eV)are responsible for high-rate performance and good cycling stability of HC in ether electrolyte.Therefore,high diffusion coefficient,low desolvation energy,and good interface are the intrinsic reasons for enhanced rate performance in ether electrolyte,which also has guiding significance for the design of other high-rate electrolytes.Xiuping Yin Zhaomin Wang Yang Liu Zhixiu Lu Hongli Long Tao Liu Jiujun Zhang Yufeng Zhao 2023Nano Research2023,16,8:0
