Time synchronization and carrier frequency control of CAPS navigation signals generated on the ground显示文摘The Chinese Area Positioning System (CAPS) works without atomic clocks on the satellite, and the CAPS navigation signals transmitted on the ground may achieve the same effect as that with high-performance atomic clocks on the satellite. The primary means of achieving that effect is through the time synchronization and carrier frequency control of the CAPS navigation signals generated on the ground. In this paper the synchronization requirements of different time signals are analyzed by the formation of navigation signals, and the theories and methods of the time synchronization of the CAPS navigation signals generated on the ground are also introduced. According to the conditions of the high-precision satellite velocitymeasurement signal source, the carrier frequency and its chains of the navigation signals are constructed. CAPS velocity measurement is realized by the expected deviation of real time control to the carrier frequency, and the precision degree of this method is also analyzed. The experimental results show that the time synchronization precision of CAPS generating signals is about 0.3 ns and the precision of the velocity measurement signal source is about 4 cm/s. This proves that the theories and methods of the generating time synchronization and carrier frequency control are workable. | WU HaiTao BIAN YuJing LU XiaoChun LI XiaoHui WANG DanNi | 2009 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2009,52,3: | 8
In-situ polymerized cross-linked binder for cathode in lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘Volume expansion and polysulfide shuttle effect are the main barriers for the commercialization of lithium-sulfur(Li-S) battery. In this work,we in-situ polymerized a cross-linked binder in sulfur cathode to solve the aforementioned problems using a facile method under mild conditions.Polycarbonate diol(PCDL),triethanolamine(TEA) and hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) were chosen as precursors to prepare the cross-linked binder. The in-situ polymerized binder(PTH) builds a strong network in sulfur cathode, which could restrain the volume expansion of sulfu r.Moreover,by adopting functional groups of oxygen atoms and nitrogen atoms, the binder could effectively facilitate transportation of Li-ion and adsorb polysulfide chemically. The Li-S battery with bare sulfur and carbon/sulfur composite cathodes and cross-linked PTH binder displays much better electrochemical performance than that of the battery with PVDF.The PTH-bare S cathode with a mass loading of 5.97 mg/cm^2 could deliver a capacity of 733.3 mAh/g at 0.2 C,and remained 585.5 mAh/g after 100 cycles. This in-situ polymerized binder is proved to be quite effective on restraining the volume expansion and suppressing polysulfide shuttle effect, then improving the electrochemical performance of Li-S battery. | Heng Ye Danni Lei Lu Shen Bin Ni Baohua Li Feiyu Kang Yan-Bing He | 2020 | Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,2: | 2
An ultrathin and continuous Li_4Ti_5O_(12) coated carbon nanofiber interlayer for high rate lithium sulfur battery显示文摘Severe capacity fading and poor high rate performance of lithium sulfur(Li–S) battery caused by 'shuttle effect' and low conductivity of sulfur hampers its further developments and applications. Li_4Ti_5O_(12) (LTO)possesses high lithium ion conductivity, and it is also can be used as an active adsorbent for polysulfide. Herein, fine LTO particle coated carbon nanofibers(CNF) were prepared and a conductive network both for electron and lithium ion was built, which can greatly promote the electrochemical conversion of polysulfide and improve the rate performance of Li–S batteries. Meanwhile, a quantity of adsorption sites is constructed by defects of the surface of LTO-CNF membrane to effectively immobilize polysulfide. The multifunctional LTO-CNF interlayer could impede the shuttle effect and enhance comprehensive electrochemical performance of Li–S batteries, especially high rate performance. With such LTO-CNF interlayer, the Li–S battery presents a specific capacity of 641.9 mAh/g at 5 C rate. After 400 cycles at 1 C, a capacity of 618.0 mAh/g is retained. This work provides a feasible strategy to achieve high performance of Li–S battery for practical utilization. | Decheng An Lu Shen Danni Lei Lehong Wang Heng Ye Baohua Li Feiyu Kang Yan-Bing He | 2019 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,4: | 2

GABA Enhances Thermotolerance of Seeds Germination by Attenuating the ROS Damage in Arabidopsis显示文摘Seeds germination is strictly controlled by environment factor such as high temperature(HT)through altering the balance between gibberellin acid(GA)and abscisic acid(ABA).Gama-aminobutyric acid(GABA)is a small molecule with four-carbon amino acid, which plays a crucial role during plant physiological process associated with pollination, wounding or abiotic stress, but its role in seeds germination under HT remains elusive. In this study we found that HT induced the overaccumulation of ROS,mainly H_(2)O_(2) and O_(2)^(-),to suppress seeds germination, meanwhile,HT also activated the enzyme activity of GAD for the rapid accumulation of GABA,hinting the regulatory function of GABA in con-trolling seeds germination against HT stress.Applying GABA directly attenuated HT-induced ROS accumulation, upregulated GA biosynthesis and downregulated ABA biosynthesis, ultimately enhanced seeds germination.Consistently, genetic analysis using the gad1/2 mutant defective in GABA biosynthesis,or pop2-5 mutant with high endogenous GABA content supported the potential function of GABA in improving seeds germination tolerance to HT through scavenging ROS overaccumulation.Based on these data,we propose that GABA acts as a novel signal to enhance thermotolerance of seeds germination through alleviating the ROS damage to seeds viability. | Qili Zhang Danni He Songbei Ying Shiyan Lu Jiali Wei Ping Li | 2020 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2020,89,3: | 1

Notes for genera:Ascomycota显示文摘Knowledge of the relationships and thus the classification of fungi, has developed rapidly with increasingly widespread use of molecular techniques, over the past 10–15 years, and continues to accelerate.Several genera have been found to be polyphyletic, and their generic concepts have subsequently been emended.New names have thus been introduced for species which are phylogenetically distinct from the type species of particular genera. The ending of the separate naming of morphs of the same species in 2011,has also caused changes in fungal generic names. In order to facilitate access to all important changes,it was desirable to compile these in a single document. The present article provides a list of generic names of Ascomycota(approximately 6500 accepted names published to the end of 2016),including those which are lichen-forming.Notes and summaries of the changes since the last edition of‘Ainsworth&Bisby’s Dictionary of the Fungi’in 2008 are provided. The notes include the number of accepted species, classification, type species(with location of the type material),culture availability,life-styles,distribution,and selected publications that have appeared since 2008.This work is intended to provide the foundation for updating the ascomycete component of the'Without prejudice list of generic names of Fungi'published in 2013,which will be developed into a list of protected generic names. This will be subjected to the XIXth International Botanical Congress in Shenzhen in July 2017 agreeing to a modification in the rules relating to protected lists, and scrutiny by procedures determined by the Nomenclature Committee for Fungi(NCF).The previously invalidly published generic names Barriopsis,Collophora(as Collophorina),Cryomyces,Dematiopleospora,Heterospora(as Heterosporicola),Lithophila,Palmomyces(as Palmaria)and Saxomyces are validated,as are two previously invalid family names,Bartaliniaceae and Wiesneriomycetaceae.Four species of Lalaria, which were invalidly published are transferred to Taphrina and validated as new combinations.Catenomycopsis Tibell&Constant.is reduced under Chaenothecopsis Vain.,while Dichomera Cooke is reduced under Botryosphaeria Ces.&De Not.(Art.59). | Nalin N.Wijayawardene Kevin D.Hyde Kunhiraman C.Rajeshkumar David L.Hawksworth Hugo Madrid Paul M.Kirk Uwe Braun Rajshree V.Singh Pedro W.Crous Martin Kukwa Robert Lücking Cletus P.Kurtzman Andrey Yurkov Danny Haelewaters Andre´Aptroot H.Thorsten Lumbsch Einar Timdal Damien Ertz Javier Etayo Alan J.L.Phillips Johannes Z.Groenewald Moslem Papizadeh Laura Selbmann Monika C.Dayarathne Gothamie Weerakoon E.B.Gareth Jones Satinee Suetrong Qing Tian Rafael F.Castanda-Ruiz Ali H.Bahkali Ka-Lai Pang Kazuaki Tanaka Dong Qin Dai Jariya Sakayaroj Martina Hujslová Lorenzo Lombard Belle D.Shenoy Ave Suija Sajeewa S.N.Maharachchikumbura Kasun M.Thambugala Dhanushka N.Wanasinghe Bharati O.Sharma Subhash Gaikwad Gargee Pandit Laura Zucconi Silvano Onofri Eleonora Egidi Huzefa A.Raja Rampai Kodsueb Marcela E.S.Caceres Sergio Perez-Ortega Patrícia O.Fiuza Josiane Santana Monteiro Larissa N.Vasilyeva Roger G.Shivas Maria Prieto Mats Wedin Ibai Olariaga Adebola Azeez Lateef Yamini Agrawal Seyed Abolhassan Shahzadeh Fazeli Mohammad Ali Amoozegar Guo Zhu Zhao Walter P.Pfliegler Gunjan Sharma Magdalena Oset Mohamed A.Abdel-Wahab Susumu Takamatsu Konstanze Bensch Nimali Indeewari de Silva AndréDe Kesel Anuruddha Karunarathna Saranyaphat Boonmee Donald H.Pfister Yong-Zhong Lu Zong-Long Luo Nattawut Boonyuen Dinushani A.Daranagama Indunil C.Senanayake Subashini C.Jayasiri Milan C.Samarakoon Xiang-Yu Zeng Mingkwan Doilom Luis Quijada Sillma Rampadarath Gabriela Heredia Asha J.Dissanayake Ruvishika S.Jayawardana Rekhani H.Perera Li Zhou Tang Chayanard Phukhamsakda Margarita Hernańdez-Restrepo Xiaoya Ma Saowaluck Tibpromma Luis F.P.Gusmao Darshani Weerahewa Samantha C.Karunarathna | 2017 | Fungal Diversity2017,,5: | 0
Umami taste components in chicken-spices blends and potential effect of aroma on umami taste intensity显示文摘In this study, umami taste intensity(UTI)and umami taste components in chicken breast(CB)and chickenspices blends were characterized using sensory and instrumental analysis. Our main objective was to assess the aroma-umami taste interactions in different food matrices and reconcile the aroma-taste perception to assist future product development. The impact of key aroma, including vegetable-note'2-pentylfuran',meaty'methional',green'hexanal',and spicy-note-estragole and caryophyllene'on UTI was evaluated in monosodium glutamate and chicken extract. We found that spices significantly decreased UTI and umami taste components in CB.Interestingly, the perceptually similar odorants and tastants exhibited the potential to enhance UTI in food matrices.Methional was able to increase the UTI,whereas spicy and green-note components could reduce the UTI significantly. This information would be valuable to food engineers and formulators in aroma selection to control the UTI perceived by consumers, thus, improving the quality and acceptability of the chicken products. | Rani Andaleeb Yiwen Zhu Ninglong Zhang Danni Zhang Muzahir Hussain Yin Zhang Yingshuang Lu Yuan Liu | 2024 | Food Science and Human Wellness2024,13,3: | 0
The wheat sucrose synthase gene TaSus1 is a determinant of grain number per spike显示文摘Some haplotypes of the sucrose synthase gene TaSus1 are associated with thousand-grain weight(TGW)in wheat(Triticum aestivum L.).However,no mutations have been identified within the gene to test this association. The effects of TaSus1 on grain number per spike(GNS)also are largely unknown. Our previous genome-wide association study identified TaSus-A1 as a candidate gene controlling fertile spikelet number per spike(FSN).In the present study,we generated two independent mutants for the three TaSus1 homoeologs by CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genome editing. The triple mutants displayed lower FSN,GNS,grain number per spikelet(GNST),and TGW than wild-type plants. In 306 hexaploid wheat accessions, two single-nucleotide polymorphisms in TaSus-A1 contributed differently to GNS.Introgression of the two alleles into a wheat genetic background confirmed their effects. The alleles differed in geographical distribution among the accessions. | Liping Shen Lili Zhang Changbin Yin Xiaowan Xu Yangyang Liu Kuocheng Shen He Wu Zhiwen Sun Ke Wang Zhonghu He Xueyong Zhang Chenyang Hao Jian Hou Aoyue Bi Xuebo Zhao Daxing Xu Botao Ye Xuchang Yu Ziying Wang Danni Liu Yuanfeng Hao Fei Lu Zifeng Guo | 2024 | The Crop Journal2024,12,1: | 0

Temporal and spatial responses of ecological resilience to climate change and human activities in the economic belt on the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains, China显示文摘In the Anthropocene era, human activities have become increasingly complex and diversified. The natural ecosystems need higher ecological resilience to ensure regional sustainable development due to rapid urbanization and industrialization as well as other intensified human activities, especially in arid and semi-arid areas. In the study,we chose the economic belt on the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains(EBNSTM)in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China as a case study.By collecting geographic data and statistical data from 2010 and 2020,we constructed an ecological resilience assessment model based on the ecosystem habitat quality(EHQ),ecosystem landscape stability(ELS),and ecosystem service value(ESV).Further,we analyzed the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of ecological resilience in the EBNSTM from 2010 to 2020 by spatial autocorrelation analysis, and explored its responses to climate change and human activities using the geographically weighted regression(GWR)model. The results showed that the ecological resilience of the EBNSTM was at a low level and increased from 0.2732 to 0.2773 during 2010–2020.The spatial autocorrelation analysis of ecological resilience exhibited a spatial heterogeneity characteristic of'high in the western region and low in the eastern region',and the spatial clustering trend was enhanced during the study period.Desert,Gobi and rapidly urbanized areas showed low level of ecological resilience, and oasis and mountain areas exhibited high level of ecological resilience.Climate factors had an important impact on ecological resilience.Specifically, average annual temperature and annual precipitation were the key climate factors that improved ecological resilience, while average annual evapotranspiration was the main factor that blocked ecological resilience.Among the human activity factors, the distance from the main road showed a negative correlation with ecological resilience. Both night light index and PM2.5 concentration were negatively correlated with ecological resilience in the areas with better ecological conditions, whereas in the areas with poorer ecological conditions, the correlations were positive. The research findings could provide a scientific reference for protecting the ecological environment and promoting the harmony and stability of the human-land relationship in arid and semi-arid areas. | ZHANG Shubao LEI Jun TONG Yanjun ZHANG Xiaolei LU Danni FAN Liqin DUAN Zuliang | 2023 | Journal of Arid Land2023,15,10: | 0
