1Zinc Isotope Characteristics in the Biogeochemical Cycle as Revealed by Analysis of Suspended Particulate Matter(SPM) in Aha Lake and Hongfeng Lake, Guizhou, China显示文摘Zn isotope is a useful tool for tracing biogeochemical processes as zinc plays important roles in the biogeochemistry of natural systems. However, the Zn isotope composition in the lake ecosystems has not been well characterized. In order to resolve this problem, we investigate the Zn isotope compositions of suspended particulate matter(SPM) and biological samples collected from the Aha Lake and Hongfeng Lake, and their tributaries in summer and winter, aiming to explore the potential of this novel isotope system as a proxy for biogeochemical processes in aqueous environments. Concentration of dissolved Zn ranges from 0.65 to 5.06 μg/L and 0.74 to 12.04 μg/L for Aha Lake and Hongfeng Lake, respectively, while Zn(SPM) ranges from 0.18 to 0.70 mg/g and 0.24 to 0.75 mg/g for Aha Lake and Hongfeng Lake, respectively. The Zn isotope composition in SPM from Aha Lake and its main tributaries ranges from -0.18‰ to 0.27‰ and -0.17‰ to 0.46‰, respectively, and it varies from -0.29‰ to 0.26‰ and -0.04‰ to 0.48‰, respectively in Hongfeng Lake and its main tributaries, displaying a wider range in tributaries than lakes. These results imply that Zn isotope compositions are mainly affected by tributaries inputting into Aha Lake, while adsorption process by algae is the major factor for the Zn isotope composition in Hongfeng Lake, and ZnS precipitation leads to the light Zn isotope composition of SPM in summer. 2Significantly improved hydrogen storage behaviors in MgH_(2) with Nb nanocatalyst显示文摘The study explores the excellent modification effect of Nb nanocatalyst prepared via surfactant assisted ball milling technique(SABM)on the hydrogen storage properties of MgH_(2).Optimal catalyst doping concentration was determined by comparing onset decomposition temperature,released hydrogen capacity,and reaction rate for different MgH_(2)-ywt%Nb(y=0,3,5,7,9)composites.The MgH_(2)-5wt%Nb composite started releasing hydrogen at 186.7℃ and a total of 7.0wt%hydrogen was released in the dehydrogenation process.In addition,5wt%Nb doped MgH_(2) also managed to release 4.2wt%H_(2) within 14 min at 250℃ and had the ability to absorb 4.0wt%hydrogen in 30 min at 100℃.Cycling tests revealed that MgH_(2)-5wt%Nb could retain 6.3wt%H_(2) storage capacity(89.2%)after 20 cycles.Dehydrogenation and hydrogenation activation energy values were decreased from 140.51±4.74 and 70.67±2.07 kJ·mol^(−1) to 90.04±2.83 and 53.46±3.33 kJ·mol^(−1) after doping MgH_(2) with Nb,respectively.Microstructure analysis proved that homogeneously distributed NbH acted as active catalytic unit for improving the hydrogen storage performance of MgH_(2).These results indicate SABM can be considered as an option to develop other nanocatalysts for energy related areas.Farai Michael Nyahuma Liuting Zhang Mengchen Song Xiong Lu Beibei Xiao Jiaguang Zheng Fuying Wu 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,9:3
3Constructing graphene nanosheet-supported FeOOH nanodots for hydrogen storage of MgH2显示文摘Novel graphene-supported FeOOH nanodots(FeOOH NDs@G)were successfully prepared by a facile hydrothermal method and doped into MgH_(2)through mechanical ball-milling.MgH_(2)with 10wt%FeOOH NDs@G began to release hydrogen at 229.8℃,which is106.8℃ lower than that of pure MgH_(2).The MgH_(2)-10wt%FeOOH NDs@G composite could reversibly absorb 6.0wt%hydrogen at 200℃ under a 3.2 MPa hydrogen pressure within 60 min.With the addition of FeOOH NDs@G,the dehydrogenation and hydrogenation activation energy of MgH_(2)was decreased to 125.03 and 58.20 kJ·mol^(-1)(156.05 and 82.80 kJ·mol^(-1)for pure MgH_(2)),respectively.Furthermore,the hydrogen capacity of the FeOOH NDs@G composite retained 98.5%of the initial capacity after 20 cycles,showing good cyclic stability.The catalytic action of FeOOH NDs@G towards MgH_(2)could be attributed to the synergistic effect between graphene nanosheets and in-situ formed Fe,which prevented the aggregation of Mg/MgH2 particles and accelerated the hydrogen diffusion during cycling,thus enabling the Mg H_(2)-10wt%FeOOH NDs@G composite to exhibit excellent hydrogen storage performance.Mengchen Song Liuting Zhang Jiaguang Zheng Zidong Yu Shengnan Wang 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,7:3
4Boosting the hydrogen storage performance of magnesium hydride with metal organic framework-derived Cobalt@Nickel oxide bimetallic catalyst显示文摘In this study,a MOF-derived bimetallic Co@NiO catalyst was synthesized and doped into MgH_(2)to improve the hydrogen desorption and resorption kinetics.The Co@NiO catalyst decreased the onset dehydrogenation temperature of MgH_(2)by 160℃,compared with un-doped MgH_(2).The MgH^(2+)9%(mass)Co@NiO composite released 6.6%(mass)hydrogen in 350 s at 315℃and uptook 5.4%(mass)hydrogen in500 s at 165℃,showing greatly accelerated de/rehydrogenation rates.Besides,the desorption activation energy of MgH^(2+)9%(mass)Co@NiO was decreased to(93.8±8.4)kJ·mol^(-1).Noteworthy,symbiotic Mg_(2)NiH_(4)/Mg_(2)CoH_(5)clusters were in-situ formed from bimetallic precursors and inlaid on MgH_(2)surface,which are considered as'multi-step hydrogen pumps',and provides surface pathways for hydrogen absorption.Meanwhile,the introduced Mg_(2)NiH_(4)/Mg_(2)CoH_(5)interfaces could provide numerous low energy barrier H diffusion channels,therefore accelerating the hydrogen release and uptake.This research proposes new insights to design high-efficiency bimetallic catalyst for MgH_(2)hydrogen storage.Yan Zhang Jiaguang Zheng Zhiyu Lu Mengchen Song Jiahuan He Fuying Wu Liuting Zhang 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,,12:2
5Summarization based on physical features and logical structure of multi documents显示文摘With the rapid development of the Internet, multi documents summarization is becoming a very hot research topic. In order to generate a summarization that can effectively characterize the original information from documents, this paper proposes a multi documents summarization approach based on the physical features and logical structure of the document set. This method firstly clusterssimilar sentences into several Logical Topics (LTs), and then orders these topics according to their physical features of multi documents. After that, sentences used for the summarization are extracted from these LTs, and finally the summarization is generated via certain sorting algorithms. 6Effects of adding sodium dichloroacetate to low-protein diets on nitrogen balance and amino acid metabolism in the portaldrained viscera and liver of pigs显示文摘Background:Identifying regulatory measures to promote glucose oxidative metabolism while simultaneously reducing amino acid oxidative metabolism is one of the foremost challenges in formulating low-protein(LP)diets designed to reduce the excretion of nitrogen-containing substances known to be potential pollutants.In this study,we investigated the effects of adding sodium dichloroacetate(DCA)to a LP diet on nitrogen balance and amino acid metabolism in the portal-drained viscera(PDV)and liver of pigs.To measure nitrogen balance,18 barrows(40±1.0 kg)were fed one of three diets(n=6 per group):18%crude protein(CP,control),13.5%CP(LP),and 13.5%CP+100 mg DCA/kg dry matter(LP-DCA).To measure amino acid metabolism in the PDV and liver,15 barrows(40±1.0 kg)were randomly assigned to one of the three diets(n=5 per group).Four essential amino acids(Lys,Met,Thr,and Trp)were added to the LP diets such that these had amino acid levels comparable to those of the control diet.Results:The LP-DCA diet reduced nitrogen excretion in pigs relative to that of pigs fed the control diet(P<0.05),without any negative effects on nitrogen retention(P>0.05).There were no differences between the control and LP-DCA groups with respect to amino acid supply to the liver and extra-hepatic tissues in pigs(P>0.05).The net release of ammonia into the portal vein and production rate of urea in the liver of pigs fed the LP-DCA diet was reduced relative to that of pigs fed the control and LP diets(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results indicated that addition of DCA to a LP diet can efficiently reduce nitrogen excretion in pigs and maximize the supply of amino acids to the liver and extra-hepatic tissues.Weizhong Sun Yunxia Li Zhiru Tang Huiyuan Chen Ke Wan Rui An Liuting Wu Zhihong Sun 2020Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2020,11,3:2
7A Publish-Subscribe Networking Architecture for Future Manned Deep Space Exploration显示文摘With the further development of the Deep Space Networking(DSN),more and more satellites and space probes will be put into space which makes the DSN more diverse and complex.We argued that Information Centric Networking(ICN)may be a suitable architecture for the DSN.In this paper,a publish-subscribe networking architecture based on ICN is proposed for future manned deep space exploration network.It adopts the publish-subscribe mechanism and decouples the control plane and data plane logically.In the proposed architecture,the improvement of routing is made to tolerant the long propagation delay and frequent link disruptions of deep space.And the multi-source transmission is considered to deal with the large amount of data in the future manned deep space exploration network.We evaluated the feasibility of the architecture and the performance of the protocol stack,the improved routing mechanism and the multi-source transmission.The results indicate that Publish-Subscribe Networking(PSN)can cope with the harsh transmission conditions,and the multi-source transmission can reduce the delivery time of data.It enables the network to allocate and share resources more efficiently and keeps the network well managed.Liuting Gu Lai Yu Wenfeng Li Kanglian Zhao 2020China Communications2020,17,7:2
8Seasonal variations in sulfur isotopic composition of dissolved SO_4^(2-) in the Aha Lake, Guiyang and their implications显示文摘The Aha Lake is a seasonal anoxic water system in the southwest of Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, China. Seasonal variations in SO42- concentrations and their isotopic compositions in lake water as well as in the tributaries were investigated in this study. The results showed that sulfate concentrations in river water range from 0.94 to 6.52 mmol/L and their δ34S values range from -14.9‰ and 0.9‰, while lake water has sulfate concentrations ranging from 1.91 to 2.79 mmol/L, and δ34S values from -9.8‰ to -5.9‰. It is suggested that coal mining drainage is the major source of SO42- in the Aha Lake. Rainfall, sewage discharge, sulfide oxidation and gypsum dissolution have made only limited contributions. Different depth-dependent distributions of dissolved SO42- and δ34S were de-veloped for both DB and LJK in summer and winter. Due to water overturn, δ34S values display homogenous vertical distributions in winter and spring. While in summer and autumn, significant positive shifts of δ34S were clearly ob-served in epilimnion and bottom strata as a result of water stratification. High δ34S values in epilimnion may result from the retention of rainwater during water stratification. 9Proteomics Profiling of Host Cell Response via Protein Expression and Phosphorylation upon Dengue Virus Infection显示文摘Dengue virus(DENV)infection is a worldwide public health threat.To date,the knowledge about the pathogenesis and progression of DENV infection is still limited.Combining global profiling based on proteomic analysis together with functional verification analysis is a powerful strategy to investigate the interplay between the virus and host cells.In the present study,quantitative proteomics has been applied to evaluate host responses(as indicated by altered proteins and modifications)in human cells(using K562 cell line)upon DENV-2 infection,as DENV-2 spreads most widely among all DENV serotypes.Comparative analysis was performed to define differentially expressed proteins in the infected cells compared to the mock-control,and it revealed critical pathogen-induced changes covering a broad spectrum of host cellular compartments and processes.We also discovered more dramatic changes(>20%,160 regulated phosphoproteins)in protein phosphorylation compared to protein expression(14%,321 regulated proteins).Most of these proteins/phosphoproteins were involved in transcription regulation,RNA splicing and processing,immune system,cellular response to stimulus,and macromolecule biosynthesis.Western blot analysis was also performed to confirm the proteomic data.Potential roles of these altered proteins were discussed.The present study provides valuable large-scale protein-related information for elucidating the functional emphasis of host cell proteins and their post-translational modifications in virus infection,and also provides insight and protein evidence for understanding the general pathogenesis and pathology of DENV.Meng Miao Fei Yu Danya Wang Yongjia Tong Liuting Yang Jiuyue Xu Yang Qiu Xi Zhou Xiaolu Zhao 2019Virologica Sinica2019,34,5:2

11Bullet-like vanadium-based MOFs as a highly active catalyst for promoting the hydrogen storage property in MgH_(2)显示文摘The practical application of magnesium hydride(MgH_(2))was seriously limited by its high desorption temperature and slow desorp-tion kinetics.In this study,a bullet-like catalyst based on vanadium related MOFs(MOFs-V)was successfully synthesized and doped with MgH_(2) by ball milling to improve its hydrogen storage performance.Microstructure analysis demonstrated that the as-synthesized MOFs was consisted of V_(2)O_(3) with a bullet-like structure.After adding 7wt%MOFs-V,the initial desorption temperature of MgH_(2) was reduced from 340.0 to 190.6℃.Besides,the MgH_(2)+7wt%MOFs-V composite released 6.4wt%H_(2) within 5 min at 300℃.Hydrogen uptake was started at 60℃under 3200 kPa hydrogen pressure for the 7wt%MOFs-V containing sample.The desorption and absorption apparent activity energies of the MgH_(2)+7wt%MOFs-V composite were calculated to be(98.4±2.9)and(30.3±2.1)kJ·mol^(-1),much lower than(157.5±3.3)and(78.2±3.4)kJ·mol^(−1) for the as-prepared MgH_(2).The MgH_(2)+7wt%MOFs-V composite exhibited superior cyclic property.During the 20 cycles isothermal dehydrogenation and hydrogenation experiments,the hydrogen storage capacity stayed almost unchanged.X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS)measurements confirmed the presence of metallic vanadium in the MgH_(2)+7wt%MOFs-V composite,which served as catalytic unit to markedly improve the hydrogen storage properties of Mg/MgH_(2) system.Zhiyu Lu Jiahuan He Mengchen Song Yan Zhang Fuying Wu Jiaguang Zheng Liuting Zhang Lixin Chen 2023International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,1:1
