1Proteomics Profiling of Host Cell Response via Protein Expression and Phosphorylation upon Dengue Virus Infection显示文摘Dengue virus(DENV)infection is a worldwide public health threat.To date,the knowledge about the pathogenesis and progression of DENV infection is still limited.Combining global profiling based on proteomic analysis together with functional verification analysis is a powerful strategy to investigate the interplay between the virus and host cells.In the present study,quantitative proteomics has been applied to evaluate host responses(as indicated by altered proteins and modifications)in human cells(using K562 cell line)upon DENV-2 infection,as DENV-2 spreads most widely among all DENV serotypes.Comparative analysis was performed to define differentially expressed proteins in the infected cells compared to the mock-control,and it revealed critical pathogen-induced changes covering a broad spectrum of host cellular compartments and processes.We also discovered more dramatic changes(>20%,160 regulated phosphoproteins)in protein phosphorylation compared to protein expression(14%,321 regulated proteins).Most of these proteins/phosphoproteins were involved in transcription regulation,RNA splicing and processing,immune system,cellular response to stimulus,and macromolecule biosynthesis.Western blot analysis was also performed to confirm the proteomic data.Potential roles of these altered proteins were discussed.The present study provides valuable large-scale protein-related information for elucidating the functional emphasis of host cell proteins and their post-translational modifications in virus infection,and also provides insight and protein evidence for understanding the general pathogenesis and pathology of DENV.Meng Miao Fei Yu Danya Wang Yongjia Tong Liuting Yang Jiuyue Xu Yang Qiu Xi Zhou Xiaolu Zhao 2019Virologica Sinica2019,34,5:2

4Flexible multi-level quasi-volatile memory based on organic vertical transistor显示文摘Driven by important megatrends such as cloud computing,artificial intelligence,and the Internet of Things,as a device used to store programs and data in computing systems,memory is struggling to catch up with the explosive growth of data and bandwidth requirements in the system.However,the storage wair between non-volatile memory and volatile memory retards the further improvement of modern memory computing systems.Herein,a quasi-volatile transistor memory based on organic polymer/perovskite quantum dot blend was fabricated using the vertical transistor configuration.Contributing to vertical structure and appropriate doping ratio of blend film,the quasi-volatile memory device displayed 1,560 times longer data retention time(>100 s)with respect to the dynamic random access memory and fast data programming speed(20 ps)in which was far more quickly than that of other organic non-volatile memories to fill the gap between volatile and non-volatile memories.Moreover,the device retention characteristics could be further promoted under the photoelectric synergistic stimulation,which also provided the possibility to reduce electric writing condition.Furthermore,the quasi-volatile memory device showed good electrical performance under bending conditions.This work provides a simple solution to fabricate multi-level quasi-volatile memory,which opens up a whole new avenue of'universal memory'and lays a solid foundation for low power and flexible random access memory devices.Huihuang Yang Qian Yang Lihua He Xiaomin Wu Changsong Gao Xianghong Zhang Liuting Shan Huipeng Chen Tailiang Guo 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:0
