1The Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction Process of Total Flavonoids from Rhodiola Crenulata by Response Surface Method显示文摘[Objectives]To study the optimal extraction process of total flavonoids in Rhodiola rosea L.,and further facilitate the development and utilization of Rhodiola rosea L. [Methods]With Rhodiola crenulata as raw material,ethanol as extractant,ultrasonic extraction as the extraction method,the single factor method was first used for preliminary investigation of effect of ethanol volume fraction,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time on the flavonoids extraction rate,and then the Box-Behnken response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids in R. crenulata. [Results] The optimal extraction conditions: ethanol concentration of 72%;solid-liquid ratio of 1∶ 43; extraction temperature of 66℃; extraction time of 50 min. Under these conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from R. crenulata was 2. 591%. 2CHANGES IN MONSOON AND TROPICAL CYCLONE EXTREME PRECIPITATION IN SOUTHEAST CHINA FROM 1960 TO 2012显示文摘Using daily precipitation data from 110 stations in Southeast China from 1960 to 2012,the extreme precipitation(EP)events associated with monsoon and tropical cyclones were examined using the Objective Synoptic Analysis Technique.In Southeast China,the extreme precipitation associated with tropical cyclones(TEP),which mainly occur in the summer(July–September),accounted for 27.9%of the total extreme precipitation amount,with 40–50%in the coastal regions.While the regional mean TEP amount showed an inconspicuous trend,total EP and monsoon EP(MEP)both showed an increasing trend,with the MEP trend being statistically significant.Although there was little change in the frequency of tropical cyclones affecting Southeast China,the TEP contribution to frequency increased with increasing EP threshold and the frequency of TEP with daily precipitation of more than 300 mm showed an increasing trend in the background of global climate change.The upward trend in the highest-threshold TEP events presents a challenge for mitigation of the damage associated with tropical cyclones.ZHIZ HONG SU FUMIN REN JIN WEI XIAOHONG LIN SHUNJI SHI XUEMING ZHOU 2015Tropical Cyclone Research and Review2015,4,1:3

5Analysis on Chemical Constituents of Rhodiola crenulata显示文摘[Objectives] To measure and analyze chemical composition of R. crenulata. [Methods] Taking R. crenulata in Lang County of Tibet as the research object,the routine nutritional components,trace elements and amino acid were determined,and the nutrition was evaluated by the international general evaluation method. [Results]The protein content of R. crenulata in Lang County of Tibet was 2. 08%,and fat was 5. 67%. Amino acid was incomplete amino acid,and Ile,Met + Cys were the first limiting amino acids of rhodiola root protein,while Leu was the second limiting amino acid of rhodiola root protein. The final amino acid score was 0. Magnesium,iron,zinc and other mineral elements were abundant,and there was no mercury,cadmium,lead and other heavy metals residues. 6Optimization of Extraction Process for Polysaccharides of Urtica fissa E. Pritz.显示文摘[Objectives] To study the optimal extraction process for polysaccharides of Urtica fissa E. Pritz. [Methods] Leaves of wild U. fissa E. Pritz. collected in Nyingchi of Tibet were used as raw materials. Water extraction method was used to extract polysaccharides from U. fissa E. Pritz. Besides,comparison was made for the effects of extraction time,extraction temperature and solid-to-liquid ratio on the yield rate of polysaccharides from U. fissa E. Pritz. In addition,using the extraction time,extraction temperature and solid-to-liquid ratio as factors,L9( 33) orthogonal experiment was carried out to determine the optimal process parameters for water extraction of polysaccharides from U. fissa E. Pritz.[Results] The optimal process parameters: hot water extraction time was 4 h,the extraction temperature was 90℃,and the mass ratio of water to leaves of U. fissa E. Pritz. was 1∶ 25. Under such extraction conditions,the yield rate of polysaccharides from U. fissa E. Pritz.was up to 11. 611%. [Conclusions]This experiment is expected to provide certain reference for reasonable development and utilization of wild U. fissa E. 7Research on the Novel Double-Layer Multi-cavity Filter显示文摘A novel structure cavity filter,crosscoupled multi-cavity filter with double-layer structure is proposed.The transmission zero of cross coupling is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively,while some of the design experience of simulation modeling are summed up and the magnetic coupling and electric coupling of synchronously tuned coupling resonators with double-layer structure are studied.Simulation and experimental results show that the cross-coupled multi-cavity filter with doublelayer structure not only can meet the high selectivity requirements,but also save space,which is conducive to miniaturization design.The feasibility,practicability and superior performance of the double-layer multi-cavity filter are fully verified by the experimental samples and the measurement results of the six-pole double-layer base station filter processed by the design model.ZENG Liuxing LIN Fumin XIAO Yujie XIE Zhenxiong 2019Chinese Journal of Electronics2019,28,4:0

9Extraction and imaging of indicator elements for non-destructive,in-situ,fast identification of adverse geology in tunnels显示文摘The lag in quantitative methods and detection techniques for geologic information has resulted in time-consuming and human-experienced geologic analysis in tunnels.Geochemical indicators of rocks can be used to identify adverse geology and to explain the intrinsic causes of damage to normal rocks.This study proposes a method to identify adverse geology by extracting and imaging the indicator elements.The mapping relationship between rock components and geologic bodies is quickly determined by indicator element extraction based on factor analysis,and then the data are gridded for image output.The location and size of the target adverse geology are visually identified through the distribution images of the indicator elements,thus reducing data dimensions and analysis time.A non-destructive,in-situ and fast element detection technique in tunnels was adopted to speed up the process of geology identification.The accuracy of the detection was validated by comparing field and laboratory test results.This study further confirms and refines the previous research,and the results provide references for geological,mining and underground projects.Fumin Liu Peng Lin Zhenhao Xu Ruiqi Shao Tao Han 2023International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2023,33,12:0
10A de novo assembled genome of the Tibetan Partridge (Perdix hodgsoniae) and its high-altitude adaptation显示文摘The Tibetan Partridge(Perdix hodgsoniae)is an endemic species distributed in high-altitude areas of 3600–5600 m on the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau.To explore how the species is adapted to the high elevation environment,we as-sembled a draft genome based on both the Illumina and PacBio sequencing platforms with its population genetics and genomics analysis.In total,134.74 Gb short reads and 30.81 Gb long reads raw data were generated.The 1.05-Gb assembled genome had a contig N50 of 4.56 Mb,with 91.94%complete BUSCOs.The 17457 genes were annotated,and 11.35%of the genome was composed of repeat sequences.The phylogenetic tree showed that P.hodgsoniae was located at the basal position of the clade,including Golden Pheasant(Chrysolophus pictus),Common Pheasant(Phasianus colchicus),and Mikado Pheasant(Syrmaticus mikado).We found that 1014,2595,and 2732 of the 6641 one-to-one orthologous genes were under positive selection in P.hodgsoniae,detected using PAML,BUSTED,and aBSREL programs,respectively,of which 965 genes were common under positive selec-tion with 3 different programs.Several positively selected genes and immunity pathways relevant to high-altitude adaptation were detected.Gene family evolution showed that 99 gene families experienced significant expansion events,while 6 gene families were under contraction.The total number of olfactory receptor genes was relatively low in P.hodgsoniae.Genomic data provide an important resource for a further study on the evolutionary history of P.hodgsoniae,which provides a new insight into its high-altitude adaptation mechanisms.Xuejuan LI Xiaoyang WANG Chao YANG Liliang LIN Hao YUAN Fumin LEI Yuan HUANG 2023Integrative Zoology2023,18,2:0
11Genetic diversity in the male-specific SRY gene of Lepus yarkandensis显示文摘Lepus yarkandensis, an endemic hare species in the Tarim Basin of China, has been suffering from habitat fragmentation due to desert expansion. To evaluate the effect of habitat fragmentation on its genetic diversity, the genetic diversity based on male-specific SRY gene marker is examined. A relatively low level of SRY genetic diversity is found compared to previous studies with mtDNA data, possibly due to the low SRY mutation rate and positive selection. Furthermore, one haplotype exists in eight populations along the Tarim River but not in many other relatively isolated populations, suggesting that habitat fragmentation may affect population divergence. Despite this, our pairwise Fst analysis shows no significant differentiation among populations, and this may be mainly caused by positive selection on the SRY gene in that 88 percent of individuals share the same haplotype.
