1Use of Azotobacter sp.as an indicator to detect the toxicity of heavy metals in soils显示文摘A physiological strain of microorganism - Azotobacter sp. has been adopted as an indicator to detect the toxicity of heavy metals in soils. The concentration of heavy metals to which Azotobacter sp. was behaving initially to have the resistance to heavy metals is defined as the critical poisoning concentration. The method of physiological threshold adopted can have a quantitative determination with reproducible results. The determined critical poisoning concentration is basically consistent with the results of heavy metals and arsenic toxicities to the bacteria reported recently in literatures. 4Constructing retroviral vector carrying green fluorescent protein(GFP)and investigating the expression of GFP in primary rat myoblast显示文摘Objective:To construct green fluorescent protein(GFP)retroviral vector(pLgXSN),and to investigate the expression of GFP in primary rat myoblast.Methods:GFP cDNA was subcloned into the plasmid pLgXSN,and the recombinant vector was transfected into packaging cell PT67.G418 was used to select positive colony.Myoblasts were infected by a high-titer viral supernatant.The recombinant retroviral plasmid vector was identified by restriction endonuclease analysis and DNA sequence analysis.Confocal microscopy and flow cytometry were used to detect the expression of GFP.Results:The GFP cDNA sequence was identical to that of GenBank.Recombinant retroviral plasmid vector pLgGFPSN was constructed successfully.The titer of the packaged recombinant retrovirus was 1 × 106 cfu/ml.Bright green fluorescence of the transfected cells was observed under confocal microscope 48 h after transfection.The transfection rate was 33%.The effective expression of GFP in myoblast infected by recombinant retrovirus lasted for 6 weeks.Conclusion:GFP gene could be effectively and stably expressed in myoblast,which suggests that GFP could act as a marker for studies on myoblast.Shuling Rong Yongxin Lu Yuhua Liao Xiaolin Wang Xiaoqing Li Jiahua Zhang Yanli He 2006Journal of Nanjing Medical University2006,20,4:1
5Corrosion Study of Two-step Deposition Coatings on Copper Foil显示文摘To improve corrosion inhibition performance of copper foil with a novel two-step electrochemical modification processes,the surface of 35μm copper foils was coated with graphene oxide(GO)via electrochemical method at first step,then was further coated with 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane(APTS)at the second step.For the first step the copper foil acted as anode,and as cathode for the second one(we labeled it as E-GO).Optimum coating parameters for the preparation of E-GO coating are 5 V and 1 min with ratio of APTS/deionized water(DI)1.5/98.5(v/v).The physicochemical properties of modified coating were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and hydrophilicity test.Electrochemical behavior of different samples were also investigated.The experimental results indicate that anti-corrosion performance is significantly improved with two-step modified coating.And E-GO coating shows more positive corrosion potential and the highest corrosion resistance rate than others according to the Tafel curve.It is also found that surface hydrophobicity of E-GO coating is significantly improved.师慧娟 唐云志 TAN Yuhui LIAO Shuling ZHANG Yusong DU Pengkang 2023Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,4:0
6Reflections on the Participation of Social Organizations in the Prevention of COVID-19显示文摘Objective To study the problems of Chinese social organizations in participating in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic so that we can standardize the participation mechanism,improve the collaborative management mechanism,and promote the development of social organizations.Methods Through the analysis of CNKI,news reports,industry conferences and other data,combined with the current situation,the participation of social organizations in public health emergencies were investigated.Results and Conclusion The coordination between government and social organizations is not good.Social organizations in the field of public health are unable to stand out in a timely manner.The public do not have self-management ability.Some of the media spread rumors.Besides,most social organizations are highly dependent on the government and they are ack supervision.Social organizations should be incorporated into the emergency management system and national hub-based social organizations must be established.In addition,supervision should be strengthened to increase the credibility of social organizations.The responsibilities of community and emergency management at the grassroots level should be enhanced.The public opinion response and disposal system should be improved.Lastly,the responsibility of social organizations in the field of public health must be fulfilled.Liao Wenjing Lin Xiangpeng Liu Liang Dou Lele Wang Shuling 2022Asian Journal of Social Pharmacy2022,17,4:0
