| 1 | Growth mechanism of CsPbBr3 perovskite nanocrystals by a co-precipitation method in a CSTR system显示文摘A co-precipitation method based on supersaturated recrystallization in a continuous stirred-tank reactor(CSTR)system was applied to un cover the growth mecha nism of CsPbBr3 perovskite nano crystals(NCs).The reacti on rate can be controlled by changi ng the reaction conditions in this CSTR system,which helps us to observe importa nt intermediate stages to gain in sight into the growth mecha nism of these NCs.The effects of the temperature,concentrations of the ligands(oleylamine and oleic acid),and precursor concerttrations during the growth process of CsPbBr3 NCs were discussed in detail.Further,the growth mechanism of CsPbBr3 NCs was investigated in terms of the dynamics and thermodynamics on the basis of experimental results.The growth mechanism is a useful guide to large-scale synthesis.The synthesized CsPbBr3 NCs were employed for fabrication of both white light-emitting diodes and quantum-dot light-emitting diodes to test their photoelectric properties;the results show that CsPbBr3 NCs show great promise for optoelectronics applications. | Jibin Zhang Lianwei Fan Junli Li Xiangfu Liu Rongwen Wang Lei Wang Guoli Tu | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,1: | 3 |
| 2 | Injury of cortical neurons is caused by the advanced glycation end products-mediated pathway显示文摘Advanced glycation end products lead to cell apoptosis, and cause cell death by increasing endoplasmic reticulum stress. Advanced glycation end products alone may also directly cause damage to tissues and cells, but the precise mechanism remains unknown. This study used primary cultures of rat cerebral cortex neurons, and treated cells with different concentrations of glycation end products (50, 100, 200, 400 mg/L), and with an antibody for the receptor of advanced glycation end products before and after treatment with advanced glycation end products. The results showed that with increasing concentrations of glycation end products, free radical content increased in neurons, and the number of apoptotic cells increased in a dose-dependent manner. Before and after treatment of advanced glycation end products, the addition of the antibody against advanced glycation end-products markedly reduced hydroxyl free radicals, malondialdehyde levels, and inhibited cell apoptosis. This result indicated that the antibody for receptor of advanced glycation end-products in neurons from the rat cerebral cortex can reduce glycation end product-induced oxidative stress damage by suppressing glycation end product receptors. | 3 | A green,efficient and precise hydrogen therapy of cancer based on in vivo electrochemistry显示文摘By combined use of traditional Chinese acupuncture Fe needle electrode and in vivo electrochemistry,we achieved in vivo H2 generation in tumors in a controllable manner and exploited it for effective and green therapy of tumors for the first time.The cathodic acupuncture electrodes working under an applied voltage of~3 V(with minimal damage to the living body)undergo effective electrochemical reactions in the acidic tumor area that produce sufficient H2 locally to cause cancer cells to burst and die.Due to puncture positioning,the acidic tumor microenvironment and gas diffusion effect,the developed H2 generation electrochemotherapy(H2-ECT)strategy enables precise and large-scale tumor therapy,as demonstrated by in vivo treatment of diseased mice(glioma and breast cancers).Such green H2-ECT is simple,highly efficient and minimally invasive,requiring no expensive medical equipment or nano materials and medication,and is therefore very promising for potential clinical applications. | Guohua Qi Bo Wang Xiangfu Song Haijuan Li Yongdong Jin | 2020 | National Science Review2020,7,3: | 2 |
| 4 | Cetus:an efficient symmetric searchable encryption against file-injection attack with SGX显示文摘Symmetric searchable encryption(SSE)allows the users to store and query their private data in the encrypted database.Many SSE schemes for different scenarios have been proposed in the past few years,however,most of these schemes still face more or fewer security issues.Using these security leakages,many attacks against the SSE scheme have been proposed,and especially the non-adaptive file injection attack is the most serious.Non-adaptive file injection attack(NAFA)can effectively recover some extremely important private information such as keyword plaintext.As of now,there is no scheme that can effectively defend against such attacks.We first propose the new security attribute called toward privacy to resist nonadaptive file injection attacks.We then present an efficient SSE construction called Cetus to achieve toward privacy.By setting up a buffer and designing the efficient oblivious reading algorithm based on software guard extensions(SGX),we propose the efficient one-time oblivious writing mechanism.Oblivious writing protects the update pattern and allows search operations to be performed directly on the data.The experiment results show that Cetus achieves O(aw)search time and O(1)update communication.The practical search time,communication,and computation overheads incurred by Cetus are lower than those of state-of-the-art. | Yanyu HUANG Siyi LV Zheli LIU Xiangfu SONG Jin LI Yali YUAN Changyu Dong | 2021 | Science China(Information Sciences)2021,64,8: | 2 |
| 5 | 3D-printed NIR-responsive shape memory polyurethane/magnesium scaffolds with tight-contact for robust bone regeneration显示文摘Patients with bone defects suffer from a high rate of disability and deformity.Poor contact of grafts with defective bones and insufficient osteogenic activities lead to increased loose risks and unsatisfied repair efficacy.Although self-expanding scaffolds were developed to enhance bone integration,the limitations on the high transition temperature and the unsatisfied bioactivity hindered greatly their clinical application.Herein,we report a near-infrared-responsive and tight-contacting scaffold that comprises of shape memory polyurethane(SMPU)as the thermal-responsive matrix and magnesium(Mg)as the photothermal and bioactive component,which fabricated by the low temperature rapid prototyping(LT-RP)3D printing technology.As designed,due to synergistic effects of the components and the fabrication approach,the composite scaffold possesses a homogeneously porous structure,significantly improved mechanical properties and stable photothermal effects.The programmed scaffold can be heated to recover under near infrared irradiation in 60s.With 4 wt%Mg,the scaffold has the balanced shape fixity ratio of 93.6%and shape recovery ratio of 95.4%.The compressed composite scaffold could lift a 100 g weight under NIR light,which was more than 1700 times of its own weight.The results of the push-out tests and the finite element analysis(FEA)confirmed the tight-contacting ability of the SMPU/4 wt%Mg scaffold,which had a signficant enhancement compared to the scaffold without shape memory effects.Furthermore,The osteopromotive function of the scaffold has been demonstrated through a series of in vitro and in vivo studies.We envision this scaffold can be a clinically effective strategy for robust bone regeneration. | Yuanchi Zhang Cairong Li Wei Zhang Junjie Deng Yangyi Nie Xiangfu Du Ling Qin Yuxiao Lai | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,10: | 1 |

| 9 | Variability in the empirical leucine-to-carbon conversion factors along an environmental gradient显示文摘Bacterial production is one of the key parameters to evaluate bacterial role in ocean carbon fluxes.Estimation of bacterial production requires the leucine-to-carbon conversion factors that change widely across environments.However,empirical leucine-to-carbon conversion factors(e CFs) are seldom determined in situ because of time consuming and little is known on regulating factors for the e CFs.During May 2015 to January 2016,fourteen dilution experiments were conducted,from the Zhujiang(Pearl River) Estuary to the coast of the northern South China Sea,to determine spatiotemporal variability in the e CFs and its potential controlling factors along an environmental gradient.The e CFs showed clear spatial variations with the highest(1.27–1.69(kg C)/(mol Leu)) in low salinity waters(salinity<15),intermediate(1.03–1.25(kg C)/(mol Leu)) in moderate salinity(salinity of 15–25),and the lowest(0.48–0.85(kg C)/(mol Leu)) in high salinity waters(salinity>25).Substrate availability was responsible for spatial variability in the e CFs.In the pristine coastal waters,low e CFs was related to substrate limitation and leucine incorporated was respired to maximize the survival rather than bacterial production.Hence,the e CFs measurement was needed for estimating bacterial production accurately in various marine environments. | LI Xiangfu XU Jie SHI Zhen LI Qian LI Ruihuan | 2018 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2018,37,4: | 0 |
