2Automated X-ray recognition of solder bump defects based on ensemble-ELM显示文摘Solder bumps realize the mechanical and electrical interconnection between chips and substrates in surface mount components,such as flip chip, wafer level packaging and three-dimensional integration. With the trend to smaller and lighter electronics,solder bumps decrease in dimension and pitch in order to achieve higher I/O density. Automated and nondestructive defect inspection of solder bumps becomes more difficult. Machine learning is a way to recognize the solder bump defects online and overcome the effect caused by the human eye-fatigue. In this paper, we proposed an automated and nondestructive X-ray recognition method for defect inspection of solder bumps. The X-ray system captured the images of the samples and the solder bump images were segmented from the sample images. Seven features including four geometric features, one texture feature and two frequency-domain features were extracted. The ensemble-ELM was established to recognize the defects intelligently. The results demonstrated the high recognition rate compared to the single-ELM. 3Structural and thermal sensitivity of Cu-Zr-Ti amorphous alloys to tension显示文摘Structural and thermal sensitivity of Cu(60-x)Zr(30+x) Ti 10 (x=0,5,and 10 at%) amorphous alloys to the application of tension was investigated. The structural sensitivity to tension decreases with increasing Cu content. The crystallization enthalpy increases with increasing excess free volume. The characteristic temperatures of the tensile samples can surpass those of the as-cast ones under a critical heating rate which differs in the Cu content. 6A genome wide association study between copy number variation (CNV) and human height in Chinese population显示文摘Copy number variation (CNV) is a type of genetic variation which may have important roles in phenotypic variability and disease susceptibility. To hunt for genetic variants underlying human height variation, we performed a genome wide CNV association study for human height in 618 Chinese unrelated subjects using Affymetrix 500K array set. After adjusting for age and sex, we found that four CNVs at 6p21.3, 8p23.3-23.2, 9p23 and 16p12.1 were associated with human height (with borderline significant p value: 0.013, 0.011, 0.024, 0.049; respectively). However, after multiple tests correction, none of them was associated with human height. We observed that the gain of copy number (more than 2 copies) at 8p23.3-23.2 was associated with lower height (normal copy number vs. gain of copy number: 161.2 cm vs. 153.7 cm, p = 0.011), which accounted for 0.9% of height variation. Loss of copy number (less than 2 copies) at 6p21.3 was associated with 0.8% lower height (loss of copy number vs. normal copy number: 154.5 cm vs. 161.1 cm, p = 0.013). Since no important genes influencing height located in CNVs at loci of 8p23.3-23.2 and 6p21.3, the two CNVs may cause the structural rear- rangements of neighbored important candidate genes, thus regulates the variation of height. 7Intelligent diagnosis of the solder bumps defects using fuzzy C-means algorithm with the weighted coefficients显示文摘Solder bump technology has been widely used in electronic packaging. With the development of solder bumps towards higher density and finer pitch, it is more difficult to inspect the defects of solder bumps as they are hidden in the package. A nondestructive method using the transient active thermography has been proposed to inspect the defects of a solder bump, and we aim at developing an intelligent diagnosis system to eliminate the influence of emissivity unevenness and non-uniform heating on defects recognition in active infrared testing. An improved fuzzy c-means(FCM) algorithm based on the entropy weights is investigated in this paper. The captured thermograms are preprocessed to enhance the thermal contrast between the defective and good bumps. Hot spots corresponding to 16 solder bumps are segmented from the thermal images. The statistical features are calculated and selected appropriately to characterize the status of solder bumps in FCM clustering. The missing bump is identified in the FCM result, which is also validated by the principle component analysis. 14Genetic Variation of the Novel Badnaviruses Infecting Nelumbo Nucifera Based on the RT/RNase H Coding Region Sequences显示文摘Lotus(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.)is an economically important perennial aquatic herb plant in China.Presently,viral diseases caused by Cucumber mosaic virus(CMV)and Dasheen mosaic virus(DsMV)are detected in lotus.In this study,the putatively novel badnaviruses from lotus plants(LBVs)were identified using next-generation sequencing of siRNAs and conventional Sanger sequencing based on the RT/RNase H coding region sequences.Lotus plants infected by LBVs harbored virus quasispecies.A unique recombination event of LBVs was found in a single lotus plant.Sap inoculation showed that LBVs could actively replicate in the lotus plants,but without a wide host range.The field survey of 43 lotus plants in Jiangsu Province showed a prevalence of 62.8%for LBVs,confirming that it is widely distributed in Jiangsu Province of China.Zhen He Tingting Dong Tielin Wang Wen Chen Xian Liu Liangjun Li 2020Horticultural Plant Journal2020,6,5:0
