| 1 | Precise orbit determination of Beidou Satellites with precise positioning显示文摘Chinese Beidou satellite navigation system constellation currently consists of eight Beidou satellites and can provide preliminary service of navigation and positioning in the Asia-Pacific Region.Based on the self-developed software Position And Navigation Data Analysis(PANDA) and Beidou Experimental Tracking Stations (BETS),which are built by Wuhan University,the study of Beidou precise orbit determination,static precise point positioning (PPP),and high precision relative positioning,and differential positioning are carried out comprehensively.Results show that the radial precision of the Beidou satellite orbit determination is better than 10 centimeters.The RMS of static PPP can reach several centimeters to even millimeters for baseline relative positioning.The precision of kinematic pseudo-range differential positioning and RTK mode positioning are 2-4 m and 5-10 cm respectively,which are close to the level of GPS precise positioning.Research in this paper verifies that,with support of ground reference station network,Beidou satellite navigation system can provide precise positioning from several decimeters to meters in the wide area and several centimeters in the regional area.These promising results would be helpful for the implementation and applications of Beidou satellite navigation system. | SHI Chuang ZHAO QiLe LI Min TANG WeiMing HU ZhiGang LOU YiDong ZHANG HongPing NIU XiaoJi LIU JingNan | 2012 | Science China Earth Sciences2012,55,7: | 61 |

| 3 | Distribution characteristics and ecological risk assessment of PAHs in surface waters of China显示文摘The concentrations of PAHs in the surface waters from seven river basins in China were summarized from literature published from 2000-2010. Subsequently, the risks from individual PAHs and ∑PAHs in the surface waters of China were quantified by comparing the overlap between the probability distributions of exposure concentrations with the probability distributions of toxicity data. The results show that the concentrations of 15 PAHs in the surface waters ranged from 3.09 to 38139.00 ng L-1, with a geometric mean of 474.93 ng L-1. The significantly higher concentrations of the 15 PAHs occurred in the surface waters from northern China when compared with those from southern China. The concentrations of the 15 PAHs in Chinese surface waters were higher than those in other waters worldwide. The MOS10 (margin of safety) values were calculated at 90th percentile values of exposure concentrations and 10th percentile values of toxicity data, with 5.75, 0.17, 2.33, 0.30, 0.57, 1.74, 1.05, and 0.11 for Ace, Ant, Flu, BaP, Flua, Nap, Phe, and Pyr, respectively. The probabilities of the individual PAH concentrations exceeding the 10th percentile value of the toxicity data were 6.06%, 2.07%, 9.51%, and 2.07% for Nap, Ace, Phe, and Flu, respectively, suggesting minimal risk to aquatic organisms; however, the probabilities of BaP, Ant, Flua, and Pyr exceeding this value were 19.49%, 25.46%, 15.15%, and 30.50%, respectively, indicating potential risks. Among the individual PAHs, the ecological risk from Pyr was the highest, followed by, in descending order of risk, Ant, Bap, Flua, Phe, Nap, Flu, and Ace. Additionally, the combined ecological risk of ∑PAH8 in Chinese surface waters was significantly higher than any that of individual PAHs alone. The MOS10 values in the river basins were < 1, except for the Haihe River Basin, suggesting a potential combined risk from ∑PAH8 in the other six river basins. | 6 | Polyoxometalate-based silica-supported ionic liquids for heterogeneous oxidative desulfurization in fuels显示文摘With the aim of deep desulfurization, silica-supported polyoxometalate-based ionic liquids were successfully prepared by a one-pot hydrothermal process and employed in heterogeneous oxidative desulfurization of various sulfur compounds. The compositions and structures of the hybrid samples were characterized by various methods such as FT-IR, XPS, Raman,UV–Vis, wide-angle XRD and N_2 adsorption–desorption. The experimental results indicated that the hybrid materials presented a high dispersion of tungsten species and excellent catalytic activity for the removal of 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene without any organic solvent as extractant, and the sulfur removal could reach 100.0% under mild conditions.The catalytic performance on various substrates was also investigated in detail. After cycling seven cycles, the sulfur removal of the heterogeneous system still reached 93.0%. | 7 | Global modeling 2^(nd)-order ionospheric delay and its effects on GNSS precise positioning显示文摘Ionospheric delay is one of the major error sources in GNSS navigation and positioning.Nowadays,the dual-frequency technique is the most widely used in ionospheric refraction correction.However,dual-frequency measurements can only eliminate the first-order term of ionospheric delay,while the effect of the second-order term on GNSS observations may be several centimeters.In this paper,two models,the International Reference Ionosphere (IRI) 2007 and International Geomagnetic Reference Field (IGRF) 11 are used to estimate the second-order term through the integral calculation method.Besides,the simplified single layer ionosphere model in a dipole moment approximation for the earth magnetic field is used.Since the traditional integral calculation method requires large calculation load and takes much time,it is not convenient for practical use.Additionally,although the simplified single layer ionosphere model is simple to implement,it results in larger errors.In this study,second-order term ionospheric correction formula proposed by Hoque (2007) is improved for estimating the second-order term at a global scale.Thus,it is more practicable to estimate the second-order term.More importantly,its results have a higher precision of the sub-millimeter level for a global scale in normal conditions.Compared with Hoque's original regional correction model,which calculates coefficients through polynomial fitting of elevation and latitudes,this study proposes a piece-wise look-up table and interpolation technique to modify Hoque model.Through utilizing a table file,the modified Hoque model can be conveniently implemented in an engineering software package,like as PANDA in this study.Through applying the proposed scheme for the second-order ionospheric correction into GNSS precise positioning in both PPP daily and epoch solutions,the results have shown south-shift characteristics in daily solution at a global scale and periodic change with VTEC daily variation in epoch positioning solution. | ZHANG HongPing LV HaiXia LI Min SHI Chuang | 2011 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,6: | 5 |
| 8 | Retrieve Sea Surface Salinity Using Principal Component Regression Model Based on SMOS Satellite Data显示文摘The sea surface salinity(SSS) is a key parameter in monitoring ocean states. Observing SSS can promote the understanding of global water cycle. This paper provides a new approach for retrieving sea surface salinity from Soil Moisture and Ocean Salinity(SMOS) satellite data. Based on the principal component regression(PCR) model, SSS can also be retrieved from the brightness temperature data of SMOS L2 measurements and Auxiliary data. 26 pair matchup data is used in model validation for the South China Sea(in the area of 4?–25?N, 105?–125?E). The RMSE value of PCR model retrieved SSS reaches 0.37 psu(practical salinity units) and the RMSE of SMOS SSS1 is 1.65 psu when compared with in-situ SSS. The corresponding Argo daily salinity data during April to June 2013 is also used in our validation with RMSE value 0.46 psu compared to 1.82 psu for daily averaged SMOS L2 products. | 13 | Amorphous TiO_2-supported Keggin-type ionic liquid catalyst catalytic oxidation of dibenzothiophene in diesel显示文摘Supported ionic liquid(IL) catalysts [C_nmim]_3PMo_(12)O_(40)/Am TiO_2(amorphous TiO_2) were synthesized through a one-step method for extraction coupled catalytic oxidative desulfurization(ECODS) system. Characterizations such as FTIR, DRS,wide-angle XRD, N_2 adsorption–desorption and XPS were applied to analyze the morphology and Keggin structure of the catalysts. In ECODS with hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant, it was found that ILs with longer alkyl chains in the cationic moiety had a better effect on the removal of dibenzothiophene. The desulfurization could reach 100% under optimal conditions, and GC–MS analysis was employed to detect the oxidized product after the reaction. Factors affecting the desulfurization efficiencies were discussed, and a possible mechanism was proposed. In addition, cyclic experiments were also conducted to investigate the recyclability of the supported catalyst. Cu(Ⅱ) or Zn)has been performed. It is found that the p–p interaction and C-H/p interaction play important roles in EDS for both Cu(Ⅱ) and Zn-based ILs,which is different from Al, Fe-based ILs. In the gas phase models, the interaction energy between Zn-based ILs and dibenzothiophene(DBT) is stronger than the interaction energy of Cu(Ⅱ)-based ILs. In order to consider the solvent effect, a generic ionic liquid of solvation model has been implemented, which is few considered in the previous calculations of EDS. It is interesting to find that the gap of interaction energies between Cu(Ⅱ), Zn-based ILs and DBT are reduced when the solvent effect is considered. | 17 | New evidence for microstructural evolution model of acid-activated montmorillonite显示文摘Ca-montmorillonite samples from Choushan treated at various acid concentrations were studied using chemical analysis, XRD, 29Si and 27A1 MAS NMR, to investigate the microstructure of the activated montmorillonites. With the increase of acid concentration and dissolution of cations of montmorillonite, the intensity of d(001) decreased obviously and significant changes of the microstructure of Si and Al occurred. There were two new types of structural units of Si atoms formed: (SiO)3SiOH units and Q4(0A1) units. For Al atoms, in the course of activation, the removal of one of a pair of octahedral aluminium atoms from montmorillonite removed two hydroxyl groups and left the other aluminum of the pair in the four-fold coordination. | 19 | Piezo1 regulates migration and invasion of breast cancer cells via modulating cell mechanobiological properties显示文摘Cell migration and invasion are two essential processes during cancer metastasis. Increasing evidence has shown that the Piezo1 channel is involved in mediating cell migration and invasion in some types of cancers. However, the role of Piezo1 in the breast cancer and its underlying mechanisms have not been clarified yet. Here, we show that Piezo1 is high-expressed in breast cancer cell (BCC) lines, despite its complex expression in clinical patient database. Piezo1 knockdown (Piezo1-KD) promotes unconfined BCC migration, but impedes confined cell migration. Piezo1 may mediate BCC migration through the balances of cell adhesion, cell stiffness, and contractility. Furthermore, Piezo1-KD inhibits BCC invasion by impairing the invadopodium formation and suppressing the expression of metalloproteinases (MMPs) as well. However, the proliferation and cell cycle of BCCs are not significantly affected by Piezo1. | 20 | The oral microbiome of pregnant women facilitates gestational diabetes discrimination显示文摘The oral microbiota plays an important role in the development of various diseases,whereas its association with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) remains largely unclear.The aim of this study is to identify biomarkers from the oral microbiota of GDM patients by analyzing the microbiome of the saliva and dental plaque samples of 111 pregnant women.We find that the microbiota of both types of oral samples in GDM patients exhibits differences and significantly varies from that of patients with periodontitis or dental caries.Using bacterial biomarkers from the oral microbiota,GDM classification models based on support vector machine and random forest algorithms are constructed.The area under curve (AUC) value of the classification model constructed by combination of Lautropia and Neisseria in dental plaque and Streptococcus in saliva reaches 0.83,and the value achieves a maximum value of 0.89 by adding clinical features.These findings suggest that certain bacteria in either saliva or dental plaque can effectively distinguish women with GDM from healthy pregnant women,which provides evidence of oral microbiome as an informative source for developing noninvasive biomarkers of GDM. | Xiaoqing Li Jiayong Zheng Xiuling Ma Bing Zhang Jinyang Zhang Wenhuan Wang Congcong Sun Yeping Wang Jianqiong Zheng Haiying Chen Jiejing Tao Hai Wang Fengyi Zhang Jinfeng Wang Hongping Zhang | 2021 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2021,48,1: | 2 |
