2Some open questions in the theory of generalized permutable subgroups显示文摘A subgroup H of a group G is said to be weakly s-supplemented in G if H has a supplement T in G such that H ∩ T HsG, where HsG is the largest s-permutable subgroup of G contained in H. This paper constructs an example to show that the open questions 6.3 and 6.4 in J Algebra, 315: 192–209 (2007) have negative solutions, and shows that in many cases Question 6.4 is positive. 3Single-cell biomagnifier for optical nanoscopes and nanotweezers显示文摘Optical microscopes and optical tweezers,which were invented to image and manipulate microscale objects,have revolutionized cellular and molecular biology.However,the optical resolution is hampered by the diffraction limit;thus,optical microscopes and optical tweezers cannot be directly used to image and manipulate nano-objects.The emerging plasmonic/photonic nanoscopes and nanotweezers can achieve nanometer resolution,but the high-index material structures will easily cause mechanical and photothermal damage to biospecimens.Here,we demonstrate subdiffraction-limit imaging and manipulation of nano-objects by a noninvasive device that was constructed by trapping a cell on a fiber tip.The trapped cell,acting as a biomagnifier,could magnify nanostructures with a resolution of 100 nm(λ/5.5)under white-light microscopy.The focus of the biomagnifier formed a nano-optical trap that allowed precise manipulation of an individual nanoparticle with a radius of 50 nm.This biomagnifier provides a high-precision tool for optical imaging,sensing,and assembly of bionanomaterials.Yuchao Li Xiaoshuai Liu Baojun Li 2019Light(Science & Applications)2019,8,1:9

5Interface electron collaborative migration of Co–Co3O4/carbon dots:Boosting the hydrolytic dehydrogenation of ammonia borane显示文摘Ammonia borane(AB)is an excellent candidate for the chemical storage of hydrogen.However,its practical utilization for hydrogen production is hindered by the need for expensive noble-metal-based catalysts.Herein,we report Co-Co3O4 nanoparticles(NPs)facilely deposited on carbon dots(CDs)as a highly efficient,robust,and noble-metal-free catalyst for the hydrolysis of AB.The incorporation of the multiinterfaces between Co,Co3O4 NPs,and CDs endows this hybrid material with excellent catalytic activity(rB=6816 mLH2 min^-1 gCo^-1)exceeding that of previous non-noble-metal NP systems and even that of some noble-metal NP systems.A further mechanistic study suggests that these interfacial interactions can affect the electronic structures of interfacial atoms and provide abundant adsorption sites for AB and water molecules,resulting in a low energy barrier for the activation of reactive molecules and thus substantial improvement of the catalytic rate.Han Wu Min Wu Boyang Wang Xue Yong Yushan Liu Baojun Li Baozhong Liu Siyu Lu 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,9:7
6Ability to detect weak effective seismic signals by utilizing chaotic vibrator system显示文摘Taking the advantage of CVS (Chaotic Vibrator System) sensitivity of large-scale periodic phase-state response to quasi-periodic or periodic signals,a series of numerical experiments were made to understand the ability of CVS to detect weak effective seismic signals in the common-shot seismic record distorted by strong stochastic noise. The re-sults demonstrate that the large-scale periodic phase-states of CVS are correlated with the signal composition of the quasi-periodic wavelet sequence constructing from horizontal moveout of seismic events,noise strength and the noise distortion de-gree to signal. For the same kind of events,the higher the noise distortion degree is,the lower the detectable SNR can be reached by CVS. For seismic data with the same noise distortion degree,the closer the scanning seismic velocity (the trial moveout ve-locity) approaches to the accurate velocity,the higher the detectable SNR can be reached by CVS. 7Deep-water Riser Fatigue Monitoring Systems Based on Acoustic Telemetry显示文摘Marine risers play a key role in the deep and ultra-deep water oil and gas production. The vortex-induced vibration(VIV) of marine risers constitutes an important problem in deep water oil exploration and production. VIV will result in high rates of structural failure of marine riser due to fatigue damage accumulation and diminishes the riser fatigue life. In-service monitoring or full scale testing is essential to improve our understanding of VIV response and enhance our ability to predict fatigue damage. One marine riser fatigue acoustic telemetry scheme is proposed and an engineering prototype machine has been developed to monitor deep and ultra-deep water risers' fatigue and failure that can diminish the riser fatigue life and lead to economic losses and eco-catastrophe. Many breakthroughs and innovation have been achieved in the process of developing an engineering prototype machine. Sea trials were done on the 6th generation deep-water drilling platform HYSY-981 in the South China Sea. The inclination monitoring results show that the marine riser fatigue acoustic telemetry scheme is feasible and reliable and the engineering prototype machine meets the design criterion and can match the requirements of deep and ultra-deep water riser fatigue monitoring. 8Suppression of strong random noise in seismic data by using time-frequency peak filtering显示文摘Time-frequency peak filtering (TFPF) is highly efficient in suppressing random noise in seismic data. Although the hypothesis of stationary Gaussian white noise cannot be fulfilled in practical seismic data, TFPF can effectively suppress white and colored random noise with different intensities, as can be theoretically demonstrated by detecting such noise in synthetic seismic data. However, a 'zero-drift' effect is observed in the filtered signal and is independent of the average power and variance of the random noise, but related to its mean value. Furthermore, we consider the situation where the local linearization of the seismic data cannot be satisfied absolutely and study the 'distortion' characteristics of the filtered signal using TFPF on a triangular wave. We found that over-compensation is possible in the frequency band for the triangular wave. In addition, it is nonsymmetrical and has a relationship to the time-varying curvature of the seismic wavelet. 10Subwavelength imaging and detection using adjustable and movable droplet microlenses显示文摘We developed adjustable and movable droplet microlenses consisting of a liquid with a high refractive index.The microlenses were prepared via ultrasonic shaking in deionized water,and the diameter of the microlenses ranged from 1 to 50μm.By stretching the microlenses,the focal length can be adjusted from 13 to 25μm.With the assistance of an optical tweezer,controllable assembly and movement of microlens arrays were also realized.The results showed that an imaging system combined with droplet microlenses could image 80 nm beads under white light illumination.Using the droplet microlenses,fluorescence emission at 550 nm from Cd Se@Zn S quantum dots was efficiently excited and collected.Moreover,Raman scattering signals from a silicon wafer were enhanced by^19 times.The presented droplet microlenses may offer new opportunities for flexible liquid devices in subwavelength imaging and detection.XIXI CHEN TIANLI WU ZHIYONG GONG YUCHAO LI YAO ZHANG BAOJUN LI 2020Photonics Research2020,8,3:5
11Co-Co304@carbon core-shells derived from metal-organic framework nanocrystals as efficient hydrogenevolution catalysts显示文摘Controllable pyrolysis of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) in confined spacesis a promising strategy for the design and development of advanced functionalmaterials. In this study, Co-C0304@carbon composites were synthesized viapyrolysis of a Co-MOFs@glucose polymer (Co-MOFs@GP) followed by partialoxidation of Co nanoparticles (NPs). The pyrolysis of Co-MOFs@GP generated acore-shell structure composed of carbon shells and Co NPs. The controlled partialoxidation of Co NPs formed Co-Co304 heterojunctions confined in carbon shells.Compared with Co-MOFs@GP and Co@carbon-n (Co@C-n), Co-C0304@carbon-n(Co-Co304@C-n) exhibited higher catalytic activity during NaBH4 hydrolysis.Co-C0304@C-II provided a maximum specific H2 generation rate of5,360 mL.min-l.gco-1 at room temperature due to synergistic interactionsbetween Co and C0304 NPs. 12Optical trapping and orientation of Escherichia coli cells using two tapered fiber probes显示文摘We report on the optical trapping and orientation of Escherichia coli(E.coli) cells using two tapered fiber probes.With a laser beam at 980 nm wavelength launched into probe I, an E. coli chain consisting of three cells was formed at the tip of probe I. After launching a beam at 980 nm into probe II, the E.coli at the end of the chain was trapped and oriented via the optical torques yielded by two probes. The orientation of the E. coli was controlled by adjusting the laser power of probe II. 13Optical orientation and shifting of a single multiwalled carbon nanotube显示文摘The orientation and shifting of individual carbon nanotubes are extremely important in the assembly of building blocks of nanodevices and in the development of one-dimensional materials for interdisciplinary applications.Here,we report an optical method that is capable of producing the controlled orientation and targeted shifting of single multiwalled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)using an optical-fiber nanotip.In a demonstration of this technique,a single MWCNT with an outer diameter of 50 nm and a length of 0.9 mm was first trapped by the nanotip using a laser beam with a wavelength of 980 nm and was then oriented and shifted along the nanotip axis as a result of the interaction of the MWCNT with the optical field output by the nanotip.Various optical powers were applied to characterize the orientation and shifting performance.The orientation and shifting of MWCNTs of various sizes were also demonstrated.Hongbao Xin Baojun Li 2014Light(Science & Applications)2014,3,1:4
14Ag_(2)Se Complex Nanostructures with Photocatalytic Activity and Superhydrophobicity显示文摘Single-crystalline Ag_(2)Se complex nanostructures have been synthesized via a solvothermal route in which selenophene(C4H4Se)as a selenylation source reacts with AgNO3 at a temperature of 240°C.An orthorhombic phaseβ-Ag_(2)Se nanostructure was identified by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman spectroscopy,field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),and photoluminescence(PL)spectroscopy.The wettability of the as-synthesizedβ-Ag_(2)Se nanostructure was studied by measurement of the water contact angle(CA).Static water CA values of over 150°were obtained,which can be attributed to theβ-Ag_(2)Se complex nanostructure having a combination of micro-and nanostructures.The superhydrophobic Ag_(2)Se nanostructure may find applications in self-cleaning.Additionally,the photocatalytic activity of the as-synthesizedβ-Ag_(2)Se nanostructure was evaluated by photodegradation of rhodamine B(RhB)dye under ultraviolet(UV)light irradiation.Huaqiang Cao Yujiang Xiao Yuexiang Lu Jiefu Yin Baojun Li Shuisheng Wu Xiaoming Wu 2010Nano Research2010,3,12:4
15Influence of Synthesis Parameters with Low Seed Addition on the Crystallinity of ZSM-5显示文摘ZSM-5 zeolite microparticles(MPs)were synthesized under hydrothermal condition using a low crystal seed addition approach without template.The synthesis parameters such as the seed addition amount,the SiO2/Al2O3ratio,the aluminum source,the feeding addition method,aging,and crystallization were investigated.The structure,morphology and composition of the as-synthesized ZSM-5 zeolite MPs were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),laser particle size distribution(PSD)measurements,and inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The SiO2/Al2O3ratio of ZSM-5 zeolite MPs was in the range of 20—80.The low seed addition was beneficial to improving the crystallinity and shortening the crystallization time,and the suitable amount of seed was 0.25%(SiO2).The ZSM-5 zeolite MPs synthesized with aluminium nitrate nonahydrate used as the aluminum source exhibited a relatively high crystallinity.An appropriate aging time could eliminate the effect of feeding addition method and effectively adjust particle size.The particle size of ZSM-5 zeolite obtained at an aging time of 20 h was around 2.0μm.Prolonging the aging time appropriately could also shorten the high-temperature crystallization time.The suitable aging time was 24 h,and the relative crystallinity of ZSM-5 zeolite could reach up to 99%after crystallization for 24 h at 180℃.Wang Songlin Wei Huijuan Tang Ying Wang Xiangyu Li Baojun 2013China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2013,15,4:3

17Multiphase microstructure formation and its effect on fracture behavior of medium carbon high silicon high strength steel显示文摘This work investigated the evolution of multiphase microstructure and impact fracture behavior of medium carbon high silicon high strength steel subjected to the austempering treatment at 240,360,and400℃.The results show that martensite,bainite,and retained austenite(RA)are the main microstructural phases.The austempering treatments at 360 and 400℃ caused the formation of carbon-poor ferrite in the matrix,and the transformation of ultrafine bainite into coarse lath bainite and granular bainite,respectively.Thick filmy RA was distributed between bainite laths.The polygonal martensiteaustenite islands and blocky RA formed along the grain boundaries.The average carbon concentration in the matrix decreased with the temperature increase,while the impact toughness initially increased and then dropped with temperature.The quasi-cleavage brittle fracture dominated the impact fracture mechanism of the sample austempered at 240℃ by forming tearing surfaces and tearing steps.The microcracks disappeared in the RA on the prior austenite grain boundaries.On the other side,the fracture surface of the sample austempered at 360℃ exhibited ductile fracture with deep dimples and brittle fracture with cleavage river patterns.The polygonal martensite-austenite islands or blocky RA constrained the microcracks.After austempered at 400℃,the brittle fracture was dominant,showing river patterns,and the microcracks propagated through the granular bainite without any resistance.Kui Chen Huabing Li Zhouhua Jiang Fubin Liu Congpeng Kang Xiaodong Ma Baojun Zhao 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,13:3

19Co-CoO_x supported onto TiO_(2) coated with carbon as a catalyst for efficient and stable hydrogen generation from ammonia borane显示文摘Ammonia borane(AB) can be catalytically hydrolyzed to provide hydrogen at room temperature due to its high potentaial for hydrogen storage. Non-precious metal heterogeneous catalysts have broad application in the field of energy catalysis. In this article, catalysts precursor is obtained from Co-Ti-resorcinol-formaldehyde resin by sol–gel method. Co/TiO_(2)@N-C(CTC) catalyst is prepared by calcining the precursor under high temperature conditions in nitrogen atmosphere. Co-CoO_x/TiO_(2)@N-C(COTC) is generated by the controllable oxidation reaction of CTC. The catalyst can effectively promote the release of hydrogen during the hydrolytic dehydrogenation of AB. High hydrogen generation at a specific rate of 5905 m L min^(-1) g_(Co)^(-1) is achieved at room temperature. The catalyst retains its 85% initial catalytic activity even for its fifth time use in AB hydrolysis. The synergistic effect among Co, Co_(3)O_(4) and TiO_(2) promotes the rate limiting step with dissociation and activation of water molecules by reducing its activation energy. 20Abundant heterointerfaces in MOF-derived hollow CoS_(2)-MoS_(2) nanosheet array electrocatalysts for overall water splitting显示文摘Rational coupling of hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) and oxygen evolution reaction(OER) catalysts is extremely important for practical overall water splitting,but it is still challenging to construct such bifunctional heterostructures.Herein,we present a metal-organic framework(MOF)-etching strategy to design free-standing and hierarchical hollow CoS_(2)-MoS_(2) heteronanosheet arrays for both HER and OER.Resulting from the controllable etching of MOF by MoO_(4)^(2-) and in-situ sulfuration,the obtained CoS_(2)-MoS_(2) possesses abundant heterointerfaces with modulated local charge distribution,which promote water dissociation and rapid electrocatalytic kinetics.Moreover,the two-dimensional hollow array architecture can not only afford rich surface-active sites,but also facilitate the penetration of electrolytes and the release of evolved H_(2)/O_(2) bubbles.Consequently,the engineered CoS_(2)-MoS_(2) heterostructure exhibits small overpotentials of 82 mV for HER and 266 mV for OER at 10 mA cm^(-2).The corresponding alkaline electrolyzer affords a cell voltage of 1.56 V at 10 mA cm^(-2) to boost overall water splitting,along with robust durability over 24 h, even surpassing the benchmark electrode couple composed of IrO_(2) and Pt/C The present work may provide valuable insights for developing MOF-derived heterogeneous electrocatalysts with tailored interface/surface structure for widespread application in catalysis and other energyrelated areas.Yuanjian Li Wenyu Wang Baojun Huang Zhifei Mao Rui Wang Beibei He Yansheng Gong Huanwen Wang 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,6:2
