| 3 | La_(2/3)Ca_(1/3)MnO_3/Eu_2CuO_4/La_(2/3)Ca_(1/3)MnO_3磁性隧道结的制备与表征显示文摘采用磁控溅射 ,紫外线光刻和离子束刻蚀制备了La2 3Ca1 3MnO3 Eu2 CuO4 La2 3Ca1 3MnO3磁性隧道结 .通过对获得的磁性隧道结的I V特性测量 ,发现非线性的I V特性 ,显示结样品的隧穿特性 .有趣的是发现在电极材料La2 3Ca1 3MnO3的金属 绝缘体转变温度 (Tp)以下 ,I V曲线出现一个跳变 .随着温度降低 ,开始出现跳变的临界电流增大 ,但是跳变都发生在同样的电压下~ 2 0 9mV .当电流增大或减小在跳变点附近出现回滞 .这一跳变只发生在铁磁金属态 ,表明这是一个磁性相关联的效应 ,可能对应一种新的磁性开关过程 .虽然 ,目前对这一现象背后的物理机理还不清楚 ,但是 。 | 唐为华 李培刚 L.H.Li J.Gao | 2005 | 物理学报2005,54,1: | 2 |

| 5 | Field-resolved high-order sub-cycle nonlinearities in a terahertz semiconductor laser显示文摘The exploitation of ultrafast electron dynamics in quantum cascade lasers(QCLs)holds enormous potential for intense,compact mode-locked terahertz(THz)sources,squeezed THz light,frequency mixers,and comb-based metrology systems.Yet the important sub-cycle dynamics have been notoriously difficult to access in operational THz QCLs.Here,we employ high-field THz pulses to perform the first ultrafast two-dimensional spectroscopy of a free-running THz QCL.Strong incoherent and coherent nonlinearities up to eight-wave mixing are detected below and above the laser threshold.These data not only reveal extremely short gain recovery times of 2 ps at the laser threshold,they also reflect the nonlinear polarization dynamics of the QCL laser transition for the first time,where we quantify the corresponding dephasing times between 0.9 and 1.5 ps with increasing bias currents.A density-matrix approach reproducing the emergence of all nonlinearities and their ultrafast evolution,simultaneously,allows us to map the coherently induced trajectory of the Bloch vector.The observed high-order multi-wave mixing nonlinearities benefit from resonant enhancement in the absence of absorption losses and bear potential for a number of future applications,ranging from efficient intracavity frequency conversion,mode proliferation to passive mode locking. | J.Riepl J.Raab P.Abajyan H.Nong J.R.Freeman L.H.Li E.H.Linfield A.G.Davies A.Wacker T.Albes C.Jirauschek C.Lange S.S.Dhillon R.Huber | 2021 | Light(Science & Applications)2021,10,12: | 0 |
| 6 | ON FATIGUE CRACK PATH DEVIATION AT ELEVATED TEMPERATURE IN ELECTRON BEAM REPAIRED WELDMENTS OF TURBINE DISK显示文摘Fatigue crack growth behaviors in electron beam weldments of a nickel-base superalloy are studied. The objective of this paper is to discuss effects of the inhomogeneity of mechanical performance on fatigue crack growth (FCG) rate and crack path deviation (CPD). The base metal served in a turbine disk of aerospace engine was selected to fabricate bead-on-plate weldments by using electron beam welding. Some wedge-type opening loading specimens, notched in three different zone of weld metal, HAZ and base metal, were employed and performed fatigue crack growth tests at 650℃. The results show that the fatigue crack growth of electron beam welded joints is instable due to the influence of mechanical heterogeneities. Owing to the crack deviation at the weld metal and hcat-affected-zone (HAZ), the effective growth driving force at the tip of fatigue crack was reduced with the reduction of the effective stress intensity factor (SIF) which finally causes fatigue crack rate decrease.
