1乳腺癌患者的心身症状与生活质量显示文摘目的:探讨乳腺癌患者抑郁、焦虑的心理症状与躯体症状之间的关系,心身症状与生活质量的关系以及心身症状和生活质量与患者所接受过的治疗和生存期的关系。方法:本研究采用横断面设计,对北京市315例符合入组标准的乳腺癌患者进行调查,所使用的调查工具包括病人健康问卷(PHQ-15)、病人健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)、广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)及癌症患者生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30),并对255份有效数据进行了分析。结果:乳腺癌患者躯体症状的严重程度与抑郁、焦虑均呈正相关(r=0.44,0.56;均P<0.01);在重度躯体症状的患者中,抑郁的发生率为42.3%,焦虑的发生率为50%;抑郁、焦虑与乳腺癌患者总体健康状况相关(β=-0.22,-0.30;均P<0.01);接受化疗的患者其躯体症状和抑郁、焦虑得分高于未接受化疗的患者[(9.0±5.0)vs.(6.0±4.1),(8.3±6.0)vs.(4.0±3.5),(5.4±5.0)vs.(3.1±3.7);均P<0.01];生存期5年以上的乳腺癌患者只有焦虑分数低于5年以内的患者[(5.8±5.0)vs.(4.3±4.5),P<0.05],在躯体症状、抑郁和生活质量方面差异无统计学意义。结论:乳腺癌患者抑郁、焦虑的心理症状与其躯体症状和总体健康状况相关,接受化疗患者的心身症状和生活质量可能会更差一些,生存期5年以上的患者焦虑水平低于5年以内的患者,但躯体症状、抑郁以及生活质量与生存期的延长未见相关。庞英 FISCHER Irmela KOCH Maike FRITZSCHE Kurt 唐丽丽 2013中国心理卫生杂志2013,27,4:109
2大别造山带壳幔界面的断错结构和壳内低速体显示文摘2001年4月~2002年3月, 北起河南兰考附近的崔林(34°40′N, 114°49′E), 南到江西大冶附近的大箕铺(30°20′N, 115°03′E), 横跨大别造山带, 布设了总长度约500 km, 由34台宽频带流动地震仪组成的二维地震台阵观测剖面. 台站采用不等间距布设. 在大别造山带范围内, 台站间距为3~8 km, 其他地区为15~20 km. 利用台阵记录的远震P波波形数据和接收函数方法, 获得了横穿大别造山带的接收函数剖面和各台站下方100 km深度范围内地壳上地幔的S波速度结构. 研究结果表明: 大别造山带地壳在垂直山体走向的方向上具有明显的非对称分块结构; 地壳最大厚度为42 km; 壳幔界面具有与地壳分块结构相应的断错结构, 最大断距达到8 km; 在造山带核部, 存在壳内横波低速体; 壳内低速体分为两部分, 分别对应南大别和北大别; 在垂向上两者可能曾有差异运动; 其下方地壳速度具有随深度增加的梯度结构, 上地幔顶部直到70 km深度范围内速度异常偏低, 而其下方70~100 km的深度上有高速异常体.刘启元 Rainer Kind 陈九辉 Yuan Xiaohui 李顺成 郭飚 Kurt Wylegalla 赖院根 2005中国科学(D辑)2005,35,4:31

7Is the neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio associated with liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B?显示文摘AIM: To determine the association between the neutrophil to lymphocyte(N/L) ratio and the degree of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB) infection. METHODS: Between December 2011 and February 2013, 129 consecutive CHB patients who were admitted to the study hospitals for histological evaluation of chronic hepatitis B-related liver fibrosis were included in this retrospective study. The patients were divided into two groups based on the fibrosis score: individuals with a fibrosis score of F0 or F1 were included in the 'no/minimal liver fibrosis' group, whereas patients with a fibrosis score of F2, F3, or F4 were included in the 'advanced liver fibrosis' group. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences 18.0 for Windows was used to analyze the data. A P value of < 0.05 was accepted as statistically significant.RESULTS: Three experienced and blinded pathologists evaluated the fibrotic status and inflammatory activity of 129 liver biopsy samples from the CHB patients. Following histopathological examination, the 'no/minimal fibrosis' group included 79 individuals, while the 'advanced fibrosis' group included 50 individuals. Mean(N/L) ratio levels were notably lower in patients with advanced fibrosis when compared with patients with no/minimal fibrosis. The mean value of the aspartate aminotransferase-platelet ratio index was markedly higher in cases with advanced fibrosis compared to those with no/minimal fibrosis.CONCLUSION: Reduced levels of the peripheral blood N/L ratio were found to give high sensitivity, specificity and predictive values in CHB patients with significant fibrosis. 10Feedstock choice,pyrolysis temperature and type influence biochar characteristics:a comprehensive meta-data analysis review显示文摘Various studies have established that feedstock choice,pyrolysis temperature,and pyrolysis type influence final biochar physicochemical characteristics.However,overarching analyses of pre-biochar creation choices and correlations to biochar characteristics are severely lacking.Thus,the objective of this work was to help researchers,biochar-stakeholders,and practitioners make more well-informed choices in terms of how these three major parameters influence the final biochar product.Utilizing approximately 5400 peer-reviewed journal articles and over 50,800 individual data points,herein we elucidate the selections that influence final biochar physical and chemical properties,total nutrient content,and perhaps more importantly tools one can use to predict biochar’s nutrient availability.Based on the large dataset collected,it appears that pyrolysis type(fast or slow)plays a minor role in biochar physico-(inorganic)chemical characteristics;few differences were evident between production styles.Pyrolysis temperature,however,affects biochar’s longevity,with pyrolysis temperatures>500℃ generally leading to longer-term(i.e.,>1000 years)half-lives.Greater pyrolysis temperatures also led to biochars containing greater overall C and specific surface area(SSA),which could promote soil physico-chemical improvements.However,based on the collected data,it appears that feedstock selection has the largest influence on biochar properties.Specific surface area is greatest in wood-based biochars,which in combination with pyrolysis temperature could likely promote greater changes in soil physical characteristics over other feedstock-based biochars.Crop-and other grass-based biochars appear to have cation exchange capacities greater than other biochars,which in combination with pyrolysis temperature could potentially lead to longer-term changes in soil nutrient retention.The collected data also suggest that one can reasonably predict the availability of various biochar nutrients(e.g.,N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,and Cu)based on feedstock choice and total nutrient content.Results can be used to create designer biochars to help solve environmental issues and supply a variety of plant-available nutrients for crop growth.James A.Ippolito Liqiang Cui Claudia Kammann Nicole Wrage‑Mönnig Jose MEstavillo Teresa Fuertes‑Mendizabal Maria Luz Cayuela Gilbert Sigua Jeff Novak Kurt Spokas Nils Borchard 2020Biochar2020,2,4:13

12躯体形式障碍与躯体症状障碍患者临床特征比较显示文摘目的探索三甲综合医院门诊躯体形式障碍(somatoform disorder,SFD)和躯体症状障碍(somatic symptom disorder,SSD)患者临床特征的差异。方法采用方便取样法纳入消化内科、神经内科、中医科、精神科门诊候诊患者,完成患者健康问卷躯体症状群量表(Patient Health Questionnaire-15,PHQ-15),患者健康问卷抑郁量表(Patient Health Questionnare-9,PHQ-9),广泛性焦虑障碍量表(General Anxiey Disorder Scale,GAD-7),躯体症状障碍诊断B标准量表(Somatic Symptom Disorder-B Criteria Scale,SSD-12),世界卫生组织残疾评定方案2.0(WHO Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0,WHO DAS 2.0)等自评问卷,并经结构化访谈得出SSD和SFD诊断,采用独立样本t检验分析并比较SSD和SFD患者的临床特征及差异。结果699例受访者中,236例(33.8%)和431例(61.7%)分别被诊断为SSD和SFD,二者诊断一致性较低(Cohenκ=0.291 P<0.01)。SSD患者在PHQ-15[(12.01±5.54)分比(10.38±5.53)分,t=3.624]、PHQ-9[(11.84±6.76)分比(9.40±6.57)分,t=4.546]、GAD-7[(9.70±6.08)分比(7.34±5.92)分,t=4.871]、SSD-12[(23.60±11.43)分比(16.52±12.64)分,t=7.154]和WHO DAS 2.0[(22.65±8.52)分比(19.96±7.77)分,t=4.128]量表得分显著高于SFD患者,均P<0.01。结论SSD和SFD诊断一致性较低;相对于SFD患者,SSD患者在躯体症状负荷、焦虑抑郁情绪、与症状相关情绪、思维和行为问题、社会功能损害更严重。姜忆南 魏镜 李涛 马希权 张岚 张耀尹 陈华 吴珩 李闻天 卢伟 任洁 Kurt Fritzsche 2020中华精神科杂志2020,53,1:13
13Dislocation structure of the crust-mantle boundary and low-velocity body within the crust beneath the Dabie Shan collision orogen显示文摘From April of 2001 to March of 2002, a passive seismic array experiment was car- ried out in the Dabie Shan and its adjacent region. In this experiment, totally 34 broadband seismic stations were deployed along a profile across the Dabie Shan orogen and North-China platform. This profile is about 500 km long from Cuilin (34°40′N, 114°49′E), Henan Province, to Dajipu (30°20′N, 115°03′E), Hubei Province. The space between stations is about 3?8 km in the Dabie Shan orogenic belt and about 15?20 km in other area. The receiver function profile and S-wave velocity structure of the crust and upper mantle down to 100 km depth along the profile are investigated in terms of the receiver function techniques (Liu et al., 1996, 2000). Our results show that the crust beneath the Dabie Shan orogen has an obviously asymmetric blocked structure in the direction perpendicular to the mountain strike. The maximal crustal thickness reaches to 42 km. The crust-mantle boundary has a dislocation structure correlated to the crustal blocks and the largest offset reaches to 8 km. In the kernel of the orogen exists a low-velocity body inside the crust, which is separated into two parts corresponding to the South Dabie and North Dabie on the surface, respectively. Probably a vertical divergent movement between both took place in history. The crust below this low-velocity area has a positive gradient velocity structure with the depth, and the upper mantle down to the depth of 70 km has the lower S-wave velocity than its both sides. 14Cell Wall Lignin is Polymerised by Class Ⅲ Secretable Plant Peroxidases in Norway Spruce显示文摘Class Ⅲ secretable plant peroxidases occur as a large family of genes in plants with many functions and probable redundancy. In this review we are concentrating on the evidence we have on the catalysis of lignin polymerization by class Ⅲ plant peroxidases present in the apoplastic space in the xylem of trees. Some evidence exists on the specificity of peroxidase isozymes in lignin polymerization through substrate specificity studies, from antisense mutants in tobacco and poplar and from tissue and cell culture lines of Norway spruce (Picea abies) and Zinnia elegans. In addition, real time (RT-)PCR results have pointed out that many peroxidases have tissue specific expression patterns in Norway spruce. 16Pathophysiology of colorectal peritoneal carcinomatosis: Role of the peritoneum显示文摘Colorectal cancer(CRC) is the third most common cancer and the fourth most common cause of cancerrelated death worldwide. Besides the lymphatic and haematogenous routes of dissemination,CRC frequently gives rise to transcoelomic spread of tumor cells in the peritoneal cavity,which ultimately leads to peritoneal carcinomatosis(PC). PC is associated with a poor prognosis and bad quality of life for these patients in their terminal stages of disease. A loco-regional treatment modality for PC combining cytoreductive surgery and hyperthermic intraperitoneal peroperative chemotherapy has resulted in promising clinical results. However,this novel approach is associated with significant morbidity and mortality. A comprehensive understanding of the molecular events involved in peritoneal disease spread is paramount in avoiding unnecessary toxicity. The emergence of PC is the result of a molecular crosstalk between cancer cells and host elements,involving several well-defined steps,together known as the peritoneal metastatic cascade. Individual or clumps of tumor cells detach from the primary tumor,gain access to the peritoneal cavity and become susceptible to the regular peritoneal transport. They attach to the distant peritoneum,subsequently invade the subperitoneal space,where angiogenesis sustains proliferation and enables further metastatic growth. These molecular events are not isolated events but rather a continuous and interdependent process. 17躯体症状障碍患者临床特征分析显示文摘目的探索躯体症状障碍(SSD)患者的临床特征。方法采用方便取样法选取北京协和医院精神科、中医科和消化科门诊患者作为研究对象。根据入排标准,共纳入210名被试完成自评问卷,并经过结构化诊断访谈得出SSD的诊断。分析SSD患者的临床特征,并与非SSD患者比较,同时比较来自3个科室SSD患者的临床特征。结果(1)被试中有27.1%(57/210)被诊断为SSD;患者年龄(43±13)岁,其中女性占61.4%(35/57),与非SSD患者各项人口学资料的对比差异均无统计学意义。(2)45.6%(26/57)的SSD患者躯体症状持续时间超过2年,29.9%(17/57)报告近1年就诊次数超过20次。过去6个月接受过治疗的SSD患者有46.8%(22/47)治疗满意度3~5分,44.7%(21/47)对治疗效果评分3~5分。(3)SSD患者较各科室非SSD患者各项自评量表得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与精神科非SSD相比,在躯体症状、焦虑相关量表及12项健康调查简表(SF-12)亚量表精神健康总评(MCS)间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三个科室的SSD患者在诊治情况和各项自评量表得分的比较差异均无统计学意义。结论SSD患者的身心受疾病影响较为严重,应得到积极治疗。综合医院精神科,尤其会诊联络精神医学亚专科工作应重点关注该类患者并开展更深入研究。赵晓晖 魏镜 李涛 曹锦亚 姜忆南 Kurt Fritzsche 2019中华精神科杂志2019,52,4:10

19综合医院门诊躯体形式障碍患者功能损害及相关影响因素显示文摘目的探讨影响躯体形式障碍(SFD)患者功能损害的影响因素。方法采用多中心横断面研究,从5个城市9家综合医院的神经内科、消化内科、中医科以及心理(心身医学)科招募被试者,采用自编社会人口学问卷、世界卫生组织残疾评定量表12项目自评版(WHO-DASII)、患者健康问卷抑郁症状群量表(PHQ-9)、广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)对被试者的情绪及功能损害情况进行评估,采用简明国际神经精神访谈进行精神障碍诊断分类。分别应用t检验和Pearson χ^2检验对社会人口学及临床中的计量和计数资料进行比较,用多元线性回归分析探索SFD功能损害的影响因素。结果招募有效被试者446例,SFD患者327例,有明确躯体疾病但不符合SFD及其他精神障碍诊断患者(躯体疾病患者)119例。SFD患者和躯体疾病患者女性比例[63.9%(209/327)比52.9%(63/119);χ^2=4.53,P=0.03]、过去12个月就诊次数>10次(χ^2=31.55,P<0.01)、病程>6个月(χ^2=44.71,P<0.01)均高于躯体疾病患者,SFD患者中抑郁和焦虑的阳性比例与躯体疾病患者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);SFD患者PHQ-9得分高于躯体疾病患者[(8.5±6.4)分比(6.9±5.9)分;t=2.33,P=0.02]。相关分析显示,居住地(r=0.12,P=0.01)、拥有医疗保险的情况(r=0.12,P<0.01)、婚姻状况(r=0.14,P=0.04)、冬夏季是否锻炼(r=0.12、0.11,P<0.01、0.05)以及焦虑(r=0.59,P<0.01)、抑郁(r=0.65,P<0.01)状况与患者的功能残疾存在显著相关。回归分析显示,居住地、焦虑、抑郁情绪对患者的功能损害有显著影响,方程模型可以解释功能损害49.3%(F=77.76,P<0.01)的变异。结论SFD患者较躯体疾病患者的情绪损害严重;居住地及焦虑、抑郁状态是SFD患者功能损害的影响因素。马希权 张岚 张耀尹 陈华 吴珩 李闻天 任洁 卢伟 魏镜 Kurt Fritzsche 2019中华精神科杂志2019,52,4:9
