| 1 | Saponins from Roots of Panax notoginseng显示文摘Objective To study the chemical constituents in the dried roots of Panax notoginseng.Methods The constituents were isolated and purified with chromatographic methods.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods(1D,2D NMR,UV,IR,[α]D,and HRESI-TOF-MS)and chemical analyses.Results Twenty saponins including 20(S)-ginsenoside Rh1(1),6-O-β-D-(6′-acetyl)-glucopyranosyl-24-ene-dammar-3β,6α,12β,20S-tetraol(2),ginseno-side Rf(3),notoginsenoside R2(4),ginsenoside Rg2(5),ginsenoside Rg1(6),notoginsenoside Rt(7),koryoginsenoside R1(8),6-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-20-O-(β-D-xylopyranosyl)-3β,6α,12β,20(S)-tetrahydroxy-dammar-24-ene(9),pseudoginsenoside Rt3(10),notoginsenoside R1(11),ginsenoside Re(12),notoginsenoside N(13),ginsenoside F1(14),ginsenoside U(15),ginsenoside Rk3(16),3β,12β-dihydroxydammar-(E)-20(22),24-diene-6-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(17),ginsenoside Rh4(18),pseudoginsenoside Rt5(19),and vinaginsenoside R22(20)were obtained.Conclusion Compounds 2,19,and 20 are isolated from this species for the first time.The 1H-NMR data of compound 19 and1H-NMR and 13C-NMR data of compound 20 are first reported.Meanwhile,the NMR data ofβ-D-xylopyranosyl group in compound 9 is corrected. | Li-feng Han Kaunda Joseph Sakah Li-li Liu Agyemang Kojo Tao Wang Yi Zhang | 2014 | Chinese Herbal Medicines2014,6,2: | 13 |

| 3 | Least Privileges and Role’s Inheritance of RBAC显示文摘The main advantages of role-based access control (RBAC) are able to support the well-known security principles and roles’ inheritance. But for there remains a lack of specific definition and the necessary formalization for RBAC, it is hard to realize RBAC in practical work. Our contribution here is to formalize the main relations of RBAC and take first step to propose concepts of action closure and data closure of a role, based on which we got the specification and algorithm for the least privileges of a role. | 4 | 豫东农村地区成人低中度氟暴露、握力与骨密度的关系显示文摘目的:探讨豫东农村地区成人低中度氟暴露、握力与骨密度的关系。方法:于2017年4~5月,采用整群抽样的方法,以河南开封市某县585名成人为调查对象开展横断面调查。通过问卷调查、体格测量和样本收集获得研究对象的基本人口学资料以及生物样本。采用氟离子选择电极法测定尿氟质量浓度,利用苦味酸比色法测定尿肌酐。分别使用超声骨密度仪、Jamar握力计测量研究对象骨密度(T)及握力。采用多重线性回归和logistic回归分析氟暴露、握力与骨密度的关系。结果:尿氟与骨密度无相关关系(P>0.05)。调整潜在混杂因素(年龄、性别、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数值)后,握力每增加1.0 kg,T值增加0.02(95%CI为0.01~0.03),研究对象发生骨质异常总风险降低5%(95%CI为1%~10%),患骨质疏松的风险降低8%(95%CI为2%~13%)。握力和尿氟对骨密度的影响存在交互作用(P交互=0.099)。结论:在低中度氟暴露地区,成人握力与骨密度呈正相关,低中度氟暴露可能对高握力人群骨密度有促进作用。 | 姜楠 孙仁杰 张洛铭 AFRIM Francis Kojo 段雷振 张艳丽 马军 朱静媛 左其亭 巴月 周郭育 | 2021 | 郑州大学学报(医学版)2021,56,1: | 3 |
| 5 | Two Coordination Polymers with High Selectivity for Sensing Iron(Ⅲ) Constructed from Bifunctional Ligand显示文摘A new ligand [1-{2-(2-pyridyl)-benzo[d]imidazole}-2-(5-hydroxyisophthalic acid) ethane] was used to synthesize cadmium and cobalt based florescent organic frameworks successfully under solvothermal conditions. Single-crystal X-ray crystallography of both complexes as well as their thermal stability and luminescence properties was investigated.
