1Revenue-sharing contract to coordinate independent participants within the supply chain显示文摘To improve the performance of the supply chain with one supplier and multiple retailers under deter- ministic price-sensitive customer demand,an optimal strategy is proposed based on knowledge discovery.First the decentralized system in which the supplier and the retailers are independent,profit-maximizing participants with the supplier acting as a Stackelberg game leader is studied.Numerical examples illustrate the importance of the coordination.The conventional quantity discount mechanism needs to be modified to coordinate the supply chain, so a revenue-sharing contract is proposed to coordinate such supply chain.Lastly,a special decision under certain demand rates is studied.The pricing and replenishment policies can be decided sequentially,which yields much less loss comparing with optimal decision when the demand rates are sufficiently large.Chen Kebing Gao Chengxiu Wang Yan 2007Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2007,18,3:10
2INFORMATION STRUCTURES AND PRICING DECISIONS IN COMPETING SUPPLY CHAINS显示文摘The paper investigates the pricing decisions of two competing supply chains under the different information structures. Each retailer has private information about the market demand and has the right to decide whether or not to share the information with the manufacturer. Three demand-information structures, i.e., information sharing in both supply chains, information sharing in only one supply chain and information sharing in neither supply chain, are considered. We investigate the value of information by comparing the information structures, and find that the information value not only works in the channel directly, but also does in the competing channel indirectly. Information sharing in a supply chain always benefits its manufacturer, but hurts its retailer; while it benefits both the manufacturer and the retailer of competing supply chain, regardless of whether this competing supply chain has information sharing. From the perspective of channel, when the competition is more intense, information sharing in a supply chain makes this supply chain better off, and when the competition is less intense, the information sharing in a supply chain makes this supply chain worse off. 3Diagnosis of nervous necrosis virus in orange-spotted grouper,Epinephelus coioides, by a rapid and convenient RT-PCR method显示文摘Viral nervous necrosis(VNN)causes high mortality in marine fish,especially in the grouper,worldwide and in China.Since there is no effective vaccine or drug to deal with VNN,early detection and prevention is important to block its outbreak.In this study,a reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)was developed for the rapid,convenient,and sensitive detection of the VNN pathogen,nervous necrosis virus(NNV),in the grouper.The whole process was completed within 3.5 h from the RNA extraction to PCR product visualization.The detection limit of this method was 200 copies of NNV RNA standard,which corresponded to 200 copies of virus particles.This RT-PCR method was specific to the NNV detection with no cross-reactivity to other fish viral disease pathogens,such as infectious pancreatic necrosis virus(IPNV),infectious hematopoietic necrosis virus(IHNV),spring viraemia of carp virus(SVCV),epizootic haematopoietic necrosis virus(EHNV),and large yellow croaker iridovirus(LYCIV).With this method,the orange-spotted grouper(Epinephelus coioides)fry from hatcheries with or without incidence of the VNN epidemic in Fujian Province were detected.The results showed that all or 93%of the fry from the two hatcheries with incidence of the epidemic were diagnosed as positive,while 40%or 25%of fry from the two hatcheries without the VNN epidemic were also detected as NNV positive,indicating that this RT-PCR method can be used for rapid,sensitive detection of NNV infection and applied in the VNN epidemic alert.MU Yinnan LIN Kebing CHEN Xinhua AO Jingqun 2013Acta Oceanologica Sinica2013,32,10:6
4Comprehensive Marine Observing Experiment Based on High-Altitude Large Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(South China Sea Experiment2020 of the “Petrel Project”)显示文摘In collaboration with 12 other institutions, the Meteorological Observation Center of the China Meteorological Administration undertook a comprehensive marine observation experiment in the South China Sea using the Yilong-10 high-altitude large unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV). The Yilong-10 UAV carried a self-developed dropsonde system and a millimeter-wave cloud radar system. In addition, a solar-powered unmanned surface vessel and two drifting buoys were used. The experiment was further supported by an intelligent, reciprocating horizontal drifting radiosonde system that was deployed from the Sansha Meteorological Observing Station, with the intent of producing a stereoscopic observation over the South China Sea. Comprehensive three-dimensional observations were collected using the system from 31 July to2 August, 2020. This information was used to investigate the formation and development processes of Typhoon Sinlaku(2020). The data contain measurements of 21 oceanic and meteorological parameters acquired by the five devices, along with video footage from the UAV. The data proved very helpful in determining the actual location and intensity of Typhoon Sinlaku(2020). The experiment demonstrates the feasibility of using a high-altitude, large UAV to fill in the gaps between operational meteorological observations of marine areas and typhoons near China, and marks a milestone for the use of such data for analyzing the structure and impact of a typhoon in the South China Sea. 8Preparation of phospholipid-based polycarbonate urethanes for potential applications of blood-contacting implants显示文摘Polyurethanes are widely used in interventional devices due to the excellent physicochemical property.However,non-specific adhesion and severe inflammatory response of ordinary polyurethanes may lead to severe complications of intravenous devices.Herein,a novel phospholipid-based polycarbonate urethanes(PCUs)were developed via two-step solution polymerization by direct synthesis based on functional raw materials.Furthermore,PCUs were coated on biomedical metal sheets to construct biomimetic anti-fouling surface.The results of stress–strain curves exhibited excellent tensile properties of PCUs films.Differential scanning calorimetry results indicated that the microphase separation of such PCUs polymers could be well regulated by adjusting the formulation of chain extender,leading to different biological response.In vitro blood compatibility tests including bovine serum albumin adsorption,fibrinogen adsorption and denaturation,platelet adhesion and whole-blood experiment showed superior performance in inhibition non-specific adhesion of PCUs samples.Endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells culture tests further revealed a good anti-cell adhesion ability.Finally,animal experiments including ex vivo blood circulation and subcutaneous inflammation animal experiments indicated a strong ability in anti-thrombosis and histocompatibility.These results high light the strong anti-adhesion property of phospholipid-based PCUs films,which may be applied to the blood-contacting implants such as intravenous catheter or antithrombotic surface in the future.Peichuang Li Wanhao Cai Xin Li Kebing Wang Lei Zhou Tianxue You Rui Wang Hang Chen Yuancong Zhao Jin Wang Nan Huang 2020Regenerative Biomaterials2020,7,5:1

12Factors affecting poplar wetwood characteristics显示文摘Wet wood is an abnormal phenomenon in growing trees,which adversely affects growth,subsequent wood processing and economic values of wood products.In this study,the influences of factors such as clones,afforestation methods,site conditions and climate conditions on the characteristics of poplar wetwood were studied through field investigations in 27 clones from 48 sample plots in 28 counties.Results showed that the incidences of wetwood were almost 100%in all plots.Ratios of wetwood area among the48 plots differed from 15.1 to 90.2%.Wetwood area ratios,moisture contents and pH differed significantly between the 27 clones.Wetwood area ratios of the clones ranged from18.7 to 62.3%.Ratios of wetwood areas were positively correlated with wet wood moisture content and pH,tree age,and negatively correlated with pH of sap wood.The repeatability of wet wood area ratios was 0.52,moderately controlled by genetics.Wetwood moisture content and pH were highly controlled by genetics,indicated by the repeatability of 0.91 and 0.89,respectively.There were significant differences in wetwood area ratios,moisture content and pH between different site conditions,afforestation methods,and geographical regions.Sloping land had the lowest wetwood area ratios and moisture content among four types of sites.Afforestation by direct seeding and rooted cuttings had the lowest wetwood area ratios and moisture content,respectively.In the three geographical regions,the Yellow River Basin had the lowest wetwood values of all three factors.Qilin Zhang Xingyi Hu Qian Hu Jiawei Yang Tianyu Zhao Kebing Du 2023Journal of Forestry Research2023,34,5:1
