2基于特征排序与深度学习的母线负荷预测方法显示文摘负荷预测是指导电力系统规划和安全经济运行的重要依据。传统的负荷预测一般指区域负荷总量的预测,不能够体现底层母线负荷水平,无法满足电网精益化管理的要求,母线负荷预测是解决这一问题的关键途径。文章提出了基于特征排序与深度学习的母线负荷预测模型。首先,针对各区域母线负荷差异性较大的现状,使用随机森林算法对预测目标影响较大因素进行排序,选择特征贡献度较高的特征属性;其次,在模型训练阶段选择了深度置信网络,学习并跟踪母线负荷变化趋势;最后,采用北京电网某条110 kV母线负荷进行实例验证。结果表明,文章所建立的预测模型具有良好的预测精度和稳定度。熊图 赵宏伟 陈明辉 蔡智洋 陈艳伟 Yordanos Kassa Semero 2019可再生能源2019,37,10:11
3PV Power Forecasting Using an Integrated GA-PSO-ANFIS Approach and Gaussian Process Regression Based Feature Selection Strategy显示文摘This paper presents a hybrid approach for the forecasting of electricity production in microgrids with solar photovoltaic(PV)installations.An accurate PV power generation forecasting tool essentially addresses the issues resulting from the intermittent and uncertain nature of solar power to ensure efficient and reliable system operation.A day-ahead,hourly mean PV power generation forecasting method based on a combination of genetic algorithm(GA),particle swarm optimization(PSO)and adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference systems(ANFIS)is presented in this study.Binary GA with Gaussian process regression model based fitness function is used to determine important input parameters that significantly influence the amount of output power of a PV generation plant;and an integrated hybrid algorithm combining GA and PSO is used to optimize an ANFIS based PV power forecasting model for the plant.The proposed modeling technique is tested based on power generation data obtained from Goldwind microgrid system found in Beijing.Forecasting results demonstrate the superior performance of the proposed method as compared with commonly used forecasting approaches.The proposed approach outperformed existing artificial neural network(ANN),linear regression(LR),and persistence based forecasting models,validating its effectiveness.Yordanos Kassa Semero Jianhua Zhang Dehua Zheng 2018CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2018,4,2:5
4Determinants of neonatal jaundice in Ethiopia:a systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘Background Neonatal jaundice is a common condition characterized by a yellowish discoloration of the skin,conjunctiva,and sclera caused by elevated serum or plasma bilirubin levels during the newborn period.The condition is usually not dangerous,but it can progress to severe hyperbilirubinemia,which can lead to acute bilirubin encephalopathy and kernicterus,a bilirubin-induced neurological damage.Therefore,this study aimed to assess the pooled prevalence of neonatal jaundice and its determinants in Ethiopia.Methods Scopus,PubMed,Google Scholar,Embase,and CINAHL databases were searched for studies published between January 1,2010 and July 30,2021.A weighted DerSimonian Laird random-effects model was used to estimate the pooled prevalence of neonatal jaundice and its associated factors.The I2 was used to calculate the degree of heterogeneity.The funnel plot and Egger's regression test were used to assess publication bias.Results Totally 697 articles were generated from various databases,and the review included a total of eight articles.The pooled prevalence of neonatal jaundice was 30.96%[95%confidence interval(CI)16.61%–45.31%)]in Ethiopia.This review showed that prolonged labor[adjusted odd ratio(AOR)=3.39;95%CI 2.41–4.77),low birth weight(AOR=5.12;95%CI 3.11–8.72),birth asphyxia(AOR=3.75;95%CI 2.11–6.66),cephalohematoma(AOR=7.07;95%CI 2.72–18.38),ABO incompatibility(AOR=6.05;95%CI 2.95–12.42),Rhesus(RH)incompatibility(AOR=3.77;95%CI 2.04–6.96),male sex(AOR=4.53;95%CI 3.39–6.07),and neonatal sepsis(AOR=2.47;95%CI 1.49–4.08)were identified as a determining factor for neonatal jaundice in Ethiopia.Conclusions In low-and middle-income countries,neonatal jaundice is a significant healthcare burden,accounting for a significant portion of global childhood mortality and morbidity.However,some low-cost,effective,practical,and dependable solutions have been implemented.Prolonged labor,ABO incompatibility,RH incompatibility,birth asphyxia,neonatal sepsis,low birth weight,cephalohematoma,and male sex were identified as risk factors for neonatal jaundice in Ethiopia.Habtamu Gebrehana Belay Getachew Arage Debebe Alemu Degu Ayele Bekalu Getnet Kassa Gedefaye Nibret Mihretie Mulugeta Dile Worke 2022World Journal of Pediatrics2022,18,11:3
5Interleukin-6 mediates neutrophil mobilization from bone marrow in pulmonary hypertension显示文摘Myeloid cells,such as neutrophils,are produced in the bone marrow in high quantities and are important in the pathogenesis of vascular diseases such as pulmonary hypertension(PH).Although neutrophil recruitment into sites of inflammation has been well studied,the mechanisms of neutrophil egress from the bone marrow are not well understood.Using computational flow cytometry,we observed increased neutrophils in the lungs of patients and mice with PH.Moreover,we found elevated levels of IL-6 in the blood and lungs of patients and mice with PH.We observed that transgenic mice overexpressing Il-6 in the lungs displayed elevated neutrophil egress from the bone marrow and exaggerated neutrophil recruitment to the lungs,resulting in exacerbated pulmonary vascular remodeling,and dysfunctional hemodynamics.Mechanistically,we found that IL-6-induced neutrophil egress from the bone marrow was dependent on interferon regulatory factor 4(IRF-4)-mediated CX3CR1 expression in neutrophils.Consequently,Cx3cr1 genetic deficiency in hematopoietic cells in Il-6-transgenic mice significantly reduced neutrophil egress from bone marrow and decreased neutrophil counts in the lungs,thus ameliorating pulmonary remodeling and hemodynamics.In summary,these findings define a novel mechanism of IL-6-induced neutrophil egress from the bone marrow and reveal a new therapeutic target to curtail neutrophil-mediated inflammation in pulmonary vascular disease.Jonathan Florentin Jingsi Zhao Yi-Yin Tai Sathish Babu Vasamsetti Scott P.O’Neil Rahul Kumar Anagha Arunkumar Annie Watson John Sembrat Grant C.Bullock Linda Sanders Biruk Kassa Mauricio Rojas Brian B.Graham Stephen Y.Chan Partha Dutta 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,2:3
6Carbon stock potential of scattered trees on farmland along an altitudinal gradient in Tigray,Northern Ethiopia显示文摘Introduction:Trees on agricultural landscape play a vital role in ecosystem services including food security that supports human livelihood.They can further offer synergy between adaptation and mitigation in addressing climate change impact.Understanding aboveground tree biomass and soil organic carbon stocks along the altitudinal gradient provide opportunities for better management of the carbon pools.However,little is known on how altitudinal gradient influences on carbon stock of woody biomass and soil of scattered trees on farmland,particularly in a dry area.Methods:The study area were stratified in to five class(500–1000,1000–1500,1500–2000,2000–2500,and 2500–3000 m a.s.l).Quadrats(100 m×50 m)were randomly selected from each of stratified altitudinal gradients.At every sampling point,one composite soil sample was taken at 60 cm soil depth for soil organic carbon analysis.For the purpose of woody biomass estimation,allometric equations developed for a similar area were used.Finally,aboveground biomass carbon(AGC),belowground biomass carbon(BGC),soil organic carbon(SOC),and total carbon stock(TC)status were estimated and variables were compared using one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA).Results:The result indicated that AGC,BGC,SOC,and TC varied significantly(p<0.05)along with an altitudinal gradient.The upper altitude(2500–3000 m a.s.l)AGC,BGC,SOC,and TC stock was estimated as 17.97 Mg C ha^(−1),6.53 Mg C ha^(−1),23.09 Mg C ha^(−1),47.59 Mg C ha^(−1) respectively,and significantly higher than the other altitudinal gradient.Conclusions:We conclude that scattered trees on farmland hold a high potential of carbon storage which may greatly contribute to the climate resilience green economy strategy and their conservation should be promoted.Yikunoamlak Gebrewahid Tewolde-Berhan Gebre-Egziabhier Kassa Teka Emiru Birhane 2018Ecological Processes2018,7,1:2
7Towards hepatitis C virus elimination:Egyptian experience,achievements and limitations显示文摘Worldwide, more than one million people die each year from hepatitis C virus(HCV) related diseases, and over 300 million people are chronically infected with hepatitis B or C. Egypt used to be on the top of the countries with heavy HCV burden. Some countries are making advances in elimination of HCV, yet multiple factors preventing progress; remain for the majority. These factors include lack of global funding sources for treatment, late diagnosis, poor data, and inadequate screening. Treatment of HCV in Egypt has become one of the top national priorities since 2007. Egypt started a national treatment program intending to provide cure for Egyptian HCV-infected patients. Mass HCV treatment program had started using Pegylated interferon and ribavirin between 2007 and 2014. Yet, with the development of highly-effective direct acting antivirals(DAAs) for HCV, elimination of viral hepatitis has become a real possibility. The Egyptian National Committee for the Control of Viral Hepatitis did its best to provide Egyptian HCV patients with DAAs. Egypt adopted a strategy that represents a model of care that could help other countries with high HCV prevalence rate in their battle against HCV. This review covers the effects of HCV management in Egyptian real life settings and the outcome of different treatment protocols. 11Dispersed trees on smallholder farms enhance soil fertility in semi-arid Ethiopia显示文摘Introduction:Dispersed trees such as Oxytenanthera abyssinica(A.Rich.)and Dalbergia melanoxylon(Guill.&Perr.)which are objectively maintained or planted on farmland provide a significant contribution to soil fertility improvement.However,there was no quantitative information on the level of soil nutrient additions of these trees to the soil system.Methods:This study was conducted on the farmers’fields in Kafta Humera district,Tigray region(northern Ethiopia),where mature stands of O.abyssinica and D.melanoxylon trees exist.Radial distance-based soil sampling(under the canopy,near to canopy,and far from canopy)was adopted to quantify the role of these trees on soil fertility improvement.Soil parameters tested were soil reaction(pH),total nitrogen(TN),available phosphorus(AvP),electrical conductivity(EC),cation exchange capacity(CEC),and organic carbon(OC).Results:There was a negative linear relationship between the radial distance of the O.abyssinica tree trunk and soil TN,OC,CEC,and AvP contents but not for pH.Similarly,negative linear relationship between distance from D.melanoxylon and TN,OC,and AvP was obtained.The average total nitrogen(0.26%and 0.13%),available phosphorus(7.21 ppm and 6.37 ppm),and organic carbon(1.73%and 1.02%)contents were respectively higher under the tree canopies of O.abyssinica and D.melanoxylon compared with the adjacent open canopies.The amount of soil OC,TN,AvP,and CEC under O.abyssinica tree species was also significantly higher by 69%,100%,13%,and 42%compared to that of D.melanoxylon tree species.However,the amount of EC and soil pH was significantly lower by 57%and 19%,respectively.Conclusion:In general,O.abyssinica and D.melanoxylon added a significant amount of nutrients to the soil.Thus,retaining these important tree species on farmland played a positive role in replenishing soil fertility for resource-constrained households so as to reduce chemical fertilizer amendments.Yikunoamlak Gebrewahid Kassa Teka Tewolde-Berhan Gebre-Egziabhier Sara Tewolde-Berhan Emiru Birhane Gebru Eyasu Esayas Meresa 2019Ecological Processes2019,8,1:1
