2A Combination Method for Wind Power Prediction Based on Cooperative Game Theory显示文摘Accurate prediction of wind power is significant for power system dispatching as well as safe and stable operation. By means of BP neural network, radial basis function neural network and support vector machine, a new combined method of wind power prediction based on cooperative game theory is proposed. In the method, every single forecasting model is regarded as a member of the cooperative games, and the sum of square error of combination forecasting is taken as the result of cooperation. The result is divided among the members according to Shapley values, and then weights of combination forecasting can be obtained. 3Influence of Cr^(3+) concentration on the electrochemical behavior of the anolyte for vanadium redox flow batteries显示文摘The composition of electrolyte affects to a great extent the electrochemical performance of vanadium redox flow batteries(VRB).The effects of Cr3+ concentration in the anolyte on the electrode process of V(V)/V(IV) couple have been investigated by cyclic voltammetry(CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).It was found that Cr3+ causes no side reactions,but affects the electrochemical performance of V(V)/V(IV) redox reaction,including the reaction activity,the reversibility of electrode reaction,the diffusivity of vanadium ions,the interface film impedance,and the electrode reaction impedance.The experimental results show that Cr3+ within a certain concentration range can improve the reversibility of electrode reaction and the diffusion of vanadium ions.With the Cr3+ concentration increasing from 0 to 0.30 g L-1,the reversibility of V(V)/V(IV) reaction increases,while the diffusion resistance decreases.Correspondingly,the diffusion coefficient of vanadium ions increases from(5.48-6.77) × 10-7 to(6.82-8.44) × 10-7 cm2 s-1,an increase of ~24%.However,the diffusion resistance increases and the diffusion coefficient decreases when Cr3+ concentration is over 0.30 g L-1,while the impedances of the interface,the film as well as the charge transfer increase continuously.As a result,Cr3+ with a certain concentration improves the diffusion and mass transfer process,but the resistances of the film,the interface,and the charge transfer rise.Furthermore,Cr3+ concentration of no more than 0.10 g L-1 has few effect on the electrode reaction process,and that of no more than 0.30 g L-1 is favorable to the diffusion of vanadium ions.HUANG Fei ZHAO Qiang LUO ChunHui WANG GuiXin YAN KangPing LUO DongMei 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,32:4
4De novo transcriptome assembly of RNA-Seq reads with different strategies显示文摘De novo transcriptome assembly is an important approach in RNA-Seq data analysis and it can help us to reconstruct the transcriptome and investigate gene expression profiles without reference genome sequences.We carried out transcriptome assemblies with two RNA-Seq datasets generated from human brain and cell line,respectively.We then determined an efficient way to yield an optimal overall assembly using three different strategies.We first assembled brain and cell line transcriptome using a single k-mer length.Next we tested a range of values of k-mer length and coverage cutoff in assembling.Lastly,we combined the assembled contigs from a range of k values to generate a final assembly.By comparing these assembly results,we found that using only one k-mer value for assembly is not enough to generate good assembly results,but combining the contigs from different k-mer values could yield longer contigs and greatly improve the overall assembly.CHEN Geng YIN KangPing WANG Charles SHI TieLiu 2011Science China(Life Sciences)2011,54,12:4
5Injectable bioactive polymethyl methacrylate-hydrogel hybrid bone cement loaded with BMP-2 to improve osteogenesis for percutaneous vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty显示文摘Poly methyl methacrylate(PMMA)bone cement is used in augmenting and stabilizing fractured vertebral bodies through percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)and percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP).However,applications of PMMA bone cement are limited by the high elasticity modulus of PMMA,its low biodegradability,and its limited ability to regenerate bone.To improve PMMA bio activity and biodegradability and to modify its elasticity modulus,we mixed PMMA bone cement with oxidized hyaluronic acid and carboxymethyl chitosan in situ cross-linking hydrogel loaded with bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2)to achieve novel hybrid cement.These fabric ated PMMA-hydrogel hybrid cements exhibited lower setting temperatures,a lower elasticity modulus,and better biodegradability and biocompatibility than that of pure PMMA cement,while retaining acceptable setting times,mechanical strength,and inj ectability.In addition,we detected release of BMP-2 from the PMMA-hydrogel hybrid cements,significantly enhancing in vitro osteogenesis of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells by up-regulating the gene expression of Runx2,Coll,and OPN.Use of PMMA-hydrogel hybrid cements loaded with BMP-2 on rabbit femoral condyle bone-defect models revealed their biodegradability and enhanced bone formation.Our study demonstrated the favorable mechanical properties,biocompatibility,and biodegradability of fabricated PMMA-hydrogel hybrid cements loaded with BMP-2,as well as their ability to improve osteogenesis,making them a promising material for use in PKP and PVP.Xin Sun Xin Zhang Xin Jiao Jie Ma Xingzhen Liu Han Yang Kangping Shen Yaokai Gan Jinwu Wang Haiyan Li Wenjie Jin 2022Bio-Design and Manufacturing2022,5,2:3

7Mass production of Li Fe PO_4/C energy materials using Fe–P waste slag显示文摘To effectively solve the agglomeration problems in the solid state reaction process,pre-adding glucose is adopted to the synthesis of Li Fe PO4/C energy materials using Fe–P waste slag. The average particle & grain size of Li FeP O4/C decreases,and the impurities in Li Fe PO4/C composites reduce to a great extent. It makes great sense to the mass industrial production. The optimum synthesis conditions determined in this work are based on the orthogonal experiments. The samples synthesized in a scale of 500 g exhibit high purity,excellent electrochemical performance,high reaction activity,good reversibility,and low polarization level.The discharge capacities are 145,134,117,and 102 m Ah/g at the current densities of 0.1 C,0.2 C,0.5 C and1 C,respectively. 8Suppression intra-channel four-wave mixing by strong dispersion management in 160 Gb/s OTDM RZ 100 km transmission显示文摘The effect of intra-channel four-wave mixing on the performance of a 160 Gb/s OTDM RZ 100 km transmission system is analyzed. Strong dispersion management to suppress the detrimental effects of intra-channel four-wave mixing is presented theoretically and verified experimentally. Results demonstrate that amplitude fluctuation and ghost pulses are well suppressed by strong dispersion management. 17Dl-3-n butylphthalide attenuates brain injury caused by cortical infarction accompanied by cranial venous drainage disturbance显示文摘Background Cerebral venous disorder may have a harmful effect on ischaemic stroke;however,the underlying mechanism remains to be elucidated.Although Dl-3-n butylphthalide is a multitarget agent for antiischaemic stroke,its neuroprotective role in brain ischaemia accompanied by brain venous disturbance remains unclear.In this study,we induced cerebral venous disturbance by the occlusion of bilateral external jugular veins(EJVs)to explore the potential mechanism of the adverse effects of cerebrovenous disorders in cerebral infarction and explore the protective effect of Dl-3-n butylphthalide on cerebral infarction accompanied through cerebral venous disturbance.Methods Cerebral venous disturbance was induced in Sprague-Dawley rats through the permanent occlusion of bilateral EJVs,and cerebral ischaemic stroke was induced through the permanent occlusion of the right cortical branches of the middle cerebral artery.2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining,MRI,Evans blue extravasation and behavioural test were performed to evaluate infarction volume,cerebral blood flow(CBF),blood-brain barrier(BBB)integrity and neurological function.Immunofluorescence staining and western blot analysis were performed to detect loss of neuron,endothelial cells,pericytes and tight junctions.Results Bilateral EJVs occlusion did not cause cerebral infarction;however,it increased the infarction volume compared with the simple middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)group,accompanied by severe neuron loss,worse neurological function,lower CBF,increased EJVs pressure,exacerbated Evans blue extravasation and brain oedema,as well as attenuated angiogenesis.Dl-3-n butylphthalide displayed a neuroprotective effect in rats with MCAO accompanied by EJVs occlusion by reducing neuron loss,accelerating CBF restoration,promoting angiogenesis and relieving BBB damage.Conclusion Bilateral EJVs occlusion did not significantly affect normal rats but aggravated brain damage in the case of ischaemic stroke.Dl-3-n butylphthalide treatment plays a neuroprotective role in rats with MCAO accompanied by EJVs occlusion,mainly due to the promotion of CBF restoration and BBB protection.Kangping Song Xiuli Zeng Xiaomei Xie Rongxuan Zhu Jianye Liang Guobing Chen Li’an Huang 2022Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,3:1

19The Optimal Depletion of Exhaustible Resource under Different Commitment显示文摘There are few papers in the literature focusing on the issue of the optimal depletion of exhaustible resources in the framework of variable time preference. This paper attempts to analyze the pure consumption of exhaustible resource under hyperbolic time preference, and to discuss the optimal depletion rate and the effect of the protection of the exhaustible resource under different commitment abilities. The results of model show that the case of the hyperbolic discount with the full commitment of the government is equivalent to the case of constant discount of the social planner problem. In that case, the optimal depletion rate and the initial consumption of exhaustible resource are the slowest. On the contrary, they are the highest and the myopic behaviors lead to excessive consumption of exhaustible resources inevitably without commitment. Otherwise, in the case of partial commitment, the results are between the cases of full commitment and of no commitment. Therefore, with the hyperbolic time preference, the optimal depletion rate of resource depends on the commitment ability. Higher commitment ability leads to lower effective rate of time preference, and consequently, lower depletion rate and lower initial depletion value.
