| 2 | 三维超声心动图测定左心耳容量及其收缩功能的初步研究显示文摘目的 观察三维超声心动图测定左心耳容量的可行性。方法 对 10名患者行多平面经食管超声心动图 (TEE)检查。应用三维超声心动图采取圆盘总和方法 (disksummation)测定左心耳舒张末期容量 (EDV)和左心耳收缩末期容量 (ESV)。用二维超声心动图测定左心耳舒张末期面积 (EDA)和左心耳收缩末期面积(ESA)。上述左心耳容量和面积的测定均在二个独立的观察者之间以及同一观察者两次观察间重复进行。由三维超声心动图容量测定结果计算出左心耳的射血分数 (EFv) ,由二维超声心动图的面积测定结果计算出左心耳射血分数 (EFa)。结果 三维超声心动图测定左心耳EDV为 ( 19.5± 10 .9)ml,ESV为 ( 13 .5± 9.5 )ml ,EFv为0 .3 5± 0 .14。二维超声心动图测定左心耳EDA为 ( 8.7± 2 .2 )cm2 ,ESV为 ( 5 .9± 3 .5 )cm2 ,EFa为 0 .3 5± 0 .2 2。以上测量内容在观察者之间及观察者内的重复性检验中均未见显著性差异 ,EFv与EFa之间亦无显著性差异。但无论在观察者间或观察者内的重复性检验中EFa的范围和两测量数值之差均大于EFv的相应值。结论 三维超声心动图测量左心耳容量和评价其收缩功能是可行的 ,这种测定方法可能有助于改善二维超声心动图评价左心耳功能的准确性。 | 李越 Otto Kamp Herman FJ Mannaerts Gabriel Valocik Cees A Visser | 2000 | 中华超声影像学杂志2000,9,5: | 6 |
| 3 | Micromanaging cardiac regeneration:Targeted delivery of micro RNAs for cardiac repair and regeneration显示文摘The loss of cardiomyocytes during injury and disease can result in heart failure and sudden death, while the adult heart has a limited capacity for endogenous regeneration and repair. Current stem cell-based regenerative medicine approaches modestly improve cardiomyocyte survival, but offer neglectable cardiomyogenesis. This has prompted the need for methodological developments that crease de novo cardiomyocytes. Current insights in cardiac development on the processes and regulatory mechanisms in embryonic cardiomyocyte differentiation provide a basis to therapeutically induce these pathways to generate new cardiomyocytes. Here, we discuss the current knowledge on embryonic cardiomyocyte differentiation and the implementation of this knowledge in state-ofthe-art protocols to the direct reprogramming of cardiac fibroblasts into de novo cardiomyocytes in vitro and in vivo with an emphasis on micro RNA-mediated reprogramming. Additionally, we discuss current advances on state-of-theart targeted drug delivery systems that can be employed to deliver these micro RNAs to the damaged cardiac tissue. | 4 | Zero-dimensional polariton laser in a subwavelength grating-based vertical microcavity显示文摘Semiconductor exciton–polaritons in planar microcavities form coherent two-dimensional condensates in non-equilibrium.However,the coupling of multiple lower-dimensional polariton quantum systems,which are critical for polaritonic quantum device applications and novel cavity-lattice physics,has been limited in conventional cavity structures.Here,we demonstrate full non-destructive confinement of polaritons using a hybrid cavity composed of a single-layer subwavelength grating mirror and a distributed Bragg reflector.Single-mode polariton lasing was observed at a chosen polarization.The incorporation of a designable slab mirror in a conventional vertical cavity,when operating in the strong-coupling regime,enables the confinement,control and coupling of polariton gasses in a scalable fashion.This approach may open the door to experimental implementations of polariton-based quantum photonic devices and coupled cavity quantum electrodynamic systems. | Bo Zhang Zhaorong Wang Sebastian Brodbeck Christian Schneider Martin Kamp Sven Hofling Hui Deng | 2014 | Light(Science & Applications)2014,3,1: | 3 |

| 9 | Emission from quantum-dot high-β microcavities: transition from spontaneous emission to lasing and the effects of superradiant emitter coupling显示文摘Measured and calculated results are presented for the emission properties of a new class of emitters operating in the cavity quantum electrodynamics regime.The structures are based on high-finesse GaAs/AlAs micropillar cavities,each with an active medium consisting of a layer of InGaAs quantum dots(QDs)and the distinguishing feature of having a substantial fraction of spontaneous emission channeled into one cavity mode(highβ-factor).This paper demonstrates that the usual criterion for lasing with a conventional(lowβ-factor)cavity,that is,a sharp non-linearity in the input–output curve accompanied by noticeable linewidth narrowing,has to be reinforced by the equal-time second-order photon autocorrelation function to confirm lasing.The paper also shows that the equal-time second-order photon autocorrelation function is useful for recognizing superradiance,a manifestation of the correlations possible in high-βmicrocavities operating with QDs.In terms of consolidating the collected data and identifying the physics underlying laser action,both theory and experiment suggest a sole dependence on intracavity photon number.Evidence for this assertion comes from all our measured and calculated data on emission coherence and fluctuation,for devices ranging from light-emitting diodes(LEDs)and cavity-enhanced LEDs to lasers,lying on the same two curves:one for linewidth narrowing versus intracavity photon number and the other for g(2)(0)versus intracavity photon number. | Sören Kreinberg Weng W Chow Janik Wolters Christian Schneider Christopher Gies Frank Jahnke Sven Höfling Martin Kamp Stephan Reitzenstein 无 | 2017 | Light(Science & Applications)2017,6,1: | 2 |

| 11 | Glacier Fluctuations between 1975 and 2008 in the Greater Himalaya Range of Zanskar,Southern Ladakh显示文摘Glaciers in the Himalaya are often heavily covered with supraglacial debris,making them difficult to study with remotely-sensed imagery alone.Various methods such as band ratios can be used effectively to map clean-ice glaciers;however,a thicker layer of debris often makes it impossible to distinguish between supraglacial debris and the surrounding terrain.Previously,a morphometric mapping approach employing an ASTER-derived digital elevation model has been used to map glaciers in the Khumbu Himal and the Tien Shan.This study on glaciers in the Greater Himalaya Range in Zanskar,southern Ladakh,aims (i) to use the morphometric approach to map large debris-covered glaciers;and (ii) to use Landsat and ASTER data and GPS and field measurements to document glacier change over the past four decades.Field work was carried out in the summers of 2008.For clean ice,band ratios from the ASTER dataset were used to distinguish glacial features.For debris-covered glaciers,topographic features such as slope were combined with thermal imagery and supervised classifiers to map glacial margins.The method is promising for large glaciers,although problems occurred in the distal and lateral parts and in the fore field of the glaciers.A multi-temporal analysis of glaciers in Zanskar showed that in general they have receded since at least the mid-to late-1970s.However,some few glaciers that advanced or oscillated - probably because of specific local environmental conditions - do exist. | Ulrich KAMP Martin BYRNE Tobias BOLCH | 2011 | Journal of Mountain Science2011,8,3: | 2 |
