| 1 | 中国土地利用多功能性动态的区域分析显示文摘当前,国际学术界针对土地利用的研究正由土地利用格局变化向土地空间多功能变化及其可持续性的方向发展,其宗旨是确定和度量土地多元化利用所提供的产品、服务和功能,及其带来的环境和社会经济效应,实现对土地利用的科学管理。基于可持续发展三维度的理念及其指标体系,界定并定量评价了我国区域土地利用的10项功能,深入研究了在经济快速发展、生态环境保护紧密相随的过去20a间,各项功能的时空变化特征。研究表明,我国土地多功能性的10项功能中,就业支持功能表现出区域增减不一的特点,生态过程维持功能具有高度的稳定性。健康保障、交通功能、居住家园、生物性土地生产、人工化土地生产、资源供给与维持、污染接收器、景观与文化支持功能在各个区域得到了不断改善与提高,但各个功能变化的强势区和弱势区在时空分布上表现出了很强的区域性特点。区域自然条件禀赋、社会经济条件以及土地利用政策在功能变化中起着关键作用。研究结果揭出中国区域土地多功能性尚存在巨大的提升空间;土地政策应具有系统性、功能针对性和时空针对性,并应关注土地利用功能变化的链发效应。 | 甄霖 魏云洁 谢高地 HELMING Katharina 曹淑艳 杨莉 潘影 KOENIG Hannes | 2010 | 生态学报2010,30,24: | 95 |

| 3 | Split liver transplantation: Current developments显示文摘In 1988, Rudolf Pichlmayr pioneered split liver transplantation(SLT), enabling the transplantation of one donor liver into two recipients-one pediatric and one adult patient. In the same year, Henri Bismuth and colleagues performed the first full right/full left split procedure with two adult recipients. Both splitting techniques were rapidly adopted within the transplant community. However, a SLT is technically demanding, may cause increased perioperative complications, and may potentially transform an excellent deceased donor organ into two marginal quality grafts. Thus, crucial evaluation of donor organs suitable for splitting and careful screening of potential SLT recipients is warranted. Furthermore, the logistic background of the splitting procedure as well as the organ allocation policy must be adapted to further increase the number and the safety of SLT. Under defined circumstances, in selected patients and at experienced transplant centers, SLT outcomes can be similar to those obtained in full organ LT. Thus, SLT is an important tool to reduce the donor organ shortage and waitlist mortality, especially for pediatric patients and small adults. | 8 | Identification of CD13,CD107a,and CD164 as novel basophil-activation markers and dissection of two response patterns in time kinetics of IgE-de-pendent upregulation显示文摘Using two-colour flow cytometry >200 antibodies submitted to the 8th International Workshop of Human Leukocyte Differentiation Antigens (HLDA8) have been analyzed for their reactivity with resting and activated CD203c+ basophils. Four antibodies either non-reactive or weakly reactive with resting basophils exhibited an increased reactivity with basophils activated by anti-IgE-mediated cross-linking of the high affinity IgE receptor (FcεRI). These include antibod- ies against CD164 (WS-80160, clone N6B6 and WS-80162, clone 67D2), as well as two reagents with previously unknown specificities that were identified as CD13 (WS-80274, clone A8) and CD107a (WS-80280, clone E63-880). The activation patterns followed either the “CD203c-like” or “CD63-like” activation profile. The CD203c profile is characterized by a rapid and significant upregulation (of CD13, CD164, and CD203c), reaching maximum levels after 5- 15 min of stimulation. The phosphoinositide-3-kinase (PI3K)-specific inhibitor wortmannin inhibited the upregulation of these markers whereas 12-O-tetradecanoyl-phorbol-13-acetate (TPA) induced a rapid and FcεRI-independent upregulation within 1-2 min. In the CD63 profile, maximum upregulation (of CD63 and CD107a) was detected only after 20-40 min, and upregulation by TPA reached maximum levels after 60 min. In summary, our data identify CD13, CD107a, and CD164 as novel basophil-activation antigens. Green hydrogen can be generated by water electrolysis using renewable energies like wind and solar power. When it is combusted, only water forms as by-product. However, the efficiency of water electrolysis is hampered by the anodic oxygen evolution reaction(OER) because of the slow kinetics which leads to a high overpotential. Therefore, many catalysts have been developed for OER to facilitate the kinetics and reduce the overpotential. In addition to electrocatalytic activity, the stability of the catalysts is imperative for industrial application and has been intensively studied. In this review, we cover recent findings on the stability and deactivation mechanisms of OER catalysts. We discuss the correlation between OER activity and stability, methodologies and experimental techniques to study the stability and deactivation as well as the deactivation mechanisms, together with factors influencing stability. Furthermore, strategies for stabilizing and regenerating OER catalysts as well as methods to predict stability are summarized. | 12 | Influence of tacrolimus metabolism rate on renal function after solid organ transplantation显示文摘The calcineurin inhibitor(CNI) tacrolimus(TAC) is an integral part of the immunosuppressive regimen after solid organ transplantation. Although TAC is very effective in prevention of acute rejection episodes, its highly variable pharmacokinetic and narrow therapeutic window require frequent monitoring of drug levels and dose adjustments. TAC can cause CNI nephrotoxicity even at low blood trough levels(4-6 ng/m L). Thus, other factors besides the TAC trough level might contribute to CNI-related kidney injury. Unfortunately, TAC pharmacokinetic is determined by a whole bunch of parameters. However, for daily clinical routine a simple application strategy is needed. To address this problem, we and others have evaluated a simple calculation method in which the TAC blood trough concentration(C) is divided by the daily dose(D). Fast TAC metabolism(C/D ratio < 1.05) was identified as a potential risk factor for an inferior kidney function after transplantation. In this regard, we recently showed a strong association between fast TAC metabolism and CNI nephrotoxicity as well as BKV infection. How B cells functionally influence osteoclasts and bone architecture is poorly understood. Using genetically modified mice and highthroughput analyses, we demonstrate that prolonged HIF-1α signaling in B cells leads to enhanced RANKL production and osteoclast formation. In addition, deletion of HIF-1α in B cells prevents estrogen deficiency-induced bone loss in mice.Mechanistically, estrogen controls HIF-1α protein stabilization through HSP70-mediated degradation in bone marrow B cells.The stabilization of HIF-1α protein in HSP70-deficient bone marrow B cells promotes RANKL production and osteoclastogenesis.Induction of HSP70 expression by geranylgeranylacetone(GGA) administration alleviates ovariectomy-induced osteoporosis.Moreover, RANKL gene expression has a positive correlation with HIF1 A expression in human B cells. | 15 | Effect of Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis supplementation in diets with low-and high-protein content on ileal crude protein and amino acid digestibility and intestinal microbiota composition of growing pigs显示文摘Background: Bacillus spp. seem to be an alternative to antimicrobial growth promoters for improving animals' health and performance. However, there is little information on the effect of Bacillus spp. in combination with different dietary crude protein(CP) levels on the ileal digestibility and microbiota composition. Therefore, the objective of this study was to determine the effect of Bacillus spp. supplementation to low-(LP) and high-protein diets(HP) on ileal CP and amino acid(AA) digestibility and intestinal microbiota composition.Methods: Eight ileally cannulated pigs with an initial body weight of 28.5 kg were randomly allocated to a rowcolumn design with 8 pigs and 3 periods of 16 d each. The assay diets were based on wheat-barley-soybean meal with two protein levels: LP(14% CP, as-fed) and HP diet(18% CP, as-fed). The LP and HP diets were supplemented with or without Bacil us spp. at a level of 0.04%(as-fed). The apparent ileal digestibility(AID) and standardized ileal digestibility(SID) of CP and AA was determined. Bacterial community composition from ileal digesta was analyzed by Illumina amplicon sequencing and quantitative real-time PCR. Data were analyzed as a 2 × 2 factorial design using the GLIMMIX procedures of SAS.Results: The supplementation with Bacillus spp. did not affect both AID and SID of CP and AA in growing pigs.Moreover, there was no difference in AID of CP and AA between HP and LP diets, but SID of cystine, glutamic acid,glycine, and proline was lower(P < 0.05) in pigs fed the HP diets. The HP diets increased abundance of Bifidobacterium spp. and Lactobacillus spp.,(P < 0.05) and by amplicon sequencing the latter was identified as predominant genus in microbiota from HP with Bacillus spp., whereas dietary supplementation of Bacillus spp. increased(P < 0.05) abundance of Roseburia spp.Conclusions: The HP diet increased abundance of Lactobacillus spp. and Bifidobacterium spp.. | 16 | Partial external biliary diversion in bile salt export pump deficiency: Association between outcome and mutation显示文摘AIM To investigate the relation of two different mutations to the outcome of partial external biliary diversion(PEBD)in severe bile salt export pump(BSEP) deficiency.METHODS Mutations in the gene encoding BSEP leading to severe BSEP deficiency in two unrelated patients were identified by genomic sequencing. Native liver biopsies and transiently transfected human embryonic kidney(HEK) 293 cells expressing either wild-type or mutated BSEP were subjected to immunofluorescence analysis to assess BSEP transporter localization. Bile acid profiles of patient and control bile samples were generated by ultra-performance liquid chromatographytandem mass spectrometry. Wild-type and mutant BSEP transport of [~3H]-labeled taurocholate(TC) and taurochenodeoxycholate(TCDC) was assessed by vesicular transport assays.RESULTS A girl(at 2 mo) presented with pruritus, jaundice and elevated serum bile salts(BS). PEBD stabilized liver function and prevented liver transplantation. She was heterozygous for the BSEP deletion p.T919 del and the nonsense mutation p.R1235 X. At the age of 17 years relative amounts of conjugated BS in her bile were normal, while total BS were less than 3% as compared to controls. An unrelated boy(age 1.5 years) presenting with severe pruritus and elevated serum BS was heterozygous for the same nonsense and another missense mutation, p.G1032 R. PEBD failed to alleviate pruritus, eventually necessitating liver transplantation. BS concentration in bile was about 5% of controls. BS were mainly unconjugated with an unusual low amount of chenodeoxycholate derivatives(< 5%). The patients' native liver biopsies showed canalicular BSEP expression. Both BSEP p.T919 del and p.G1032 R were localized in the plasma membrane in HEK293 cells. In vitro transport assays showed drastic reduction of transport by both mutations. | 19 | Triggers of histologically suspected drug-induced colitis显示文摘BACKGROUND Drug toxicity is a common and even serious problem in the gastrointestinal tract that is thought to be caused by a broad spectrum of agents.Although withdrawal of the causative agent would cure the disease knowledge is scarce and mostly derives from case reports and series.AIM To investigate potential triggers of drug-induced colitis(DiC).METHODS We conducted a retrospective,observational case control study.Patients were assigned to DiC or one of two age-and gender-matched control groups(noninflammatory controls and inflammatory colitis of another cause)based on histopathological findings.Histopathology was reassessed in a subset of patients(28 DiC with atherosclerosis,DiC without atherosclerosis and ischaemic colitis each)for validation purposes.Medical history was collected from the electronic database and patient records.Statistical analysis included chi-squared test,t-test,logistic and multivariate regression models.RESULTS Drug-induced colitis was detected in 211 endoscopically sampled biopsy specimens of the colon mucosa(7%of all screened colonoscopic biopsy samples);a total of 633 patients were included equally matched throughout the three groups(291 males,mean age:62.1±16.1 years).In the univariate analysis,DiC was associated with diuretics,dihydropyridines,glycosides,ASS,platelet aggregation inhibitors,nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs),statins and fibrates,and with atherosclerosis,particularly coronary heart disease,and hyperlipoproteinaemia.Echocardiographic parameters did not show substantial differences.In the multivariate analysis only fibrates[odds ratio(OR)=9.1],NSAIDs(OR=6.7)and atherosclerosis(OR=2.1)proved to be associated with DiC.Both DiC reassessment groups presented milder inflammation than ischaemic colitis.The DiC patients with atherosclerosis exhibited histological features from both DiC without atherosclerosis and ischaemic colitis.CONCLUSION Several drugs indicated for the treatment of cardiovascular and related diseases are associated with DiC.Atherosclerosis and microcirculatory disturbances seem to play an important pathogenetic role. | Thorsten Brechmann Katharina Günther Matthias Neid Wolff Schmiegel Andrea Tannapfel | 2019 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2019,25,8: | 3 |
