1SIS accuracy and service performance of the BDS-3 basic system显示文摘On December 27,2018,the basic system of the third-generation BeiDou navigation satellite system(BDS-3)completed the deployment of its constellation of 18 MEO networking satellites as well as the construction of the operation control system(OCS)and began to provide basic navigation services to users worldwide.Compared with BDS-2,BDS-3 aims to offer users better navigation signals and higher precision with a series of new technologies.For example,the spaceborne atomic clock of BDS-3 is upgraded for higher performance,the Ka-band inter-satellite link is adopted for inter-satellite ranging and communication,and new B1C and B2a signals are broadcast in addition to B1I and B3I signals(compatible with BDS-2).In addition,a 9-parameter model based on a spherical harmonic function is employed for ionospheric delay corrections.Using the observation data from 18 satellites of the basic system,this paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the pseudorange measurement characteristics,signal-in-space(SIS)accuracy of navigation messages and global service capability of BDS-3.The results indicate that the pseudorange measurement multipath effect and observation noise of BDS-3 satellites are better than those of BDS-2;additionally,with the support of inter-satellite links,the user range error(URE)of the BDS-3 satellite broadcast ephemeris is better than 10 cm,the precision of the broadcast clock parameter is better than 1.5 ns,and the SIS accuracy is better than 0.6 m overall.Different from the traditional Klobuchar model,the BeiDou global broadcast ionospheric delay correction model(BDGIM)can provide ionospheric delay corrections better than 70%for worldwide single-frequency users.The service capability evaluation of the basic system consists mainly of the accuracy improvement of the B1I and B3I signals according to BDS-2 as well as the global positioning accuracy of the new signals.These results prove that the BDS-3 basic system has achieved the design goal;that is,both the horizontal and the vertical global positioning accuracies are better than 10 m(95%).In the future,6 MEO satellites as well as 3 GEO satellites and 3 IGSO satellites for regional enhancement purposes will be deployed for full operation;consequently,BDS-3 will definitely provide a higher SIS accuracy and better service capability.JinPing Chen XiaoGong Hu ChengPan Tang ShanShi Zhou YuFei Yang JunYang Pan Hui Ren YueXin Ma QiuNing Tian Bin Wu Yang Yu 2020Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2020,63,6:14
2Kiwifruit Genome Database(KGD):a comprehensive resource for kiwifruit genomics显示文摘Kiwifruit(Actinidia spp.)plants produce economically important fruits containing abundant,balanced phytonutrients with extraordinarily high vitamin C contents.Since the release of the first kiwifruit reference genome sequence in 2013,large volumes of genome and transcriptome data have been rapidly accumulated for a handful of kiwifruit species.To efficiently store,analyze,integrate,and disseminate these large-scale datasets to the research community,we constructed the Kiwifruit Genome Database(KGD;http://gffzz6fc08c45f9754a68hv5xkw66fwcbk6fcq.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/).The database currently contains all publicly available genome and gene sequences,gene annotations,biochemical pathways,transcriptome profiles derived from public RNA-Seq datasets,and comparative genomic analysis results such as syntenic blocks and homologous gene pairs between different kiwifruit genome assemblies.A set of user-friendly query interfaces,analysis tools and visualization modules have been implemented in KGD to facilitate translational and applied research in kiwifruit,which include JBrowse,a popular genome browser,and the NCBI BLAST sequence search tool.Other notable tools developed within KGD include a genome synteny viewer and tools for differential gene expression analysis as well as gene ontology(GO)term and pathway enrichment analysis.Junyang Yue Jiacheng Liu Wei Tang Ya Qing Wu Xiaofeng Tang Wei Li Ying Yang Lihuan Wang Shengxiong Huang Congbing Fang Kun Zhao Zhangjun Fei Yongsheng Liu Yi Zheng 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:6

4Evaluation of Epstein-Barr Virus Salivary Shedding in HIV/AIDS Patients and HAART Use: A Retrospective Cohort Study显示文摘Little data is available on the evaluation of the occurrence rates of Epstein-Barr virus(EBV) in saliva and relationship with highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART) use in HIV/AIDS patients in China. We conducted a retrospective cohort study of EBV serological tests for HIV/AIDS patients who were treated in the hospitals for infectious diseases in Wuxi and Shanghai, China from May 2016 to April 2017. The EBV-seropositive samples were identified by ELISA. EBV-specific primers and probes were used for the quantitative detection of viral DNA from saliva via quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. CD4 cell counts of the HIV/AIDS patients were detected by a flow cytometry. A total of 372 HIV/AIDS patients were ultimately selected and categorized for this retrospective cohort study. For EBV IgG and IgM, the HIV/AIDS HAART use(H) and non-HAART use(NH) groups had significantly higher seropositive rates than the HIV-negative control group. The HIV/AIDS(NH) group had the highest seropositive rate(IgG, 94.27%; IgM, 68.98%) and the highest incidence of EBV reactivation or infection. For salivary EBV DNA-positive rates and quantities, the HIV/AIDS(H)(73.69%) and the HIV/AIDS(NH)(100%) groups showed significantly higher values than the HIV-negative control group(35.79%,[ twofold). Further, the salivary EBV DNA-negative population had significantly higher CD4 cell counts than the EBV DNA-positive population in the HIV/AIDS(H) group and the HIV/AIDS(NH) groups. 6Quantum interference effect in the charge transport through single-molecule benzene dithiol junction at room temperature:An experimental investigation显示文摘The quantum interference effect in the charge transport through single-phenyl molecules received intensive interests from theory but remained as an experimental challenge. In this paper, we investigated the charge transport through single-molecule benzene dithiol(BDT) junction with different connectivities using mechanically controllable break junction(MCBJ) technique. By further improving the mechanical stability and the electronic measuring component of the MCBJ set-up, we obtained the conductance histograms of BDT molecules(BDTs) from the statistical analysis of conductance-distance traces without data selection. By tuning the connectivity, the conductance of BDTs is determined to be 10^(-1.2)G_0, 10^(-2.2) G_0 and 10^(-1.0)G_0 for para, meta, and ortho connectivity, following the trend that ortho-BDT >para-BDT >meta-BDT. 7Two-stage degradation and novel functional endothelium characteristics of a 3-D printed bioresorbable scaffold显示文摘Bioresorbable scaffolds have emerged as a new generation of vascular implants for the treatment of atherosclerosis,and designed to provide a temporary scaffold that is subsequently absorbed by blood vessels over time.Presently,there is insufficient data on the biological and mechanical responses of blood vessels accompanied by bioresorbable scaffolds(BRS)degradation.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the inflexion point of degradation,the response of blood vessels,and the pathophysiological process of vascular,as results of such studies will be of great value for the design of next generation of BRS.In this study,abdominal aortas of SD rats were received 3-D printed poly-l-actide vascular scaffolds(PLS)for various durations up to 12 months.The response of PLS implanted aorta went through two distinct processes:(1)the neointima with desirable barrier function was obtained in 1 month,accompanied with slow degradation,inflammation,and intimal hyperplasia;(2)significant degradation occurred from 6 months,accompanied with decreasing inflammation and intimal hyperplasia,while the extracellular matrix recovered to normal vessels which indicate the positive remodeling.These in vivo results indicate that 6 months is a key turning point.This“two-stage degradation and vascular characteristics”is proposed to elucidate the long-term effects of PLS on vascular repair and demonstrated the potential of PLS in promoting endothelium function and positive remodeling,which highlights the benefits of PLS and shed some light in the future researches,such as drug combination coatings design.Tieying Yin Ruolin Du Yang Wang Junyang Huang Shuang Ge Yuhua Huang Youhua Tan Qing Liu Zhong Chen Hanqing Feng Jie Du Yazhou Wang Guixue Wang 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,4:2
8A review of data mining technologies in building energy systems:Load prediction,pattern identification,fault detection and diagnosis显示文摘With the advent of the era of big data,buildings have become not only energy-intensive but also data-intensive.Data mining technologies have been widely utilized to release the values of massive amounts of building operation data with an aim of improving the operation performance of building energy systems.This paper aims at making a comprehensive literature review of the applications of data mining technologies in this domain.In general,data mining technologies can be classified into two categories,i.e.,supervised data mining technologies and unsupervised data mining technologies.In this field,supervised data mining technologies are usually utilized for building energy load prediction and fault detection/diagnosis.And unsupervised data mining technologies are usually utilized for building operation pattern identification and fault detection/diagnosis.Comprehensive discussions are made about the strengths and shortcomings of the data mining-based methods.Based on this review,suggestions for future researches are proposed towards effective and efficient data mining solutions for building energy systems.Yang Zhao Chaobo Zhang Yiwen Zhang Zihao Wang Junyang Li 2020Energy and Built Environment2020,1,2:1

12Federated learning-based short-term building energy consumption prediction method for solving the data silos problem显示文摘Transfer learning is an effective method to predict the energy consumption of information-poor buildings by learning transferable knowledge from operational data of information-rich buildings.However,it is not recommended to directly use the operational data without protection due to the risk of leaking occupants’privacy.To address this problem,this study proposes a federated learning-based method to learn transferable knowledge from building operational data without privacy leaking.It trains a transferable federated model based on the operational data from the buildings similar to the target building with limited data.An advanced secure aggregation algorithm is adopted in the training process to ensure that no one can infer private information from the training data.The federated model obtained is evaluated by comparing it with the standalone model without federated learning based on 13 similar office buildings from the Building Data Genome Project.The results show that the federated model outperforms the standalone model concerning the prediction accuracy and training time.On average,the federated model achieves a 25.4%decrease in CV-RMSE when the target building has limited operational data.Even if the target building has no operational data,the federated model still achieves acceptable accuracy(CV-RMSE is 22.2%).Meanwhile,the training time of the federated model is 90%less than that of the standalone model.The research insights can help develop federated learning-based methods for solving the data silos problem in building energy management.The methodology and analysis procedures are reproducible and all codes and data sets are available on Github.Junyang Li Chaobo Zhang Yang Zhao Weikang Qiu Qi Chen Xuejun Zhang 2022Building Simulation2022,15,6:1

15Perfect light absorber with a PT phase transition via coupled topological interface states显示文摘Recently,the concepts of parity–time(PT)symmetry and band topology have inspired many novel ideas for light manipulation in their respective directions.Here we propose and demonstrate a perfect light absorber with a PT phase transition via coupled topological interface states(TISs),which combines the two concepts in a onedimensional photonic crystal heterostructure.By fine tuning the coupling between TISs,the PT phase transition is revealed by the evolution of absorption spectra in both ideal and non-ideal PT symmetry cases.Especially,in the ideal case,a perfect light absorber at an exceptional point with unidirectional invisibility is numerically obtained.In the non-ideal case,a perfect light absorber in a broken phase is experimentally realized,which verifies the possibility of tailoring non-Hermiticity by engineering the coupling.Our work paves the way for novel effects and functional devices from the exceptional point of coupled TISs,such as a unidirectional light absorber and exceptional-point sensor.JIAJUN ZHENG HAIYANG ZHOU JUNYANG LI YUFEI WANG HAITAO JIANG YUNHUI LI ZHIWEI GUO YAPING YANG GUIQIANG DU WANHUA ZHENG YONG SUN HONG CHEN 2023Photonics Research2023,11,4:0
16Long-term case-fatality rate of nontuberculous mycobacterial disease in people living with HIV显示文摘Background:Few data are available regarding the long-term case-fatality rate(CFR)among people living with HIV(PLWH)with nontuberculous mycobacteria(NTM)disease.The aim of this study is to analyze the long-term CFR in patients with NTM disease and to identify risk factors for their death.Methods:A retrospective cohort study of 379 cases of microbiologically confirmed NTM disease in PLWH was conducted from January 1,2012,to December 31,2020,in Shanghai,China.We used Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and the log-rank test to compare the long-term CFR in patients with disseminated NTM(DNTM)and localized NTM disease.Univariate Cox proportional hazards regression analysis and a stepwise Cox proportional hazards regression model were used to estimate the predictors of long-term CFR.Results:The cohort was followed up for a median of 26 months.The total CFR was 15.7%by one year and increased to 22.6%at 5 years after the diagnosis of NTM disease.The 5-year CFR of PLWH with DNTM was significantly higher than that of PLWH with localized NTM(26.7%vs 19.6%for DNTM and localized NTM disease,respectively).Older age[hazard ratio(HR)=1.04,95%confidence interval(CI):1.02-1.06,P<0.001],comorbidity(HR=2.05,95%CI:1.21-3.49,P<0.01),DNTM(HR=2.08,95%CI:1.17-3.68,P<0.05),and HIV viral load(HR=1.32,95%CI:1.12-1.55,P<0.001)were all independent risk factors for long-term CFR.In the subgroup analysis,time to culture positivity was negatively correlated with CFR in patients with DNTM(HR=0.90,95%CI:0.82-0.98,P<0.05).Conclusions:NTM was associated with a high long-term CFR in PLWH.Further approaches to prevent NTM disease in PLWH are urgently needed.Jingjing Hu Ling Gu Yueming Shao Renfang Zhang Tangkai Qi Jianjun Sun Zhenyan Wang Wei Song Yang Tang Jiangrong Wang Shuibao Xu Junyang Yang Yinzhong Shen Li Liu Jun Chen Hongzhou Lu 2022Infectious Diseases of Poverty2022,11,1:0
