1Preparation,Characterization and Comparative NH_3-sensing Characteristic Studies of PANI/inorganic Oxides Nanocomposite Thin Films显示文摘Polyaniline (PANI), polyaniline/titanium dioxide (PANI/TiO2), polyaniline/tin oxide (PANI/SnO2) and polyani- line/indium oxide ℃(PANI/In2O3) thin films were developed by using an in-situ self-assembly method at ~10℃. Chemical structure, optical property and morphology of all the thin films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, scanning electron mi- croscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). NH3 gas-sensing properties of PANI and PANI nanocomposite thin films were examined at ambient temperature. The results showed that all the sensors composed of PANI nanocomposite thin films had faster response/recovery rate with better reproducibility, selectivity and long-term stability to NH3 than PANI thin film sensor, and PANI/TiO2 nanocomposite thin film sensor showed optimum NH3 gas-sensing characteristics. 2Red organic light emitting device with improved performance using a novel fluorescent dye codoped with phosphor-sensitizer显示文摘Efficient red organic light-emitting device consisted of a compound fluorescent-phosphor-sensitized emission layer was fabricated. A novel red fluorescent dye, 3-(dicyanomethylene)-5,5-dimethyl-1-(4-dimethylamino-styryl) cyclohexene (DCDDC), and a green phosphorescent dye, fac tris(2-phenylpyridine) iridium [Ir(ppy)3] were codoped into a host material 4,4'-N,N'-dicarbazolebiphe-nyl (CBP). By adjusting the component ratio of doping system, a series of devices with different concentration proportion of Ir(ppy)3:DCDDC were constructed. The results demonstrated that the device with 0.2 wt% DCDDC had a maximum power effi-ciency (ηp) of 2.12 lm/W at a current density of 0.1 mA/cm2, which was about 38% higher than that of conventional fluorescent device. When at a current density of 4 mA/cm2 (100 cd/m2) and 52 mA/cm2 (1000 cd/m2), the ηp percentage was about 160% and 143% higher than that of conventional device, respectively. A stable red light emission at a peak of 615 nm with Commissions Internationale de l'Eclairage coordinates near the region of (0.56, 0.42) in a wide bias range was also obtained. 3A Consensus and Incentive Program for Charging Piles Based on Consortium Blockchain显示文摘Charging piles are used for charging electric vehicles and are directly accessible to users in an energy internet entrance,while playing an important role in energy consumption.Currently,each enterprise constructs the center of operation and maintenance of their systems independently,along with their respective APP payment programs.This results in high operating costs,poor user experience,and low utilization rate of the pile,which limits the promotion and popularization of electric vehicles.To overcome this limitation,there is a need for a multi-center,fair,and transparent consortium blockchain,which can conform to the application requirements of a unified payment system and accommodate a range of diverse enterprise charging piles.In this paper,the design for a consensus and incentive program for consortium blockchain is presented.First,the application status of blockchain in an energy internet is described.Then,the logical structure and hierarchical model of the consortium blockchain are analyzed.Next,multicycle accounting and limiting the amount of accounting nodes in each round is presented to ensure the overhead of consensus remain constant.Finally,the accounting incentive mechanism and the bidding encouragement strategy based on“electric beans”are designed.Qingsu He Yu Xu Yong Yan Junsheng Wang Qingzhi Han Lili Li 2018CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2018,4,4:3
4Polaron-pair-dependent equivalent circuit parameters of organic solar cells based on CuPc and C_(60)显示文摘We present the current-voltage characteristics of organic solar cells based on single and double heterojunction of copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) and C60 by introducing a constant JP instead of photo-current density Jph to represent the density of polaron-pairs generated from excitons at D/A interface. A diode Dext models polaron-pair dissociation, and a diode Drec stands for loss due to polaron-pair recombination. The photovoltaic response under AM 1.5 solar illumination at an intensity of 100 mW/cm2 is parameterized and modeled using the improved equivalent circuit model developed for inorganic pn-junction solar cells. The instinct mechanisms including dissociation, recombination of polaron-pairs and charge carrier collection process are explained by introducing Jph/JP as the dissociation rate of polaron-pairs and |J|/Jph as charge carrier application efficiency ηCA. 5Microstructure control of organic semiconductors via UV-ozone for high-sensitivity NO2 detection显示文摘Developing high sensitive organic semiconductors(OSCs)in organic thin-film transistors(OTFTs)is the key for OTFT based gas sensors.Herein,we report a simple processing route of highly sensitive OSCs for high performance OTFT based nitrogen dioxide(NO2)sensors,where the active OSC layer is based on ultraviolet-ozone(UVO)treated poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl)(P3HT).Compared to conventional P3HT based OTFT sensors,the reported device exhibits a remarkable improvement of the gas response from 350%to 30000%.The studies in morphologies,chemical compositions and microstructures of the UVOtreated films reveal that a large number of carrier traps generated in the P3HT films is the decisive reason for the enhancement of sensing performance.Moreover,the optimized device shows great potential of practical applications on the stand points of sensitivity,selectivity,reusability and the ability of recovery,as well as limit of detection of~7.3 ppb.This simple method provides an innovative understanding for the role of the carrier traps in sensing performance and demonstrates a bright future for developing high performance OTFT gas sensors.HOU SiHui FAN HuiDong WU MengGe YU XinGe YU JunSheng 2021Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,5:2

7Arabidopsis U-box E3 ubiquitin ligase PUB11 negatively regulates drought tolerance by degrading the receptor-like protein kinases LRR1 and KIN7显示文摘Both plant receptor-like protein kinases(RLKs)and ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis play crucial roles in plant responses to drought stress.However,the mechanism by which E3 ubiquitin ligases modulate RLKs is poorly understood.In this study,we showed that Arabidopsis PLANT U-BOX PROTEIN 11(PUB11),an E3 ubiquitin ligase,negatively regulates abscisic acid(ABA)-mediated drought responses.PUB11 interacts with and ubiquitinates two receptor-like protein kinases,LEUCINE RICH REPEAT PROTEIN 1(LRR1)and KINASE 7(KIN7),and mediates their degradation during plant responses to drought stress in vitro and in vivo.pub11 mutants were more tolerant,whereas Irr1 and kin7 mutants were more sensitive,to drought stress than the wild type.Genetic analyses show that the pub11 Irr1 kin7 triple mutant exhibited similar drought sensitivity as the Irr1 kin7 double mutant,placing PUB11 upstream of the two RLKs.Abscisic acid and drought treatment promoted the accumulation of PUB11,which likely accelerates LRR1 and KIN7 degradation.Together,our results reveal that PUB11 negatively regulates plant responses to drought stress by destabilizing the LRR1 and KIN7 RLKs.Xuexue Chen Tingting Wang Amin Ur Rehman Yu Wang Junsheng Qi Zhen Li Chunpeng Song Baoshan Wang Shuhua Yang Zhizhong Gong 2021Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2021,63,3:2
