1Preparation,Characterization and Comparative NH_3-sensing Characteristic Studies of PANI/inorganic Oxides Nanocomposite Thin Films显示文摘Polyaniline (PANI), polyaniline/titanium dioxide (PANI/TiO2), polyaniline/tin oxide (PANI/SnO2) and polyani- line/indium oxide ℃(PANI/In2O3) thin films were developed by using an in-situ self-assembly method at ~10℃. Chemical structure, optical property and morphology of all the thin films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, scanning electron mi- croscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). NH3 gas-sensing properties of PANI and PANI nanocomposite thin films were examined at ambient temperature. The results showed that all the sensors composed of PANI nanocomposite thin films had faster response/recovery rate with better reproducibility, selectivity and long-term stability to NH3 than PANI thin film sensor, and PANI/TiO2 nanocomposite thin film sensor showed optimum NH3 gas-sensing characteristics. 2Investigation on the fabrication of lightweight aggregate with acid-leaching tailings of vanadium-bearing stone coal minerals and red mud显示文摘Proper treatment of acidleaching tailings(ALTs)of vanadiumbearing stone coal minerals is of great urgency.One approach is adding it into the raw materials during the preparation of lightweight aggregate(LWA).But clay is always needed.In this paper,another solid waste,red mud,was mixed with ALTs as a source of flux components instead of clay.Evaluation of the physical characteristics,morphological structures,as well as crystal phases during the sintering process were investigated.When their mixtures with a proper ratio were sintered at 1080℃,a glassy phase with certain viscosity was formed,and the gases generated simultaneously were encapsulated by the melt.Finally,LWA with a onehour water absorption as low as 1.46%,a bulk density as low as 728.76 kgm 3 and a compressive strength as high as 10.77 MPa was fabricated.Chunguang Song Hongling Zhang Yuming Dong Lili Pei Honghui Liu Junsheng Jiang Hongbin Xu 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,4:6
3Red organic light emitting device with improved performance using a novel fluorescent dye codoped with phosphor-sensitizer显示文摘Efficient red organic light-emitting device consisted of a compound fluorescent-phosphor-sensitized emission layer was fabricated. A novel red fluorescent dye, 3-(dicyanomethylene)-5,5-dimethyl-1-(4-dimethylamino-styryl) cyclohexene (DCDDC), and a green phosphorescent dye, fac tris(2-phenylpyridine) iridium [Ir(ppy)3] were codoped into a host material 4,4'-N,N'-dicarbazolebiphe-nyl (CBP). By adjusting the component ratio of doping system, a series of devices with different concentration proportion of Ir(ppy)3:DCDDC were constructed. The results demonstrated that the device with 0.2 wt% DCDDC had a maximum power effi-ciency (ηp) of 2.12 lm/W at a current density of 0.1 mA/cm2, which was about 38% higher than that of conventional fluorescent device. When at a current density of 4 mA/cm2 (100 cd/m2) and 52 mA/cm2 (1000 cd/m2), the ηp percentage was about 160% and 143% higher than that of conventional device, respectively. A stable red light emission at a peak of 615 nm with Commissions Internationale de l'Eclairage coordinates near the region of (0.56, 0.42) in a wide bias range was also obtained. 4Geochemistry and Geochronology of the Gebunongba Iron Polymetallic Deposit in the Gangdese Belt, Tibet显示文摘The Gebunongba iron polymetallic deposit is a typical skarn deposit located at the westernmost end of the discovered iron polymetallic deposits in the Gangdese metallogenic belt. Major and trace elements of the monzonite granite related to mineralization show that these rocks are peraluminous(ACNK=1.15–1.21) and are rich in Si(76.63 wt.%–76.93 wt.% SiO2), K(K2 O/Na2 O ratio of 1.80–2.30), LREE and LILEs(Rb, Ba, Th, U, Pb), but is depleted in high field strength elements(Nb, Ta, Ti and HREE). In addition, these rocks show obviously negative Eu anomalies(δEu=0.48–0.55). The LA-ICPMS U-Pb age of zircons in monzonite granite is 59.72±0.55 Ma(MSWD=0.79), whereas the 40 Ar/39 Ar age of muscovite in iron ores is 59.22±0.61 Ma(MSWD=16.20). This indicates that the deposit formed at the syn-collision stage of Lhasa-India terrane is later than the northward subduction of the Yajiang crust. The monzonite granite has been probably derived from the partial melting of ancient lower crustal materials, which is probably resulted from the underplating of mantle-derived magmas. It is favorable for the formation of iron polymetallic deposit. Iron polymetallic mineralization is prevalent in Gangdese metallogenic belt at syn-collision stage. Therefore, syn-collision stage is an important mineralization stage for iron polymetallic deposits. 5Polaron-pair-dependent equivalent circuit parameters of organic solar cells based on CuPc and C_(60)显示文摘We present the current-voltage characteristics of organic solar cells based on single and double heterojunction of copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) and C60 by introducing a constant JP instead of photo-current density Jph to represent the density of polaron-pairs generated from excitons at D/A interface. A diode Dext models polaron-pair dissociation, and a diode Drec stands for loss due to polaron-pair recombination. The photovoltaic response under AM 1.5 solar illumination at an intensity of 100 mW/cm2 is parameterized and modeled using the improved equivalent circuit model developed for inorganic pn-junction solar cells. The instinct mechanisms including dissociation, recombination of polaron-pairs and charge carrier collection process are explained by introducing Jph/JP as the dissociation rate of polaron-pairs and |J|/Jph as charge carrier application efficiency ηCA. 6Optimization model of a structural simulation design for a CICC显示文摘The engineering design of a Cable-In-Conduit Conductor (CICC) is complicated. A model for the optimal design of a CICC based on conductor stability, AC loss and strain is proposed. The model considers the critical current density as a function of applied strain. A mathematical programming method that minimizes the AC loss of the CICC is established to yield an optimal design for the CICC structure. 9Study on temperature characteristics of organic light-emitting diodes based on tris-(8-hydroxylquinoline)-aluminum显示文摘Both single-layer and double-layer organic light-emitting devices based on tris-(8-hydroxylquinoline)-aluminum(Alq3) as emitter are fabricated by thermal vacuum deposition.The electroluminescent characteristics of these devices at various temperatures are measured,and the temperature characteristics of device performance are studied.The effect of temperature on device current conduction regime is analyzed in detail.The results show that the current-voltage(I-V) characteristics of devices are in good agreement with the theoretical prediction of trapped charge limited current(TCLC).In addition,both the charge carrier mobility and charge carrier concentration in the organic layer increase with the rise of temperature,which results in the monotonous increase of Alq3 device current.The current conduction mechanisms of two devices at different temperatures are identical,but the exponent m in current-voltage equation changes randomly with temperature.The device luminance increases slightly and the efficiency decreases monotonously due to the aging of Alq3 luminescent properties caused by high temperature.A tiny blue shift can be observed in the electroluminescent(EL) spectra as the temperature increases,and the reduction of device monochromaticity is caused by the intrinsic characteristics of organic semiconductor energy levels.SUO Fan YU JunSheng LI WeiZhi LOU ShuangLing DENG Jing JIANG YaDong 2008Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,4:1

11RAF22,ABI1 and OST1 form a dynamic interactive network that optimizes plant growth and responses to drought stress in Arabidopsis显示文摘Plants adapt to their ever-changing environment via positive and negative signals induced by environmental stimuli.Drought stress,for instance,induces accumulation of the plant hormone abscisic acid(ABA),triggering ABA signal transduction.However,the molecular mechanisms for switching between plant growth promotion and stress response remain poorly understood.Here we report that RAF(rapidly accelerated fibrosarcoma)-LIKE MITOGEN-ACTIVATED PROTEIN KINASE KINASE KINASE 22(RAF22)in Arabidopsis tha/iana physically interacts with ABA INSENSITIVE 1(ABl1)and phosphorylates ABl1 at Ser416 residue to enhance its phosphatase activity.Interestingly,ABl1 can also enhance the activity of RAF22 through dephosphorylation,reciprocally inhibiting ABA signaling and promoting the maintenance of plant growth under normal conditions.Under drought stress,however,the ASA-activated OPEN STOMATA1(OST1)phosphorylates the Ser81 residue of RAF22 and inhibits its kinase activity,restraining its enhancement of ABl1 activity.Taken together,our study reveals that RAF22,ABl1,and OST1 form a dynamic regulatory network that plays crucial roles in optimizing plant growth and environmental adaptation under drought stress.Zhihui Sun Zhenkai Feng Yanglin Ding Yuanpeng Qi Shan Jiang Zhen Li Yu Wang Junsheng Qi Chunpeng Song Shuhua Yang Zhizhong Gong 2022Molecular Plant2022,15,7:1
12Preparation of high nitrogen and nickel-free austenitic stainless steel by powder injection molding显示文摘High nitrogen and nickel-free austenitic stainless steel has received much recognition worldwide because it can solve the problem of 'nickel-allergy' and has outstanding mechanical and physical properties. In this article, 0Cr17Mn11Mo3N was prepared by powder injection molding (PIM) technique accompanied with solid-nitriding. The results show that the critical solid loading can achieve up to 64vol% by use of gas-atomized powders with the average size of 17.4 μm. The optimized sintering conditions are de-termined to be 1300°C, 2 h in flowing nitrogen atmosphere, at which the relative density reaches to 99% and the N content is as high as 0.78wt%. After solution annealing at 1150°C for 90 min and water quench, the 0.2% yield strength, ultimate tensile strength (UTS), elongation, reduction in area, and hardness can reach as high as 580 MPa, 885 MPa, 26.0%, 29.1%, and Hv 222, respectively.Dawei Cui Junsheng Jiang Guangming Cao Enzhong Xiao Xuanhui Qu 2008Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2008,15,2:1
