1Machinability of damage-tolerant titanium alloy in orthogonal turn-milling显示文摘The damage-tolerant titanium alloy TC21 is used extensively in important parts of advanced aircraft because of its high strength and durability. However, cutting TC21 entails problems, such as high cutting temperature, high tool tip stress, rapid tool wear, and difficulty guaranteeing processing quality. Orthogonal turn-milling can be used to solve these problems. In this study, the machinability of TC21 in orthogonal turn-milling is investigated experimentally to optimize the cutting parameters of orthogonal turn-milling and improve the machining efficiency, tool life, and machining quality of TC21. The mechanism of the effect of turn-milling parameters on tool life is discussed, the relationship between each parameter and tool life is analyzed, and the failure process of a TiAlN-coated tool in turn-milling is explored. Experiments are conducted on the integrity of the machined surface (surface roughness, metallographic structure, and work hardening) by turn-milling, and how the parameters influence such integrity is analyzed. Then, reasonable cutting parameters for TC21 in orthogonal turn-milling are recommended. 2The theory and experiment of very-long-wavelength 256×1 GaAs/Al_(x)Ga_(1-x)As quantum well infrared detector linear arrays显示文摘The 256×1 linear array of multiple quantum wells infrared photodetector (QWIP) is designed and fabricated for the peak response wavelength at λP=14.6 μm. The response spectral width is bigger than 2.2 μm. The two-dimensional (2D) diffractive coupling grating has been formed on the top QWIP photosensitive pixel for coupling the infrared radiation to the infrared detective layers. The performance of the device at VB=3 V and T=45 K has the responsibility 4.28×10-2 (A/W), the blackbody detectivity Db*=5.14×109 (cm·Hz1/2/W), and the peak detectivity Dλ*=4.24× 1010 (cm·Hz1/2/W). The sensor pixels are connected with CMOS read out circuit (ROC) hybridization by indium bumps. When integral time is 100 μs, the linear array has the effective pixel of QWIP FPA Nef of 99.2%, the average responsibility  (V/W) of 3.48×106 (V/W), the average peak detectivity Dλ* of 8.29×109 (cm·Hz1/2/W), and the non-uniformity UR of 5.83%. 6Research Progress on the Antitumor Mechanism of Compound Kushen Injection显示文摘Compound Kushen Injection(CKI),as a clinical traditional Chinese medicine preparation,has prominent antitumor effect but with several side effects.A large number of studies have shown that CKI plays an antitumor role by regulating tumor cell proliferation,inducing tumor cell differentiation and apoptosis,inhibitrng tumor cell invasion and metastasis,reducing tumor angiogenesis,regulating the immunity,and so on.Clinically,CKI is widely used to treat various tumors,where it is often combined with surgery,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,targeted therapy,and other antitumor treatments.This article reviews the antitumor mechanism of CKI and the progress of its clinical application in order to provide a theoretical basis for further clinical application.Yuntao Duan Weijian Liang Junming Hou Dezhen Yang 2021Proceedings of Anticancer Research2021,5,5:0
7Multi-dimensional hybrid flexible films promote uniform lithium deposition and mitigate volume change as lithium metal anodes显示文摘Lithium metal is the ultimate anode material for next-generation high-energy batteries.Yet,the practical application of lithium metal anodes is limited by the formation of Li dendrites and large volume changes.Herein,an effective multi-dimensional hybrid flexible film(MD-HFF)composed of iodine ion(0 dimension),CNTs(1 dimension)and graphene(2 dimensions)is designed for regulating Li deposition and mitigating volume changes.The multi-dimensional components serve separate roles:(1)iodine ion enhances the conductivity of the electrode and provides lithiophilic sites,(2)CNTs strengthen interlaminar conductance and mechanical strength,acting as a spring in the layered structure to alleviate volume changes during Li plating and stripping and(3)graphene provides mechanical flexibility and electrical conductivity.The resulting MD-HFF material supports stable Li plating/stripping and high Coulombic efficiency(99%)over 230 cycles at 1 mA cm^(-2) with a deposition capacity of 1 mAh cm^(-2).Theoretical calculations indicate that LiI contributes to the lateral growth of Li on the MD-HFF surface,thereby inhibiting the formation of Li dendrites.When paired with a typical NCM811 cathode,the assembled MD-HFF‖NCM811 cell exhibit improved capability and stable cycling performance.This research serves to guide material design in achieving Li anode materials that do not suffer from dendrite formation and volume changes.Jian Yang Tingting Feng Junming Hou Xinran Li Boyu Chen Cheng Chen Zhi Chen Yaochen Song Mengqiang Wu 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,2:0
