| 1 | Single-center Experience in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hepatic Perivascular Epithelioid Cell Neoplasm显示文摘Background and Aims:Perivascular epithelioid cell neo-plasms(PEComas)are a rare type of mesenchymal neo-plasm and their preoperative diagnosis is challenging.In this study,we summarized the experience from a single medical center to study the examinations,clinical presen-tations,and pathological and histological characteristics of PEComas in the liver in order to optimize overall un-derstanding of the diagnosis and treatment of these neo-plasms.Methods:We conducted a retrospective analysis to investigate the clinical and pathological characteristics as well as imaging presentations of 75 patients diagnosed with hepatic PEComa in The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhe-jiang University between April 2010 and April 2020.Re-sults:Among the 75 patients,52 were women,and the median age was 48 years.Most patients had no specific symptoms,and two were admitted to the hospital for a second time owing to relapse.All patients underwent surgi-cal resection.Histologically,38 patients had classical angio-myolipoma(AML)and 37 had epithelioid AML.The PECo-mas were accompanied by positive immunohistochemical expression of HMB45,Melan-A,and smooth muscle actin.Follow-up data were obtained from 47 of the total 75 pa-tients,through October 2020.Two patients had metastasis after surgery.Conclusions:AML is the most common type of hepatic PEComa.There are no specific symptoms of he-patic PEComa,and serological examinations and imaging modalities for accurate preoperative diagnosis are lacking.Epithelioid AML should be considered a tumor of uncertain malignant potential;however,the prognosis of PEComa af-ter resection is promising. | Junjun Jia Jia Luo Cheng-Gen Pan Guomei Ge Meibao Feng Bei Zou Li Liu Shusen Zheng Jun Yu | 2022 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2022,10,1: | 5 |

| 7 | Effects of vermiculite on the growth process of submerged macrophyte Vallisneria spiralis and sediment microecological environment显示文摘Ecological restoration is one of the hot technologies for the reconstruction of eutrophic lake ecosystems in which the restoration and propagation of submerged plants is the key and difficult step. In this paper, the effect of vermiculite on the growth process of Vallisneria spiralis and sediment microenvironment were investigated, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the application of vermiculite in aquatic ecological restoration. Results of growth indexes demonstrated that 5% and 10% vermiculite treatment groups statistically promote the growth of Vallisneria spiralis compared to the control. Meanwhile, the results of ecophysiological indexes showed that photosynthetic pigment, soluble sugar content, superoxide dismutase(SOD), and catalase(CAT) activity of 5% and 10% group were increased compared with the control while the malondialdehyde(MDA) content exhibited the opposite result(p < 0.05), which illustrated that vermiculite can improve the resistance of plants and delay the aging process of Vallisneria spiralis. In addition, result of PCA(Principal Component Analysis) demonstrated 5% and 10% group has improved the sediment physical conditions and create more ecological niche for microorganisms directly, and then promoted the growth of plants. The dissolution results showed that vermiculite can dissolve the constant and trace elements needed for plant growth. Furthermore, the addition of vermiculite increased the diversity of microorganisms in the sediments, and promoted the increase of plant growth-promoting bacteria and phosphorus-degrading bacteria. | 8 | A 0.82 μVrms ultralow 1/f noise bandgap reference for a MEMS gyroscope显示文摘High-precision microelectromechanical system(MEMS)gyroscopes are significant in many applications.Bias instability(BI)is an important parameter that indicates the performance of a MEMS gyroscope and is affected by the 1/f noise of the MEMS resonator and readout circuit.Since the bandgap reference(BGR)is an important block in the readout circuit,reducing its 1/f noise is key to improving a gyroscope's Bl.In a traditional BGR,the error amplifer is applied to provide a virtual short-circuit point,but it introduces the main low-frequency noise sources.This paper proposes an ultralow 1/f noise BGR by removing the error amplifer and applying an optimized circuit topology.In addition,a simplified but accurate noise model of the proposed BGR is obtained to optimize the BGR's output noise performance.To verify this design,the proposed BGR has been implemented in a 180 nm CMOS process with a chip area of 545×423μm.The experimental results show that the BGR's output integrated noise from 0.1 to 10 Hz is 0.82μV and the thermal noise is 35 nV/√Hz.Furthermore,bias stability tests of the MEMS gyroscope fabricated in our laboratory with the proposed BGR and some commercial BGRs are carried out.Statistical results show that reducing the BGR's 1/f noisecannearly linearly improvethegyroscope's Bl. | Junjun Zou Qi Wei Chunge Ju Hua Liao Haoyu Gu Bowen Xing Bin Zhou Rong Zhang | 2023 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2023,9,2: | 0 |
| 9 | Acupoints combination correlates with activation of cerebral areas A functional MRI study显示文摘Acupoint combination is a method used for acupoint treatment of patients.Traditionally,acupoints are matched along the meridian distribution,which is a common rule in clinical practice,but the underlying mechanism remains unclear.Cerebral scans with functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) have been used in the study of acupuncture and acupoint specifically.In this study,fMRI was used to detect the activation of the brain areas under different acupoints,matched along different meridians,to elucidate the acupoint combination via a modern medical approach.Forty healthy volunteers were randomly divided into the following groups:Waiguan point(SJ 5),Waiguan(SJ 5) + Zhigou(SJ 6)(2 acupoints come from the same meridian),Waiguan(SJ 5) + Neiguan(PC 6)(2 acupoints come from 2 meridians with the relationship of interior-exterior),Waiguan(SJ 5) + Yanglingquan(GB 34)(2 acupoints come from 2 meridians with the same name-Shaoyang Meridian),and sham point groups(needling in different points on the right hand).A real-time cerebral fMRI scan was simultaneously performed.The cerebral activation rate,and the number and strength of different regions of interest were compared among the groups.The fMRI cerebral imaging confirmed that there were some differences in the activation of cerebral areas by the needlings in SJ 5,and in combination with other acupoints.Needling at SJ 5 alone greatly activated the right cerebellum,while needling at both SJ 5 and different co-needling points activated different cerebral functional areas. | Xinsheng Lai Yong Huang Chunzhi Tang Junjun Yang Yanqi Zou Junxian Wu Yangjia Lu Renyong Lin | 2011 | Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,9: | 0 |

| 11 | Research on the improvement of the LaneGCN trajectory prediction algorithm显示文摘The LaneGCN proposed by Uber has achieved good performance in trajectory prediction, but it has shortcomings in capturing longrange information, expressing road information and modelling the strong and weak relationships of interaction between actors. Inthis paper, the LaneGCN is improved from three parts. Firstly, multi-scale long short-term memory is introduced to encode multiscaletrajectory information. Secondly, relative distance information is added to enhance the spatial expressive capacity of themodelin the process of road information encoding. Finally, we build a weighted interaction model based on Graph Attention Networksin the process of road information encoding. In order to verify the performance of the improved model, ablation and comparisonexperiments are designed in this paper.
