| 1 | A new criterion of coal burst proneness based on the residual elastic energy index显示文摘To evaluate the coal burst proneness more precisely,a new energy criterion namely the residual elastic energy index was proposed.This study begins by performing the single-cyclic loading-unloading uniaxial compression tests with five pre-peak unloading stress levels to explore the energy storage characteristics of coal.Five types of coals from different mines were tested,and the instantaneous destruction process of the coal specimens under compression loading was recorded using a high speed camera.The results showed a linear relationship between the elastic strain energy density and input energy density,which confirms the linear energy storage law of coal.Based on this linear energy storage law,the peak elastic strain energy density of each coal specimen was obtained precisely.Subsequently,a new energy criterion of coal burst proneness was established,which was called the residual elastic energy index(defined as the difference between the peak elastic strain energy density and post peak failure energy density).Considering the destruction process and actual failure characteristics of coal specimens,the accuracy of evaluating coal burst proneness based on the residual elastic energy index was examined.The results indicated that the residual elastic energy index enables reliable and precise evaluations of the coal burst proneness. | Fengqiang Gong Yunliang Wang Zhiguo Wang Junfeng Pan Song Luo | 2021 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2021,31,4: | 16 |
| 2 | Effect of fertilization patterns on the assemblage of weed communities in an upland winter wheat field显示文摘Aims Understanding the response of farmland weed community assembly to fertilization is important for designing better nutrient management strategies in integrated farmland ecological systems.Many studies have focused on weed characteristics,mainly crop–weed competition responses to fertilization or weed communities alone.However,weed community assembly in association with crop growth is poorly understood in the agroecosystems,but is important for the determination of integrated weed management.Biodiversity promotes ecosystem productivity in the grassland,but whether it applies to the agroecosystems is unclear.Based on an 11-year field experiment,the cumulative effects of different fertilization patterns on the floristic composition and species diversity of farmland weed communities along with wheat growth in a winter wheat–soybean rotation were investigated.Methods The field trial included five fertilization patterns with different combinations of N,P and K fertilizers.Species composition and diversity of weed communities,aboveground plant biomass and nutrient accumulation of weeds and winter wheat,light penetration to the ground surface and wheat yield were measured at each plot in 2009 and 2010.Multivariate analysis,regression and analysis of variance were used to analyze the responses of these parameters to the different fertilization treatments.Important Findings Four dominant weeds(Galium aparine L.,Veronica persica Poir.,Vicia sativa L.and Geranium carolinianum L.)accounted for~90%of the total weed density in the 2 years of experimental duration.The residual weed community assembly was influenced primarily by topsoil available nutrients in the order P>N>K.Competition for nutrients and solar radiation between crops and weeds was the main indirect effect of fertilization on the changes in weed community composition and species diversity.The indices of species diversity(species richness,Shannon–Wiener,Pielou and Simpson indices)showed significant linear relationships with wheat yield.The balanced fertilization treatment was more efficient at inhibiting the potential growth of weeds because of solar radiation being intercepted by wheat.These results support the conclusion that wheat yield is favored by balanced fertilization,whereas the weed community is favored by PK fertilization in terms of density and diversity.However,the negative effects on wheat yield may be compromised by simultaneous positive effects of weed communities in the fertilization treatments,for instance,the NP and NK treatments,which are intermediate in terms of increasing wheat production and to a level maintaining a diverse community. | Leilei Tang Kaiyuan Wan Chuanpeng Cheng Ruhai Li Daozhong Wang Junfeng Pan Yong Tao Juan Xie Fang Chen | 2014 | Journal of Plant Ecology2014,7,1: | 6 |

| 6 | Basal internode elongation of rice as affected by light intensity and leaf area显示文摘Short basal internodes are important for lodging resistance of rice(Oryza sativa L.).Several canopy indices affect the elongation of basal internodes,but uncertainty as to the key factors determining elongation of basal internodes persists.The objectives of this study were(1)to identify key factors affecting the elongation of basal internodes and(2)to establish a quantitative relationship between basal internode length and canopy indices.An inbred rice cultivar,Yinjingruanzhan,was grown in two split-plot field experiments with three N rates(0,75,and 150 kg N ha−1 in early season and 0,90,and 180 kg N ha−1 in late season)as main plots,three seedling densities(16.7,75.0,and 187.5 seedlings m−2)as subplots,and three replications in the 2015 early and late seasons in Guangzhou,China.Light intensity at base of canopy(Lb),light quality as determined from red/far-red light ratio(R/FR),light transmission ratio(LTR),leaf area index(LAI),leaf N concentration(NLV)and final length of second internode(counted from soil surface upward)(FIL)were recorded.Higher N rate and seedling density resulted in significantly longer FIL.FIL was negatively correlated with Lb,LTR,and R/FR(P<0.01)and positively correlated with LAI(P<0.01),but not correlated with NLV(P>0.05).Stepwise linear regression analysis showed that FIL was strongly associated with Lb and LAI(R2=0.82).Heavy N application to pot-grown rice at the beginning of first internode elongation did not change FIL.We conclude that FIL is determined mainly by Lb and LAI at jointing stage.NLV has no direct effect on the elongation of basal internodes.N application indirectly affects FIL by changing LAI and light conditions in the rice canopy.Reducing LAI and improving canopy light transmission at jointing stage can shorten the basal internodes and increase the lodging resistance of rice. | Xuhua Zhong Kaiming Liang Bilin Peng Ka Tian Xiaojuan Li Nongrong Huang Yanzhuo Liu Junfeng Pan | 2020 | The Crop Journal2020,8,1: | 3 |

The perovskite materials with ID and 2D shapes were widely prepared and studied for Fabry-Perot mode and whispering-gallery-mode (WGM) microcavities, but cuboid-shape is rarely reported. Some of the existing virtualization platform integrity measurement mechanism introduces the trusted computing technology, according to a trusted chain that the Trusted Platform Module(TPM) established for trusted root to measure the integrity of process in static. But this single chain static measurement cannot ensure the dynamic credible in platform running. To solve the problem that the virtual trusted platform can not guarantee the dynamic credibility, this paper put forward Dynamic Integrity Measurement Model(DIMM) based on virtual Trusted Platform Module(v TPM) which had been implemented with typical virtual machine monitor Xen as an example. DIMM combined with virtual machine introspection and event capture technology to ensure the security of the entire user domain. Based on the framework, this paper put forward Self-modify dynamic measurement strategy which can effectively reduce the measurement frequency and improve the measurement performance. | 14 | Paclitaxel liposome for injection (Lipusu) plus cisplatin versus gemcitabine plus cisplatin in the first-line treatment of locally advanced or metastatic lung squamous cell carcinoma: A multicenter, randomized, open-label, parallel controlled clinical study显示文摘Background:Lipusu is the first commercialized liposomal formulation of pacli-taxel and has demonstrated promising efficacy against locally advanced lung squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC)in a small-scale study.Here,we conducted a multicenter,randomized,phase 3 study to compare the efficacy and safety of cis-platin plus Lipusu(LP)versus cisplatin plus gemcitabine(GP)as first-line treat-ment in locally advanced or metastatic LSCC.Methods:Patients enrolled were aged between 18 to 75 years,had locally advanced(clinical stage IIIB,ineligible for concurrent chemoradiation or surgery)or metastatic(Stage IV)LSCC,had no previous systemic chemother-apy and at least one measurable lesion as per the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(version 1.1)before administration of the trial drug.The primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS).The secondary endpoints included objective response rate(ORR),disease control rate(DCR),overall survival(OS),and safety profiles.To explore the possible predictive value of plasma cytokines for LP treatment,plasma samples were collected from the LP group at baseline and first efficacy evaluation time and were then subjected to analysis by 45-Plex ProcartaPlex Panel 1 to detect the presence of 45 cytokines using the Luminex xMAP technology.The correlation between treatment outcomes and dynamic changes in the levels of cytokines were evaluated in preliminary analyses.Results:The median duration of follow-up was 15.4 months.237 patients in the LP group and 253 patients in the GP group were included in the per protocol set(PPS).In the PPS,the median PFS was 5.2 months versus 5.5 months in the LP and GP group(hazard rtio[HR]:1.03,P=0.742)respectively.The median OS was 14.6 months versus 12.5 months in the LP and GP group(HR:0.83,P=0.215).The ORR(41.8%versus 45.9%,P=0.412)and DCR(90.3%versus 88.1%,P=0.443)were also similar between the LP and GP group.A significantly lower proportion of patients in the LP group experienced adverse events(AEs)leading to treatment interruptions(10.9%versus 26.4%,P<0.001)or treatment termination(14.3%versus 23.1%,P=0.011).The analysis of cytokine levels in the LP group showed that low baseline levels of 27 cytokines were associated with an increased ORR,and 15 cytokines were associated with improved PFS,with 14 cytokines,including TNF-a,IFN-y,IL-6,and IL-8,demonstrating an overlapping trend.Conclusion:The LP regimen demonstrated similar PFS,OS,ORR and DCR as the GP regimen for patients with locally advanced or metastatic LSCC but had more favorable toxicity profiles.The study also identified a spectrum of different cytokines that could be potentially associated with the clinical benefit in patients who received the LP regimen. | Jie Zhang Yueyin Pan Qin Shi Guojun Zhang Liyan Jiang Xiaorong Dong Kangsheng Gu Huijuan Wang Xiaochun Zhang Nong Yang Yuping Li Jianping Xiong Tienan Yi Min Peng Yong Song Yun Fan Jiuwei Cui Gongyan Chen Wei Tan Aimin Zang Qisen Guo Guangqiang Zhao Ziping Wang Jianxing He Wenxiu Yao Xiaohong Wu Kai Chen Xiaohua Hu Chunhong Hu Lu Yue Da Jiang Guangfa Wang Junfeng Liu Guohua Yu Junling Li Jianling Bai Wenmin Xie Weihong Zhao Lihong Wu Caicun Zhou | 2022 | Cancer Communications2022,42,1: | 1 |

| 17 | Monazite recorded Paleoproterozoic granulite-facies metamorphism and Triassic fluid modification of the Weihai pelitic granulite,Sulu orogen显示文摘Monazite is an important accessory mineral in the pelitic granulites(Weihai area,Sulu orogen),and is also a powerful monitor for understanding the metamorphic evolution of the granulites.The pelitic granulites incongruously occur as lenses in granitic gneisses.The lithologies of the lenses gradually change from core to margin:The undeformed coarse-grained granulite,the foliated fine-grained granulite,the garnet-biotite-gneiss,and the migmatized granulite.The lens cores mostly preserve a peak granulite-facies metamorphic mineral assemblage of garnet+plagioclase(antiperthite)+quartz+sillimanite+biotite with accessory minerals of rutile,zircon,and monazite.The lens margins display a fluid-induced retrogression.In order to decipher the metamorphic processes of the pelitic granulites,a combined study of BSE imaging,U-Pb dating,and trace element composition for the monazites from the metapelitic lens were conducted.Monazites from the undeformed coarse-grained granulite only record a Paleoproterozoic age(1832±7 Ma,n=40).Monazites from the other lithologies yield the inherited Paleoproterozoic age and Triassic overgrowth age.For example,monazites from the migmatite yield intercept ages of 1818±10 and 211±22 Ma(n=56)with Triassic concordant age of 223.8±2.9 Ma.The Paleoproterozoic monazites are characterized by remarkable depletion in HREE and Y with obviously negative Eu anomalies,indicating their formation equilibrated with garnet and feldspar under granulite-facies conditions.During Triassic fluid modification,the monazite bright rims assimilated Th and Si but released U,HREE,Y,and P.This process resulted in that the Triassic overgrowth monazites have higher HREE and Y contents,and lower Th and U contents with relatively low Th/U ratios.Thus,the monazites in the pelitic granulites recorded a Paleoproterozoic metamorphic event and Triassic fluid modification.The Weihai pelitic granulites might have a tectonic affinity with the North China Craton.Therefore,the Paleoproterozoic pelitic granulites were mechanically drawn into the orogen during the Triassic continental collision,and subsequently were remoulded by the fluids during its exhumation. | Zhiwu XIONG Haijin XU Pan WANG Junfeng ZHANG | 2021 | Science China Earth Sciences2021,64,6: | 0 |
| 18 | Preliminary Pointing Bias Calibration of ZY3-03 Laser Altimeter显示文摘ZiYuan3-03(ZY3-03)satellite was launched on July 25,2020,equipped with China’s second-generation laser altimeter for earth observation.In order to preliminarily evaluate the in-orbit performance of the ZY3-03 laser altimeter,the pointing bias calibration based on terrain matching method was adopted.Three tracks of laser data were employed for the ZY3-03 laser altimeter calibration test.Three groups of pointing parameters were obtained respectively,and the mean value of pointing is considered as the optimal calibration result.After calibration,ZY3-03 laser pointing accuracy is greatly improved by the method,and its pointing accuracy is approximately 12.7 arcsec.The first-track laser data on the Black Sea surface is used to evaluate the relative elevation accuracy of ZY3-03 laser altimeter after pointing bias calibration,which is improved from 0.33 m to 0.19 m after calibration.Meanwhile,the absolute elevation accuracy of ZY3-03 laser altimeter after pointing bias calibration is evaluated by the Ground Control Points(GCPs)measured by RTK(Real-Time Kinematic),which is better than 0.5 m in the flat terrain. | Junfeng XIE Ren LIU Yongkang MEI Wei LIU Jianping PAN | 2021 | Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2021,4,3: | 0 |
