1Wheat straw burning and its associated impacts on Beijing air quality显示文摘Based on MODIS images, large-scale flow field charts and environmental monitoring data, we thor- oughly analyzed the spatial distribution of wheat straw burning in North China, with focus on its envi- ronmental impacts on the air quality of Beijing and pollution transport paths. And we anatomized changes of air quality in Beijing under the impacts of pollution generated by wheat straw burning around. The results indicate that: (1) The North China Plain, a winter-wheat growing area, is the main source of pollutants induced by wheat straw burning in Beijing. The direction of south-west is the dominant heavy pollution transport path. (2) Impacts of wheat straw burning on air quality are mainly manifested by significantly increasing CO concentration. (3) Precursors of O3 generated by wheat straw burning, combining with favorable meteorological conditions, can induce increasing O3 concentration greatly. NO concentration will be greatly increased due to decreasing O3 concentration at night. (4) Atmospheric particles, especially the fine ones, from wheat straw burning exert considerable influ- ence on Beijing air quality. (5) Different contributions of wheat straw burning to pollutants are identified. Ratios of PM10/SO2, CO/SO2, etc., can be applied to indicate pollution extent of wheat straw burning. High ratios of PM10/SO2 and CO/SO2 show that the air quality was heavily impacted by wheat straw burning and these ratios can be employed as indicators of contribution of wheat straw burning to the degradation of Beijing air quality. (6) Randomness of wheat straw burning activities renders random outbreak of air pollution of this type. 3In-situ sulfur isotope and trace element of pyrite constraints on the formation and evolution of the Nibao Carlin-type gold deposit in SW China显示文摘The fault-controlled Nibao Carlin-type gold deposit,together with the strata-bound Shuiyindong deposit,comprise a significant amount of the disseminated gold deposits in southwestern Guizhou Province,China.Five main types and two sub-types of pyrite at the Nibao deposit(Py1a/Py1b,Py2,Py3,Py4,Py5)were distinguished based on detailed mineralogical work.Py1,Py2and Py3 are Au-poor,whereas Py4 and Py5 are Au-rich,corresponding to a sedimentary and hydrothermal origin,respectively.Through systematic in situ analyses of NanoSIMS sulfur isotopes,the framboid pyrite Py1a with negative δ^34S values(-53.3 to-14.9%)from the Nibao deposit were found to originate from bacterial sulfate reduction(BSR)processes in an open and sulfate-sufficient condition while the superheavy pyrite Py1b(73.7–114.8%)is probably due to the potential influence of closed-system Rayleigh fractionation or the lack of preservation of deepsea sediments.Data of Py2 and Py3 plot within the area of S isotope compositions from biogenic and abiogenic sulfate reduction.In view of few coeval magmatic rocks in the mining district,the near zero δ^34S values of the Au-rich pyrites(Py4 and Py5)may discount the potential involvement of magmatic but metamorphic or sedimentary origin.LA-ICP-MS and TEM work show that Au in ore-related pyrite is present as both nanoparticles and structurally bound.LA-ICP-MS analyses show that the Au-rich pyrite also contains higher As,Cu,Sb,Tl and S than other types of pyrite,which inferred a distal manifestation of deep hydrothermal mineralization systems.Jinxiang Li Chenghai Zhao Yong Huang Yuzhou Zhuo Jinwei Li 2019Acta Geochimica2019,38,4:7
4Exosomes with low miR-34c-3p expression promote invasion and migration of non-small cell lung cancer by upregulating integrinα2β1显示文摘Exosomes play critical roles in regulating various physiological and pathological processes,including immune stimulation,immune suppression,cardiovascular diseases,and cancers.Recent studies show that exosomes that transport specific microRNAs(miRNAs)are involved in tumor development.However,the molecular mechanism by which tumor invasion and migration are regulated by exosomes from non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)is not well understood.Here,we show that exosomes shuttling low levels of miR-34c-3p are involved in NSCLC progression.Our results showed that exosomes derived from NSCLC cells carrying low levels of miR-34c-3p could be transported into the cytoplasm of NSCLC cells and accelerate NSCLC invasion and migration by upregulating integrinα2β1.A luciferase assay revealed that integrinα2β1 was the direct target of miR-34c-3p,and overexpression of integrinα2β1 could promote the invasion and migration of NSCLC cells.The analysis of exosomes derived from clinical serum samples indicated that the expression of miR-34c-3p was significantly downregulated in exosomes from NSCLC patients compared with that of normal controls.A549-derived exosomes promoted NSCLC cells lung metastases in vivo.Exosomes shuttling low levels of miR-34c-3p were associated with the progression of NSCLC in vitro and in vivo.Our data demonstrate that exosomes shuttling low levels of miR-34c-3p can accelerate the invasion and migration of NSCLC by upregulating integrinα2β1.MiR-34c-3p can be a diagnostic and prognostic marker for NSCLC.High expression of integrinα2β1 is positively related to the migration and metastasis of NSCLC cells.Wenjing Huang Yanyan Yan Yun Liu Minting Lin Jinxiang Ma Wei Zhang Jianwei Dai Jiajun Li Qiaoru Guo Hubiao Chen Bolat Makabel Hong Liu Chaoyue Su Hong Bi Jianye Zhang 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:5
5Phase 1 studies comparing safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of HLX01(a rituximab biosimilar) to reference rituximab in Chinese patients with CD20-positive B-cell lymphoma显示文摘Objective: This study aimed to compare the pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic and safety profiles of HLX01(a rituximab biosimilar) and reference rituximab sourced from China(Mab Thera?;rituximab-CN).Methods: Here we report the results of two phase 1 studies. In the phase 1 a, open-label, dose-escalation study(NCT03218072, CTR20140400), eligible patients received 250, 375 and 500 mg/m^(2) HLX01 sequentially at 7-day intervals, after confirming no dose-limiting toxicity(DLT). In the phase 1 b, double-blind study(NCT02584920,CTR20140764), eligible patients were given a single dose of 375 mg/m^(2) HLX01 or rituximab-CN. The primary endpoints included safety and tolerability parameters for the phase 1 a and the area under the plasma concentrationtime curve from time zero to day 91(AUC0-91 d) for the phase 1 b study. Equivalence was concluded if 90%confidence interval(90% CI) for the geometric least squares mean ratio(GLSMR) fell in the pre-specified equivalence criteria(80%-125%).Results: Between June 20, 2014 and January 5, 2015, 12 patients were enrolled in the phase 1 a study. The pharmacokinetics of HLX01 showed dose proportionality and accumulation to steady state. HLX01 was well tolerated, with no serious adverse events(AEs), discontinuations or DLTs. Between November 8, 2014 and August13, 2015, 87 eligible patients were enrolled in the phase 1 b study, including 43 who received HLX01 and 44 who were treated with rituximab-CN. The equivalence endpoint was met with GLSMR for AUC0-91 d being 89.6%(90% CI: 80.4%-99.8%). 6LncRNA NEAT1 promotes colorectal cancer cell proliferation and migration via regulating glial cell-derived neurotrophic factor by sponging miR-196a-5p显示文摘Colorectal cancer (CRC)is the one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide.Recent years,widespread long non-coding RNAs (IncRNAs)have been discovered and are known to regulate gene expression in cancers.However,the roles and underlying mechanisms of IncRNA in CRC remain largely unclear.Here,we firstly revealed that repression of IncRNA nuclear paraspeckle assembly transcript 1 (NEAT1)inhibited cell proliferation and migration in HCT116.cells and overexpression of NEAT1 promoted cell proliferation and migration in SW480 cells using CCK8 assay and transwell assay.Then,we found that suppression of NEAT1 increased the miR- 196a-5p expression in HCT116 cells,while elevation of NEAT1 decreased the miR-196a-5p expression in SW480 cells using qPCR assay.Furthermore,miR-196a-5p could bind to the predicted binding site of NEAT1.We then found that miR-196a-5p was involved in the role of NEAT1 in CRCs.In addition,we demonstrated that miR-196a-Sp mimics inhibited the glial cell-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF)expression in HCT116 cells and meanwhile,miR-196a-5p inhibitor promoted GDNF expression in SW480 cells using qPCR and western blot analysis.Then,we proved that miR-196a- 5p exerted its function via regulating GDNF expression in CRCs.Ultimately,our study demon- strated that NEAT1 exerted its role via miR-196a-5p/GDNF axis in CRCs.In summary,this work provided the first evidence of a NEAT1/miR-196a-5p/GDNF regulatory pathway in CRC.Feng Zhong Wei Zhang Yang Cao Qian Wen Yue Cao Bidan Lou Jinxiang Li Wenying Shi Yinghan Liu Rong Luo and Cheng Chen 2018Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2018,50,12:5
7Community structure and spatial distribution of macrobenthos in the shelf area of the Bering Sea显示文摘Field investigations of marine macrobenthos were conducted at ten sites in the Bering Sea in July 2010. Altogether 90 species of macrobenthos belonging to 59 families and 78 genera were identified. Among them, 41 polychaetes, 16 mollusks, 23 crustaceans, three echinoderms, two cnidarians, one nemertean, one priapulid, two sipunculids, and one echiuran were identified. The average density and biomass of total macrobenthos were 984 ind./m2 and 1 207.1 g/m2 of wet weight, respectively. The predominant species in the study area were Scoloplos armiger, Eudorella pacifica, Ophiura sarsii, Heteromastus filiformis, Ennucula tenuis, and Harpiniopsis vadiculus by abundance, while the predominant species in this area was Echinarachnius parma by biomass. Hierarchical cluster analysis(Bray–Curtis similarity measure) revealed that two important benthic assemblages in the study area were Community A and Community B. Community A was stable and Community B was unstable, as shown by the Abundance/Biomass Comparisons(ABC) approach. 8Biodiversity and community structural characteristics of macrobenthos in the Chukchi Sea显示文摘Field sampling of the macrobenthos from 23 stations in the Chukchi Sea was conducted during the 4th CHINARE(Chinese National Arctic Research Expeditions, July–August, 2010). We identified a total of 140 species of macrozoobenthos belonging to nine phyla, which were dominated by polychaetes(66), crustaceans(30), and mollusks(25), followed by echinoderms(9) and others(ten others, including four cnidarians, one oligochaete, one sipuncula, one priapulida, two bryozoans, and one urochordata). The dominant species were Aphelochaeta pacifica, Heteromastus filiformis, Nephtys ciliata, Nephtys caeca, Scoletoma fragilis, Golfingia margaritacea, Nuculana pernula, Macoma calcarea, Ennucula tenuis, Macoma inquinata, Musculus discors, Echinarachnius parma, and Ophiura sarsii, so there were more cold-eurythermal boreal immigrants than truly Arctic species(endemics). The average density and biomass(mean ± SD across all stations) of the total macrozoobenthos were(916 ± 907) ind/m2 and(902.9 ± 1 227.7) g/m2(wet weight), respectively. Relatively high density and biomass were observed in the samples from the northeastern and southern Chukchi Sea. The spatial variation of benthic communities in the study sea area was relatively large; this spatial heterogeneity has led to high diversity and a patchy distribution pattern in the community structure. 9Accurate and efficient pulmonary CT imaging workflow for COVID-19 patients by the combination of intelligent guided robot and automatic positioning technology显示文摘Background:The ongoing coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has put radiologists at a higher risk of infection during the computer tomography(CT)examination for the patients.To help settling these problems,we adopted a remote-enabled and automated contactless imaging workflow for CT examination by the combination of intelligent guided robot and automatic positioning technology to reduce the potential exposure of radiologists to 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)infection and to increase the examination efficiency,patient scanning accuracy and better image quality in chest CT imaging.Methods:From February 10 to April 12,2020,adult COVID-19 patients underwent chest CT examinations on a CT scanner using the same scan protocol except with the conventional imaging workflow(CW group)or an automatic contactless imaging workflow(AW group)in Wuhan Leishenshan Hospital(China)were retrospectively and prospectively enrolled in this study.The total examination time in two groups was recorded and compared.The patient compliance of breath holding,positioning accuracy,image noise and signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)were assessed by three experienced radiologists and compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the CW group,the total positioning time of the AW group was reduced((118.0±20.0)s vs.(129.0±29.0)s,P=0.001),the proportion of scanning accuracy was higher(98%vs.93%),and the lung length had a significant difference((0.90±1.24)cm vs.(1.16±1.49)cm,P=0.009).For the lesions located in the pulmonary centrilobular and subpleural regions,the image noise in the AW group was significantly lower than that in the CW group(centrilobular region:(140.4±78.6)HU vs.(153.8±72.7)HU,P=0.028;subpleural region:(140.6±80.8)HU vs.(159.4±82.7)HU,P=0.010).For the lesions located in the peripheral,centrilobular and subpleural regions,SNR was significantly higher in the AW group than in the CW group(centrilobular region:6.6±4.3 vs.4.9±3.7,P=0.006;subpleural region:6.4±4.4 vs.4.8±4.0,P<0.001).Conclusions:The automatic contactless imaging workflow using intelligent guided robot and automatic posi-tioning technology allows for reducing the examination time and improving the patient’s compliance of breath holding,positioning accuracy and image quality in chest CT imaging.Yadong Gang Xiongfeng Chen Hanlun Wang Jianying Li Ying Guo Bin Wen Jinxiang Hu Haibo Xu Xinghuan Wang 2021Intelligent Medicine2021,1,1:2

11Fluid properties and sources of Sixiangchang carbonate-associated mercury deposit, southwest China显示文摘Mercury mines in Guizhou province are the main base of mercury production and the most important resource base in China.The San-Dan mercury belt in Guizhou province contains a series of important mercury deposits.However,the source of metallogenic materials and the properties of metallogenic fluid of these mercury deposits have long been a controversial issue.In this study,we used cathode luminescence techniques to distinguish different stages of dolomite and calcite,laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry to analyze the trace elements,and stable isotope mass spectrometry techniques to analyze C-O isotopes compositions of dolomite and calcite in the Sixiangchang mercury deposit in San-Dan mercury belt.We also measured the sulfur isotope composition of cinnabar.Our study showed that dolomite can be divided into two stages,the lumpy dolomite associated with cinnabar in Dol 1 stage and dolomite vein in Dol 2 stage,which is associated with Cal 2 stage calcite vein.With the progress of mineralization,A1,As,Mo,Sb,and Sr elements were gradually enriched in the ore-forming fluid.The rare earth element(REE)partition curve of Dol 1 stage dolomite showed a trend of light REE enrichment.Cal 2 stage calcite and Dol 2 stage dolomite exhibited a flat-type REE partition curve,and Dol 2 stage dolomite showed a strong negative anomaly for Eu.δ^13C of carbonate mineral variation ranges from-6.89 to-2.16‰,whileδ^18O variation ranges from 13.80 to 23.09‰,and theδ34S variation range of cinnabar is 16.51-24.28‰.Carbonate mineral trace elements and C-O isotopes compositions suggested that early ore-forming fluid was reduced,and late ore-forming fluid was oxidized.The oreforming fluid of the Sixiangchang mercury deposit is a mixture of deep crustal fluid and meteoric water in deep thermal circulation,and involved in the oxidation of organic matter.The cinnabarδ^34S results showed that sulfur mainly came from seawater sulfate with the participation of microbial reduction.Sulfur is sedimentary in origin and was derived mainly from the host-rock strata.Yuzhou Zhuo Yong Huang Jinwei Li Wei Gao Jinxiang Li 2019Acta Geochimica2019,38,5:2
12Alkylation of naphthalene with n-butene catalyzed by liquid coordination complexes and its lubricating properties显示文摘With the development of coal chemical industry,large amounts of naphthalene and n-butene are produced,and converting them into high value-added products through alkylation has gained particular importance and interest.In this work,liquid coordination complexes(LCCs)were used as acid catalysts for the first time in the naphthalene alkylation reaction under mild conditions to obtain multibutylnaphthalenes with high yield.Various reaction conditions were thoroughly investigated.The LCC consisting of urea and AlCl_(3) showed excellent catalytic performance under optimal reaction conditions,giving 100%conversion of naphthalene and 99.66%selectivity towards multi-butylnaphthalenes.Combining the catalyst properties and catalytic results,a plausible reaction mechanism was proposed.The lubricating properties of the synthesized products were investigated for their potential application as lubricating base oils.The synthesized multi-butylnaphthalenes showed comparable physicochemical properties and tribological performances as the commercial cycloalkyl base oil.Chen Chen Qiong Tang Hong Xu Lei Liu Mingxing Tang Xuekuan Li Jinxiang Dong 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,11:2

20The dependence of cumulative ^(238)U(n,f) fission yield on incident-neutron energy显示文摘This work is aim at studying the dependence of fission yields on incident neutron energy, so as to produce evaluated yield sets of the energy dependence. Experimental data at different neutron energies for gas fission products 85m,87,88Kr and 138Xe resulting from the 238U(n, f) reaction are processed using codes AVERAGE for weighed average and ZOTT for simultaneous evaluation. Energy dependence of the cumulative fission product yields on the incident neutron is presented. The evaluated curve of product yield is compared with the results calculated by the TALYS-0.64 code. The present evaluation is consistent with other main libraries in error permission. The fit curve of 87,88Kr can be recommended to predict the unmeasured fission yields.
