| 1 | Characteristics and risk assessment of agricultural meteorological disasters based on 30 years’disaster data from Heilongjiang Province of China显示文摘To determine the influence of agricultural meteorological disasters on agriculture in Heilongjiang Province,the disaster areas associated with different types of disasters and their variation characteristics were analyzed based on the statistical data of agricultural disasters from 1983 to 2013 in Heilongjiang Province,China.The moving average and the Mann-Kendall test were applied to identify the variation trends of drought,flooding,hailstorms and freezing(based on the disaster ratio and the disaster intensity index).Then,the Morlet wavelet analysis method was used to identify the periodicity of these four kinds of agricultural meteorological disasters.Finally,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to analyze the degrees of agricultural loss induced by these disasters.The following results were obtained:1)The disaster ratio and disaster intensity index for drought exhibited increasing trends;the disaster ratio and disaster intensity index for flooding exhibited decreasing trends;for hailstorms,the disaster ratio exhibited no obvious trend of change,whereas the disaster intensity index exhibited an increasing trend;and for freezing,the disaster ratio also exhibited no obvious trend of change,whereas the disaster intensity index exhibited a decreasing trend.2)Mutation points were observed in the disaster ratio series for drought,flooding and hailstorms,whereas no mutation point was evident in the disaster ratio series for freezing.3)Multiple time-scale characteristics were observed in the disaster ratio series for all four types of agricultural meteorological disasters.Furthermore,the disaster ratio series for the different types of disasters had different main periodicities.4)From the perspective of the degree of agricultural loss induced by each type of disaster,drought was identified as the most severe type of agricultural meteorological disaster,followed by flooding,freezing,and hailstorms.The degree of agricultural loss caused by each type of disaster was different during different periods.Finally,based on the results,several strategies were identified for mitigating the effect of agricultural meteorological disasters in Heilongjiang Province. | Xing Zhenxiang Yang Zhaorui Fu Qiang Li Heng Gong Xinglong Wu Jingyan | 2017 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,6: | 4 |
| 2 | Reversing cold tumors to hot: An immunoadjuvant-functionalized metalorganic framework for multimodal imaging-guided synergistic photoimmunotherapy显示文摘Immunotherapy assays using immunoadjuvants and tumor antigens could greatly increase the survival rates of patients with malignant tumors.As effective carriers,metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have been widely utilized in cancer therapy due to their remarkable histocompatibility and low toxicity.Herein,we constructed a multimodal imaging-guided synergistic cancer photoimmunotherapy by employing a specific MOF(MIL101-NH2)as the core carrier;the MOF was dual-dressed with photoacoustic and fluorescent signal donors(indocyanine green,ICG)and immune adjuvants(cytosine-phosphate-guanine sequence,CpG)and named ICGCpG@MOF.This nanocarrier could passively target the tumor site through the EPR effect and achieve multimodal imaging(fluorescence,photoacoustic,photothermal and magnetic resonance imaging)of the tumor.Synergistic cancer photoimmunotherapy was achieved via simultaneous photodynamic and photothermal methods with 808 nm laser irradiation.ICG-CpG@MOF achieved the GSH-controlled release of immunoadjuvant into the tumor microenvironment.Furthermore,the released tumor-associated antigen along with CpG could induce the transformation of tumor cells from cold to hot by activating the immune system,which significantly enhanced tumor cytotoxicity and achieved high cure rates with minimal side-effects.This strategy utilizing multimodal imaging and synergistic cancer photoimmunotherapy provides a promising approach for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. | Zhijin Fan Hongxing Liu Yaohua Xue Jingyan Lin Yu Fu Zhaohua Xia Dongming Pan Jian Zhang Kun Qiao Zhenzhen Zhang Yuhui Liao | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,2: | 4 |
| 3 | International trade,carbon leakage,and CO_2 emissions of manufacturing industry显示文摘Foreign trade drives China's growth,but as the trade scale continues to expand,the carbon emissions also increase quickly.Based on the industry panel data from 1996 to 2010,this paper calculates carbon emissions of 27manufacturing industries.According to the intensity of carbon emissions,this paper divides the manufacturing sectors into low carbon and high carbon manufacturing industry and then analyzes the carbon emission trends.Next,the paper uses the feasible generalized least square regression to verify the existence of environmental Kuznets curve(EKC)of the manufacturing industry's carbon.In order to investigate the carbon leakage problem,the regression also includes the interaction term between trade and industrial value added.Our findings are as follows:the carbon emissions of the whole manufacturing industry and low carbon manufacturing industry accord with the EKC curve,but have a linear relationship with the high carbon manufacturing industry;trade reduces the carbon emissions of the whole manufacturing industry and low carbon manufacturing industry,but it increases those of the high carbon manufacturing industry;for the whole manufacturing industry and low carbon manufacturing industry,there is no carbon leakage,but it exists in the high carbon manufacturing industry.On the whole,pollution haven hypothesis does not hold up in China,and China does not need to limit industry foreign trade to reduce the emission of CO_2.But the manufacturing industry will still be the main engine of the economic growth,and therefore our country should make an effective low-carbon policy,introduce advanced technology,increase R&D investment into lowcarbon technologies,and upgrade and transform the original equipment to change the backward mode of production. | Jingyan Fu Chunjun Zhang | 2015 | Chinese Journal of Population,Resources and Environment2015,13,2: | 3 |

| 8 | Time-varying Algorithm for Swarm Robotics显示文摘Ever since the concept of swarm intelligence was brought out, a variety of control algorithms for swarm robotics has been put forward, and many of these algorithms are stable enough and efficient. Most of the researches only take an invariable controller which functions through the whole stage into consideration, the situation in which controller changes over time is rarely taken into account. However, there are limitations for invariable controller dominated algorithms in practical situation,which makes them unable to meet changing environment. On the contrary, variable controller is more flexible and can be able to adapt to complex environment. Considering such advantages,a time-varying algorithm for swarm robotics is presented in this paper. The algorithm takes time as one of the independent variables so that the controller is no longer fixed through the time,but can be changed over time, which brings more choices for the swarm robot system. In this paper, some relevant simulations are designed to test the algorithm. | 12 | Synergistic regulation of intermolecular interactions to control chiral structures for chiral recognition显示文摘Understanding the regulatory mechanism of self-assembly processes is a necessity to modulate nanostructures and their properties. Herein, we have studied the mechanism of self-assembly in the C3 symmetric 1,3,5-benzentricarboxylic amino acid methyl ester enantiomers(TPE) in a mixed solvent system consisting of methanol and water. The resultant chiral structure was used for chiral recognition. The formation of chiral structures from the synergistic effect of multiple noncovalent interaction forces was confirmed by various techniques. Molecular dynamics simulations were used to characterize the time evolution of TPE structure and properties in solution. The theoretical results were consistent with the experimental results.
