1Application of a microseismic monitoring system in deep mining显示文摘A microseismic monitoring system was used in the Donggua Shan underground copper mine, and its application was intro- duced. The spacial distribution of the seismic event was monitored effectively during mining with this system. The distribution of the seismic intensity in different time periods and in the different mining districts was obtained via the clustering analysis of the monitored results, and the different intensity concentration districts of seismicity were compartmentalized. The various characteristics and wave- forms of different vibrations in the underground mine were revealed with the help of the micro-seismic monitoring system. 2Guiding T lymphopoiesis from pluripotent stem cells by defined transcription factors显示文摘Achievement of immunocompetent and therapeutic T lymphopoiesis from pluripotent stem cells(PSCs)is a central aim in T cell regenerative medicine.To date,preferentially reconstituting T lymphopoiesis in vivo from PSCs remains a practical challenge.Here we documented that synergistic and transient expression of Runx1 and Hoxa9 restricted in the time window of endothelial-to-hematopoietic transition and hematopoietic maturation stages in a PSC differentiation scheme(iR9-PSC)in vitro induced preferential generation of engraftable hematopoietic progenitors capable of homing to thymus and developing into mature T cells in primary and secondary immunodeficient recipients.Single-cell transcriptome and functional analyses illustrated the cellular trajectory of T lineage induction from PSCs,unveiling the T-lineage specification determined at as early as hemogenic endothelial cell stage and identifying the bona fide pre-thymic progenitors.The induced T cells distributed normally in central and peripheral lymphoid organs and exhibited abundant TCRαβrepertoire.The regenerative T lymphopoiesis restored immune surveillance in immunodeficient mice.Furthermore,gene-edited iR9-PSCs produced tumor-specific T cells in vivo that effectively eradicated tumor cells.This study provides insight into universal generation of functional and therapeutic T cells from the unlimited and editable PSC source.Rongqun Guo Fangxiao Hu Qitong Weng Cui Lv Hongling Wu Lijuan Liu Zongcheng Li Yang Zeng Zhijie Bai Mengyun Zhang Yuting Liu Xiaofei Liu Chengxiang Xia Tongjie Wang Peiqing Zhou Kaitao Wang Yong Dong Yuxuan Luo Xiangzhong Zhang Yuxian Guan Yang Geng Juan Du Yangqiu Li Yu Lan Jiekai Chen Bing Liu Jinyong Wang 2020Cell Research2020,30,1:7
3Study of the features of outburst caused by rock cross-cut coal uncovering and the law of gas dilatation energy release显示文摘To study the law of gas dilatation energy release of rock cross-cut coal uncovering face, according to the analysis of the physical parameters distribution features of coal and rock mass in front of crosscut face,the equations of elastic potential of coal and gas dilatation energy theory were set up to process a contrast calculation of the sizes of two kinds of energy. The results show that gas dilatation energy is the uppermost energy source causing outburst occurrence. Furthermore, the mathematical model of spherical flow field gas dilatation energy release was established and MATLAB software was applied to make a numerical calculation analysis on the law of gas dilatation energy release. 4Mineralogical Characteristics of Unusual Black Talc Ores in Guangfeng County, Jiangxi Province, China显示文摘Talc is a hydroxyled, magnesium-rich, layered silicate that has the ideal chemical formula Mg3Si4O10(OH)2. Due to its unique properties, such as softness, chemical inertness, high thermal stability, low electrical conductivity, lamellar habit, adsorption properties, and occurrence of a wide range of particle sizes that can be easily reduced by milling and high specific surface area, talc is widely used in many industries. A stratified deposit of unusual black talc, an occurrence of talc estimated to be more than half a billion tons, was found exposed in the late Neoproterozoic Dengying Formation, located in Guangfeng County, Jiangxi Province, southeastern China. The ores occur primarily as oolitic structures (Fig. 1). The mineralogical and geochemical characteristics of the ores were investigated by using multiple techniques. The ores were found to mainly consist of talc (30%–70%), dolomite, quartz, and magnesite. Most of talc crystals are ultrafine (with an average crystallite size of smaller than 5 μm) and appear as irregular broken or distorted lamellar flakes. The total organic carbon (TOC) content of the black talc ore samples is generally lower than 1.0%. Electron-microprobe analysis (EPMA) revealed low contents of Na, K, Ca and Mn, Fe, Ni, Al in the talc oolitic particles. The talc ores have low contents of toxic elements and relatively high contents of Li and Zn. The infrared spectrum of the black talc is similar to that of white talc from Trimouns (Pyrenees, France), and their Brunauer–Emmett-Teller (BET) specific surface areas, ranging from 15.7 to 23.2 m2/g, is much higher than those of white talc (normally lower than 5.0 m2/g), which may be due to the small size of the talc crystals.WANG Rucheng LI Chengxiang LU Xiancai ZHANG Ming 2013矿物学报2013,33,S1:6

6A novel true triaxial test system for microwave-induced fracturing of hard rocks显示文摘This study introduces a test system for microwave-induced fracturing of hard rocks under true triaxial stress.The test system comprises a true triaxial stress loading system,an open-ended microwaveinduced fracturing system,a data acquisition system,an acoustic emission(AE)monitoring system,and an auxiliary specimen loading system.Microwave-induced surface and borehole fracturing tests under true triaxial stress were fulfilled for the first time,which overcomes the problem of microwave leakage in the coupling loading of true triaxial stress and microwave.By developing the dynamic monitoring system,the thermal response and fracture evolution were obtained during microwave irradiation.The monitoring system includes the infrared thermometry technique for monitoring rock surface temperature,the distributed optic fiber sensing technique for monitoring temperature in borehole in rock,the AE technique and two-dimensional digital speckle correlation technique for monitoring the evolution of thermal damage and the rock fracturing process.To validate the advantages of the test system and investigate the characteristics of microwave-induced fracturing of hard rocks,the study demonstrates the experimental methods and results for microwave-induced surface and borehole fracturing under true triaxial stress.The results show that thermal cracking presented intermittent characteristics(calm eactiveecalm)during microwave-induced surface and borehole fracturing of basalt.In addition,true triaxial stress can inhibit the development and distribution of thermal cracks during microwave-induced surface fracturing.When microwave-induced borehole fracturing occurs,it promotes the distribution of thermal cracks in rock,but inhibits the width of cracks.The results also prove the reliability of the test system.Xia-Ting Feng Jiuyu Zhang Chengxiang Yang Jun Tian Feng Lin Shiping Li Xiangxin Su 2021Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2021,13,5:5

8A dynamic evaluation technique for assessing gas output from coal seams during commingling production within a coalbed methane well: a case study from the Qinshui Basin显示文摘Gas drainage is carried out based on output from each coal bed throughout commingling production of coalbed methane(CBM).A reasonable drainage process should therefore initially guarantee main coal bed production and then enhance gas output from other beds.Permanent damage can result if this is not the case,especially with regard to fracture development in the main gas-producing coal bed and can greatly reduce single well output.Current theoretical models and measuring devices are inapplicable to commingled CBM drainage,however,and so large errors in predictive models cannot always be avoided.The most effective currently available method involves directly measuring gas output from each coal bed as well as determining the dominant gas-producing unit.A dynamic evaluation technique for gas output from each coal bed during commingling CBM production is therefore proposed in this study.This technique comprises a downhole measurement system combined with a theoretical calculation model.Gas output parameters(i.e.,gas-phase flow rate,temperature,pressure)are measured in this approach via a downhole measurement system;substituting these parameters into a deduced theoretical calculation model then means that gas output from each seam can be calculated to determine the main gas-producing unit.Trends in gas output from a single well or each seam can therefore be predicted.The laboratory and field test results presented here demonstrate that calculation errors in CBM outputs can be controlled within a margin of 15%and therefore conform with field use requirements.Chuan Wu Chengxiang Yuan Guojun Wen Lei Han Haojie Liu 2020International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2020,7,1:3
9Experimental investigation on fracturing process of marble under biaxial compression显示文摘In this study,servo-controlled biaxial compression tests were conducted on marble specimens to investigate their failure characteristics and fracturing process.The complete stressestrain curves were obtained,and the three-dimensional(3D)features of the failure surfaces were acquired by 3D laser scanning.Acoustic emission(AE)monitoring and moment tensor(MT)analysis were used in combination to better understand the fracturing mechanism of marble under biaxial compression.It was noted that a type of 3D stepwise cracking behaviour occurred on the fracturing surfaces of the examined specimens.The stress dropped multiple times,and a repeated fracturing mode corresponding to the repeated stress drops in the post-peak regime was observed.Three substages,i.e.stress stabilisation,stress decrease and stress increase,were identified for a single fracturing mode.Then quantitative and statistical analyses of the fracturing process at each substage were discussed.Based on the testing results,it was found that at the stress stabilisation substage,the proportion of mixed-mode fractures increased.At the stress decrease substage,the proportion of mixed-mode fractures decreased,and the tensile or shear fractures increased.At the stress increase substage,the proportion of mixed-mode or tensile fractures decreased,and the shear fractures increased.Finally,a conceptual model for the stepwise crack formation was proposed.Zhaofeng Wang Xia-Ting Feng Chengxiang Yang Yangyi Zhou Hong Xu Qiang Han Yaohui Gao 2020Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2020,12,5:3

13Expression, purification of a synthetic fuse-protein-TSF from PF4 and TSP1 fragments and its effect on angio-genesis and tumor growth显示文摘Sequences encoding PF4 (58-70) and TSP1 (429-459) were linked to yield a single gene TSF which encodes the fuse-protein of TSF. The gene was cloned into a pGEX-2T expression vector to generate a protein GST-TSF, which was strongly expressed in E. coli. The purified GST-TSF was degraded with thrombin to generate the protein TSF. With the methods of MTT and wound repair assay, the effects of TSF on the proliferation and migration of EC were detected, respectively. The results showed that TSF significantly suppressed BAEC proliferation and migration in a dose-dependent manner. The fuse protein GST-TSF, and the peptides PF4 (58-70) and TSP1 (429-459) also inhibited BAEC proliferation and migration, respectively, but their inhibition rates were not as high as TSF. Using the CAM assay, it was shown that TSF, GST-TSF, PF4 (58-70) and TSP1 (429-459) inhibited angiogenesis in chick CAM potentially, the effect of TSF was the highest. 14Large-sized bone defect repair by combining a decalcified bone matrix framework and bone regeneration units based on photo-crosslinkable osteogenic microgels显示文摘Physiological repair of large-sized bone defects is great challenging in clinic due to a lack of ideal grafts suitable for bone regeneration.Decalcified bone matrix(DBM)is considered as an ideal bone regeneration scaffold,but low cell seeding efficiency and a poor osteoinductive microenvironment greatly restrict its application in large-sized bone regeneration.To address these problems,we proposed a novel strategy of bone regeneration units(BRUs)based on microgels produced by photo-crosslinkable and microfluidic techniques,containing both the osteogenic ingredient DBM and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)for accurate biomimic of an osteoinductive microenvironment.The physicochemical properties of microgels could be precisely controlled and the microgels effectively promoted adhesion,proliferation,and osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)in vitro.BRUs were successfully constructed by seeding BMSCs onto microgels,which achieved reliable bone regeneration in vivo.Finally,by integrating the advantages of BRUs in bone regeneration and the advantages of DBM scaffolds in 3D morphology and mechanical strength,a BRU-loaded DBM framework successfully regenerated bone tissue with the desired 3D morphology and effectively repaired a large-sized bone defect of rabbit tibia.The current study developed an ideal bone biomimetic microcarrier and provided a novel strategy for bone regeneration and large-sized bone defect repair.Junxiang Hao Baoshuai Bai Zheng Ci Jincheng Tang Guanhuai Hu Chengxiang Dai Mengyuan Yu Meng Li Wei Zhang Yixin Zhang Wenjie Ren Yujie Hua Guangdong Zhou 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,8:2
15Neighbor-Aware Multiple Access Protocol for 5G m MTC Applications显示文摘In order to support massive Machine Type Communication(mMTC) applications in future Fifth Generation(5G) systems,a key technical challenge is to design a highly effective multiple access protocol for massive connection requests and huge traffic load from all kinds of smart devices,e.g.bike,watch,phone,ring,glasses,shoes,etc..To solve this hard problem in distributed scenarios with massive competing devices,this paper proposes and evaluates a Neighbor-Aware Multiple Access(NAMA) protocol,which is scalable and adaptive to different connectivity size and traffic load.By exploiting acknowledgement signals broadcasted from the neighboring devices with successful packet transmissions,NAMA is able to turn itself from a contention-based random access protocol to become a contention-free deterministic access protocol with particular transmission schedules for all neighboring devices after a short transition period.The performance of NAMA is fully evaluated from random state to deterministic state through extensive computer simulations under different network sizes and Contention Window(CW)settings.Compared with traditional IEEE802.11 Distributed Coordination Function(DCF),for a crowded network with 50 devices,NAMA can greatly improve system throughput and energy efficiency by more than 110%and210%,respectively,while reducing average access delay by 53%in the deterministic state.Yang Yang Guannan Song Wuxiong Zhang Xiaohu Ge Chengxiang Wang 2016China Communications2016,13,S2:2
16Preservation Effect of Prochloraz-manganese Chloride Complex on Postharvest ‘Shatangju'( Citrus reticulata)Fruits显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to solve the weakness of heavy postharvest diseases and non-endurable storage of‘Shatangju',to improve the preservation effect of‘Shatangju'. [Method] Fruits were dipped in different concentrations of prochloraz-manganese chloride complex solutions. The postharvest weight loss rate,soluble solids content and decay rate of fruits were determined,and the safety of chemical agents was observed and evaluated. [Result]Prochloraz-manganese chloride complex had significant preservation effect on postharvest‘Shatangju'fruits,and the appropriate concentration was 0. 15%-0. 20%( effective content);the decay rates of fruits stored at room temperature for 15,30,45,60 and 90 d were 0,5%,< 10%,< 10% and < 30%; there was no specific changes in smell and flavor of non-decayed fruits. 17Framework Zr Stabilized PtSn/Zr-MCM-41 as a Promising Catalyst for Non-oxidative Ethane Dehydrogenation显示文摘Non-oxidative ethane dehydrogenation is a promising route to produce ethene.Herein,PtSn supported catalysts were investigated to achieve better ethane dehydrogenation performance by introduction of different Zr promoters,i.e.,framework Zr and ZrO_(2),to mesoporous MCM-41.In-situ XRD,TEM and CO chemisorption show that aggregation of metal particles and phase segregation of Pt_(3)Sn to Pt and PtSn_(3) at high temperature occur for PtSn/M,leading to bad ethane dehydrogenation activity.Strong interaction be-tween ZrO_(2) and PtSn species,as proved by XPS,results in restrained metal particles,which promotes the initial reactivity.However,Pt phase generated on surface is disadvantageous for the desorption of produced ethene as indicated by CO-IR and C_(3)H_(6)-TPD,and pyridine-IR and NH_(3)-TPD indicate strong acidity generated.Both deactivate the catalyst rapidly by deep dehydrogenation and coking.Moderate interaction between PtSn species and Si-O-Zr with much weaker acidity is formed when framework Zr is incorporated into MCM-41,which benefits the dispersion of metal particles,formation of Pt_(3)Sn/Pt species and stabilization of metal species from phase segregation.Outstanding initial ethane conversion and ethene selectivity of ca.99%were achieved for the optimal PtSn/ZrM,which is more coking-tolerant and stable by generating graphitic carbon mainly on support instead of active metals.Jisheng Xu Chengxiang Shi Shuguang Zhang Qiancheng Zheng Lun Pan Xiangwen Zhang Ji-Jun Zou 2022Chinese Journal of Chemistry2022,40,8:2
18Effect of Soil p H on the Growth,Photosynthesis and Mineral Element Content in Own-Rooted Saplings and Grafted Saplings of Blueberry显示文摘The adaptation of blueberry to higher soil p H is poor. To explore the effect and probable mechanism of the adaptation of grafted blueberry( Vaccinium spp.) saplings to the soil environment with higher p H value. We took three types of saplings,( i) own-rooted Wufanshu( V. bracteatum),an economical shrub belonging to the same genus and family with blueberry,also known as oriental blueberry,( ii) own-rooted‘Sharpblue',a southern highbush blueberry( V. corymbosum) cultivar,and( iii) grafted-bluebedrry as experimental materials,which were grown in quartz sand medium for 90 d,irrigated with nutrient solution of three levels of p H values,respectively,i. e. p H 4. 6,p H 5. 8 and p H7. 0. Results showed that root development,shoot growth and dry biomass accumulation of grafted blueberry were significantly better than those of own-rooted blueberry grown in higher p H medium; compared with own-rooted blueberry saplings,leaf chlorophyll content,chlorophyll a/b ratio,chlorophyll fluorescence chemical efficiency and photosynthetic efficiency of grafted blueberry saplings grown in higher p H medium were all significantly improved. Results also showed that mineral element content of leaves,especially Mg and Fe elemental content of grafted blueberry was significantly higher than that of own-rooted blueberry saplings grown in higher p H media.
