1Fixed-time synchronization of delayed memristor-based recurrent neural networks显示文摘This paper focuses on the fixed-time synchronization control methodology for a class of delayed memristor-based recurrent neural networks. Based on Lyapunov functionals, analytical techniques, and together with novel control algorithms, sufficient conditions are established to achieve fixed-time synchronization of the master and slave memristive systems. Moreover, the settling time of fixed-time synchronization is estimated,which can be adjusted to desired values regardless of the initial conditions. 2High energy soliton pulse generation by a magnetron-sputtering-deposition-grown MoTe_2 saturable absorber显示文摘The pulse energy in the ultrafast soliton fiber laser oscillators is usually limited by the well-known wave-breaking phenomenon owing to the absence of a desirable real saturable absorber(SA) with high power tolerance and large modulation depth. Here, we report a type of microfiber-based MoTe_2 SA fabricated by the magnetron-sputtering deposition(MSD) method. High-energy wave-breaking free soliton pulses were generated with pulse duration/pulse energy/average output power of 229 fs/2.14 nJ/57 mW in the 1.5 μm regime and 1.3 ps/13.8 nJ/212 mW in the 2 μm regime, respectively. To our knowledge, the generated soliton pulses at 1.5 μm had the shortest pulse duration and the highest output power among the reported erbium-doped fiber lasers mode locked by transition metal dichalcogenides. Moreover, this was the first demonstration of a MoTe_2-based SA in fiber lasers in the 2 μm regime, and the pulse energy/output power are the highest in the reported thulium-doped fiber lasers mode locked by two-dimensional materials. 3Targeted ribonuclease can inhibit replication of hepatitis B virus显示文摘AIM: To study the effect of a novel targeted ribonuclease(TN), the fusion protein of HBVc and human eosinophil-derived neurotoxin (hEDN), on the HBV replication in vitro.METHODS: The gene encoding the targeted ribonucleasewas cloned into pcDNA3.1 (-) to form recombinant eukaryoticexpression vector p/TN. Control plasmids, including p/hEDN,p/HBVc, and p/TNmut in which a Lys113→Arg mutation wasintroduced by sequential PCR to eliminate the ribonucleaseactivity of hEDN, were also constructed. Liposome-mediatedtransfection of 2.2.15 cells by p/TN, p/TNmut, p/hEDN, p/HBVc, and pcDNA3.1 (-), or mock transfection wasperformed. After that, RT-PCR was used to verify thetransgene expression. Morphology of the transfected cellswas observed and MTT assay was performed to detect thecytotoxicity of transgene expression. Concentration of HBsAgin the supernatant of the transfected cells was measuredusing solid-phase radioimmunoassay.RESULTS: Transgenes were successfully expressed in 2.2.15cells. No obvious cytotoxic effect of transgene expressionon 2.2.15 cells was found. The HBsAg concentration in thep/TN transfected cells was reduced by 58 % compared withthat of mock transfected cells. 4One-step estimation for varying coefficient models显示文摘A one-step method is proposed to estimate the unknown functions in the varying coefficient models, in which the unknown functions admit different degrees of smoothness. In this method polynomials of different orders are used to approximate unknown functions with different degrees of smoothness. As only one minimization operation is employed, the required computation burden is much less than that required by the existing two-step estimation method. It is shown that the one-step estimators also achieve the optimal convergence rate. Moreover this property is obtained under conditions milder than that imposed in the two-step estimation method. More importantly, as only one minimization operation is employed, the full asymptotic properties, not only the asymptotic bias and variance, but also the asymptotic distributions of the estimators can be derived. 5Exponential H_∞ filtering analysis for discrete-time switched neural networks with random delays using sojourn probabilities显示文摘This paper is concerned with the exponential H_∞ filtering problem for a class of discrete-time switched neural networks with random time-varying delays based on the sojourn-probability-dependent method. Using the average dwell time approach together with the piecewise Lyapunov function technique, sufficient conditions are proposed to guarantee the exponential stability for the switched neural networks with random time-varying delays which are characterized by introducing a Bernoulli stochastic variable.Based on the derived H_∞ performance analysis results, the H_∞ filter design is formulated in terms of Linear Matrix Inequalities(LMIs). 7Finite-time stabilization of switched dynamical networks with quantized couplings via quantized controller显示文摘This paper concerns the stabilization of switched dynamical networks with logarithmic quantization couplings in a settling time.The switching sequence is constrained by hybrid dwell time. Controller is designed by using limited information. Due to the quantization and switching, traditional finite-time analysis methods cannot be utilized directly. By designing multiple Lyapunov functions and constructing comparison systems, a general criterion formulated by matrix inequalities is first given. Then specific conditions in terms of linear matrix inequalities are established by partitioning the dwell time and using convex combination technique. An optimal algorithm is proposed for the estimation of settling time. 8Stabilization of logical control networks:an event-triggered control approach显示文摘This paper investigates the global stabilization problem of k-valued logical control networks(KVLCNs) via event-triggered control(ETC), where the control inputs only work at several certain individual states. Compared with traditional state feedback control, the designed ETC approach not only shortens the transient period of logical networks but also decreases the number of controller executions. The content of this paper is divided into two parts. In the first part, a necessary and sufficient criterion is derived for the event-triggered stabilization of KVLCNs, and a construction procedure is developed to design all timeoptimal event-triggered stabilizers. In the second part, the switching-cost-optimal event-triggered stabilizer is designed to minimize the number of controller executions. A labeled digraph is obtained based on the dynamic of the overall system. Utilizing this digraph, we formulate a universal and unified procedure called the minimal spanning in-tree algorithm to minimize the triggering event set. 9Synchronization criteria for multiple memristor-based neural networks with time delay and inertial term显示文摘This present work uses different methods to synchronize the inertial memristor systems with linear coupling. Firstly, the mathematical model of inertial memristor-based neural networks(IMNNs) with time delay is proposed, where the coupling matrix satisfies the diffusion condition, which can be symmetric or asymmetric. Secondly, by using differential inclusion method and Halanay inequality, some algebraic self-synchronization criteria are obtained. Then, via constructing effective Lyapunov functional, designing discontinuous control algorithms, some new sufficient conditions are gained to achieve synchronization of networks. 10Local Bifurcation Analysis of a Delayed Fractional-order Dynamic Model of Dual Congestion Control Algorithms显示文摘In this paper, we propose a delayed fractional-order congestion control model which is more accurate than the original integer-order model when depicting the dual congestion control algorithms. The presence of fractional orders requires the use of suitable criteria which usually make the analytical work so harder. Based on the stability theorems on delayed fractionalorder differential equations, we study the issue of the stability and bifurcations for such a model by choosing the communication delay as the bifurcation parameter. By analyzing the associated characteristic equation, some explicit conditions for the local stability of the equilibrium are given for the delayed fractionalorder model of congestion control algorithms. Moreover, the Hopf bifurcation conditions for general delayed fractional-order systems are proposed. The existence of Hopf bifurcations at the equilibrium is established. The critical values of the delay are identified, where the Hopf bifurcations occur and a family of oscillations bifurcate from the equilibrium. Same as the delay,the fractional order normally plays an important role in the dynamics of delayed fractional-order systems. It is found that the critical value of Hopf bifurcations is crucially dependent on the fractional order. 11Next-generation innovation and development of intelligent transportation system in China显示文摘As an integrated application of advanced technologies such as information technology, system control technology, and artificial intelligence in the transportation field, the intelligent transportation system(ITS) has been regarded as an efficient and effective solution for alleviating transportation issues that are encountered in several countries around the world. In this paper, the development history of the ITS in China is presented, and the problems and challenges faced by the ITS in China in the new normal state are clearly laid out. 13Quantifying anti-HBV effect of targeted ribonuclease by real-time fluorescent PCR显示文摘AIM: To quantify the inhibition of HBV replication by targetedribonuclease by using real-time fluorescent PCR.METHODS: Targeted ribonudease was introduced into 2.2.15cells by liposome-mediated transfection or HIV-TAT mediatedprotein transduction. Forty-eight hours after the transfectionand 24 h after the transduction, supernatants of 2.2.15 cellswere collected and HBV DNA in the supernatants wasquantified by real-ljrne fluorescent PCR with a commercial kit.RESULTS: HBV DNA concentrations in the supernatants of2.2.15 cells transfected or transducted with targetedribonudease were 4.9~2.4x 108 copies/L and 8.3~4.0x 108copies/L, respectively. 14Selecting pinning nodes to control complex networked systems显示文摘One of the fundamental problems in pinning control of complex networks is selecting appropriate pinning nodes, such that the whole system is controlled. This is particularly useful for complex networks with huge numbers of nodes. Recent research has yielded several pinning node selection strategies, which may be efficient. However, selecting a set of pinning nodes and identifying the nodes that should be selected first remain challenging problems. In this paper, we present a network control strategy based on left Perron vector. For directed networks where nodes have the same in-and out-degrees, there has so far been no effective pinning node selection strategy, but our method can find suitable nodes. Likewise, our method also performs well for undirected networks where the nodes have the same degree. In addition, we can derive the minimum set of pinning nodes and the order in which they should be selected for given coupling strengths. Our proofs of these results depend on the properties of non-negative matrices and M-matrices. 16Effect of vector-expressed siRNA on HBV replication in hepatoblastoma cells显示文摘AIM: To study the effect of siRNA expressed from DNA vector on HBV replication.METHODS: Human U6 promoter was amplified from genomic DNA and cloned into plasmid pUC18 to construct a mammalian siRNA expression vector pUC18U6. Then oligonucleotides coding for a short hairpin RNA against HBV were cloned into pUC18U6 to form pUC18U6HBVsir which was introduced into 2.2.15 cells by using liposome-mediated transfection.2.2.15 cells transfected by pUC18U6 and pUC18U6GFPsir which expressed siRNA against green fluorescent protein and mock-transfected 2.2.15 cells were used as controls.Concentration of HBsAg in the supernatant of the transfected cells was measured by using solid-phase radioimmunoassay.RESULTS: A mammalian siRNA expression vector pUC18U6 was constructed successfully. 17Similarity law of fluctuating pressure spectrum beneath hydraulic jump显示文摘Similarity law is the conversion rule between model and prototype, on which a lot of research works have been done, with no agreement reached referring to the similarity law of fluctuating pressure fre- quency spectrum. Experimental data of peak frequency and dominant frequency range of fluctuating pressure spectrum beneath hydraulic jump obtained from serial models of scales 1:1, 1:2 and 1:5 are compared. As a result, similarity law of fluctuating pressure spectrum in the strongly rolling area agrees with the gravity law. As peak frequency and dominant frequencies of fluctuating pressures in hydraulic jump, toe and tail are rather low, and the similarity is often misunderstood to be λf = 1. 19Comparative study on bifurcation control methods in a fractional-order delayed predator-prey system显示文摘This paper focuses on the comparative analysis of bifurcation control approaches for a fractional-order delayed predator-prey system. The state feedback schemes with and without time delay are dexterously designed during the bifurcation control for the proposed system, and the comparative study is elaborately performed on bifurcation control theoretically. The salient feature of the current paper is that the analysis of time of bifurcation control for the proposed system is investigated based on various state feedback control strategies. Analysis reveals that the feedback control approach without time delay overly outmatches the one with time delay for bifurcation control in the considered systems so long as the uniform feedback gain is selected. It consumes less time to control bifurcation while utilizing the first controller in comparison with the second one. 20CPSO-XGBoost segmented regression model for asphalt pavement deflection basin area prediction显示文摘The use of non-destructive testing(NDT) equipment, such as the falling weight deflectometer(FWD), provides important estimates of road health and helps to optimize road management regimes. However, periodic road testing and post-processing of the collected data are cumbersome and require much expertise, a considerable amount of time, money, and other resources. This study attempts to develop a reliable prediction method for estimating the deflection basin area of different asphalt pavements using road temperature, load time, and load pressure as main characteristics. The data are obtained from 19 kinds of asphalt pavements on a 2.038-km-long full-scale fleld accelerated pavement testing track named RIOHTrack(Research Institute of Highway Track) in Tongzhou, Beijing. In addition, a chaotic particle swarm algorithm(CPSO) and a segmented regression strategy are proposed in this paper to optimize the XGBoost model. The experiment results of the proposed method are compared with those of classical machine learning algorithms and achieve an average of mean square error and mean absolute error respectively by 5.80 and 1.59.The experiments demonstrate the superiority of the XGBoost algorithm over classical machine learning methods in dealing with nonlinear problems in road engineering.
