1Distribution and Geochemical Characteristics of Hydrogen in Natural Gas from the Jiyang Depression, Eastern China显示文摘Hydrogen gas accelerates hydrocarbon generation, but little is known about its distribution and origin in petroliferous basins, which has hindered the further exploration.Taken the Jiyang Depression in eastern China as an example, this study collected natural gas from different tectonic units, and analyzed various geochemical characters including gas contents, and carbon and hydrogen isotopic composition.The result shows that:(1) hydrogen gas is widespread distributed, but its content is very low, which typically ranges from 0.01% to 0.1% in this region;(2) the ratios of H2/3He, indicative of the origins of hydrogen gas, suggest that mantle-derived hydrogen is dominant.Even in tectonically stable areas absent with deep fluid activities, there is also mantle-derived;(3) the isotopic composition of hydrogen falls in the range of –798‰ to –628‰(relative to VSMOW standard).In areas with deep-derived fluids, the hydrogen gas has a similar isotopic composition with the previously documented deep-sourced gas, with lighter isotopic composition.In contrast, hydrogen gas has a heavier isotopic composition in relatively stable areas.The isotopic signatures suggest that there is a mixture of mantle- and crust-derived hydrogen gas in the relatively stable area, which is consistent with the H2/3He ratios.Therefore, it is clear that the hydrogen gas has a much wider distribution than found in the deep-derived fluid area, resulting in a much broader area with hydrogenating effect for resource rock.This understanding will provide new insights for hydrocarbon generation research and resource assessment in petroliferous basins.MENG Qingqiang SUN Yuhua TONG Jianyu FU Qi ZHU Jun ZHU Dongya JIN Zhijun 2015Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,5:5

3Relationship between CO_2-bearing fluid and gold mineralization in Haigou gold deposit of Jilin显示文摘Haigou gold deposit is a typical orogenic gold deposit. There are a reasonable amount of fluid inclusions in the gold deposit,including three types: CO2-H2O-Na Cl inclusions,pure CO2 inclusions and Na Cl-H2 O inclusions,of which most of them are CO2-bearing inclusions. The fluid salinity is 1. 43%- 9. 08%,mainly concentrated in the range of 4. 69%- 5. 41%,the density of CO2 is 0. 69- 0. 80 g / cm3,indicating that the mineralization fluid is low-medium salinity and low density fluid. A series of studies on gold-bearing quartz vein and fluid inclusions show that there exists a positive correlation between the degree of the gold mi-neralization and the amount of CO2 in the inclusions,which means the more CO2-bearing inclusions there are,the higher the content of gold is. CO2 is mainly derived from mantle fluid,and the ore-forming fluid should be derived from mantle fluid and the crust shallow fluid. 5Specific cross-dimerization of terminal alkynes via Pd/TMEDA catalysis显示文摘The cross-dimerization of terminal alkynes is the most straightforward and attractive approach to differently substituted 1,3-enynes,which are vital structural motifs in natural products,biologically active compounds,and organic functional materials,etc.However,due to the inherent issues of the stereo-,regio-,and chemoselectivity,the strategy is less explored and remains problematic in substrate scope,selectivity,and screening of catalytic system,etc.Herein,a specific cross-dimerization of terminal alkynes is developed under Pd/TMEDA catalysis,which produces a series of gem-1,3-enynes(58 examples)in totally moderate to high yields with outstanding functional group tolerance.A cyclopalladium compound might be the key imtermediate,which performs anti-addition-carbometallation,and leads to the exclusive cross-selectivity.The unprecedented features of the reaction,such as anti-addition-carbometallation,easy control of selectivity,wide range of the donor alkynes,and very simple catalytic conditions,allow it not only a facile and functionally diverse synthesis of 1,3-enynes,but also a substantial progress for the textbook reaction.Lixin Liu Jianyu Dong Zuqi Fu Lebin Su Shaofeng Wu Qian Shang Shuang-Feng Yin Yongbo Zhou 2022Science China Chemistry2022,65,12:1
6Non-line-of-sight reconstruction with signal–object collaborative regularization显示文摘Non-line-of-sight imaging aims at recovering obscured objects from multiple scattered lights.It has recently received widespread attention due to its potential applications,such as autonomous driving,rescue operations,and remote sensing.However,in cases with high measurement noise,obtaining high-quality reconstructions remains a challenging task.In this work,we establish a unified regularization framework,which can be tailored for different scenarios,including indoor and outdoor scenes with substantial background noise under both confocal and non-confocal settings.The proposed regularization framework incorporates sparseness and non-local self-similarity of the hidden objects as well as the smoothness of the signals.We show that the estimated signals,albedo,and surface normal of the hidden objects can be reconstructed robustly even with high measurement noise under the proposed framework.Reconstruction results on synthetic and experimental data show that our approach recovers the hidden objects faithfully and outperforms state-of-the-art reconstruction algorithms in terms of both quantitative criteria and visual quality.Xintong Liu Jianyu Wang Zhupeng Li Zuoqiang Shi Xing Fu Lingyun Qiu 2021Light(Science & Applications)2021,10,10:1
7Real-time video compression system design and hardware implementation based on multiple ADV212显示文摘In order to improve the transmission rate of the compression system,a real-time video lossy compression system based on multiple ADV212 is proposed and achieved. Considering the CMOS video format and the working principle of ADV212,a Custom-specific mode is used for various video formats firstly. The data can be cached through the FPGA internal RAM and SDRAM Ping-Pong operation. And the working efficiency is greatly promoted. Secondly,this method can realize direct code stream transmission or do it after storage. Through the error correcting coding,the correction ability of the flash memory is highly improved. Lastly,the compression and de-compression circuit boards are involved to specify the performance of the method. The results show that the compression system has a real-time and stable performance. And the compression ratio can be changed arbitrarily by configuring the program. 8Identification and functional characterization of ent-kaurene synthase gene in Ilex latifolia显示文摘Diterpenes are the most complex and abundant plant metabolites,some of which play significant roles in both primary and secondary metabolism.Ent-kaurene synthase is the key enzyme for gibberellins(GAs)biosynthesis,which may act as a catalyst in the formation of entkaurene,the precursor for GAs,by cyclization or rearrangement of the substrate ent-copalyl diphosphate(ent-CPP).Ilex latifolia Thunb(Aquifoliaceae)is a widely distributed Chinese plant whose leaves are used to process a popular Chinese bitter tea named'Kudingcha',which has anti-microbial,anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.Here,we isolated a diterpene synthase gene from the leaf transcriptome of I.latifolia,and further identified its biosynthesis activity by in vitro enzymatic testing.The heterologous expressed ent-kaurene synthase of I.latifolia(IlKS)in E.coli could catalyze ent-copalyl diphosphate(ent-CPP)to form ent-kaurene.Tissue-specific expression indicated that IlKS had the highest transcript level in roots which is maybe the major location of ent-kaurene biosynthesis.This study would help us to determine diterpenoid metabolism and GAs biosynthesis in I.latifolia,to better understand the regulation function of GAs in growth and development.Mei Yang Guanhua Liu Yoshimi Yamamura Jianyu Fu 2021Beverage Plant Research2021,1,1:1

11Diverse O-methyltransferases catalyze the biosynthesis of floral benzenoids that repel aphids from the flowers of waterlily Nymphaea prolifera显示文摘Nymphaea is a key genus of the ANA grade(Amborellales,Nymphaeales,and Austrobaileyales)of basal flowering plants,which serve as a key model to study the early evolution of floral traits.In this study,we comprehensively investigated the emission,biosynthesis,and biological function of the floral scent in a night-blossoming waterlily Nymphaea prolifera.The headspace volatile collection combined with GC-MS analysis showed that the floral scent of N.prolifera is predominately comprised by methylated benzenoids including anisole,veratrole,guaiacol,and methoxyanisole.Moreover,the emission of these floral benzenoids in N.prolifera exhibited temporal and spatial pattern with circadian rhythm and tissue specificity.By creating and mining transcriptomes of N.prolifera flowers,12 oxygen methyltransferases(NpOMTs)were functionally identified.By in vitro enzymatic assay,NpOMT3,6,and 7 could produce anisole and NpOMT5,7,9,produce guaiacol,whereas NpOMT3,6,9,11 catalyzed the formation of veratrole.Methoxyanisole was identified as the universal product of all NpOMTs.Expression patterns of NpOMTs provided implication for their roles in the production of the respective benzenoids.Phylogenetic analysis of OMTs suggested a Nymphaea-specific expansion of the OMT family,indicating the evolution of lineage-specific functions.In bioassays,anisole,veratrole,and guaiacol in the floral benzenoids were revealed to play the critical role in repelling waterlily aphids.Overall,this study indicates that the basal flowering plant N.prolifera has evolved a diversity and complexity of OMT genes for the biosynthesis of methylated benzenoids that can repel insects from feeding the flowers.These findings provide new insights into the evolutional mechanism and ecological significance of the floral scent from early-diverged flowering plants.Guanhua Liu Jianyu Fu Lingyun Wang Mingya Fang Wanbo Zhang Mei Yang Xuemin Yang Yingchun Xu Lin Shi Xiaoying Ma Qian Wang Hui Chen Cuiwei Yu Dongbei Yu Feng Chen Yifan Jiang 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,12:0
12Selection and modification of ground motion records using Newmark-Hall spectrum as target spectrum for long-period structures显示文摘Input ground motions have significant impacts on the uncertainty of structural responses in time-history analysis.In this study,records were selected and scaled for the evaluation of mean structural responses according to the target spectrum.The Newmark-Hall spectrum is closely related to seismic response of short,medium and long-period structures,so it was taken as the target spectrum here.The nonlinear time-history analyses of 9-story and 20-story steel moment-resisting frame structures were carried out as examples.They represent medium and long-period buildings,respectively.Three target spectra with risk of 50%,10%and 2%probabilities for exceedance in 50 years were calculated by the average Newmark-Hall spectrum method for three ground motion sets developed in the SAC Steel Project.The predicted structural mean responses of these Newmark-Hall spectra were compared with those calculated by the average spectral acceleration method for the same record set.It is found that both methods have similar accuracy for estimating the structural mean response.However,the method proposed herein is more effective in reducing the variability of the structural responses.Also,the proposed method is more advantageous for the time-history analysis of long-period structures or structures with more severe nonlinear responses under strong seismic excitations.Fu Jianyu Wang Dongsheng Zhang Rui Chen Xiaoyu 2023Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2023,22,1:0
13Lithiophilic hyperbranched Cu nanostructure for stable Li metal anodes显示文摘Porous copper(Cu)current collectors are regarded as a promising host for stabilizing lithium(Li)metal anodes but suffer from uncontrollable Li metal deposition due to the intrinsic lithiophobic nature of Cu.This study proposes a vertically aligned Cu host with hyperbranched CuxO nanostructure to provide lithiophilic nucleation sites for homogeneous Li metal deposition.Specifically,the vertically aligned Cu nanostructure dramatically reduces the local current density and brings homogeneous Li‐ion flux.The lithiophilic hyperbranched CuxO nanostructure with a low nucleation barrier could induce homogeneous Li nucleation and growth.As a result,the Cu@CuxO nanostructured host exhibits a low nucleation overpotential of 44.3 mV and achieves highly electrochemical reversibility with high Coulombic efficiency of 98.33%in a half‐cell.The Cu@CuxO nanostructured electrode is capable of working under different current densities varying from 0.5 to 5 mA/cm2 in a symmetric cell.The assembled full cell coupling of the Li/Cu@CuxO composite anode with the LiFePO4 cathode manifests stable long‐term cycling life at 1 C.This study elaborates on the synergistic effect of electrode structure design and interfacial chemistry modification to regulate the Li deposition/dissolution behavior,thus exhibiting remarkable electrochemical performances for next‐generation Li‐metal batteries.Jianyu Chen Xin Qiao Wei Fu Xuran Han Qiang Wu Yizhou Wang Yu Zhang Li Shi Jin Zhao Yanwen Ma 2023SmartMat2023,4,3:0
14Crop growth inhibited by over-liming in tea plantations显示文摘Liming is a common strategy applied to attain optimal pH for tea growth in severely acidic soils.Tea however is a calciphobous plant,and the effects of liming on its growth and nutrient uptake remain poorly understand.Therefore,it is necessary to better understand the effects of liming on soil chemical properties and tea nutrient content.In this study,a tea plantation that had exhibited large variation in growth after liming was selected as a study site.We categorized plots into two growth condition groups:Plot 1(poor growth)and Plot 2(excellent growth).Tea nutrient levels,and soil chemical properties were then compared between the two groups.Normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI)and transformed vegetation index(TVI)values were significantly higher and lower,respectively,in Plot 2 than in Plot 1.Yield,number of buds per m2,and 100-bud weight were significantly higher in Plot 2.These results were attributed to higher N,K,and Al concentrations and lower Ca concentrations in leaves,and lower pH and available Ca and higher available Al in soil.Leaf concentrations of K and Al were significantly negatively correlated with leaf concentrations of Ca and soil pH.A positive relationship was observed between leaf concentrations of K and Al,indicating inhibited K and Al uptake due to over-liming,restricting tea growth.In conclusion,our results show that tea growth will be restricted by over-liming,as a result of the high soil pH and Ca concentration inhibiting the K and Al uptake.Peng Yan Zhenhao Zou Jingcheng Zhang Lin Yuan Chen Shen Kang Ni Yeliang Sun Xin Li Liping Zhang Lan Zhang Jianyu Fu Wenyan Han 2021Beverage Plant Research2021,1,1:0

16Water quality prediction of copper-molybdenum miningbeneficiation wastewater based on the PSO-SVR model显示文摘The mining-beneficiation wastewater treatment is highly complex and nonlinear.Various factors like influent quality,flow rate,pH and chemical dose,tend to restrict the effluent effectiveness of miningbeneficiation wastewater treatment.Chemical oxygen demand(COD)is a crucial indicator to measure the quality of mining-beneficiation wastewater.Predicting COD concentration accurately of miningbeneficiation wastewater after treatment is essential for achieving stable and compliant discharge.This reduces environmental risk and significantly improves the discharge quality of wastewater.This paper presents a novel AI algorithm PSO-SVR,to predict water quality.Hyperparameter optimization of our proposed model PSO-SVR,uses particle swarm optimization to improve support vector regression for COD prediction.The generalization capacity tested on out-of-distribution(OOD)data for our PSOSVR model is strong,with the following performance metrics of root means square error(RMSE)is 1.51,mean absolute error(MAE)is 1.26,and the coefficient of determination(R2)is 0.85.We compare the performance of PSO-SVR model with back propagation neural network(BPNN)and radial basis function neural network(RBFNN)and shows it edges over in terms of the performance metrics of RMSE,MAE and R2,and is the best model for COD prediction of mining-beneficiation wastewater.This is because of the less overfitting tendency of PSO-SVR compared with neural network architectures.Our proposed PSO-SVR model is optimum for the prediction of COD in copper-molybdenum mining-beneficiation wastewater treatment.In addition,PSO-SVR can be used to predict COD on a wide variety of wastewater through the process of transfer learning.Xiaohua Fu Qingxing Zheng Guomin Jiang Kallol Roy Lei Huang Chang Liu Kun Li Honglei Chen Xinyu Song Jianyu Chen Zhenxing Wang 2023Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2023,17,8:0
