| 1 | Shear Alteration, Mass Transfer and Gold Mineralization: An Example from Jiaodong Ore Deposit Concentrating Area, Shandong, China显示文摘Taking the gold ore deposit concentrating area of Jiaodong area in Shandong, China for an example, based on geological analysis, and applying Gresens’ equation, Grant’s isocon diagram and O’hara microelement calculation method, a thorough study on shear alteration, mass transfer and gold mineralization was carried out. The authors also made mathematic simulation and geochemical analysis. The work reveals temporal spatial changing regularities of temperature field and velocity field of fluids, and also reveals fluid transport chemical reaction coupling metallogenic dynamics of the Jiaojia gold ore concentrating area. During shear alteration process of the Jiaodong gold ore concentrating area, all kinds of components transferred with different amounts, fluid rock ratio was rather high and volume strain was of dilation type. Fast flow of ore forming fluid favors the occurrence of mixed fluid. Shear fractured zones are places where there was strong transportation reaction coupling mineralization. Ore bodies were located in dilation space of shear structure where there was the greatest fluid flux. After the emplacement of the rock body, a convex heat field was formed around the rock body. It is one of the main metallogenic forces. The major reason for mineralization is the mobilization, migration and enrichment of ore forming elements induced by shear compressive extensional tectonism. | 2 | Synthesis of novel CeO_2–BiVO_4/FAC composites with enhanced visible-light photocatalytic properties显示文摘To utilize visible light more effectively in photocatalytic reactions,a fly ash cenosphere(FAC)-supported CeO2–BiVO4(CeO2–BiVO4/FAC)composite photocatalyst was prepared by modified metalorganic decomposition and impregnation methods.The physical and photophysical properties of the composite have been characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and UV–Visible diffuse reflectance spectra.The XRD patterns exhibited characteristic diffraction peaks of both BiVO4and CeO2crystalline phases.The XPS results showed that Ce was present as both Ce4+and Ce3+oxidation states in CeO2and dispersed on the surface of BiVO4to constitute a p–n heterojunction composite.The absorption threshold of the CeO2–BiVO4/FAC composite shifted to a longer wavelength in the UV–Vis absorption spectrum compared to the pure CeO2and pure BiVO4.The composites exhibited enhanced photocatalytic activity for Methylene Blue(MB)degradation under visible light irradiation.It was found that the 7.5 wt.%CeO2–BiVO4/FAC composite showed the highest photocatalytic activity for MB dye wastewater treatment. | Jin Zhang Bing Wang Chuang Li Hao Cui Jianping Zhai Qin Li | 2014 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2014,26,9: | 7 |
| 3 | A draft sequence of the rice (Oryza sativa ssp. indica) genome显示文摘The sequence of the rice genome holds fundamental information for its biology, including physiology, genetics, development, and evolution, as well as information on many beneficial phenotypes of economic significance. Using a 'whole genome shotgun' approach, we have pro-duced a draft rice genome sequence of Oryza sativa ssp. in-dica, the major crop rice subspecies in China and many other regions of Asia. The draft genome sequence is constructed from over 4.3 million successful sequencing traces with an accumulative total length of 2214.9 Mb. The initial assembly of the non-redundant sequences reached 409.76 Mb in length, based on 3.30 million successful sequencing traces with a total length of 1797.4 Mb from an indica variant cultivar 93-11, giving an estimated coverage of 95.29% of the rice genome with an average base accuracy of higher than 99%. | 4 | Efficacy of Lidan Tang on high-fat-diet induced gallstone in mice and possible mechanism显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate efficacy of Lidan Tang(LDT)on gallstone induced by high fat diet in mice,and to study its underlying mechanism.METHODS:Mice were fed with high fat diet every day and treated with LDT(9.01 times of human clinic dosage).Mice were randomly divided into 6 groups as control group,gallstone model group(high-fat diet),positive control ursodeoxycholic acid(UDCA)group(80 mg·kg^-1·d^-1,i.g.),LDT low dose group(6 kg/d,i.g.),LDT middle dose group(12 kg/d,i.g.),and LDT high dose group(24 kg/d,i.g.).The whole experiment was lasted for 4 weeks.The levels of ALT,AST,LDH,CHO,HDL-C and LDL-C in serum were measured,the pathological sections were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining,the activities of antioxidant enzymes were measured by kits,and the proteins related to oxidative stress and lipid transport were detected by Western blot analysis.RESULTS:LDT could significantly reduce the contents of ALT and AST in serum and improve the pathological tissue of liver.LDT could significantly reduce the content of MDA and LPO,and increase the level of GSH and GSH-PX in liver tissue.The data of Western blot showed that LDT had antioxidant effect promoting Keap1/Nrf2 pathway and regulated the process of lipid transport,which was statistically significant.In addition,LDT treatment inhibited the expression of ATP-binding cassette transports ABCG5/8 in liver,and reduced cholesterol transport from the hepatocytes to the gallbladder.CONCLUSION:LDT has protective effect on gallstones induced by high fat diet in mice,which might be based on the protective effect on liver,including enhancing the antioxidant capacity of liver and reducing the production of lipid peroxides. | Gao Yan Liu Caipin Li Juntong Zhai Yingying Lin Meiyu Wu Qinglin Chu Shifeng Zhang Zhao Li Jianping Zhou Xin Li Yueting Chen Naihong | 2020 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,4: | 4 |
| 5 | Synthesis, characterization and photocatalytic application of H_3PW_(12)O_(40)/BiVO_4 composite photocatalyst显示文摘A series of H3PW12O40/BiVO4 composite with different H3PW12O40 loadings were prepared using a hydrothermal and impregnation method. The prepared composites were characterized by XRD, Raman, SEM, XPS, and DRS techniques. The bandgap of the composite was narrower compared with the as-prepared pure BiVO4 . As a novel photocatalytic material, the photocatalytic performance of the H3PW12O40/BiVO4 composite was investigated by the degradation of methylene blue (MB) dye solution under visible light irradiation and compared with that of pure BiVO4 . The results revealed that the introduction of H3PW12O40 could improve the photocatalytic performance and different concentrations of H3PW12O40 resulted in different photocatalytic activities. The highest activity was obtained by the sample with a loading HPW concentration of 10 wt%. The reason for the enhanced photocatalytic activities of H3PW12O40/BiVO4 samples was also discussed in this paper. | 6 | Ore-forming Response to Syndepositional Submarine Volcanism in Langshan-Zhaertai Mesoproterozoic SEDEX Ore Belt, Inner Mongolia, China显示文摘Ore forming process of the Dongshengmiao, Huogeqi, Tanyaokou and Jiashengpan deposits in Langshan Zhaertai Mesoproterozoic SEDEX metallogenic belt is closely related to the syndepositional volcanic activities based on the following facts: (1) The Sm Nd isochron age of the basic volcanic rocks varies from 1 491 Ma to 1 824 Ma (more than or close to the model age of the lead isotope of all sulfide minerals) in these deposits, with ε (Nd, t ) =(3.48-6.40)±0.80, whose REE composition is enriched in LREE and depleted in HREE, indicating that these volcanic rocks were derived from the mantle or lower crust. (2) The REE composition of some Pb Zn Py ores is also enriched in LREE and depleted in HREE. The chondrite normalized REE patterns are similar to those of the basic volcanic rocks. (3) In the lead isotope composition diagram of Doe and Zartman, most of sphalerite, galena, pyrite, pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite are plotted on both sides of the line for the mantle or between the lines for the mantle and lower crust. (4) Cobalt content of some pyrites is much higher than their nickel content ( w (Co)/ w (Ni)= 11.91- 12.19). (5) Some volcanic blocks and debrises have been picked out from some pyrite and pyrrhotite ores. (6) All Zn Pb Cu Fe sulfide orebodies in these deposits occur in the strata overlying the metamorphic volcanic rocks in the only second ore bearing formation. The Jiashengpan deposit lacks in syndepositional volcanic rocks in the host succession, only Pb and Zn occur without Cu, but the Dongshengmiao, Tanyaokou and Huogeqi deposits with syndepositonal volcanic rocks in the host succession contain Cu, indicating the relatively high ore forming temperatures, besides Pb and Zn. | 8 | Refinement of the crystal structure for a new mineral──antimonselite显示文摘The crystal structure of a new mineral of the stibnite group, Sb-2Se-3, has been determined. The cell constants, obtained by least-squares calculation from direct θ -value’s measurements on the diffractometer are: a =1.158 8(5), b =1.174 4(4), c =0.395 5(2) nm; orthorhombic; V =0.538 23 nm+3; Z =4. The space group is Pbnm. X-ray single crystal data, using Mo K α radiation, were measured on a RIGAKU RASA-5RP automated diffractometer and refined to a final R index of 0.048 1. Sb-2Se-3 is isostructural with Sb-2S-3 and Bi-2S-3. Each Sb(1) atom is six-coordinated by 3 Se(1), 1 Se(2) and 2 Se(3) atoms at distances 0.266 0-0.323 6 nm. Each Sb(2) atom is seven-coordinated by 2 Se(1), 2 Se(2) and 3 Se(3) atoms at distances of 0.258 1- 0.346 7 nm. The crystal structure consists of chains parallel to c or needle axis. The strongest bonds (shortest separations) are within the chains. | 16 | Kerogen——as a sort of organic bearer of gold in gold-bearing formations显示文摘Organic component, organic carbon and gold content analyses were used to study the relationship between gold mineralization and organic matter in major host rocks of three different chronological gold-bearing formations of South China. The results show that the organic matter of host rocks in various chronological major gold-bearing formations of South China has associated with gold mineralization in genesis. There is a positive correlation between gold and organic carbon in the host rocks of gold-bearing formations. Gold element was mainly enriched in insoluble organic matter——kerogen. Gold content of the kerogen is commonly higher from a few tens to several hundred times than that of the whole rocks, up to 5%—40% gold of the whole rocks.
