| 1 | 我国规模化养猪场粪便重金属污染特征与农用风险评价显示文摘系统收集了我国21省市规模化养猪场粪便和11省市猪饲料重金属浓度数据,分析了其污染特征,同时对各省市猪粪总量及其重金属总含量、猪粪安全农用年限进行了估算。结果表明:在21省市中,猪粪中Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Cr平均含量超标省市分别占到95.2%、85.7%、33.3%、20%和5.26%。在其中有猪饲料数据的11省市中,猪饲料Cu含量超标的样品数量占到100%(四川除外,为75%),超标倍数在13.2~49.0之间;猪饲料Zn含量超标的样品数量占到60.0%~100%,超标倍数在1.3~9.5之间。猪粪和饲料间Cu、Zn达到极显著相关水平(p<0.01)。猪粪安全农用估算结果表明,限制我国规模化养殖场猪粪农用的主要因素是Cu、Zn和Cd。吉林省、辽宁省和山东省分别连续施用猪粪16、23、91 a,土壤中Cd含量超过国家土壤质量二级标准(GB 15618—2008)。北京连续施用猪粪65、51 a而天津连续施用猪粪53、91 a,土壤Cu和Zn含量分别超过国家土壤环境质量二级标准。建议在生猪养殖及其粪便农用过程中,不仅要从源头严格控制饲料中Cu、Zn等微量元素添加量,还应按照标准严格控制猪粪农田施用量。 | 薄录吉 李彦 LUO Jiafa 张英鹏 井永苹 刘兆辉 | 2018 | 农业机械学报2018,49,1: | 37 |
| 2 | 深松和秸秆还田对旋耕农田土壤有机碳活性组分的影响显示文摘土壤有机碳(soil organic carbon,SOC)及其活性组分能够敏感响应耕作方式变化及有机物输入。为对比长期旋耕农田进行深松后土壤有机碳各活性组分及比例变化,该研究基于连续7a的旋耕转变为深松和秸秆管理长期定位试验,对比了旋耕无秸秆还田处理(rotary tillage with straw removal,RT)、旋耕秸秆还田处理(rotary tillage with straw return,RTS)、旋耕转变为深松无秸秆还田处理(rotary tillage conversion to subsoiling with straw removal,RT-DT)、旋耕转变为深松秸秆还田处理(rotary tillage conversion to subsoiling with straw return,RTS-DTS)下土壤有机碳(soil organic carbon,SOC)、颗粒有机碳(particulate organic carbon,POC)、易氧化有机碳(readily oxidizable organic carbon,ROC)、微生物生物量碳(microbial biomass carbon,MBC)、溶解性有机碳(dissolved organic carbon,DOC)、活性有机碳(labile organic carbon,LOC)在土壤有机碳中比例的变化及各组分间的相互关系。研究结果表明,耕作方式从旋耕转变为深松和秸秆还田对SOC及其各活性组分均产生显著影响,耕作方式转变、秸秆还田及两者的交互效应是影响SOC及其活性组分的主要因素。秸秆还田显著提高了RTS处理和RTS-DTS处理的SOC含量,分别比RT和RT-DT处理高6.1%~15.6%和19.1%~32.3%。并且转变耕作方式后RTS-DTS处理比于RTS处理SOC含量提高16.9%~20.0%。同时,RTS-DTS处理的POC含量比RTS处理高13.6%~53.8%;但RT-DT和RTS-DTS处理的土壤ROC含量较RT和RTS处理都呈下降趋势,RTS-DTS处理的ROC含量比RTS处理下降4.6%~10%;MBC含量降低23.8%~30.6%。虽然秸秆还田显著提高了各处理的DOC含量,但RTS转变为RTS-DTS处理后,其3个土层的DOC含量下降了8%~41%。相比于RT和RTS处理,RT-DT和RTS-DTS处理0~30 cm各土层中LOC在SOC中的比例显著下降。相关性分析结果表明,除POC与ROC之间无显著性相关关系外,SOC及各组分间均呈显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)的相关关系。耕作方式转变为深松和秸秆还田提高了SOC含量的同时,显著降低了SOC中的活性有机碳组分,这更有利于SOC的有效积累,促进土壤碳库的稳定固存。 | 田慎重 张玉凤 边文范 董亮 Jiafa Luo 郭洪海 | 2020 | 农业工程学报2020,36,2: | 28 |

| 5 | Optimization of slightly acidic electrolyzed water spray for airborne culturable bacteria reduction in animal housing显示文摘Slightly acidic electrolyzed water(SAEW)spray has been considered as a novel approach for airborne bacteria reduction in animal housing.This study aimed to optimize the operating parameters of SAEW spray based on the size distribution of sprayed aerosols,the available chlorine travelling loss in sprayed aerosols,and the reduction efficiency of airborne culturable bacteria(CB).The optimized operating parameters were the nozzle orifice diameter and the spray pressure.The size distribution characteristics of sprayed SAEW aerosols under different operating parameters were quantified.The pH and available chlorine concentrations of the original SAEW solution and the SAEW aerosols collected at 0 m,0.25 m,0.50 m,0.75 m,and 1.00 m from the spray nozzle head were analyzed.A bioaerosol nebulizing generator was used to simulate animal housing environment in an environmentally-controlled chamber.Six SAEW spray trials under different operating parameters were conducted at a spray dosage of 80 mL/m2 in the chamber.Airborne CB concentrations before and after spray were measured to investigate the reduction efficiency of airborne CB.Dv(50),the volume-based diameter below which 50%of the particle being present,increased with the nozzle orifice diameter and decreased with the spray pressure.The travelling loss of available chlorine in the sprayed SAEW aerosols was greatly dependent on Dv(50).SAEW spray with medium size sprayed aerosols(Dv(50)=86.62μm,67.94μm,and 54.53μm)showed significantly higher airborne CB reduction efficiencies than large(Dv(50)=121.80μm and 96.00μm)or small size aerosols(Dv(50)=42.57μm).The spray operating parameters that provide medium size sprayed aerosols(Dv(50)~60-90μm)are recommended for SAEW spray in animal housing. | Zheng Weichao Ni Li Hui Xue Li Baoming Zhang Jiafa | 2016 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,4: | 7 |
| 6 | Accurate assessment of antibiotic susceptibility and screening resistant strains of a bacterial population by linear gradient plate显示文摘The dynamics of a bacterial population exposed to theminimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of an antibiotic is an important issue in pharmacological research.Therefore,a novel antibiotic susceptibility test is urgently needed that can both precisely determine the MIC and accurately select antibiotic-resistant strains from clinical bacterial populations.For this purpose,we developed a method based on Fick's laws of diffusion using agar plates containing a linear gradient of antibiotic.The gradient plate contained two layers.The bottom layer consisted of 15 mL agar containing the appropriate concentration of enrofloxacin and allowed to harden in the form of a wedge with the plate slanted such that the entire bottom was just covered.The upper layer consisted of 15 mL plain nutrient agar added with the plate held in the horizontal position.After allowing vertical diffusion of the drug from the bottom agar layer for 12 h,the enrofloxacin concentration was diluted in proportion to the ratio of the agar layer thicknesses.The uniform linear concentration gradient was verified by measuring the enrofloxacin concentration on the agar surface.When heavy bacterial suspensions were spread on the agar surface and incubated for more than 12 h,only resistant cells were able to form colonies beyond the boundary of confluent growth of susceptible cells.In this way,the true MIC of enrofloxacin was determined.The MICs obtained using this linear gradient plate were consistent with those obtained using conventional antibiotic susceptibility tests.Discrete colonies were then spread onto a gradient plate with higher antibiotic concentrations;the boundary line increased significantly,and gene mutations conferring resistance were identified.This new method enables the rapid identification of resistant strains in the bacterial population.Use of the linear gradient plate can easily identify the precise MIC and reveal the dynamic differentiation of bacteria near the MIC.This method allows the study of genetic and physiological characteristics of individual strains,and may be useful for early warning of antibiotic resistance that may occur after use of certain antimicrobial agents,and guide clinical treatment. | LIU YuQing LI JingRan DU JiaFa HU Ming BAI Hua QI Jing GAO Chao WEI TianTian SU Hong JIN JianLing GAO PeiJi | 2011 | Science China(Life Sciences)2011,54,10: | 4 |

| 8 | Responses of soil microbial communities and functions associated with organic carbon mineralization to nitrogen addition in a Tibetan grassland显示文摘Alpine grasslands with a high soil organic carbon(SOC)storage on the Tibetan Plateau are experiencing rapid climate warming and anthropogenic nitrogen(N)deposition;this is expected to substantially increase the soil N availability,which may impact carbon(C)cycling.However,little is known regarding how N enrichment influences soil microbial communities and functions relative to C cycling in this region.We conducted a 4-year field experiment on an alpine grassland to evaluate the effects of four different rates of N addition(0,25,50,and 100 kg N ha^-1 year^-1)on the abundance and community structure(phospholipid fatty acids,PLFAs)of microbes,enzyme activities,and community level physiological profiles(CLPP)in soil.We found that N addition increased the microbial biomass C(MBC)and N(MBN),along with an increased abundance of bacterial PLFAs,especially Gram-negative bacterial PLFAs,with a decreasing ratio of Gram-positive to Gram-negative bacteria.The N addition also stimulated the growth of fungi,especially arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,reducing the ratio of fungi to bacteria.Microbial functional diversity and activity of enzymes involved in C cycling(β-1,4-glucosidase and phenol oxidase)and N cycling(β-1,4-N-acetyl-glucosaminidase and leucine aminopeptidase)increased after N addition,resulting in a loss of SOC.A meta-analysis showed that the soil C/N ratio was a key factor in the response of oxidase activity to N amendment,suggesting that the responses of soil microbial functions,which are linked to C turnover relative to N input,primarily depended upon the soil C/N ratio.Overall,our findings highlight that N addition has a positive influence on microbial communities and their associated functions,which may reduce soil C storage in alpine grasslands under global change scenarios. | Ruyi LUO Jiafa LUO Jianling FAN Deyan LIU Jin-Sheng HE Nazia PERVEEN Weixin DING | 2020 | Pedosphere2020,30,2: | 3 |
| 9 | Dissection of heterosis for yield and related traits using populations derived from introgression lines in rice显示文摘Despite the great success achieved by the exploitation of heterosis in rice,the genetic basis of heterosis is still not well understood.We adopted an advanced-backcross breeding strategy to dissect the genetic basis of heterosis for yield and eight related traits.Four testcross(TC) populations with 228 testcross F1 combinations were developed by crossing57 introgression lines with four types of widely used male sterile lines using a North Carolina II mating design.Analysis of variance indicated that the effects of testcross F1 combinations and their parents were significant or highly significant for most of the traits in both years,and all interaction effects with year were significant for most of the traits.Positive midparent heterosis(HMP) was observed for most traits in the four TC populations in the two years.The relative HMPlevels for most traits varied from highly negative to highly positive.Sixty-two dominant-effect QTL were identified for HMPof the nine traits in the four TC populations in the two years.Of these,22 QTL were also identified for the performance of testcross F1.Most dominant-effect QTL could individually explain more than 10% of the phenotypic variation.Four QTL clusters were observed including the region surrounding the RM9–RM297 region on chromosome 1,the RM110–RM279–RM8–RM5699–RM452 region on chromosome 2,the RM5463 locus on chromosome 6 and the RM1146–RM147 region on chromosome 10.The identified QTL for heterosis provide valuable information for dissecting the genetic basis of heterosis. | Chao Xiang Hongjun Zhang Hui Wang Shaobo Wei Binying Fu Jiafa Xia Zefu Li Yongming Gao Guoyou Ye | 2016 | The Crop Journal2016,4,6: | 3 |

| 11 | MicroRNAs Are Involved in Maize Immunity Against Fusarium verticillioides Ear Rot显示文摘Fusarium ear rot(FER)caused by Fusarium verticillioides is one of the most common diseases affecting maize production worldwide.FER results in severe yield losses and grain contamination with health-threatening mycotoxins.Although most studies to date have focused on comprehensive analysis of gene regulation in maize during defense responses against F.verticillioides infection,less is known about the role of micro RNAs(mi RNAs)in this process.We used deep sequencing to compare small RNA libraries from the maize kernels of susceptible(N6)or resistant(BT-1)inbred lines from uninfected plants and upon F.verticillioides infection.We found that pathogen exposure was accompanied by dynamic alterations in expression levels of multiple mi RNAs,including new members of previously annotated mi RNA families.A combination of transcriptomic,degradomic,and bioinformatics analyses revealed that F.verticillioides-responsive mi RNAs and their potential target genes displayed opposite expression patterns in the susceptible and resistant genotypes.Functional category analysis uncovered preferential enrichment of the pathogen-responsive mi RNAs and their targets in the phenylpropanoid metabolic processes,plant–pathogen interactions,and plant phytohormone signal transduction pathways.Furthermore,transgenic maize plants overexpressing mi R408 b exhibited reduced resistance to F.verticillioides infection in a susceptible maize line.These findings provide new insights into the regulatory roles of mi RNAs in maize immunity against FER and new resources for breeding disease resistance into maize. | Zijian Zhou Yan Cao Tao Li Xinghao Wang Jiafa Chen Hang He Wen Yao Jianyu Wu Huiyong Zhang | 2020 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2020,18,3: | 3 |
| 12 | Yield-scaled nitrous oxide emissions from nitrogen-fertilized croplands in China: A meta-analysis of contrasting mitigation scenarios显示文摘Nitrogen(N) losses in cropland resulting from the application of synthetic fertilizers decrease crop productivity and exacerbate environmental pollution.Mitigation measures, such as reduction in N fertilizer application rates, can have unintentional adverse effects on crop yield. We conducted a meta-analysis of soil N_(2)O emissions from agricultural fields across China under contrasting mitigation scenarios as a novel approach to identify the most effective strategy for the mitigation of emissions of N_(2)O derived from N fertilizer use in China. Current standard agricultural practice was used as a baseline scenario(BS), and 12 potential mitigation scenarios(S1–S12) were derived from the available literature and comprised single and combinations of management scenarios that accounted for crop yield. Mitigation scenarios S6(nitrification inhibitor 3,4-dimethylpyrazole phosphate) and S11(20% reduction in N application rate plus nitrification inhibitor dicyandiamide) in maize, rice, and wheat crops led to an average 56.0% reduction in N_(2)O emissions at the national level, whereas scenario S4(nitrification inhibitor dicyandiamide) led to yield optimization, with a 14.0% increase for maize and 8.0% increase for rice as compared to the BS.
