| 1 | Tracking of time-evolving sound speed profiles with an auto-regressive state-space model显示文摘An approach for time-evolving sound speed profiles tracking in shallow water is discussed.The inversion of time-evolving sound speed profiles is modeled as a state-space estimation problem,which includes a state equation for predicting the time-evolving sound speed profile and a measurement equation for incorporating local acoustic measurements.In the paper,auto-regression(AR) method is introduced to obtain a high-order AR evolution model of the sound speed field time variations,and the ensemble Kalman filter is utilized to track the sound speed field.To validate the approach,the accuracy in sound speed estimation is analyzed via a numerical implementation using the ASIAEX experimental environment and the sound velocity measurement data.Compared with traditional approaches based on the state evolution represented as a random walk,simulation results show the proposed AR method can effectively reduce the tracking errors of sound speed,and still keep good tracking performance at low signal-to-noise ratios. | JIN Liling LI Jianlong XU Wen | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Acoustics2017,36,3: | 4 |
| 2 | Effect of Intravital Staining on Leaf Surface Coloring and Plant Carbon and Nitrogen Nutrition in Chlorophytum comosum var. variegatum显示文摘Using potted seedlings of Chlorophytum comosum var. variegatum as the experimental materials,the effect of 2. 0 mmol/L methyl orange( Treatment T_1),1. 0 mmol/L methyl violet( Treatment T_2) and 1. 0 mmol/L neutral red( Treatment T_3) on the biomass,root-shoot ratio,leaf color indices,plant carbon and nitrogen nutrition were studied. The results showed that the biomass of Treatment T_3 was significantly greater than that of treatments T_1 and CK. The root-shoot ratio decreased significantly in treatments T_1,T_2 and T_3,and the decrease in T_3 was most obvious. In all the three treatments with coloring agent,a*,b*and L*values were increased gradually,C value were decreased,H_0 and CIRG were increased,and the leaves were pink. In addition,the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a + b and carotenoid were significantly decreased. The contents of soluble sugar and starch were also decreased,and the decrease in Treatment T_2 was most significant. The contents of soluble protein and total nitrogen were increased,and the increase was most dramatic in Treatment T_3. The carbon to nitrogen ratio was decreased. | 3 | Effect of Ferrum and Molybdenum Nutrition on Root Nodule and Physiological Growth of Vicia villosa Roth in Seedling Stage显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to explore the effects of ferrum and molybdenum nutrition on root nodule and physiological growth of Vicia villosa in seedling stage. [Method] A local cultivar of Qujing city,Vicia villosa,was studied using soilless cultivation method,and the effects of ferrum,molybdenum nutrition on root nodule and physiological growth of V. villosa in seedling stage were explored by adding 0. 01 mmol/L sodium molybdate and 0. 2 mmol/L ferrous sulfate respectively or simultaneously in the Hoagland's nutrient solution with the removal of ferrum and molybdenum salt. [Result]Ferrum and molybdenum significantly increased the number and weight of root nodule; the effect of single molybdenum treatment was the best,and the number and weight of root nodule in single molybdenum treatment were nearly 100% and 150% higher than that of the control. After treated by ferrum and molybdenum nutrition,the stem length and biomass of V. villosa decreased at varying levels,while root length and root shoot ratio increased significantly; the decrease extent of stem length in ferrum treatment and composite treatment was greater than that in molybdenum treatment,and the increase extent of root length in molybdenum treatment was the greatest. Application of ferrum and molybdenum fertilizer significantly improved ferrum and molybdenum content of V. villosa plants,and their soluble protein and free amino acid content increased at varying levels; single application of ferrum led to the greatest increase,while phosphorus content decreased at varying levels.The soluble sugar content of V. villosa decreased significantly at 90 d post ferrum and molybdenum application; application of molybdenum fertilizer reduced the starch content while ferrum fertilizer increased the starch content of V. villosa. Moreover,application of ferrum and molybdenum fertilizer reduced the SOD activity and enhanced the POD activity of V. villosa. | 4 | Pyk2 suppresses contextual fear memory in an autophosphorylation-independent manner显示文摘Clustered protocadherins(Pcdhs)are a large family of cadherin-like cell adhesion proteins that are central for neurite selfavoidance and neuronal connectivity in the brain.Their downstream nonreceptor tyrosine kinase Pyk2(proline-rich tyrosine kinase 2,also known as Ptk2b,Cakb,Raftk,Fak2,and Cadtk)is predominantly expressed in the hippocampus.We constructed Pyk2-null mouse lines and found that these mutant mice showed enhancement in contextual fear memory,without significant change in auditory-cued and spatial-referenced learning and memory.In addition,by preparing Y402F mutant mice,we observed that Pyk2 suppressed contextual fear memory in an autophosphorylation-independent manner.Moreover,using high-throughput RNA sequencing,we found that immediate early genes,such as Npas4,cFos,Zif268/Egr1,Arc,and Nr4a1,were enhanced in Pyk2-null mice.We further showed that Pyk2 disruption affected pyramidal neuronal complexity and spine dynamics.Thus,we demonstrated that Pyk2 is a novel fear memory suppressor molecule and Pyk2-null mice provide a model for understanding fearrelated disorders.These findings have interesting implications regarding dysregulation of the Pcdh–Pyk2 axis in neuropsychiatric disorders. | Jin Zheng Lun Suo Yuxiao Zhou Liling Jia Jingwei Li Yanping Kuang Donghong Cui Xuehong Zhang Qiang Wu | 2021 | Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2021,13,11: | 0 |
| 5 | Experimental measurement on the phase equilibria of the Mg-Ag-Cu ternary system at 350℃and 400℃显示文摘The phase equilibria of the Mg–Ag–Cu ternary system at 350℃and 400℃were experimentally investigated using twenty-eight key samples.The phase equilibria and compositions in key samples were investigated using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)equipped with energydispersive spectroscopy(EDS).Powder X-ray diffraction(XRD)technique was used to analyze the crystal structure and solid solubility of compounds.Five three-phase equilibria and several two-phase equilibria have been determined at 350℃and 400℃.The solid solubility range of Cu in the compounds Mg_(3)Ag,MgAg and fcc(Ag)were examined at 350℃and 400℃.The maximum solid solubility of Ag in the compound MgCu_(2)was found to be 11.46 at.%and 11.25 at.%with a constant value of about 66 at.%Cu at 350℃and 400℃,respectively.Besides,the solid solubility limits of Ag in the compounds Mg_(2)Cu and fcc(Cu)were found to be less than 5 at.%at 350℃and 400℃.No ternary compound was observed in the present work. | Jian Wang Zhang Zhang Yinju Zhang Liling Jin Liyuan Sheng | 2022 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2022,10,2: | 0 |
