1MRI动态增强扫描对脊柱结核和脊柱转移瘤的鉴别诊断价值显示文摘目的探讨MR T1WI动态增强成像半定量和定量分析对脊柱结核和脊柱转移瘤的鉴别诊断价值,提高术前影像诊断准确性。资料与方法对24例脊柱结核和22例脊柱转移瘤进行MR T1WI动态增强扫描,对图像后处理分析得到的时间-信号强度曲线、上升期病变信号强度增幅、最大上升线性斜率及应用双室药物代谢动力学分析获得的血管通透性常数(Ktrans)和转运常数(kep)进行比较。结果 24例脊柱结核患者中,仅1例(4.2%)呈速降型曲线,12例(50.0%)呈平台型,11例(45.8%)呈持续增强型;22例脊柱转移瘤中,12例(54.5%)呈速降型曲线,7例(31.8%)呈平台型曲线,3例(13.6%)呈持续增强型曲线。脊柱结核组和脊柱转移瘤组信号强度增幅[(198±81)%与(165±60)%]、时间-信号强度曲线最大上升线性斜率[(100±55)%与(111±41)%]和Ktrans[(0.077±0.036)/min与(0.077±0.028)/min]差异均无统计学意义(t=1.56、0.76、0,P>0.05)。脊柱结核组kep明显低于转移瘤组[(0.270±0.015)/min与(0.490±0.023)/min,t=38.74,P<0.001]。结论MR T1WI动态增强成像可以为表现不典型、常规MRI检查不易鉴别的脊柱结核和脊柱转移瘤的鉴别诊断提供一定的参考。郎宁 苏敏英 Hon J.Yu 袁慧书 2015中国医学影像学杂志2015,23,5:48

3MR动态增强对于中轴骨脊索瘤和骨巨细胞瘤的鉴别诊断价值的初步研究显示文摘目的探讨MR T1WI动态增强成像半定量和定量分析对中轴骨脊索瘤和骨巨细胞瘤鉴别诊断的价值。资料与方法收集2008年6月—2013年10月于北京大学第三医院放射科进行MR T1WI动态增强扫描并经病理证实的中轴骨13例脊索瘤和17例骨巨细胞瘤患者,对两者后处理分析得到的信号强度-时间曲线类型及应用双室药物代谢动力学分析获得的转运常数(K^(trans))和速率常数(k_(ep))进行统计学分析。结果 13例脊索瘤中,9例(69.2%)为持续上升型,4例(30.8%)为平台型;17例骨巨细胞瘤患者中,11例(64.7%)为速升速降型曲线,6例(35.3%)为平台型曲线。骨巨细胞瘤Ktrans明显高于脊索瘤K^(trans)[(0.1247±0.0747)/min比(0.0603±0.0411)/min,P<0.01];骨巨细胞瘤的k_(ep)明显高于脊索瘤的k_(ep)[(0.6629±0.2272)/min比(0.1736±0.1184)/min,P<0.01]。以K^(trans)为0.0777/min作为诊断骨巨细胞瘤的阈值时,其诊断的敏感度、特异度分别为89.5%、76.9%;以k_(ep)为0.4339/min作为诊断骨巨细胞瘤的阈值时,其诊断的敏感度、特异度分别为94.7%、100.0%。ROC分析K^(trans)诊断骨巨细胞瘤的曲线下面积为0.826,k_(ep)诊断骨巨细胞瘤的曲线下面积为0.980。结论MR T1WI动态增强成像可以为常规影像学诊断困难的中轴骨脊索瘤和骨巨细胞瘤的鉴别诊断提供一定的参考。郎宁 苏敏英 Hon J.Yu 袁慧书 2016中国医学影像学杂志2016,24,8:11
4动态增强磁共振成像在肺癌脊柱转移判别诊断中的应用显示文摘目的探讨动态增强磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)在肺癌脊柱转移判别诊断中的应用价值。资料与方法对61例脊柱转移癌患者行DCE-MRI,对扫描获得的图像进行后处理,获得信号强度-时间曲线、曲线上升期信号强度增幅(Peak SE%)、曲线最大上升线性斜率(Max Wash-in SE%)、曲线下降斜率(Wash-out SE%)等半定量参数,应用双室药物代谢动力学分析获得容积转运常数(K^(trans))和速率常数(K_(ep))等定量参数。应用CHAID法建立决策树模型,确定最佳分类参数,并识别最优分割。结果 61例脊柱转移癌患者的DCE-MRI扫描参数中Wash-out SE%、K_(ep)在肺癌与其他肿瘤脊柱转移之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而Peak SE%、Max Wash-in SE%、K^(trans)在两者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);当Wash-out SE%>-660.6%且Max Wash-in SE%>98.0%时约94.7%的患者原发灶可能来源于肺;使用本研究建立的决策树进行判别时,10-折交叉验证显示其错误率为(29.5±5.8)%。结论采用DCE-MRI半定量及定量分析参数进行肺癌脊柱转移的判别诊断具有可行性,可以为脊柱转移癌的来源鉴别及临床治疗提供参考依据。郎宁 苏敏英 张恩龙 Hon J.Yu 袁慧书 2017中国医学影像学杂志2017,25,9:10
5Spatial associations of tree species in a subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest显示文摘Aims The spatial segregation hypothesis and the low-frequency hypothesis are two important proposed mechanisms that delay or prevent competitive exclusion in ecosystems.Because tree species interact with their neighbors,the importance of these potential processes can be investigated by analyzing the spatial structures of tree species.Methods The distribution of the adults of 27 common tree species in a fully mapped 5-ha subtropical forest plot in Baishanzu,eastern China,was analyzed to investigate the community-level intra-and interspecific spatial association patterns.We first tested for the overall spatial pattern in the 5-to 40-m neighborhoods and classified first-order bivariate associations with a diametric scheme based on Ripley’s K and nearest-neighbor statistic(G-function).Then heterogeneous Poisson null models were used to distinguish second-order interactions from overall spatial associations(including first-order effects).Finally,we analyzed correlations between the existence of species interactions and some attributes of the species involved.Important Findings Partial overlap and segregation increased with scale,whereas mixing decreased.Nearly 70%of the species pairs occurred less than expected at random,and only 3.4%of the species pairs were well mixed;11.0%of all species pairs showed significant small-scale interactions,which was a greater frequency than expected by chance if species are abundant or prefer the same habitat,but less frequent than expected if species are highly aggregated.This suggests that both spatial segregation and low frequency of species facilitate species coexistence by reducing the opportunity that trees of two species encounter each other.The study also revealed that positive interactions were more prevalent than negative interactions in the forest,which indicates that positive interactions may have important effects on forest species assemblies.Zheng R.Luo Ming J.Yu De L.Chen You G.Wu Bing Y.Ding 2012Journal of Plant Ecology2012,5,3:8
6脊柱病变动态对比增强MRI药物代谢动力学分析血流曲线选择的初步研究显示文摘目的研究脊柱病变动态对比增强MRI(DCE-MRI)药物代谢动力学分析中不同动脉输入函数的应用,并探讨其选择方案。资料与方法对2008年6月—2013年12月北京大学第三医院放射科行DCE-MRI检查的62例脊柱病变患者进行回顾性分析,其中包括骨髓瘤(n=9)、转移瘤(n=22)、淋巴瘤(n=7)及结核(n=24)。分别计算MR T1WI动态增强扫描信号强度-时间曲线的信号强度增幅、最大上升线性斜率和曲线下降期斜率。使用Tofts双室药物代谢动力学分析方法对曲线进行拟合,拟合过程中分别使用慢速、中速、快速血流曲线,获得血管通透性常数(K^(trans))和转运常数(k_(ep))。将3种流速药物代谢动力学获得的K^(trans)、k_(ep)和动态增强曲线参数进行相关性分析。结果 K^(trans)(fast)与造影剂流入相关,K^(trans)(fast)与K^(trans)(medium)的相关系数>与K^(trans)(slow)的相关系数(0.94比0.85,P<0.05);k_(ep)(fast)与造影剂洗脱相关,与曲线下降期斜率具有较强的相关性(r=0.94),k_(ep)(fast)与k_(ep)(medium)的相关系数>与k_(ep)(slow)的相关系数(0.94比0.64,P<0.05)。结论对于4 min左右的脊柱病变动态增强的药物代谢动力学分析,快速和中速曲线拟合所得K^(trans)和k_(ep)相对于慢速血流曲线具有更强的相关性,提示在今后的研究工作中可根据不同临床要求选择适宜的曲线。郎宁 苏敏英 Hon J.Yu 袁慧书 2016中国医学影像学杂志2016,24,7:7

20Review of All Possible Conversion Equations of Influence Coefficients with Different Formats on Two-Plane Balancing显示文摘This article lists all possible conversion equations of influence coefficients(ICs)with different formats when some of these are known to handle two-plane balancing tasks with no or less trial weight runs.There are two approaches for two-plane balancing.One can treat it as a multi-plane balance problem involving a 2×2 matrix of complex ICs where two direct ICs along with two cross-effect ICs are generated so that correction weights at one or two balance planes can be determined.One can also apply a static pare(in-phase)and/or couple pair(180 degrees out-of-phase)weights for balancing.The latter approach has been used quite often in the field,especially on steam turbine and generator rotors.Dependent on vibration mode shapes and combinations as well as balance plane accessibility,sometimes applying static or couple pair weights can be a wise choice;other times weights at one or two end planes are needed.There are totally 4 possible sets of IC data due to weights at plane 1,plane 2,static pair,and couple pair.IC data would typically be obtained by applying trial weights followed by trial weight runs.It is found,however,that all these IC data can be converted easily without trial weight runs once any two of 4 sets are known.The above findings and conversion equations have been obtained analytically and verified by experimental results.Real cases are given to demonstratetheirapplications.John J.Yu Nicolas Péton 2023风机技术2023,65,6:0
