1X盒结合蛋白1在三阴性乳腺癌发生和发展中的重要作用显示文摘肿瘤微环境不同于正常组织的生理环境,其表现为低氧、低糖及炎性细胞浸润等,而肿瘤细胞如何在这种不利细胞生长的条件下生存呢?最近康奈尔大学的Glimcher教授发表在Nature上的论文表明,在低氧条件下,三阴性乳腺癌(triple negative breast cancer,TNBC)细胞内质网应激反应信号通路中的内质网跨膜蛋白肌醇酶1α(inositol-requiring enzyme 1α,IRE1α)、内质网类似激酶(PKR like ER kinase,PERK)被活化,活化的IREa1、PERK通过剪切X-盒结合蛋白1(X-box binding protein 1,XBP1)mRNA产生剪切体XBP1s,XBP1s和另外一个低氧诱导的转录因子缺氧诱导因子1a(hypoxia-inducible factor-1a,HIF1a)在细胞核内结合,协同HIF1a的目的基因转录,促进三阴性肿瘤细胞的生长和复发。谈勤春(摘译) 刘秋燕(审阅) Chen X Iliopoulos D Zhang Q 2014中国肿瘤生物治疗杂志2014,21,4:2
