5Toward Sustainable 3D Printing显示文摘INTRODUCTION:DISRUPTION OF ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING Additive manufacturing(AM),also called 3D printing(3DP),is expected to disrupt the way we fabricate and conceive object and devices,creating a new future for the manufacturing industry.1 Indeed,AM is now shifting from being used for rapid prototyping and research to mass production.The main reasons in favor of the development of 3DP technologies for large-scale fabrication are(i)the automation of the process that reduces the need of manpower in fabrication plants,(ii)the possibility of fabricating customized parts and therefore a large range of products using one machine,(iii)the diversity and complexity of the shapes as compared to standard processes,and(iv)the reduced amount of waste as compared to substrative fabrication methods.Furthermore,digitalization and computer-aided design allow fast knowledge transfer between fabrication sites,thereby reducing costs,transport,and packaging.Hortense Le Ferrand 2020Accounts of Materials Research2020,1,2:1

10MACS-annexin V cell sorting of semen samples with high TUNEL values decreases the concentration of cells with abnormal chromosomal content:a pilot study显示文摘We question whether,in men with an abnormal rate of sperm DNA fragmentation,the magnetic-activated cell sorting(MACS)could select spermatozoa with lower rates of DNA fragmentation as well as spermatozoa with unbalanced chromosome content.Cryopreserved spermatozoa from six males were separated into nonapoptotic and apoptotic populations.We determined the percentages of spermatozoa with(i)externalization of phosphatidylserine(EPS)by annexin V-Fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC)labeling,(ii)DNA fragmentation by TdT-mediated-dUTP nick-end labeling(TUNEL),and(iii)numerical abnormalities for chromosomes X,Y,13,18,and 21 by fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH),on the whole ejaculate and selected spermatozoa in the same patient.Compared to the nonapoptotic fraction,the apoptotic fraction statistically showed a higher number of spermatozoa with EPS,with DNA fragmentation,and with numerical chromosomal abnormalities.Compared to the whole ejaculate,we found a significant decrease in the percentage of spermatozoa with EPS and decrease tendencies of the DNA fragmentation rate and the sum of disomy levels in the nonapoptotic fraction.Conversely,we observed statistically significant higher rates of these three parameters in the apoptotic fraction.MACS may help to select spermatozoa with lower rates of DNA fragmentation and unbalanced chromosome content in men with abnormal rates of sperm DNA fragmentation.Sahar El Fekih Nadia Gueganic Corinne Tous Habib Ben Ali Mounir Ajina Nathalie Douet-Guilbert Hortense Drapier Damien Beauvillard Frédéric Morel Aurore Perrin 2022Asian Journal of Andrology2022,24,5:1

14转录因子OsHOX4过量表达及T1代转基因植株中纯合系鉴定显示文摘OsHOX4基因是属于水稻植物同源结构域(HD-Zip)转录因子家族的一个成员。本研究利用农杆菌介导法将OsHOX4基因转入籼稻(Oryza sativa ssp.indica)IR64中,获得54株过量表达植株。我们利用southern杂交分析确定了各个株系的拷贝数后,利用TAIL-PCR方法对4个不同的单拷贝株系进行了研究,并在其中找出T-DNA在3个单拷贝株系染色体上的插入位点(分别为染色体5,8,10)。根据T-DNA在各个株系的插入位点分别设计特异性引物,从T1代转基因株系里鉴定出纯合的植株。我们观察到OsHOX4过量表达植株的分蘖数明显高于野生型,株高比野生型明显的变矮,在同一个株系的纯合和杂合的转基因植株表型也有很大的差异。在TAIL-PCR分析基础上,为从T1代转基因作物中鉴定出纯合的植株提供了方法和理论依据。玉山江·麦麦提 张云华 Kurniawan Rudi Trijatmiko 郭立华 hez Hortense Slamet-Loedin 邱德文 2012分子植物育种2012,10,4:1

17FOLFOXIRI vs FOLFIRINOX as first-line chemotherapy in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer: A population-based cohort study显示文摘BACKGROUND FOLFIRINOX regimen is the first-line reference chemotherapy(L1)in advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(aPDAC).FOLFOXIRI,a schedule with a lower dose of irinotecan and no bolus 5-fluorouracil,has demonstrated efficacy and feasibility in colorectal cancer.AIM To investigate the potential clinical value of FOLFOXIRI in patients with aPDAC in routine clinical practice.METHODS Analyses were derived from all consecutive aPDAC patients treated in L1 between January 2011 and December 2017 in two French institutions,with either FOLFOXIRI(n=165)or FOLFIRINOX(n=124)regimens.FOLFOXIRI consisted of irinotecan(165 mg/m2),oxaliplatin(85 mg/m2),leucovorin(200 mg/m2)and 5-fluorouracil(3200 mg/m2 as a 48-h continuous infusion)every 2 wk.Ninety-six pairs of patients were selected through propensity score matching,and clinical outcomes of the two treatment regimens were compared.RESULTS Median overall survival was 11.1 mo in the FOLFOXIRI and 11.6 mo in the FOLFIRINOX cohorts,respectively.After propensity score matching,survival rates remained similar between the two regimens in terms of overall survival(hazard ratio=1.22;P=0.219)and progression-free survival(hazard ratio=1.27;P=0.120).The objective response rate was 37.1%in the FOLFOXIRI group vs 47.8%in the FOLFIRINOX group(P=0.187).Grade 3/4 toxicities occurred in 28.7%of patients in the FOLFOXIRI cohort vs 19.5%in the FOLFIRINOX cohort(P=0.079).FOLFOXIRI was associated with a higher incidence of grade 3/4 digestive adverse events.Hematopoietic growth factors were used after each chemotherapy cycle and the low hematological toxicity rates were below 5%with both regimens.CONCLUSION FOLFOXIRI is feasible in L1 in patients with aPDAC but does not confer any therapeutic benefit as compared with FOLFIRINOX.The low hematological toxicity rates strengthened the relevance of primary prophylaxis with hematopoietic growth factors.Angélique Vienot Hortense Chevalier Clément Bolognini Elisabeta Gherga Elodie Klajer Aurélia Meurisse Marine Jary Stefano Kim Christelle d’Engremont Thierry Nguyen Fabien Calcagno Hamadi Almotlak Francine Fein Meher Nasri Syrine Abdeljaoued Anthony Turpin Christophe Borg Dewi Vernerey 2020World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology2020,12,3:0
18水稻转录因子OsHOX6过量表达及其对水稻根生长作用显示文摘同源异型域-亮氨酸拉链(Home domain-leucine-zipper)蛋白是植物发育进程和应答外界环境胁迫信号作用的一类转录因子,OsHOX6基因是HD-ZipⅠ转录因子家族的一个成员。本研究利用RT-PCR技术,从水稻中克隆OsHOX6基因,并构建了以Oslea为启动子的植物表达载体pCAMBIA2300-Oslea:OsHOX6,并以水稻未成熟胚作为材料,通过农杆菌介导法,获得OsHOX6基因过量表达的36株转基因植株。利用Southern杂交技术确定各个株系的拷贝数后,选出3个单拷贝株系与野生型植株,并对其进行干旱胁迫研究。结果表明,在干旱胁迫条件下,OsHOX6过量表达植株的根长度、深度、密度明显高于野生型,株高与野生型没有明显的差异。正常灌水条件下转基因植株的表型与野生型没有明显的差异。研究结果说明,Oslea启动子是干旱胁迫诱导性启动子,OsHOX6基因对水稻根生长起促进作用,但其调控水稻根生长发育中和提高植物抗旱、抗盐等抗逆性机理有待进一步研究。玉山江·麦麦提 杨渡 韩盛 Inez Hortense Slamet-Loedin 2019分子植物育种2019,17,19:0
19水稻OsHOX6启动子的组织特异性表达显示文摘【目的】研究水稻HD-ZipⅠ转录因子家族的成员OsHOX6基因启动子的表达。【方法】通过构建水稻OsHOX6基因启动子与GUS基因融合表达载体,利用农杆菌(Agrobacterium)介导,以未成熟水稻胚作为试验材料,转化到水稻IR64,通过PCR检测和潮霉素抗性筛选出阳性的转基因植株,从不同组织取样品,进行X-Gluc染色并观察。【结果】转基因植株的叶、根、茎、花等器官经过X-Gluc染色后,主要在侧根、花粉以及组织损伤部分出现蓝色斑点,其它组织均未检测出蓝色斑点,观察根解剖结构,绿色斑点集中在根内皮层。【结论】水稻OsHOX6基因启动子能够驱动GUS基因,在转基因水稻侧根和花粉上特异表达。何丹 玉山江·麦麦提 杨渡 韩盛 Inez Hortense Slamet-Loedin 2019新疆农业科学2019,56,10:0
20Epidemiology of carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii colonization in neonatal intensive care units:A systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘BACKGROUND The rising prevalence of carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(CRAB)in neonatal intensive care units(NICUs)represents an escalating challenge in healthcare settings,particularly in managing hospital-acquired infections(HAIs).Studies across various World Health Organization regions have documented a significant incidence of CRAB-related HAIs,with rates as high as 41.7 cases per 1000 patients in ICUs,accounting for 13.6%of all HAIs.These infections pose a doubled mortality risk compared to infections with carbapenem-susceptible Acinetobacter baumannii.A particularly concerning aspect of CRAB colonization is its asymptomatic nature,enabling its transmission through healthcare workers(HCWs)or the NICU environment to vulnerable neonates with developing immune systems.AIM To explore the prevalence of CRAB colonization in NICUs,focusing on neonates,healthcare workers,and the environmental samples,to enhance epidemiological understanding and inform targeted interventions.METHODS We conducted according to PRISMA 2020 checklist guidelines,a comprehensive literature search across multiple databases including MEDLINE(Ovid),EMBASE(Ovid),Global Health(Ovid),Web of Science,and Global Index Me-dicus.Studies were selected based on predetermined criteria,primarily involving neonates,HCWs,and environmental swabs,using culture or molecular methods to detect CRAB colonization.We excluded studies that did not specifically focus on NICUs,were duplicates,or lacked necessary data.The study selection and quality assessment were conducted independently by two reviewers.Data extraction involved collecting comprehensive details about each study.Our statistical analysis used a random-effects model to calculate the pooled prevalence and confidence intervals,stratifying results by regional location.We assessed study heterogeneity using Cochran's Q statistic and I²statistic,with regression tests employed to evaluate potential publication bias.RESULTS We analyzed 737 records from five databases,ultimately including 13 studies from ten countries.For neonates,the pooled prevalence was 4.8%(95%CI:1.1%to 10.5%)with the highest rates observed in South-East Asia(10.5%;95%CI:2.4%to 23.3%).Among HCWs,a single Indian study reported a 3.3%prevalence.Environmental samples showed a prevalence of 2.3%(95%CI:0%to 9.3%),with the highest rates in South-East Asia(10%;95%CI:4.2%to 17.7%).Significant heterogeneity was found across studies,and no publication bias was detected.CONCLUSION This systematic review highlights a significant prevalence of CRAB colonization in neonates across various regions,particularly in South-East Asia,contrasting with lower rates in high-income countries.The study reveals a gap in research on HCWs colonization,with only a single study from India reporting moderate prevalence.Environmental samples indicate moderate levels of CRAB contamination,again higher in South-East Asia.These findings underscore the need for more extensive and focused research on CRAB colonization in NICUs,including exploring the roles of HCWs and the environment in transmission,understanding antimicrobial resistance patterns,and developing effective prevention measures.Donatien Serge Mbaga Sebastien Kenmoe Seraphine Nkie Esemu Arnol Bowo-Ngandji Nene Kaah Keneh Jane-Francis Tatah Kihla Akoachere Hortense Kamga Gonsu Roland Ndip Ndip Jean Thierry Ebogo-Belobo Cyprien Kengne-Ndé Nicholas Tendongfor Jean Paul Assam Assam Lucy Mande Ndip Jacky Njiki Bikoï Sara Honorine Riwom Essama 2024World Journal of Meta-Analysis2024,12,1:0
