1Asymmetrically coordinated single-atom iron nanozymes with Fe-N_(1)C_(2)structure:A peroxidase mimetic for melatonin detection显示文摘Owing to the unique coordination environment and high atom utilization efficiency,single atom catalysts have been considered as an ideal artificial enzyme to mimic natural enzymes.Herein,single-atom Fe nanozyme anchored on N-doped Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx(Fe SA/N-Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx)with asymmetrically coordinated Fe-N_(1)C_(2)configuration is synthesized by vacancy capture and heteroatom doping strategy,which exhibits excellent peroxidase-like activity.Based on the results of peroxidase catalytic kinetics and X-ray adsorption fine spectroscopy,the Fe-N_(1)C_(2)active sites in Fe SA/N-Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx are responsible for the excellent performance.Furthermore,the developed Fe SA/N-Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx can be employed to quantitative detection of melatonin(MT),which shows a wide linear detection range(0.01-100μM)and an excellent detection limit(7.3 nM)in buffer,0.01-100μM and 7.8 nM in serum samples.Our work proves that MXene-based single atoms can be promising nanozyme in the field of bioassays.Lihong Lin Heng Li Hongfei Gu Zhiyi Sun Juan Huang Zhenni Qian Hang Li Juzhe Liu Hongyan Xi Pengfei Wu Qingqing Liu Shuhu Liu Lirong Zheng Zhuo Chen Zhengbo Chen Juanjuan Qi 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:1
2Surface oxygen-deficient Ti2SC for enhanced lithium-ion uptake显示文摘Recently, MAX phases show great potential in lithium-ion uptake due to their excellent electrical conductivity and unique lamellar-structure accommodating lithium ions. However, the reports about MAX electrodes for lithium-ion battery up to now are relatively low. Herein we report the preparation of surface oxygen-deficient Ti2SC with abundant oxygen vacancies by a facile surface engineering method. When using as a lithium storage anode, this oxygen-deficient Ti2SC delivers a high capacity of 350 m Ah/g at a current density of 400 m A/g as well as excellent rate performance, doubling the capacity compared to that of Ti2SC without oxygen vacancies. Confirmed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and kinetic mechanism analyses, after reducing surface oxides and generation of oxygen vacancies, the as-received Ti2SC exhibits higher electrical conductivity and faster lithium ion diffusion. 3Comparison of two design methods of aerodynamic biobjectives for airfoil and wing shapes显示文摘A simplified adaptive wing, which deflects its leading edge and trailing edge flaps to vary its shape, is calculated to investigate the potential aerodynamic gains and compared with a biobjective optimization (BO) wing in the present paper. In subsonic-transonic flights the deflection angle of a flap is determined through optimization using a deterministic method . In supersonic flight the flaps are not deflected due to the requirement of having a minimum drag. For comparison the aerodynamic characteristics of a BO airfoil and wing is calculated. A parallel genetic algorithm is used in BO. Euler equations served as governing equations in flow field calculation. Numerical results in both 2D (airfoil) and 3D (wing) cases show that aerodynamic performances of the two design airfoils and wings are much better than those of the original ones, with the adaptive design one the best.ZHU Ziqiang FU Hongyan LIU Hang WANG Xiaolu 2004Science China(Technological Sciences)2004,47,2:0
