1Preparation of Mullite Whiskers and Their Enhancement Effect on Ceramic Matrix Composites显示文摘Mullite whiskers were facilely prepared by sintering kyanite at high temperature, with the addition of AlF3·3H2O. The as-prepared whiskers have been characterized systematically in terms of phase composition, morphology, and structure. Results showed that the morphology and size of mullite whiskers were strongly depended on the content of AlF3·3H2O and sintering temperature. At temperatures in the range of 1 100 to 1 500 ℃ with 4 wt% addition of AlF3·3H2O, the well-shaped mullite whiskers were obtained. For an instance, the mullite whiskers with 5-10 μm in length and 0.1-0.2 μm in cross-section could be formed at 1 400 ℃, with 4 wt% addition of AlF3·3H2O. 2Study on mechanical parameters of fractured rock masses显示文摘The equivalent strength parameters of fractured rock masses are prerequisite for stability analysis of geotechnical engineering projects constructed in fractured rock masses which are encountered frequently in western china.Based on generated mesh of fractured rock masses,combined with statistic damage constitutive model of intact rock and damage model of structural plane,progressive failure of fractured rock masses is studied using finite element method(FEM) .Furthermore,Scale effect and anisotropy of compressive strength of fractured rock masses are studied.Study results show that the strength decreases and tend towards stability rapidly from intact rock to fractured rock masses,and the anisotropy of strength of fractured rock masses is not significant.At last,based on numerical simulation conducted on 10 m scale rock masses under different confining pressures,the equivalent strength parameters of fractured rock masses are gained and the results are compared with Hoek-Brown criteria.The method developed is helpful for determination of strength parameters of fractured rock masses.CHEN WeiZhong 1,2,YANG JianPing 1,TAN XianJun 1 &YU HongDan 1 1 State Key Laboratory of Geomechanics and Geotechnical Engineering,Institute of Rock and Soil Mechanics,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Wuhan 430071,China 2 Research Center of Geotechnical and Structural Engineering,Shandong University,Jinan 250061,China 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,S1:5
3自然杀伤T细胞对小鼠肝癌移植瘤的抑制作用(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the inhibition effect of natural killer T(NKT) cells on transplantation hepatocellular carcinoma in mice.Methods:α-galactosylceramide(α-GalCer)-pulsed DC and Hep S were prepared as stimulus.Hepatoma xenograft model was established and mice were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=13 each group):(1) control group,intravenous injection of the same volume of saline.(2) mature DC group,intravenous injection of mature DC cells(4×106 cells).(3) α-GalCer-pulsed HepS group,intravenous injection of α-GalCer-pulsed HepS(4×106 cells).(4) α-GalCer-pulsed mature DC group,intravenous injection of α-GalCer-pulsed DC(4×106 cells).The changes of tumor volume in mice and survival period were measured every 2 days.Percentage of NKT cells in spleens and cytotoxicity of spleen cells were detected by flow cytometry.Tumor tissues were analyzed by histopathological examination.Results:In α-GalCer-pulsed Heps and DC groups,the average survival period was prolonged and tumor volume was markedly decreased,spleen cells and NKT cells were significantly increased,and tumor necrosis was evident,compared to the control group.Conclusion:α-GalCer-pulsed DC and HepS could activate NKT cells in vivo,also increase NKT cells cytotoxicity,inhibit the growth of hepatomas and prolong survival period.Fuxing Chen Hongdan Zhao Nanzheng Zhang Junquan Liu Zhonghai Zhou Leiqing Sun Yu Zhou 2011The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,5:3
4A fully coupled thermo-hydro-mechanical model for unsaturated porous media显示文摘In examining potential host rocks for such purposes as the disposal of high-level radioactive wastes,it is important to understand the coupled thermo-hydro-mechanical(THM) behavior of a porous medium.A rigorous and fully unified coupled thermo-hydro-mechanical model for unsaturated porous media is required to simulate the complex coupling mechanisms involved.Based on modified Darcy's and Fourier's laws,equations of mechanical equilibrium,mass conservation and energy conservation are derived by introducing void ratio and volumetric liquid water content into the model.The newly derived model takes into account the effects of temperature on the dynamic viscosity of liquid water and void ratio,the influence of liquid flow on temperature gradient(thermo-osmosis),the influence on mass and heat conservation equations,and the influence of heat flow on water pressure gradient and thermal convection.The new coupled THM constitutive model is constructed by a finite element program and is used to simulate the coupled behavior of a tunnel during excavation,ventilation and concrete lining stages.Oil and gas engineering,underground disposal of nuclear waste and tunnel engineering may be benefited from the development of the new model.Weizhong Chen Xianjun Tan Hongdan Yu Guojun Wu Shanpo Jia 2009Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2009,1,1:3
5Enhanced treatment for cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury of puerarin loading liposomes through neutrophils-mediated targeted delivery显示文摘The recovery of blood circulation following cerebral infarction-associated thrombolysis brings new damage to the brain,which is cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury(CIRI).Inflammation is the main pathological mechanism of CIRI.The inflammatory response triggered by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion provides neutrophils with a special opportunity to facilitate drug delivery to the site of ischemic penumbra through the chemotaxis of inflammatory factors by neutrophils.Puerarin is an isoflavone derivative with a significant neuroprotective effect in vitro.But the blood-brain barrier(BBB)impedes its therapeutic efficacy on CIRI within the brain.Inspired by the pathological process,we have used neutrophils as carriers to enhance the BBB penetration of liposomes loaded with puerarin and improve the concentration of puerarin in the brain parenchyma in this study.These results showed that puerarin-containing liposomes were released in response to inflammatory conditions associated with brain injury to enhance the neuroprotection effect at the ischemic penumbra.Wei Liu Haowei Lu Xiaoyong Rao Xiang Li Hongdan Lu Feifei Li Yan He Riyue Yu Rongsheng Zhong Yao Zhang Xiaojian Luo Hongliang Xin 2021Nano Research2021,14,12:2
6Experimental study on the physico-mechanical properties of Tamusu mudstone — A potential host rock for high-level radioactive waste in Inner Mongolia of China显示文摘Tamusu mudstone, located in Bayin Gobi Basin in Inner Mongolia of China, has been selected as a potential host rock for high-level radioactive waste(HLW) disposal in China. A series of tests has been carried out, including X-ray diffraction(XRD) tests, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) tests, disintegration tests, permeability tests and triaxial compression tests, to estimate the physico-mechanical properties of Tamusu mudstone in this work. The mineral composition of Tamusu mudstone was analyzed and it was considered as a stable rock due to its low disintegration rate, i.e. approximately 0.11%after several wet/dry cycles. Based on the results of permeability test, it was found that Tamusu mudstone has a low permeability, with the magnitude of about 10—20m^(2). The low permeability makes the mudstone well prevent nuclide migration and diffusion, and might be influenced by temperature.The triaxial tests show that Tamusu mudstone is a stiff mudstone with high compressive strength, which means that the excavation disturbed zone would be smaller compared to other types of mudstone due to construction and operation of HLW repositories. 7Functional characterization of a biosurfactant-producing thermo-tolerant bacteria isolated from an oil reservoir显示文摘A Bacillus subtilis strain JA-1 isolated from an oil reservoir was studied.This strain is capable of growth and producing biosurfactant at a temperature of 60 oC.In nutrient medium it produced biosurfactant which reduced the surface tension from 68.2 mN/m to 28.3 mN/m,with the critical micelle concentration (CMC) of 48 mg/L.The measured surface tension indicated that the biosurfactant possessed stable surface activity at high temperature and a specific range of pH and salt concentrations.The results of thin layer chromatography (TLC) together with FT-IR showed that the metabolic product of strain JA-1 is a lipopeptide biosurfactant.The ability to growth at high temperature and to produce biosurfactant makes strain JA-1 promising for enhanced oil recovery.Wang Jing Ji Guang Tian Jing Zhang Hongdan Dong Hanping Yu Li 2011Petroleum Science2011,8,3:1
8Exploring catalytic behaviors of CoS_(2)-ReS_(2) heterojunction by interfacial engineering显示文摘Herein, a stable and efficient CoS_(2)-ReS_(2) electrocatalyst is successfully constructed by using the different molar ratios of CoS_(2) on ReS_(2). The size and morphology of the catalysts are significantly changed after the CoS_(2) is grown on ReS_(2), providing regulation of the catalytic activity of ReS_(2). Particularly, the optimized CoS_(2)-ReS_(2) shows superior electrocatalytic properties with a low voltage of 1.48 V at 20 mA cm^(-2) for overall water splitting in 1.0 M KOH, which is smaller than the noble metal-based catalysts(1.77 V at 20 mA cm^(-2)). The XPS, XAS, and theoretical data confirm that the interfacial regulation of ReS_(2) by CoS_(2) can provide rich edge catalytic sites, which greatly optimizes the catalytic kinetics and drop the energy barrier for oxygen/hydrogen evolution reactions. 9Characterization of microstructural features of Tamusu mudstone显示文摘Tamusu mudstone formation, located in the Alxa area in western Inner Mongolia, is considered a potential host formation for high-level radioactive waste(HLW) underground disposal in China. In this study, complementary analyses with X-ray diffraction(XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM), mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP), and N_(2) physisorption isotherm were conducted on the Tamusu mudstone to characterize its physical characteristics and microstructural features, such as mineral compositions and pore structure. Several minerals, including carbonates, feldspar, clays and analcime, were identified in Tamusu mudstone by XRD. Images from FE-SEM show that pores in the Tamusu mudstone were dominantly on nanometer scale and generally located within their mineral matrix or at the interface with non-porous minerals. The combination of the MIP and N_2 physisorption curves indicated that the Tamusu mudstone has diverse pore sizes, a porosity varying from 2.34% to 2.84%, and a total pore volume in the range of 0.0065—0.0222 cm^(3)/g with the average pore diameter ranging from 9.6 nm to 19.23 nm. The specific surface area measured by MIP(2.572—5.861 m^(2)/g) was generally higher than that by N_(2) physisorption(1.29—3.04 m^(2)/g), due to the pore network effect, pore shape(e.g. ink-bottle shape), or technique limits.
