1Preparation of Mullite Whiskers and Their Enhancement Effect on Ceramic Matrix Composites显示文摘Mullite whiskers were facilely prepared by sintering kyanite at high temperature, with the addition of AlF3·3H2O. The as-prepared whiskers have been characterized systematically in terms of phase composition, morphology, and structure. Results showed that the morphology and size of mullite whiskers were strongly depended on the content of AlF3·3H2O and sintering temperature. At temperatures in the range of 1 100 to 1 500 ℃ with 4 wt% addition of AlF3·3H2O, the well-shaped mullite whiskers were obtained. For an instance, the mullite whiskers with 5-10 μm in length and 0.1-0.2 μm in cross-section could be formed at 1 400 ℃, with 4 wt% addition of AlF3·3H2O. 2A fully coupled thermo-hydro-mechanical model for unsaturated porous media显示文摘In examining potential host rocks for such purposes as the disposal of high-level radioactive wastes,it is important to understand the coupled thermo-hydro-mechanical(THM) behavior of a porous medium.A rigorous and fully unified coupled thermo-hydro-mechanical model for unsaturated porous media is required to simulate the complex coupling mechanisms involved.Based on modified Darcy's and Fourier's laws,equations of mechanical equilibrium,mass conservation and energy conservation are derived by introducing void ratio and volumetric liquid water content into the model.The newly derived model takes into account the effects of temperature on the dynamic viscosity of liquid water and void ratio,the influence of liquid flow on temperature gradient(thermo-osmosis),the influence on mass and heat conservation equations,and the influence of heat flow on water pressure gradient and thermal convection.The new coupled THM constitutive model is constructed by a finite element program and is used to simulate the coupled behavior of a tunnel during excavation,ventilation and concrete lining stages.Oil and gas engineering,underground disposal of nuclear waste and tunnel engineering may be benefited from the development of the new model.Weizhong Chen Xianjun Tan Hongdan Yu Guojun Wu Shanpo Jia 2009Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2009,1,1:3
3老年代谢综合征患者血清胃饥饿素、抵抗素水平与轻度认知功能障碍的相关性显示文摘目的探讨老年代谢综合征(MS)患者血清胃饥饿素、抵抗素水平与轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的相关性。方法选取2016年6月至2018年10月该院诊治的老年MS患者108例作为研究对象。MS患者根据是否合并MCI分为MS组(n=63)和MS+MCI组(n=45)。选取同期体检健康者50例作为对照组。比较各组间基本资料、胃饥饿素、抵抗素及简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分,并进行Pearson相关性分析和Logistic多元逐步回归分析。结果三组间的性别比例、年龄、受教育年限、吸烟、舒张压、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),相较于对照组,MS+MCI组与MS组体质量指数(BMI)、收缩压、血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖、抵抗素均显著增高,胃饥饿素降低(P<0.05);MS+MCI组BMI、TG、LDL-C、抵抗素均显著高于MS组,胃饥饿素低于MS组(P<0.05)。MS+MCI组MMSE评分显著高于MS组和对照组(P<0.05)。经过Pearson相关性分析,BMI、TG、LDL-C、抵抗素与MS+MCI组患者MMSE呈负相关(P<0.05),胃饥饿素与MS+MCI组患者MMSE呈正相关(P<0.05)。经Logistic多元逐步回归分析,BMI、TG、LDL-C、抵抗素、胃饥饿素是MS患者发生MCI的预警因素。结论血清胃饥饿素、抵抗素与MS患者的MCI密切相关,可能成为早期MCI的生物学标志物。凡利敏 周春美 段海宇 刘军慧 WU Hongdan 2020国际检验医学杂志2020,41,3:2

8Maize cryptochromes 1a1 and 1a2 promote seedling photomorphogenesis and shade resistance in Zea mays and Arabidopsis显示文摘Maize growth and development are regulated by light quality,intensity and photoperiod.Cryptochromes are blue/ultraviolet-A light receptors involved in stem elongation,shade avoidance,and photoperiodic flowering.To investigate the function of cryptochrome 1(CRY1) in maize,where it is encoded by Zm CRY1,we obtained two Zm CRY1a genes(Zm CRY1a1 and Zm CRY1a2),both of which share the highest similarity with other gramineous plants,in particular rice CRY1a by phylogenetic analysis.In Arabidopsis,overexpression of Zm CRY1a genes promoted seedling de-etiolation under blue and white light,resulting in dwarfing of mature plants.In seedlings of the maize inbred line Zong 31(Zm CRY1aOE),overexpression of Zm CRY1a genes caused a reduction in the mesocotyl and first leaf sheath lengths due to down-regulation of genes influencing cell elongation.In mature transgenic maize plants,plant height,ear height,and internode length decreased in response to overexpression of Zm CRY1a genes.Expression of Zm CRY1a were insensitive to low blue light(LBL)-induced shade avoidance syndrome(SAS) in Arabidopsis and maize.This prompted us to investigate the regulatory role of the gibberellin and auxin metabolic pathways in the response of Zm CRY1a genes to LBL treatment.We confirmed a link between Zm CRY1a expression and hormonal influence on the growth and development of maize under LBL-induced SAS.These results reveal that Zm CRY1a has a relatively conservative function in regulating maize photomorphogenesis and may guide new strategies for breeding high density-tolerant maize cultivars.Xiaocong Fan Shizhan Chen Wenjing Wu Meifang Song Guanghua Sun Shuaitao Yao Weimin Zhan Lei Yan Hongdan Li Yanpei Zhang Lijian Wang Kang Zhang Liangliang Jiang Jianping Yang Qinghua Yang 2023The Crop Journal2023,11,4:0
