| 1 | Grain Size and Wettability of TiO_2/SiO_2 Photocatalytic Composite Thin Filing显示文摘The uniform transparent TiO2/SiO2 photocatalytic composite thin films are prepared by sol-gel method on the soda lime glass substrates, and characterized by UV-visible spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), BET surface area, FTIR spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). It was found that the addition of SiO2 to TiO2 thin films can suppress the grain growth of TiO2 crystal, increase the hydroxyl content on the surface of TiO2 films, lower the contact angle for water on TiO2 films and enhance the hydrophilic property of TiO2 films. | 2 | A Novel Semiconductor CIGS Photovoltaic Material and Thin-Film ED Technology显示文摘In order to achieve low cost high efficiency thin film solar cells,a novel Semiconductor Photovoltaic (PV) active material CuIn 1-x Ga x Se 2 (CIGS) and thin film Electro Deposition (ED) technology is explored.Firstly,the PV materials and technologies is investigated,then the detailed experimental processes of CIGS/Mo/glass structure by using the novel ED technology and the results are reported.These results shows that high quality CIGS polycrystalline thin films can be obtained by the ED method,in which the polycrystalline CIGS is definitely identified by the (112),(204,220) characteristic peaks of the tetragonal structure,the continuous CIGS thin film layers with particle average size of about 2μm of length and around 1 6μm of thickness.The thickness and solar grade quality of CIGS thin films can be produced with good repeatability.Discussion and analysis on the ED technique,CIGS energy band and sodium (Na) impurity properties,were also performed.The alloy CIGS exhibits not only increasing band gap with increasing x ,but also a change in material properties that is relevant to the device operation.The beneficial impurity Na originating from the low cost soda lime glass substrate becomes one prerequisite for high quality CIGS films.These novel material and technology are very useful for low cost high efficiency thin film solar cells and other devices. | ZHENG Guang fu 1,YANG Hong xing 1,MAN Cheuk ho 1,WONG Wing lok 2, AN Da wei 1 and John BURNETT 1(1 Centre for Development of Solar Energy Technology,Department of Building Services Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University,Hong Kong,C | 2001 | Journal of Semiconductors2001，22，11： | 10 |

| 4 | High-resolution microendoscopy for esophageal cancer screening in China: A cost-effectiveness analysis显示文摘AIM:To study the cost-effectiveness of high-resolution microendoscopy(HRME)in an esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)screening program in China.METHODS:A decision analytic Markov model of ESCC was developed.Separate model analyses were conducted for cohorts consisting of an averagerisk population or a high-risk population in China.Hypothetical 50-year-old individuals were followed until age 80 or death.We compared three different strategies for both cohorts:(1)no screening;(2)standard endoscopic screening with Lugol’s iodine staining;and(3)endoscopic screening with Lugol’s iodine staining and an HRME.Model parameters were estimated from the literature as well as from GLOBOCAN,the Cancer Incidence and Mortality Worldwide cancer database.Health states in the model included non-neoplasia,mild dysplasia,moderate dysplasia,high-grade dysplasia,intramucosal carcinoma,operable cancer,inoperable cancer,and death.Separate ESCC incidence transition rates were generated for the average-risk and high-risk populations.Costs in Chinese currency were converted to international dollars(I$)and were adjusted to 2012dollars using the Consumer Price Index.RESULTS:The main outcome measurements for this study were quality-adjusted life years(QALYs)and incremental cost-effectiveness ratio(ICER).For the average-risk population,the HRME screening strategy produced 0.043 more QALYs than the no screening strategy at an additional cost of I$646,resulting in an ICER of I$11808 per QALY gained.Standard endoscopic screening was weakly dominated.Among the high-risk population,when the HRME screening strategy was compared with the standard screening strategy,the ICER was I$8173 per QALY.For both the high-risk and average-risk screening populations,the HRME screening strategy appeared to be the most cost-effective strategy,producing ICERs below the willingness-topay threshold,I$23500 per QALY.One-way sensitivity analysis showed that,for the average-risk population,higher specificity of Lugol’s iodine(>40%)and lower specificity of HRME(<70%)could make Lugol’s iodine screening cost-effective.For the high-risk population,the results of the model were not substantially affected by varying the follow-up rate after Lugol’s iodine screening,Lugol’s iodine test characteristics(sensitivity and specificity),or HRME specificity.CONCLUSION:The incorporation of HRME into an ESCC screening program could be cost-effective in China.Larger studies of HRME performance are needed to confirm these findings. | Chin Hur Sung Eun Choi Chung Yin Kong Gui-Qi Wang Hong Xu Alexandros D Polydorides Li-Yan Xue Katherine E Perzan Angela C Tramontano Rebecca R Richards-Kortum Sharmila Anandasabapathy | 2015 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2015，21，18： | 8 |

| 9 | Environmental and Psycho-social Factors Related to Prostate Cancer Risk in the Chinese Population:a Case-control Study显示文摘Objective To study the risk environmental and psycho-social factors associated to prostate cancer(PCa) in Chinese population. Methods 250 PCa patients and 500 controls were enrolled in this case-control study. Information was collected and logistic regression analysis was used to estimate the odds ratios(OR) and 95% confidence intervals(95% CI) for relationship between lifestyle, eating habits and psycho-social factors with PCa risk. Results Green vegetables and green tea were associated with a decreased risk of PCa(OR=0.39, 95% CI: 0.28-0.53; OR=0.59, 95% CI: 0.40-0.87, respectively). Family history of PCa(OR=7.16, 95% CI: 2.01-25.49), history of prostate diseases(OR=2.28, 95% CI: 1.53-3.41), alcohol consumption(OR=1.97, 95% CI: 1.33-2.90), red meat consumption(OR=1.74, 95% CI: 1.20-2.52), barbecued(OR=2.29, 95% CI: 1.11-4.73) or fried(OR=2.35, 95% CI: 1.24-4.43) foods were related with increased PCa risk. Negative psycho-social factors including occupational setbacks(OR=1.61, 95% CI: 1.00-2.59), marital separation(OR=1.94, 95% CI: 1.29-2.91), self-contained suffering(OR=2.37, 95% CI: 1.58-3.55), and high sensitivity to the personal comments(OR=1.73, 95% CI: 1.18-2.54) were related to PCa. Conclusion Regular consumption of green vegetables and green tea may suggest protective effects on PCa. Alcohol consumption, red meat consumption and barbecued or fried foods were associated with PCa. | 10 | 高温合金差示扫描量热分析(DSC)的影响因素:粉末粒度和显微组织显示文摘对固溶强化型625镍基高温合金粉末进行升、降温差示扫描量热分析(DSC)试验,研究了不同粉末粒度(<37,45~53,75~105,105~150,150~355μm)对相变温度的影响。采用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、电子探针(EPMA)和同步辐射X射线衍射(SXRD)对625合金粉末的形貌、元素分布和相组成进行表征。结果表明:不同粒径PM625粉末均为树枝晶结构,枝晶间距在2~10μm范围,元素Ni和Cr倾向分布于枝晶干,Mo和Nb偏析于枝晶间。不同粒度的PM625粉末中均仅存在基体γ相。PM625粉末DSC加热曲线固相线附近区域拐点尖锐,表现为合金开始熔化温度(偏离基线的拐点)与名义固相线温度(切线交点)差异很小,不同粒度间的差异仅为2~5℃。合金完全熔化后重新冷却的过程中原始粉末的低偏析特性消失,冷却曲线固相线区域圆弧较大,名义固相线和终凝温度差较大,为53~65℃。DSC试验升温过程中不同粒径粉末的固、液相线以及初熔温度最大差异分别为3, 2和2℃,降温过程不同粒径粉末固、液相线温度差分别为6和2℃。0~355μm粉末粒径范围内,粒径对固溶强化型PM625高温合金粉末相变温度无明显影响。 | 郑亮 刘玉峰 Gorley Michael J Hong Zuliang DaySarah Tang Chiu C 李周 张国庆 | 2019 | 稀有金属材料与工程2019，48，5： | 3 |
