1土壤中总石油烃污染(TPH)的微生物降解与修复研究进展显示文摘微生物降解和修复是处理土壤中总石油烃(TPH)污染最简单、有效的方法之一.论文阐述了土壤TPH污染的产生、危害以及物理、化学、生物等修复方法的各自特点,其中重点介绍了微生物修复方法,论述了土壤中TPH在微生物表面的吸附、转运,在微生物体内的降解以及相关降解酶及基因;详细介绍了电子受体、温度、pH、营养元素等外界因素对微生物修复TPH污染的影响,在此基础上对土壤TPH污染的微生物修复现状和发展趋势进行了讨论.马强 林爱军 马薇 CHOI Derek SHIM Hojae 朱永官 2008生态毒理学报2008,3,1:38
2芘高效降解菌的分离鉴定及其降解特性研究显示文摘采用富集培养的方法从多环芳烃污染的土壤中分离到3株能高效降解四环芳烃芘的细菌J1、J2、J3,经形态观察、生理生化和16SrDNA鉴定,J1属于铜绿假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas aeruginosa),J2属于黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium mizutaii),J3属于短短芽孢杆菌属(Brevibacillus parabrevis).3株细菌均能以芘作为碳源生长,在含芘50、100、200、500、1 000 mg/L的无机盐液体培养基中培养7 d后细菌总数达到最高,在含芘200 mg.L-1的无机盐液体培养基中7d的降解效率分别达到53.04%、65.03%、51.02%.3株细菌对培养基具有较广泛的pH适应范围,在芘浓度200 mg/L,pH为4~9的液体条件下,均可生长,且对芘有很好的降解.虽然可以采用芘的二氯甲烷溶液或者N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶液向培养液中添加芘,但是以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺添加的方式芘在水溶液中起到很好的分散作用,更有利于3株细菌对芘的降解.张宏波 林爱军 刘爽 乔敏 冯流 Shim Hojae 金京华 2010环境科学2010,31,1:20
3土壤石油烃污染的植物毒性及植物-微生物联合降解显示文摘通过盆栽实验研究了土壤石油烃污染对玉米和水稻根伸长的影响,并在土壤中接种经过筛选得到的石油烃降解菌,研究石油烃降解菌对石油烃毒性的影响以及对土壤中石油烃的降解。研究结果表明,石油烃浓度低于1000 mg/kg时对玉米的根系生长有一定的刺激生长作用,随着石油烃浓度的增加,刺激根长生长的作用逐渐降低,研究结果表明,水稻根长受石油烃影响较小。通过对不同处理土壤中石油烃降解的研究结果表明,土壤中种植水稻对石油烃有一定的降解作用,但是不同处理下土壤中的石油烃降解率不同,其中水稻-微生物联合处理下土壤中石油烃的降解速率最快,培养期内的降解效率达到53.3%。马强 张旭红 林爱军 马薇 Shim Hojae 金京华 2009环境工程学报2009,3,3:18
4一株降解芘的苍白杆菌的分离、鉴定及性能表征显示文摘采用富集培养的方法从北京焦化厂多环芳烃(PAHs)污染土壤中筛选到一株高效降解芘的微生物,命名为PW,分子生物学等手段鉴定此菌株属于苍白杆菌属(Ochrobactrum sp.)。经一次性大剂量方法对此菌株进行驯化后,考察了摇瓶条件下环境因素对此菌株降解芘效率的影响。结果表明,驯化培养使得菌株5d内对0.5mmol/L芘的降解率由62.3%提高到92.7%。此外,该菌株的环境耐受性好,在环境温度为20~40℃下该菌株对芘均具有一定的降解能力,30℃培养时降解效果最好;在pH为5~10的培养基中,PW对芘的降解率均在45%以上;当盐度小于3%时,此菌株对芘降解率在60%以上;同时菌株PW还可耐受一定浓度的重金属。谢文娟 林爱军 杨晓进 王凤花 SHIM Hojae 2011北京化工大学学报(自然科学版)2011,38,3:9
5缺氧/厌氧/好氧/预缺氧-MBR组合工艺对低碳氮比市政污水中营养盐去除的研究(英文)显示文摘A novel full scale modified A2O(anoxic/anaerobic/aerobic/pre-anoxic)-membrane bioreactor(MBR) plant combined with the step feed strategy was operated to improve the biological nutrient removal(BNR) from low C/N ratio municipal wastewater in Southern China. Transformation of organic carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus, and membrane fouling were investigated. Experimental results for over four months demonstrated good efficiencies for chemical oxygen demand(COD) and 4NH-N? removal, with average values higher than 84.5% and 98.1%, respectively. A relatively higher total nitrogen(TN) removal efficiency(52.1%) was also obtained at low C/N ratio of 3.82, contributed by the configuration modification(anoxic zone before anaerobic zone) and the step feed with a distribution ratio of 1︰1. Addition of sodium acetate into the anoxic zone as the external carbon source, with a theoretical amount of 31.3 mg COD per liter in influent, enhanced denitrification and the TN removal efficiency in-creased to 74.9%. Moreover, the total phosphate(TP) removal efficiency increased by 18.0%. 6Effect of Silicon on Arsenic Concentration and Speciation in Different Rice Tissues显示文摘Rice is a major source of inorganic arsenic(As) exposure for billions of people worldwide. Therefore, strategies to reduce As accumulation in rice should be adopted. Silicon(Si) application can effectively mitigate As accumulation in rice. In this study, a pot experiment was performed to investigate the effect of Si on As speciation and distribution in different rice tissues. The results showed that Si addition significantly increased As and Si concentrations in soil solution and Si concentration in iron plaque formed around rice root surface, whereas As in the iron plaque was significantly decreased. Total As concentrations in the stem, leaf, husk, and brown rice were remarkably decreased by 51.9%, 31.9%, 33.8%, and 24.1%, respectively, after Si addition, and inorganic As concentrations were reduced by 52.3%, 35.5%, 50.1%, and 20.1%, respectively. Moreover, both dimethylarsinic acid concentration and percentage in rice grain were significantly elevated by Si application. 7Bio-removal of mixture of benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,and xylenes/total petroleum hydrocarbons/trichloroethylene from contaminated water显示文摘Four pure cultures were isolated from soil samples potentially contaminated with gasoline compounds either at a construction site near a gas station in Fai Chi Kei,Macao SAR or in the northern parts of China(Beijing,and Hebei and Shandong).The effects of different concentrations of benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,and three isomers(ortho-,meta-,and para-) of xylene(BTEX),total petroleum hydrocarbons(TPH),and trichloroethylene(TCE),when they were present in mixtures,on the bio-removal effciencies of microbial isolates were investigated,together with their interactions during the bio-removal process.When the isolates were tested for the BTEX(50-350 mg/L)/TPH(2000 mg/L) mixture,BTEoX in BTEoX/TPH mixture was shown with higher bio-removal effciencies,while BTEmX in BTEmX/TPH mixture was shown with the lowest,regardless of isolates.The TPH in BTEmX/TPH mixture,on the other hand,were generally shown with higher bio-removal effciencies compared to when TPH mixed with BTEoX and BTEpX.When these BTEX mixtures(at 350 mg/L) were present with TCE(5-50 mg/L),the stimulatory effect of TCE toward BTEoX bio-removal was observed for BTEoX/TCE mixture,while the inhibitory effect of TCE toward BTEmX for BTEmX/TCE mixture.The bio-removal effciency for TPH was shown lower in TPH(2000 mg/L)/TCE(5-50 mg/L) mixtures compared to TPH present alone,implying the inhibitory effect of TCE toward TPH bio-removal.For the mixture of BTEX(417 mg/L),TPH(2000 mg/L) along with TCE(5- 50 mg/L),TCE was shown co-metabolically removed more effciently at 15 mg/L,probably utilizing BTEX and/or TPH as primary substrates.SHIM Hojae MA Wei LIN Aijun CHAN Kaicho 2009Journal of Environmental Sciences2009,21,6:3
