1PDMS microchannel fabrication technique based on microwire-molding显示文摘Micro-flow channel is basic functional component of microfluidic chip,and every step-forward of its construction technique has been receiving concern all over the world.This article presents a not-complicated but flexible method for fabrication of micro-flow channels.This method mainly utilizes the conventional molding capability of polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) and widespread commercial microwires as templates.We have fabricated out some conventional types of microchannels with different topological shapes,as examples for the demonstration of this flexible fabrication route which was not dependent on the stringent demands of photolithographical or microelectromechanical system(MEMS) techniques.The smooth surface,high-intensity,and high flexibility of the wires made it possible to create many types of topological structures of the two-dimensional or three-dimensional microchannel or channel array.The geometric shape of the cross-section of thus forming microchannel in PDMS was the negative of that of embedded-in microwire,in high-fidelity if suitable measures were taken.More-over,such a microchannel fabrication process can easily integrate the conductivity and low resistivity of the metal wire to create micro-flow devices that are suitable for the electromagnetic control of liquid or the temperature regulation in the microchannel.Furthermore some preliminary optical analysis was provided for the observation of thus forming rounded microchannel.Based on this molding strategy,we even made some prototypes for functional microflow application,such as microsolenoids chip and temperature control gadgets.And an experiment of forming a droplet in the cross channel further confirmed the feasibility and applicability of this flexible microchannel forming technique.JIA YueFei JIANG JiaHuan MA XiaoDong LI Yuan HUANG HeMing CAI KunBao CAI ShaoXi WU YunPeng 2008Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,24:5
2Paleogene geological framework and tectonic evolution of the central anticlinal zone in Lufeng 13 sag,Pearl River Mouth Basin显示文摘The Paleogene geological framework and evolution process in the central anticline zone in the Lufeng 13 sag in Pearl River Mouth Basin is well analyzed through seismic data and drilling data,and control of tectonic evolution on hydrocarbon accumulation is also discussed.The results show that the central anticline zone in the Lufeng 13 sag develops the upper deformation layer and lower deformation layer.The“arched graben system”is developed in the upper deformation layer,and the magmatic diapir structure and flowing deformation of plastic strata is developed in the lower deformation layer.The evolution process of the central anticline zone can be divided into four stages,i.e.fault block uplifting stage,prototype stage,strengthening stage and finalization stage.The geological framework and tectonic evolution of the central anticline zone control Paleogene hydrocarbon accumulation.The Paleogene twolayer geological framework is favorable for development of structural traps and composite traps;the paleostructure highs are the direction of hydrocarbon migration,and the gravitational gliding faults are the main carrier bed for vertical hydrocarbon migration;the tectonic uplift is a key factor for reservoir diagenesis improvement and preservation of primary pores,and also controls distribution of high-quality reservoirs.Xudong Wang Xiangtao Zhang Heming Lin Xiaoming Que Yong He Liankai Jia Zhangbo Xiao Min Li 2019Petroleum Research2019,4,3:2

9Improved Reptile Search Algorithm by Salp Swarm Algorithm for Medical Image Segmentation显示文摘This study proposes a novel nature-inspired meta-heuristic optimizer based on the Reptile Search Algorithm combed with Salp Swarm Algorithm for image segmentation using gray-scale multi-level thresholding,called RSA-SSA.The proposed method introduces a better search space to find the optimal solution at each iteration.However,we proposed RSA-SSA to avoid the searching problem in the same area and determine the optimal multi-level thresholds.The obtained solutions by the proposed method are represented using the image histogram.The proposed RSA-SSA employed Otsu’s variance class function to get the best threshold values at each level.The performance measure for the proposed method is valid by detecting fitness function,structural similarity index,peak signal-to-noise ratio,and Friedman ranking test.Several benchmark images of COVID-19 validate the performance of the proposed RSA-SSA.The results showed that the proposed RSA-SSA outperformed other metaheuristics optimization algorithms published in the literature.Laith Abualigah Mahmoud Habash Essam Said Hanandeh Ahmad MohdAziz Hussein Mohammad Al Shinwan Raed Abu Zitar Heming Jia 2023Journal of Bionic Engineering2023,20,4:0
10Krein-space approach to robust fltering for uncertain systems with time-varying bias显示文摘In this paper,a novel Krein space approach to robust estimation for uncertain systems with accumulated bias is proposed.The bias is impacted by system uncertainties and exists in both state transition and observer matrices.Initial conditions and cross-correlated uncertainty inputs are described by the sum quadratic constraint(SQC).Without modifying the SQC,the minimal state of the SQC is obtained through Krein space method.The inertia condition for a minimum of a deterministic quadratic form is derived when the coeffcient of observer uncertainty input is non-unit matrix.Recursions of Krein space state fltering and bias fltering are developed respectively.Since the cross correlation between uncertainties is considered,a cross correlation gain is introduced into the posteriori estimator.Finally,a numerical example illustrates the performance of the proposed flter.Heming JIA Wenlong SONG Jin FENG 2013控制理论与应用(英文版)2013,11,4:0
11Hybrid Sooty Tern Optimization and Differential Evolution for Feature Selection显示文摘In this paper,a hybrid model based on sooty tern optimization algo-rithm(STOA)is proposed to optimize the parameters of the support vector machine(SVM)and identify the best feature sets simultaneously.Feature selec-tion is an essential process of data preprocessing,and it aims to find the most rele-vant subset of features.In recent years,it has been applied in many practical domains of intelligent systems.The application of SVM in many fields has proved its effectiveness in classification tasks of various types.Its performance is mainly determined by the kernel type and its parameters.One of the most challenging process in machine learning is feature selection,intending to select effective and representative features.The main disadvantages of feature selection processes included in classical optimization algorithm are local optimal stagnation and slow convergence.Therefore,the hybrid model proposed in this paper merges the STOA and differential evolution(DE)to improve the search efficiency and con-vergence rate.A series of experiments are conducted on 12 datasets from the UCI repository to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the performance of the proposed method.The superiority of the proposed method is illustrated from dif-ferent aspects,such as the classification accuracy,convergence performance,reduced feature dimensionality,standard deviation(STD),and computation time.Heming Jia Yao Li Kangjian Sun Ning Cao Helen Min Zhou 2021Computer Systems Science & Engineering2021,39,12:0
12LncRNA WEE2-AS1 knockdown inhibits the proliferation,migration and invasion of glioma cells via regulating miR-29b-2-5p/TPM3 axis显示文摘Glioma is a general malignant tumor with a dismal prognosis.Long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs)have been implicated in the initiation and processes of tumors.An investigation of the GEPIA database revealed that long noncoding RNA WEE2 antisense RNA 1(WEE2-AS1)is upregulated in glioma tissues compared to normal brain tissues,and validation with quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT–PCR)revealed that WEE2-AS1 expression was consistent with the database prediction.Fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)assays revealed that WEE2-AS1 was localized primarily in the cytoplasm.Clone formation experiment and EDU assay were used to detect cell proliferation ability,and Transwell assay was used to detect cell migration and invasion ability,Western-blot assay and immunofluorescence were used to determine TPM3 protein level.Functional experiments revealed that the downregulation of WEE2-AS1 impeded cell proliferation,migration,and invasion in glioma cell lines.Furthermore,downregulation of WEE2-AS1 suppressed tumor growth in vivo.Bioinformatics predictions and integrated experiments indicated that WEE2-AS1 promoted tropomyosin 3(TPM3)expression by sponging miR-29b-2-5p.A dual-luciferase reporter assay was conducted to uncover the binding of WEE2-AS1 and miR-29b-2-5p and that of miR-29b-2-5p and TPM3.Additionally,a series of rescue assays showed that WEE2-AS1 promotes proliferation,migration,and invasion by targeting miR-29b-2-5p to regulate TPM3 expression.Ultimately,the results of this study indicate that WEE2-AS1 plays an oncogenic role in glioma and may promote further investigations of the diagnostic and prognostic value of WEE2-AS1 in glioma.ZHEN JIA ZHENGTING QIAN YONG TANG XIANG LI YAN SHI HENG XIN YOUWU FAN HEMING WU 2021Oncology Research2021,29,2:0
