| 1 | Energy-saving and accurate motion control of a hydraulic actuator with uncertain negative loads显示文摘Pump controlled hydraulic actuators are wildly used in the aerospace industry owing to the advantages of energy-saving and integrated configurations.Negative loads may occur to actuators due to external force loads or the inertial force when the actuator decelerates significantly.Uncertain negative load working conditions may cause cavitation,actuator vibration,and even instability to the motion control if the actuator is without sufficient meter-out damping.Various types of hydraulic configuration schemes have been proposed to deal with negative loads of hydraulic actuators.However,few of them can simultaneously achieve energy saving and high control accuracy.This study proposes an energy-saving and accurate motion tracking strategy for a hydraulic actuator with uncertain negative loads.The actuator’s motion is driven by a servomotor pump,which gives full play to the advantage of energy-saving.The meter-out pressure is controlled by proportional valves to provide the optimized meter-out damping.The nonlinear adaptive robust control law is designed,which guarantees the control stability and achieve high tracking accuracy.An integrated direct/indirect adaptation law obtains satisfactory parameter estimations and model compensation for asymptotic motion tracking.Comparative experiments under different working conditions were performed to validate the advantages of the proposed control strategy. | Bobo HELIAN Zheng CHEN Bin YAO | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,5: | 2 |

| 11 | Impact frequency variation of self-excited oscillation pulsed supercritical carbon dioxide jets显示文摘In order to obtain the impact frequency of resonant coal breaking by self-excited oscillation pulsed supercritical carbon dioxide(SC-CO_(2))jet,large eddy simulation was used to analyze the formation and development process of self-excited oscillation pulsed SC-CO_(2)jet,the variation of jet impact frequency in the nozzle and the free flow field,and the variation of jet impact frequency at different positions in the jet axis and under different cavity lengths.The test device of jet impact frequency was developed,and experiments were performed to verify the conclusions of the numerical simulations.The results show that the frequency of the self-excited oscillation pulsed SC-CO_(2)jet is different in the nozzle and the free flow field.In the nozzle,the frequency generated by the fluid disturbance is the same,and the jet frequency at the exit of the nozzle is consistent with that inside the nozzle.In the free flow field,due to the compressibility of CO_(2),the pressure,velocity and other parameters of SC-CO_(2)jets have obvious fluctuation patterns.This feature causes the impact frequency of the self-excited oscillation pulsed SC-CO_(2)jet to decrease gradually in the axis.Changing the cavity length allows the adjustment of the jet impact frequency in the free flow field by affecting the disturbance frequency of the self-excited oscillation pulsed SC-CO_(2)jet inside the nozzle. | SHEN Helian LIU Yong WEI Jianping QIU Liming LI Haichao DENG Yujie | 2023 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,5: | 0 |

| 13 | Analysis of the Immune Response by Standardized Whole‑Blood Stimulation with Metabolism Modulation显示文摘The immune system defends the body from infection and plays a vital role in a wide range of health conditions.Metabolism afects a series of physiological processes,including those linked to the function of human immune system.Cellular metabolism modulates immune cell activation and cytokine production.Understanding the relationship between metabolism and immune response has important implications for the development of immune-based therapeutics.However,the deployment of large-scale functional assays to investigate the metabolic regulation of immune response has been limited by the lack of standardized procedures.Here,we present a protocol for the analysis of immune response using standardized whole-blood stimulation with metabolism modulation.Diverse immune stimuli including pattern recognition receptor(PRR)ligands and microbial stimuli were incubated with fresh human whole blood.The metabolic inhibitors were used to modulate metabolic status in the immune cells.The variable immune responses after metabolic interventions were evaluated.We described in detail the main steps involved in the whole-blood stimulation and cytokines quantifcation,namely,collection and treatment of whole blood,preparation of samples and controls,cytokines detection,and stimulation with metabolic interventions.The metabolic inhibitors for anabolic pathways and catabolic pathways exert selective efects on the production of cytokines from immune cells.In addition to a robust and accurate assessment of immune response in cohort studies,the standardized whole-blood stimulation with metabolic regulation might provide new insights for modulating immunity. | Jialin Zhao Xuling Han Helian Li Yali Luo Yan Fang Yun Wang Jian Gao Yiran Zhao Jingxuan Han Feng Qian | 2024 | Phenomics2024,4,1: | 0 |
