| 1 | Roll-pitch-yaw autopilot design for nonlinear time-varying missile using partial state observer based global fast terminal sliding mode control显示文摘The acceleration autopilot design for skid-to-turn(STT) missile faces a great challenge owing to coupling effect among planes, variation of missile velocity and its parameters, inexistence of a complete state vector, and nonlinear aerodynamics. Moreover, the autopilot should be designed for the entire flight envelope where fast variations exist. In this paper, a design of integrated roll-pitch-yaw autopilot based on global fast terminal sliding mode control(GFTSMC) with a partial state nonlinear observer(PSNLO) for STT nonlinear time-varying missile model, is employed to address these issues. GFTSMC with a novel sliding surface is proposed to nullify the integral error and the singularity problem without application of the sign function. The proposed autopilot consisting of two-loop structure, controls STT maneuver and stabilizes the rolling with a PSNLO in order to estimate the immeasurable states as an output while its inputs are missile measurable states and control signals. The missile model considers the velocity variation, gravity effect and parameters' variation. Furthermore, the environmental conditions' dynamics are modeled. PSNLO stability and the closed loop system stability are studied. | 3 | Prognostic value of clinicopathological characteristics in patients with pancreatic cancer显示文摘Background:The purpose of this study was to analyze me effects of all clinical characteristics on the overall survival time,in order to provide a basis for determining the prognostic factor of patients with pancreatic cancer.Methods:A total of 103 pancreatic cancer patients were admitted to the Department of Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy of the Ruijin Hospital,Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine,between January 2002 and December 2012.There were 68 men and 35 women;the median age was 62 years.Diagnoses of pancreatic cancer in all patients were confirmed by histopathology,cytology,or clinical diagnosis.The Kaplan-Meier method was performed to calculate the overall survival rate.The log-rank method was used to examine the univariate analysis.The Cox regression model was performed for multivariate analysis.Results:The median survival time was 293 days,the 1-,2-,and 3-year survival rates were 27.18%,5.83%,and 1.94%,respectively.Cox regression analysis revealed that age(P=0.015),Karnofsky performance status(PS)(P=0.002),surgical types(P<0.001),and platelet counts(P<0.001) were independent prognostic factors affecting the overall survival of patients with pancreatic cancer.Conclusions:Pancreatic cancer had a poor prognosis,the general physical condition,age,the availability of radical surgery,and platelet counts were factors influencing the overall survival of patients with pancreatic cancer. | Mei Geng Haoping Xu Ruobing Ren Qing Qu Chengfang Shangguan Junwei Wu Jinsong Jiang Hao Li Weiguo Cao | 2015 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2015,27,5: | 4 |
| 4 | The equivalent potential of water molecules for electronic structure of lysine显示文摘In order to get more reliable electronic structures of proteins in aqueous solution, it is necessary to construct a potential of water molecules for protein’s electronic structure calculation. The lysine is a hydrophilic amino acid. It is positively charged (Lys+) in neutral water solution. The first-principles, all-electron, ab initio calcula-tions, based on the density functional theory, have been performed to construct such an equivalent potential of water molecules for lysine (Lys+). The process consists of three parts. First, the electronic structure of the cluster containing Lys+ and water molecules is calculated. By adjusting the positions of water molecules, the geometric structure of the cluster having minimum total energy is determined. Then, based on the structure, the electronic structure of Lys+ with the potential of water molecules is calculated using the self-consistent cluster-embedding (SCCE) method. Finally, the electronic structure of Lys+ with the potential of dipoles is calculated. The dipoles are adjusted so that the electronic structure of Lys+ with the potential of dipoles is close to that of water molecules. Thus the equivalent potential of water molecules for the electronic structure of lysine is obtained. The major effect of water molecules on lysine’s electronic structure is raising the occupied eigenvalues about 0.5032 eV, and broadening energy gap 89%.
