1Landscape of DILI-related adverse drug reaction in China Mainland显示文摘Drug-induced liver injury(DILI)is a type of bizarre adverse drug reaction(ADR)damaging liver(L-ADR)which may lead to substantial hospitalizations and mortality.Due to the general low incidence,detection of L-ADR remains an unsolved public health challenge.Therefore,we used the data of 6.673 million of ADR reports from January 1st,2012 to December 31st,2016 in China National ADR Monitoring System to establish a new database of L-ADR reports for future investigation.Results showed that totally 114,357 ADR reports were retrieved by keywords searching of liver-related injuries from the original heterogeneous system.By cleaning and standardizing the data fields by the dictionary of synonyms and English translation,we resulted 94,593 ADR records reported to liver injury and then created a new database ready for computer mining.The reporting status of L-ADR showed a persistent 1.62-fold change over the past five years.The national population-adjusted reporting numbers of L-ADR manifested an upward trend with age increasing and more evident in men.The annual reporting rate of L-ADR in age group over 80 years old strikingly exceeded the annual DILI incidence rate in general population,despite known underreporting situation in spontaneous ADR reporting system.The percentage of herbal and traditional medicines(H/TM)L-ADR reports in the whole number was 4.5%,while 80.60%of the H/TM reports were new findings.There was great geographical disparity of reported agents,i.e.more cardiovascular and antineoplastic agents were reported in higher socio-demographic index(SDI)regions and more antimicrobials,especially antitubercular agents,were reported in lower SDI regions.In conclusion,this study presented a large-scale,unbiased,unified,and computer-minable L-ADR database for further investigation.Age-,sex-and SDI-related risks of L-ADR incidence warrant to emphasize the precise pharmacovigilance policies within China or other regions in the world.Jiabo Wang Haibo Song Feilin Ge Peng Xiong Jing Jing Tingting He Yuming Guo Zhuo Shi Chao Zhou Zixin Han Yanzhong Han Ming Niu Zhaofang Bai Guangbin Luo Chuanyong Shen Xiaohe Xiao 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,12:12

32D titanium carbide(MXene) electrodes with lower-F surface for high performance lithium-ion batteries显示文摘MXene has shown distinctive advantages as anode materials of lithium-ion batteries. However, local surface chemistry, which was confirmed that can block ion transfer and limit redox reaction, has a significant effect on electrochemical performance. Herein, annealing MXene under hydrogen was employed for removing-F and turning-OH to-O terminations. We demonstrate that it improves the kinetics of Li-ion transport between the electrolyte and electrode. As a result, a lower interfacial charge transfer impedance was obtained. 4Recent Advances on the Electrochemical Difunctionalization of Alkenes/Alkynes显示文摘Electroorganic synthesis is an emerging area of high impact research in organic chemistry, which is considered as one of the green and efficient methods and attracts growing research attention. In this review, we summarized comprehensively the recent literature reports on the electrochemical oxidative difunctionalization of unsaturated C—C bonds. The reaction types described in this review included electrochemical intermolecular cyclization, electrochemical intramolecular cyclization, and electrochemical difunctionalization of alkenes/alkynes. 5Inhibition of growth and metastasis of triple-negative breast cancer targeted by Traditional Chinese Medicine Tubeimu in orthotopic mice models显示文摘Objective: Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC) is highly invasive and metastatic, which is in urgent need of transformative therapeutics. Tubeimu(TBM), the rhizome of Bolbostemma paniculatum(Maxim.) Franquet, is one of the Chinese medicinal herbs used for breast diseases since the ancient times. The present study evaluated the efficacy, especially the anti-metastatic effects of the dichloromethane extract of Tubeimu(ETBM) on TNBC orthotopic mouse models and cell lines.Methods: We applied real-time imaging on florescent orthotopic TNBC mice model and tested cell migration and invasion abilities with MDA-MB-231 cell line. Digital gene expression sequencing was performed and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) analysis applied to explore the pathways influenced by ETBM.Moreover, quantitative real-time polymerase chain reactions(q RT-PCR) and Western blot were delivered to confirm the gene expression changes.Results: ETBM exhibited noticeable control on tumor metastasis and growth of TNBC tumors with no obvious toxicity. In compliance with this, it also showed inhibition of cell migration and invasion in vitro. 6Gene Cloning and Expression of the Pyrroline-5-carboxylate Reductase Gene of Perennial Ryegrass(Lolium perenne)显示文摘Salt and drought limit the range of applications of perennial ryegrass(Lolium perenne L.), which is one of the important turf and forage grasses. Previous studies have suggested that pyrroline-5-carboxylate reductase(P5CR) might play a central role in proline accumulation in plants that are responsive to stresses. In the present study, the Lolium perenne L. pyrroline-5-carboxylate reductase(LpP 5CR) gene was cloned from leaves of the cultivar ‘Derby' using the RACE technique. The full-length LpP 5CR gene was 1 047 bp in length, which comprised an open reading frame(ORF) of 840 bp in size. Sequence alignment revealed that the putative Lp P5 CR had a 94.3% similarity to Ta P5 CR. q RT-PCR displayed that the mR NA levels of the LpP 5CR gene were almost the same as that in the roots, stems, and leaves of perennial ryegrass seedlings subjected to normal condition or NaC l treatment for 1 h. Moreover, the transcription level of LpP 5CR was up- or down- regulated with Na Cl, polyethylene glycol(PEG), cold, or abscisic acid(ABA) treatment for 3 to 48 h. In addition, confocal microscopy localized the GFP-Lp P5 CR fusion protein to the cytoplasm of onion epidermal cells. 7Perovskite light-emitting/detecting bifunctional fibres for wearable LiFi communication显示文摘Light fidelity(LiFi),which is emerging as a compelling technology paradigm shifting the common means of highcapacity wireless communication technologies,requires wearable and full-duplex compact design because of its great significance in smart wearables as well as the‘Internet of Things’.However,the construction of the key component of wearable full-duplex LiFi,light-emitting/detecting bifunctional fibres,is still challenging because of the conflicting process between carrier separation and recombination,as well as the highly dynamic film-forming process.Here,we demonstrate light-emitting/detecting bifunctional fibres enabled by perovskite QDs with hybrid components.The hybrid perovskite inks endow fibres with super-smooth QD films.This,combined with the small exciton binding energy and high carrier mobility of perovskite QDs,enables successful integration of electroluminescence and photodetection into monofilaments.The bifunctional fibres possess the narrowest electroluminescence full width at half maximum of ~19 nm and,more importantly,the capability for simultaneously transmitting and receiving information.The successful fabrication of narrow emission full-duplex LiFi fibres paves the way for the fabrication and integration of low crosstalk interoperable smart wearables.Qingsong Shan Changting Wei Yan Jiang Jizhong Song Yousheng Zou Leimeng Xu Tao Fang Tiantian Wang Yuhui Dong Jiaxin Liu Boning Han Fengjuan Zhang Jiawei Chen Yongjin Wang Haibo Zeng 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:7
8Efficient Carbon-Based CsPbBr_3 Inorganic Perovskite Solar Cells by Using Cu-Phthalocyanine as Hole Transport Material显示文摘Metal halide perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have attracted extensive research interest for next-generation solution-processed photovoltaic devices because of their high solar-to-electric power conversion efficiency(PCE)and low fabrication cost. Although the world's best PSC successfully achieves a considerable PCE of over 20% within a very limited timeframe after intensive efforts, the stability, high cost, and up-scaling of PSCs still remain issues. Recently, inorganic perovskite material, CsPbBr_3, is emerging as a promising photo-sensitizer with excellent durability and thermal stability, but the efficiency is still embarrassing. In this work, we intend to address these issues by exploiting CsPbBr_3 as light absorber, accompanied by using Cu-phthalocyanine(CuPc) as hole transport material(HTM) and carbon as counter electrode. The optimal device acquires a decent PCE of 6.21%, over 60% higher than those of the HTM-free devices. The systematic characterization and analysis reveal a more effective charge transfer process and a suppressed charge recombination in PSCs after introducing CuPc as hole transfer layer. 9Effect of boron doping on waterproof and dielectric properties of polyborosiloxane coating on SiO2f/SiO2 composites显示文摘A hydrophobic coating of the silica fiber reinforced silica composites(SiO2f/SiO2) was synthesized by sol-gel method using methyltriethoxy-silane(MTES) and boric acid(B(OH)3) as raw materials. The relationship among boron doping, chemical structure of precursors and durability of hydrophobic coatings was discussed. The Si-O-B and methyl groups were successfully introduced in the gel precursors according to the FT-IR and XPS results. The resins were filled in the internal and surface holes of the SiO2f/SiO2 composites partially or completely, which is beneficial to reduce the physical adsorption of the moisture. In addition, hydroxyl groups of the SiO2f/SiO2 composites reacted with the resins and hydrophobic methyl groups were introduced, leading to the reduction of the chemical adsorption of water. Also, the boron doping was beneficial to enhancing the physical cross-linking between the coating and the SiO2f/SiO2 composites, and improved the adhesion of the coating to the substrate. The results show that the optimal hydrophobic coating with contact angle 130.33°, moisture absorption 0.33% and adhesion level 1 is obtained when the molar ratio of MTES to B(OH)3 is 10:4. The real permittivity of M10B4 is constant in the range of 2.32–2.51 and the dielectric tangent loss is constant in the range of 5.5 × 10-4–8.7 × 10-3. 11Employing MXene as a matrix for loading amorphous Si generated upon lithiation towards enhanced lithium-ion storage显示文摘Although Si-based nanomaterials provide incomparable lithium ion storage ability in theory, it suffers from low initial Coulombic efficiency, electrical disconnection, and fracture due to huge volume changes after extended cycles. As a result, it leads to a severe capacity fading and an increase in internal impedance. Herein, Ti-elemental MXene was employed as a matrix for the intermediate product of Si electrodes. The boundary between the inner core of pristine Si and its outer shell of amorphous Li x Si alloy was reconstructed. Smaller amorphous aggregates were observed in the MXene&Si hybrid electrode after 500 cycles by using transmission electron microscopy. 13Experimental and numerical investigation on surface quality for two-point incremental sheet forming with interpolator显示文摘The unsatisfied surface quality seriously impedes the wide application of incremental sheet forming(ISF)in industrial field.As a novel approach,the interpolator method is a promising strategy to enhance the surface quality in ISF.However,the mechanism for the improvement of surface quality and the influence of interpolator properties on surface roughness are not well understood.In this paper,the influences of process variables(i.e.tool diameter,step size and thickness of interpolators)on the forming process(e.g.surface roughness,forming force and geometric error)are investigated through a systematic experimental approach of central composite design(CCD)in two-point incremental sheet forming(TPIF).It is obtained that the increase in thickness of interpolators decreases the surface roughness in direction vertical to the tool path while increases the surface roughness in direction horizontal to the tool path.Nevertheless,the combined influence between thickness of interpolators and process parameters(tool diameter and step size)is limited.Meanwhile,the placement of interpolator has little influence on the effective forming force of blank.In addition,the geometric error enlarges with the increase of step size and thickness of interpolator while decreases firstly and then increase with an increase in tool diameter.Finally,the influencing mechanism of the interpolator method on surface quality can be attributed to the decrease of thecontact pressure due to the increase of contact area with the unchanged contact force.Meanwhile,the interpolator method eliminates the sliding friction on the surface of blank due to the stable relative position between the blank and the interpolator.Xiaoqiang LI Kai HAN Xu SONG Haibo WANG Dongsheng LI Yanle LI Qing LI 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,10:3
14High-definition colorful perovskite narrowband photodetector array enabled by laser-direct-writing显示文摘Narrowband photodetectors as specific spectral sensing pixels have drawn intense attention in multispectral detection due to their distinct characteristic of filter-free spectrum discrimination,in which the emerging halide lead perovskites witness a booming development in their performance and wavelength-selectivity from blue to near-infrared light.However,the challenge in integrating perovskite narrowband photodetectors on one chip imposes an impediment on practical application.In this work,the combination of laser-direct-writing and ion exchange is proposed as an efficient way to fabricate high-definition colorful sensing array with perovskite narrowband photodetector unit as pixel.Under laser irradiation,the photolysis of halocarbon solvent(CHCl_(3),CH_(3)CH_(2)I,etc)releases the halide ions,which brings the ion exchange and gives rise to slow-varying bandgap in single perovskite photoactive film.This ion exchange can be controlled via laser irradiation time and focus point,thus enabling precisely engineerable bandgap.By optimizing the process,it is successfully applied to develop patterned perovskite narrow blue and green photodetectors array with a high-definition of~53 ppi.We believe this result will make a great step forward to integrate multifunctional perovskite devices on one chip,which will pave the way for perovskite optoelectronic device to the commercial application.Xiaobao Xu Yuhang Dong Yuanzhou Zhang Zeyao Han Jiaxin Liu Dejian Yu Yi Wei Yousheng Zou Bo Huang Jun Chen Haibo Zeng 2022Nano Research2022,15,6:2

16All-trans retinoic acid(ATRA)inhibits insufficient radiofrequency ablation(IRFA)-induced enrichment of tumor-initiating cells in hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Objective:Local recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)after radiofrequency ablation(RFA)treatment remains a serious problem.Tumor-initiating cells(TICs)are thought to be responsible for tumor relapse.Here,we investigated the effect of the TIC differentiation inducer,all-trans retinoic acid(ATRA),on RFA and explored the potential molecular mechanisms.Methods:The proportions of CD133+and epithelial cell adhesion molecule(Ep CAM);TICs in recurrent HCC after RFA and primary HCC were first determined in clinic.Then,the effect of heat intervention or insufficient RFA(IRFA)on the malignant potential of HCC cells,including cell migration,sphere formation ability,tumor growth,the proportion of CD133+and Ep CAM+TICs and expression of stem cell-related genes,was evaluated in vitro and in vivo.Finally,the effect of ATRA on the tumor growth and the proportion of TICs was evaluated.Results:In clinical data,a higher proportion of CD133+and Ep CAM+TICs was found in recurrent tumors than in primary tumors.In vitro heat intervention promoted the cell migration and sphere formation ability.Additionally,it increased the proportion of CD133+and Ep CAM+TICs and the expression of stem cell-related genes.In addition,after IRFA the residual tumors in xenografts grew faster and had more TICs than untreated tumors.ATRA remarkably inhibited residual tumor growth after IRFA by elimination of TICs though the PI3 K/AKT pathway.Combination treatment with ATRA resulted in longer survival outcomes in mouse xenografts than RFA alone.Conclusions:ATRA,as a TIC differentiation inducer,could help to improve the effect of RFA treatment,which was partially attributed to its effect against TICs.The data indicated its potential as an alternative drug in the development of better therapeutic strategies for use in combination with RFA.Song Wang Jingtao Liu Hao Wu Anna Jiang Kun Zhao Kun Yan Wei Wu Haibo Han Yanhua Zhang Wei Yang 2021Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2021,33,6:2
17Deep white matter hyperintensity is spatially correlated to MRI-visible perivascular spaces in cerebral small vessel disease on 7 Tesla MRI显示文摘Background The association between perivascular space(PVS)and white matter hyperintensity(WMH)has been unclear.Normal-appearing white matter(NAWM)around WMH is also found correlated with the development of focal WMH.This study aims to investigate the topological connections among PVS,deep WMH(dWMH)and NAWM around WMH using 7 Tesla(7T)MRI.Methods Thirty-two patients with non-confluent WMHs and 16 subjects without WMHs were recruited from our department and clinic.We compared the PVS burden between patients with and without WMHs using a 5-point scale.Then,the dilatation and the number of PVS within a radius of 1 cm around each dWMH were compared with those of a reference site(without WMH)in the contralateral hemisphere.In this study,we define NAWM as an area within the radius of 1 cm around each dWMH.Furthermore,we assessed the spatial relationship between dWMH and PVS.Results Higher PVS scores in the centrum semiovale were found in patients with>5 dWMHs(median 3)than subjects without dWMH(median 2,p=0.014).We found there was a greater dilatation and a higher number of PVS in NAWM around dWMH than at the reference sites(p<0.001,p<0.001).In addition,79.59%of the dWMHs were spatially connected with PVS.Conclusion dWMH,NAWM surrounding WMH and MRI-visible PVS are spatially correlated in the early stage of cerebral small vessel disease.Future study of WMH and NAWM should not overlook MRI-visible PVS.Yajing Huo Yilin Wang Cen Guo Qianyun Liu Lili Shan Mingyuan Liu Haibo Wu Guanwu Li Huihui Lv Lingdan Lu Yintin Zhou Jianfeng Feng Yan Han 2023Stroke & Vascular Neurology2023,8,2:2
