1Effects of Service Condition on Rolling Contact Fatigue Failure Mechanism and Lifetime of Thermal Spray Coatings——A Review显示文摘The service condition determines the Rolling Contact Fatigue(RCF) failure mechanism and lifetime under ascertain material structure integrity parameter of thermal spray coating. The available literature on the RCF testing of thermal spray coatings under various condition services is considerable; it is generally difficult to synthesize all of the result to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the parameters which has a great effect on a thermal spray coating's resistance of RCF. The effects of service conditions(lubrication states, contact stresses, revolve speed, and slip ratio) on the changing of thermal spray coatings' contact fatigue lifetime is introduced systematically. The effects of different service condition on RCF failure mechanism of thermal spray coating from the change of material structure integrity are also summarized. Moreover, In order to enhance the RCF performance, the parameter optimal design formula of service condition and material structure integrity is proposed based on the effect of service condition on thermal spray coatings' contact fatigue lifetime and RCF failure mechanism. The shortage of available literature and the forecast focus in future researches are discussed based on available research. 3Microstructure and Tribological Properties of PlasmaSprayed Ni/MoS_2 Solid Lubrication Coating显示文摘A composite Ni based MoS2 solid lubrication coating was prepared using the plasma spraying technology with optimized process parameters.The tribological properties of the composite Ni/MoS2 coatings in air and vacuum were studied with a ball-on-disk friction and wear tester under dry sliding condition,respectively.XRD,SEM and EDS were adopted to analyze the microstructures of the coating before and after wear tests.Results showed that the deposition quality of the coating was good.The content of lubricant MoS2 was high.But the compactability of the coating with many superficial micrometersized defects such as pores and cracks was relatively low.The composite Ni/MoS2 coating exhibited excellent friction-reduction properties both in air and in vacuum conditions.In vacuum,the wear loss was greater because the severe spalling of top layer resulted from breakthrough of the adjacent defects.In air condition,the wear loss of the coating was relatively low but its friction-reduction ability may be weakened for the oxidation of MoS2.Ma Guozheng,Xu Binshi,Wang Haidou,Yang Daxiang National Key Laboratory for Remanufacturing,Academy of Armored Forces Engineering,Beijing 100072,China 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:3
4Advanced Surface Engineering Technologies for Remanufacturing Forming显示文摘Based on the foreign remanufacturing mode,which relies mainly on Part-Replacing Repair Method and Size-Changing Repair Method,China has explored and practiced the new remanufacturing mode,which relies mainly on Surface Repair and Performance Improving Method.The aim of remanufacturing forming is to renew rapidly the original size of the waste components rapidly,and then improve their service performance.The advanced surface engineering technology,especially the high density heat source surface forming technology,is the important technique to carry out rapid forming.Based on the arc heat source,plasma heat source and laser heat source,three kinds of high density heat source remanufacturing forming technologies,such as high speed arc spraying forming technology,micro-arc plasma forming technology,and laser cladding forming technology,have been developed.The benefits of remanufacturing forming based on advanced surface engineering technologies are great.Xu Binshi Wang Haidou Ma Guozheng 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:3
5Progress of Nondestructive Detection Technology on Remanufacturing Coatings显示文摘The defects of remanufacturing coatings,such as micro-cracks,micro-pores,oxide inclusion,and fatigue cracks producing in the service process have great influence on the qualities and lives of remanufacturing coatings.This paper summarizes several methods used for detecting coating defects,including ray method,ultrasonic method,eddy method,magnetic memory method,acoustic emission method.The advantages and limitations of the above methods are also discussed.The detection results by ray method are visualized,and it is easy to achieve qualitative,quantitative and locating detection,but this method has incipient fault and low detecting sensitivity.Ultrasonic detection can exactly locate defects,and it is sensitive to plane defects,but the detection has dead zones,and it is inconvenient to perform qualitative and quantitative measurement.Eddy method detects fast,but it only can detect conductive materials,and is difficult to achieve qualitative,quantitative and locating detection.Magnetic memory method is sensitive to ferromagnetic materials,but it can not detect nonferromagnetic materials and is difficult to attain quantitative measurement.Acoustic emission method has an extensive detection range and high sensitivity,but it has big noise interference,and is hard to achieve qualitative detection.In conclusion,it describes the application prospect of each method for detecting coating.Kang Jiajie Xu Binshi Wang Haidou Wang Chengbiao 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:2

9Microstructure,magnetic domain and dynamic loss of surface-textured Fe-based nanocrystalline alloy显示文摘Heterogeneous coarse surface crystallites induced in the industrial Fe-rich nanocrystalline alloy is an obstacle for high-frequency and high-power commercial applications.Herein,the phase,crystal orientation,nanostructure and magnetic domain evolution of the surface-crystallized Fe-rich alloy were systematically investigated.Microstructure and inverse pole figures analysis confirms that the DOordered dendriticcrystallites bear<001>-oriented fiber texture before and after annealing at the free surface,while ultrafine nanocrystals are randomly oriented in the interior and wheel surface after annealing.As compared to zero magnetic-field-annealing,the transverse magnetic-field-annealing induces weakly oriented fiber texture and relatively uniform dendritic-crystallites at the surface,and uniform anisotropy in the interior and surface,which promotes smooth wall motion at the surface and magnetization rotation in the interior.This synergetic effect reduces the excess loss and leads reduction in dynamic loss at 1.0 T and10 kHz by 36%.Aina He Jiawei Li Mingkun Wang Anding Wang Yao Xiao Yaqiang Dong Hai Guo Rongrong Jiang Weixing Xia Lihong Dong Haidou Wang Jianya Ge 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,25:1
