| 1 | Double perovskite oxides Sr_2Mg_(1-x)Fe_xMoO(6-δ) for catalytic oxidation of methane显示文摘The double perovskite oxides Sr2Mg1-xF exMoO6-δ were investigated as catalysts for the methane oxidation.The structural properties of catalysts were characterized in detail by X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and X-ray absorption spectroscopy.The catalytic property was strongly influenced by the Fe substitution.The relation between catalytic performance and the degree of Fe substitution was examined with regard to the structure and surface characteristics of the mixed oxides.The Fe-containing catalysts exhibited higher activity attributable to the possible(Fe2+,Mo6+) and (Fe3+,Mo5+)valency pairs,and the highest activity was observed for Sr2Mg0.2Fe0.8MoO6-δ.The enhancement of the catalytic activity may be correlated with the Fe-relating surface lattice oxygen species and was discussed in view of the presence of oxygen vacancies. | Chen Li Wendong W ang Congying Xu Yuanxu Liu BO He Chusheng Chen | 2011 | Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2011,20,4: | 6 |
| 2 | 2-14 Investigation of the Thermonuclear 18Ne(α, p)21Na Reaction Rate via Resonant Elastic Scattering of 21Na + p显示文摘A nuclear astrophysics experiment was performed at CRIB (CNS low-energy Radioactive-Ion Beam separator)on Mar. 2011. The goal of this experiment is to study the reaction rate of 18Ne(,p)21Na reaction, which mightbe a key breakout reaction from the hot CNO cycle to rp-process in X-ray burst and nova. Yet its reaction rate ispoorly known.Explosive hydrogen burning is thought to be the main source of energy generation and a source of nucleosynthesisin X-ray burst and nova[1;2]. For example, XRBs are characterized by a sudden increase of X-ray emission withinonly a few seconds to a total energy output of about 1040 ergs, which is observed to repeat with some regularity.The recurrence time for single bursts can range from hours to days at the typical temperature of 0.4~2 GK. Thebursts have been interpreted as being generated by thermonuclear runaway on the surface of a neutron star thataccretes H- and He-rich material from a less evolved companion star in a close binary system. | 3 | Blue light-induced rare-earth free phosphors for the highly sensitive and selective imaging of latent fingerprints based on enhanced hydrophobic interaction显示文摘The demand for in-situ detection of latent fingerprints(LFPs)in ways of high sensitivity,high selectivity,high contrast,low cost and user-friendly is still urgent.To overcome this challenge,a moisture-stable,red-emitting fluoride phosphor K_(3)AlF_(6):Mn^(4+)(KAF:Mn^(4+))with an organic hydrophobic skin was prepared.The phosphor has a uniform and superfine morphology with excellent luminescence properties.More importantly,this non-ultraviolet(UV)or non-near infrared(NIR)induced phosphor was proved to be an ideal fluorescent label for LFP imaging,which is both friendly for touch DNA analysis and compatible to forensic light sources.The well-defined ridge details with little background interference on various surfaces were presented by the oleic acid(OA)modified KAF:Mn^(4+)(KAF:Mn^(4+)-OA)phosphor in few seconds using the powder dusting method.To confirm the high selectivity of KAF:Mn^(4+)-OA for LFP imaging,an efficient quantitative evaluation method is proposed with the aid of ImageJ&Origin software.Due to the superiority of the Mn^(4+)-doped fluoride for the rapid imaging of LFPs in terms of lowcost,high compatibility and good availability,it is expected to be a promising candidate for forensic science as well as fluorescence imaging in other fields instead of rare earth luminescent materials. | Di Peng Shengan He Yuyan Zhang Liqin Yao Wendong Nie Zhijian Liao Wenting Cai Xinyu Ye | 2022 | Journal of Materiomics2022,8,1: | 2 |

| 6 | Passivation of Ge surface treated with trimethylaluminum and investigation of electrical properties of HfTiO/Ge gate stacks显示文摘In the current work, in situ surface passivation Ge substrate by using trimethylaluminum(TMA) prior to HfTiO films deposition and electrical properties of HfTiO/Ge gate stacks have been investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and electrical measurements systematically. Based on analysis from XPS measurements, it has been confirmed that the interfacial layer of HfTiO/Ge gate stack has been suppressed effectively after 20 half-ALD cycles TMA pretreatment. Electrical properties of metal-oxidesemiconductor(MOS) capacitor based on HfTiO gate dielectrics have shown that the MOS capacitor with20 cycles TMA cleaning exhibits the lowest interface state density(~7.56 eV^(-1)cm^(-2)) and the smallest leakage current(~2.67 × 10^(-5)A/cm^2). | 10 | Maackiain inhibits proliferation and promotes apoptosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells by inhibiting the MAPK/Ras signaling pathway显示文摘Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)is the third most common malignancy with a high recurrence and metastasis rate in South China.Natural compounds extracted from traditional Chinese herbal medicines have been developed and utilized for the treatment of a variety of cancers with modest properties and slight side effects.Maackiain(MA)is a type of flavonoid that was first isolated from leguminous plants,and it has been reported to relieve various nervous system disorders and exert anti-allergic as well as antiinflammatory effects.In this study,we demonstrated that MA inhibited proliferation,arrested cell cycle and induced apoptosis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE1 and CNE2 cells in vitro and in vivo.The expression of the related proteins associated with these processes were consistent with the above effects.Moreover,transcriptome sequencing and subsequent Western blot experiments revealed that inhibition of the MAPK/Ras pathway may be responsible to the anti-tumor effect of MA on NPC cells.Therefore,the effects of MA and an activator of this pathway,tertiary butylhydroquinone(TBHQ),alone or combination,were investigated.The results showed TBHQ neutralized the inhibitory effects of MA.These data suggest that MA exerts its anti-tumor effect by inhibiting the MAPK/Ras signaling pathway and it has the potential to become a treatment for patients with NPC. | JIANG Xing YANG Xiaonan SHI Yanxia LONG Yan SU Wenqing HE Wendong WEI Kunhua MIAO Jianhua | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2023,21,3: | 1 |

| 16 | Spike protein-based epitopes predicted against SARS-CoV-2 through literature mining显示文摘Background:With the diffusion of SARS-CoV-2 around the world,human health is being threatened.As there is no effective vaccine yet,the development of the vaccine is urgently in progress.Materials and methods:Immunoinformatics methods were applied to predict epitopes from the Spike protein through mining literature associated with B-and T-cell epitopes prediction published or preprinted since the outbreak of the virus till June 1,2020.3D structure of the Spike protein were obtained(PDB ID:6VSB)for prediction of discontinuous B-cell epitopes and localization of epitopes in the hotspot regions.Results:Methods provided by the Immune Epitope Database(IEDB)server were the most frequently used to predict epitopes.Sequence alignment of the epitopes extracted from literature with the Spike protein demonstrated that the epitopes in different studies converged to multiple short hotspot regions.There were three hotspot regions found in RBD of the Spike protein harboring B-cell linear epitopes(‘RQIAPGQTGKIADYNYKLPD’,‘SYGFQPTNGVGYQ’and‘YAWNRKRISNCVA’)predicted to have high antigenicity score.Two T-cell epitopes(‘KPFERDISTEIYQ’and‘NYNYLYRLFR’)predicted to be highly antigenic in the original studies were discovered in the hotspot region.Toxicity and allergenicity analysis confirmed all the five epitopes are of non-toxin,and four of them are of non-allergen.The five epitopes identified in hotspot regions of RBD were found fully exposed based on the 3D structure of the Spike protein.Conclusion:The five epitopes we discovered from literature mining may be potential candidates for diagnostics and vaccine development against SARS-CoV-2. | Wendong Li Lin Li Ting Sun Yufei He Guang Liu Zixuan Xiao Yubo Fan Jing Zhang | 2020 | Medicine in Novel Technology and Devices2020,,4: | 0 |
