| 5 | Community Structure and Diversity of Ground Cover Plants in Tianjin Binhai International Airport显示文摘By using quadrat sampling method,the community structure and diversity of ground cover plants in the flight area in Tianjin Binhai International Airport were investigated from spring to autumn in 2015. The results showed that 58 plant species were recorded at the airport,belonging to 18 families and 48 genera.Dominant plant species showed seasonal characteristics. Specifically,Ixeris chinensis( Thunb.) Nakai and Lagopsis supina( Steph.) Ik.-Gal. ex Knorr. were the dominant species in spring; Lagopsis supina,Cirsium setosum( Willd.) MB,Plantago asiatica L.,Cynanchum chinense R. Br. and Humulus scandens( Lour.)Merr. were the dominant species in summer; Chloris virgata Sw. and Eleusine indica( L.) Gaertn. were the dominant species in autumn. Quantitative characteristics of the dominant species,including the density,frequency,coverage and height,varied in different seasons. In different seasons,changes in the diversity of plant communities in three sampling points were analyzed. The results indicated that plant communities in summer exhibited the highest diversity and the most uniform distribution. | 6 | 异质光照条件下克隆整合对入侵植物南美蟛蜞菊化感作用的影响显示文摘植物入侵已成为全球生态系统最严重的威胁之一。当具有克隆生长能力的入侵植物入侵或定殖到新的生境时,它们相互连接的分株可能受到异质光照的影响。在异质光照条件下,克隆整合对入侵植物化感作用的影响尚不清楚。为研究异质光照条件下克隆整合对入侵植物南美蟛蜞菊(Wedelia trilobata)化感作用的影响,采用两个连续分株的克隆片段进行了盆栽试验。较老的分株暴露在全光下,而年轻的分株则受到20%的全光照。同时,每个克隆片段的年轻分株与目标植株(一个番茄苗)在盆栽中相邻生长。南美蟛蜞菊的两个连续分株之间的匍匐茎设置切断和不切断两种处理。另外,两株番茄幼苗(一株作为目标植株)在盆栽中相邻生长作为对照。研究结果表明,当与目标植物相邻生长的南美蟛蜞菊分株之间的匍匐茎保持完整时,目标植株的生物量积累、叶片叶绿素和氮含量、叶绿素荧光参数和净光合速率及其根长和活性相较于匍匐茎切断处理显著降低。异质光照条件下连续两个分株之间碳水化合物的运输或共享可以增强20%全光处理下年轻分株的化感作用。克隆整合在异质光照条件下对具有克隆生长能力的入侵植物的入侵或定殖具有重要意义。 | Lei Pu Lang Cheng Ai Li Sha Liang Qing Wei Shulan Wu Linxuan He Xiangning Xu Ningfei Lei Jinsong Chen | 2022 | Journal of Plant Ecology2022,15,3: | 1 |

| 8 | Comparing gene expression profiles of Kashin-Beck and Keshan diseases occurring within the same endemic areas of China显示文摘In this study, differentially expressed genes in peripheral blood from patients with Kashin-Beck disease and Keshan disease were compared to further investigate the etiology and pathogenesis of both diseases, which occur in a common endemic area of China. Twenty Kashin-Beck disease patients and 12 healthy controls, and 16 Keshan disease patients and 16 healthy controls, were grouped into four pairs. Patients and controls were selected from common endemic areas for the two diseases. Total RNA was isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells from all patients and controls, and gene expression profiles analyzed by oligonucleotide microarrays. Sixteen genes differentially expressed in both Kashin-Beck disease and Keshan disease (versus controls) were identified, and comprised nine genes showing synchronous and seven asynchronous expression. The Comparative Toxicogenomics Database shows that expression and biological function of these genes can be affected by multiple environmental factors, including mycotoxin and selenium content, potential environmental risk factors for the two diseases. | 10 | CENP-K and CENP-H may form coiled-coils in the kinetochores显示文摘Kinetochores are large proteinaceous structure on the surface of chromosomes’ primary constriction during mitosis. They link chromosomes to spindle microtubules and also regulate the spindle assem- bly checkpoint, which is crucial for correct chromosome segregation in all eukaryotes. The better known core networks of kinetochores include the KMN network (K, KNL1; M, Mis12 complex; N, Ndc80 complex)and CCAN (constitutive centromere-associated network). However, the detailed molecular mechanism of the kinetochore protein network remains unclear. This study demonstrates that CENP-H and CENP-K form quite stable subcomplex by TAP (tandem affinity purification) with HEK 293 cells which express TAP-CENP-K, with the ratio of purified CENP-H and CENP-K being close to 1︰1 even with high salt. Bioinformatic analysis suggests that CENP-H and CENP-K are enriched with coiled-coil regions. This implies that CENP-H and CENP-K form heterodimeric coiled-coils. Furthermore, the func- tional regions which form the complex are respectively located on their N- and C-terminals, but the association between the C-terminals is more complex.
