| 1 | 地下列车移动荷载作用下隧道及自由场的动力响应解显示文摘针对地下列车运行引起的隧道和自由场上的振动响应问题,利用隧道-自由场动态相互作用系统在隧道轴线方向上的一致性或周期性,采用Fourier变换和Floquet变换等方法,在频率-波数域内推导了在移动荷载作用下隧道及自由场的动力响应解,此解把地下列车运行引起的动力响应问题归结到计算频率-波数域内的传递函数和频域内的移动外荷载的问题上,传递函数采用三维周期性有限元-边界元耦合的数值模型来计算,移动外荷载主要考虑为频域内轨道不平顺情况下的轮轨接触力。利用此动力响应解对北京地铁1号线东单站至建国门站区间的动力响应进行了计算,计算结果表明此方法具有良好的适用性。 | 刘卫丰 刘维宁 Gupta S Degrande G | 2008 | 振动与冲击2008,27,5: | 19 |

| 3 | Effect of preoperative biliary drainage on outcome of classical pancreaticoduodenectomy显示文摘AIM: To investigate the role of preoperative biliary drainage (PBD) in the outcome of classical pancreaticodu odenectomy. METHODS: A 10-year retrospective data analysis was performed on patients (n = 48) undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy from March 1994 to March 2004 in department of surgery at SMS medical college, Jaipur, India. Demographic variables, details of preoperative stenting, operative procedure and post operative complications were noted. RESULTS: Preoperative biliary drainage was performed in 21 patients (43.5%). The incidence of septic complications was significantly higher in patients with biliary stent placement (P < 0.05, 0 vs 4). This group of patients also had a significantly higher minor biliary leak rate. Mortality and hospital stay in each group was comparable. CONCLUSION: Within this study population the use of PBD by endoscopic stenting was associated with a high incidence of infective complications. | 5 | Prediction of vibrations from underground trains on Beijing metro line 15显示文摘The impact of vibrations due to underground trains on Beijing metro line 15 on sensitive equipment in the Institute of Microelectronics of Tsinghua University was discussed to propose a viable solution to mitigate the vibrations.Using the state-of-the-art three-dimensional coupled periodic finite element-boundary element(FE-BE) method,the dynamic track-tunnel-soil interaction model for metro line 15 was used to predict vibrations in the free field at a train speed of 80 km/h.Three types of tracks(direct fixation fasteners,floating slab track and floating ladder track) on the Beijing metro network were considered in the model. | 6 | Cell-type specificity of β-actin expression and its clinicopathological correlation in gastric adenocarcinoma显示文摘AIM:To investigate cell type specific distribution ofβ-actin expression in gastric adenocarcinoma and its correlation with clinicopathological parameters.METHODS:β-actin is a housekeeping gene,frequently used as loading control,but,differentially expresses in cancer.In gastric cancer,an overall increased expression ofβ-actin has been reported using tissue disruptive techniques.At present,no histological data is available to indicate its cell type-specific expression and distribution pattern.In the present study,we analyzedβ-actin expression and distribution in paired normal and tumor tissue samples of gastric adenocarcinoma patients using immunohistochemistry(IHC),a tissue non-disruptive technique as well as tissue disruptive techniques like reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and western blotting.Correlation ofβ-actin level with clinicopathological parameters was done using univariate analysis.RESULTS:The results of this study showed significant overexpression,at both mRNA and protein level in tumor tissues as confirmed by RT-PCR(1.47±0.13 vs2.36±0.16;P<0.001)and western blotting(1.92±0.26 vs 2.88±0.32;P<0.01).IHC revealed thatβ-actin expression is majorly distributed between epithelial and inflammatory cells of the tissues.Inflammatory cells showed a significantly higher expression compared to epithelial cells in normal(2.46±0.13 vs 5.92±0.23,P<0.001),as well as,in tumor tissues(2.79±0.24 vs6.71±0.14,P<0.001).Further,comparison of immunostaining between normal and tumor tissues revealed that both epithelial and inflammatory cells overexpressβ-actin in tumor tissues,however,significant difference was observed only in inflammatory cells(5.92±0.23vs 6.71±0.14,P<0.01).Moreover,combined expression in epithelial and inflammatory cells also showed significant increase(4.19±0.15 vs 4.75±0.14,P<0.05)in tumor tissues.In addition,univariate analysis showed a positive correlation ofβ-actin level of inflammatory cells with tumor grade(P<0.05)while epithelial cells exhibited negative correlation(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:In gastric cancer,β-actin showed an overall higher expression predominantly contributed by inflammatory or tumor infiltrating immune cells of the tissue microenvironment and correlates with tumor grade. | Shafqat A Khan Monica Tyagi Ajit K Sharma Savio G Barreto Bhawna Sirohi Mukta Ramadwar Shailesh V Shrikhande Sanjay Gupta | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,34: | 2 |

| 9 | Combination immunotherapy with Survivin and luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone fusion protein in murine breast cancer model显示文摘AIM To investigate the therapeutic potential of two recombinant proteins, Survivin and luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) fusion protein [LHRH(6 leu)-LTB] for immunotherapy of breast cancer.METHODS Murine 4 T-1 breast cancer model was used to evaluate the efficacy of recombinant proteins in vivo. Twenty four Balb/c mice were divided into 4 groups of 6 mice each. Recombinant Survivin and LHRH fusion protein, alone or in combination, were administered along with immunomodulator Mycobacterium indicus pranii (MIP) in Balb/c mice. Unimmunized or control group mice were administered with phosphate buffer saline. Each group was then challenged with syngeneic 4 T-1 cells to induce the growth of breast tumor. Tumor growth was monitored to evaluate the efficacy of immune-response in preventing the growth of cancer cells.RESULTS Preventive immunization with 20 μg recombinant Survivin and MIP was effective in suppressing growth of 4 T-1 mouse model of breast cancer (P = 0.04) but 50 μg dose was ineffective in suppressing tumor growth. However, combination of Survivin and LHRH fusion protein was more effective in suppressing tumor growth (P = 0.02) as well as metastasis in vivo in comparison to LHRH fusion protein as vaccine antigen alone.CONCLUSION Recombinant Survivin and MIP suppress tumor growth significantly.
