| 2 | Research on seismic fluid identification driven by rock physics显示文摘Seismic fluid identification works as an effective approach to characterize the fluid feature and distribution of the reservoir underground with seismic data. Rock physics which builds bridge between the elastic parameters and reservoir parameters sets the foundation of seismic fluid identification, which is also a hot topic on the study of quantitative characterization of oil/gas reservoirs. Study on seismic fluid identification driven by rock physics has proved to be rewarding in recognizing the fluid feature and distributed regularity of the oil/gas reservoirs. This paper summarizes the key scientific problems immersed in seismic fluid identification, and emphatically reviews the main progress of seismic fluid identification driven by rock physics domestic and overseas, as well as discusses the opportunities, challenges and future research direction related to seismic fluid identification. | 3 | Measure theory of statistical convergence显示文摘The question of establishing measure theory for statistical convergence has been moving closer to center stage, since a kind of reasonable theory is not only fundamental for unifying various kinds of statistical convergence, but also a bridge linking the studies of statistical convergence across measure theory, integration theory, probability and statistics. For this reason, this paper, in terms of subdifferential, first shows a representation theorem for all finitely additive probability measures defined on the σ-algebra A of all subsets of N, and proves that every such measure can be uniquely decomposed into a convex combination of a countably additive probability measure and a statistical measure (i.e. a finitely additive probability measure μ with μ(k) = 0 for all singletons {k}). | 5 | Improving seismic interpretation: a high-contrast approximation to the reflection coefficient of a plane longitudinal wave显示文摘Linearized approximations of reflection and transmission coefficients set a foundation for amplitude versus offset(AVO) analysis and inversion in exploration geophysics.However,the weak properties contrast hypothesis of those linearized approximate equations leads to big errors when the two media across the interface vary dramatically.To extend the application of AVO analysis and inversion to high contrast between the properties of the two layers,we derive a novel nonlinearized high-contrast approximation of the PP-wave reflection coefficient,which establishes the direct relationship between PPwave reflection coefficient and P-wave velocities,S-wave velocities and densities across the interface.(A PP wave is a reflected compressional wave from an incident compressional wave(P-wave).) This novel approximation is derived from the exact reflection coefficient equation with Taylor expansion for the incident angle.Model tests demonstrate that,compared with the reflection coefficients of the linearized approximations,the reflection coefficients of the novel nonlinearized approximate equation agree with those of the exact PP equation better for a high contrast interface with a moderate incident angle.Furthermore,we introduce a nonlinear direct inversion method utilizing the novel reflection coefficient equation as forward solver,to implement the direct inversion for the six parameters including P-wave velocities,S-wave velocities,and densities in the upper and lower layers across the interface.This nonlinear inversion algorithm is able to estimate the inverse of the nonlinear function in terms of model parameters directly rather than in a conventional optimization way.Three examples verified the feasibility and suitability of this novel approximation for a high contrast interface,and we still could estimate the six parameters across the interface reasonably when the parameters in both media across the interface vary about 50%. | Yin Xingyao Zong Zhaoyun Wu Guochen | 2013 | Petroleum Science2013,10,4: | 12 |
| 6 | Petrogenesis and tectonic implications of early Paleozoic granitoids in East Kunlun belt: Evidences from geochronology, geochemistry and isotopes显示文摘The East Kunlun Orogenic Belt(EKOB) provides an important link to reconstruct the evolution of the Proto-Tethys and Paleo-Tethys realm. The EKOB is marked by widespread Early Paleozoic magmatism.Here we report the petrology, bulk geochemistry, zircon Ue Pb dating and, Lue Hf and SreN d isotopic data of the Early Paleozoic granitic rocks in Zhiyu area of the southern EKOB. Based on the zircon U-Pb dating, these granitoids, consisting of diorite, granodiorite and monzogranite, were formed during 450 -430 Ma the Late Ordovician to Middle Silurian. The diorite and granodiorite are high Sr/Y ratio as adakitic affinities, and the monzogranite belongs to highly fractionated I-type. Their(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)ivalues range from 0.7059 to 0.7085, εNd(t) values from -1.6 to -6.0 and the zircon εHf(t) values show large variations from +9.1 to -8.6 with Hf model ages(T_(DM2)) about 848 Ma and 1970 Ma. The large variations of whole-rock Nd and zircon Hf isotopes demonstrate strong isotopic heterogeneity of the source regions which probably resulted from multi-phase underplating of mantle-derived magmas. Geochemical and isotopic studies proved that the diorite and granodiorite had been derived from partial melting of heterogeneous crustal source with variable contributions from ancient continental crust and juvenile components, and the monzogranites were representing fractional crystallization and crustal contamination for arc magma. | 7 | First-order perturbation approximation for rock elastic moduli in transversely isotropic media显示文摘Seismic anisotropy is a relatively common seismic wave phenomenon in laminated sedimentary rocks such as shale and it can be used to investigate mechanical properties of such rocks and other geological materials. Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio are the most common mechanical properties determined in various rock engineering practices. Approximate and explicit equations are proposed for determining Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio in anisotropic rocks, in which the symmetry plane and symmetry axis of the anisotropy are derived from the constitutive equation of transversely isotropic rock. These equations are based on the media decomposition principle and seismic wave perturbation theory and their accuracy is tested on two sets of laboratory data. A strong correlation is found for Young's modulus in two principal directions and for Poisson's ratio along the symmetry plane. Further, there is an underprediction of Poisson's ratio along the symmetry axis, although the overall behavior follows the trend of the measured data. Tests on a real dataset show that it is necessary to account for anisotropy when characterizing rock mechanical properties of shale. | 9 | Petrogenesis of Kejie Granite in the Northern Changning-Menglian Zone, Western Yunnan: Constraints from Zircon U-Pb Geochronology, Geochemistry and Hf Isotope显示文摘The Kejie pluton is located in the north of the Changning-Menglian suture zone. The rock types are mainly biotite-granite. Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating indicates that the Kejie pluton emplaced at about 80–77 Ma, Late Cretaceous. The Kejie pluton samples are characterized by high SiO2(71.68%–72.47%), K2O(4.73%–5.54%), total alkali(K2O + Na2O = 8.21%–8.53%), K2O/Na2O ratios(1.36–1.94) and low P2O5(0.13%–0.17%), with A/CNK of 1.025–1.055; enriched in U, Th, and K, depleted in Ba, Nb, Sr, Ti, P and Eu. They are highly fractionated, slightly peraluminous I-type granite. The two samples of the Kejie pluton give a large variation of εHf(t) values(-5.04 to 1.96) and Hf isotope crustal model ages of 1.16–1.5 Ga. Zircon Hf isotopes and zircon saturation temperatures of whole-rock(801°C–823°C) show that the mantle-derived materials maybe have played a vital role in the generation of the Kejie pluton. | 10 | A stoichiometric terbium-europium dyad molecular thermometer: energy transfer properties显示文摘The optical thermometer has shown great promise for use in the fields of aeronautical engineering,environmental monitoring and medical diagnosis.Self-referencing lanthanide thermo-probes distinguish themselves because of their accuracy,calibration,photostability,and temporal dimension of signal.However,the use of conventional lanthanidedoped materials is limited by their poor reproducibility,random distance between energy transfer pairs and interference by energy migration,thereby restricting their utility.Herein,a strategy for synthesizing hetero-dinuclear complexes that comprise chemically similar lanthanides is introduced in which a pair of thermosensitive dinuclear complexes,cycTb-phEu and cycEu-phTb,were synthesized.Their structures were geometrically optimized with an internuclear distance of approximately 10.6Å.The sensitive linear temperature-dependent luminescent intensity ratios of europium and terbium emission over a wide temperature range(50–298 K and 10–200 K,respectively)and their temporal dimension responses indicate that both dinuclear complexes can act as excellent self-referencing thermometers.The energy transfer from Tb^(3+)to Eu^(3+)is thermally activated,with the most important pathway involving the ^(7)F_(1) Eu^(3+)J-multiplet at room temperature.The energy transfer from the antenna to Eu^(3+)was simulated,and it was found that the most important ligand contributions to the rate come from transfers to the Eu^(3+)upper states rather than direct ligand–metal transfer to 5D1 or 5D0.As the first molecular-based thermometer with clear validation of the metal ratio and a fixed distance between the metal pairs,these dinuclear complexes can be used as new materials for temperature sensing and can provide a new platform for understanding the energy transfer between lanthanide ions. | Guochen Bao Ka-Leung Wong Dayong Jin Peter A.Tanner | 2018 | Light(Science & Applications)2018,7,1: | 3 |
| 11 | A reactive oxygen species burst causes haploid induction in maize显示文摘Haploid induction (HI) is an important tool in crop breeding. Phospholipase A1 (ZmPLA1)/NOT LIKE DAD (NLD)/MATRILINEAL (MTL) is a key gene controlling HI in maize;however, the underlying molecular mechanism remains unclear. In this study, to dissect why loss of ZmPLA1 function could mediate HI we performed a comprehensive multiple omics analysis of zmpla1 mutant anthers by integrating transcriptome, metabolome, quantitative proteome, and protein modification data. Functional classes of significantly enriched or differentially abundant molecular entities were found to be associated with the oxidative stress response, suggesting that a reactive oxygen species (ROS) burst plays a critical role in HI. In support of this, we further discovered that a simple chemical treatment of pollen with ROS reagents could lead to HI. Moreover, we identified ZmPOD65, which encodes a sperm-specific peroxidase, as a new gene controlling HI. | 13 | Response of PM_(2.5)-bound elemental species to emission variations and associated health risk assessment during the COVID-19 pandemic in a coastal megacity显示文摘The coronavirus(COVID-19)pandemic is disrupting the world from many aspects.In this study,the impact of emission variations on PM_(2.5)-bound elemental species and health risks associated to inhalation exposure has been analyzed based on real-time measurements at a remote coastal site in Shanghai during the pandemic.Most trace elemental species decreased significantly and displayed almost no diel peaks during the lockdown.After the lockdown,they rebounded rapidly,of which V and Ni even exceeded the levels before the lockdown,suggesting the recovery of both inland and shipping activities.Five sources were identified based on receptor modeling.Coal combustion accounted for more than 70%of the measured elemental concentrations before and during the lockdown.Shipping emissions,fugitive/mineral dust,and waste incineration all showed elevated contributions after the lockdown.The total non-carcinogenic risk(HQ)for the target elements exceeded the risk threshold for both children and adults with chloride as the predominant species contributing to HQ.Whereas,the total carcinogenic risk(TR)for adults was above the acceptable level and much higher than that for children.Waste incineration was the largest contributor to HQ,while manufacture processing and coal combustion were the main sources of TR.Lockdown control measures were beneficial for lowering the carcinogenic risk while unexpectedly increased the non-carcinogenic risk.From the perspective of health effects,priorities of control measures should be given to waste incineration,manufacture processing,and coal combustion.A balanced way should be reached between both lowering the levels of air pollutants and their health risks. | Guochen Wang Kan Huang Qingyan Fu Jia Chen Juntao Huo Qianbiao Zhao Yusen Duan Yanfen Lin Fan Yang Wenjie Zhang Hao Li Jian Xu Xiaofei Qin Na Zhao Congrui Deng | 2022 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,12: | 2 |
